Overall, staff were nice, room/hotel was clean. The main reason I gave 3 stars is the traffic noise one has to endure when the window is open. (To keep the room cool enough, one might need to keep the window open.) But, for the price, the hotel was fine, and I could see staying there again, but probably not during the warmer months (no A/C, as far as I can tell).

1- you need to have your own hairdryer.
2- linen is only one towel per person (no hand towel) and the shower is small

This was our first time staying in Paris. While the room itself was spacious and equipped with basic amenities, the overall experience was quite disappointing. Breakfast was decent, but the housekeeping service was nonexistent throughout our 5-day stay. Despite multiple requests (3-4 times) at the front desk for fresh towels and room cleaning, our concerns were repeatedly ignored. We were even told the room would be cleaned after we checked out — which was both surprising and unacceptable. I had to repeatedly request clean towels and laundry bags, which felt more like pleading than asking. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Nice building in a very safe area. I had a double room for 2 different nights. The first room was okay. One week later, the second room had a broken kitchen sink with water leaking under the sink, filling up the under-sink baskets. The bathroom has peeling paint...it's too bad that this nice property is not better maintained.

No hot water on the first night!

We booked the residence for our trip to Paris for Roland Garros tournament. The room was a good one but we stayed the first of three nights without hot water and the front staff were not helpful.
I don't think we will give the Tulip Inn a second change.

No value for our money.

Our stay at Tulip Inn hotel was good. The family rooms are big and comfortable. It is convenient place in-terms of travel as Paleiseau train station is near, which got good links to Paris.
The breakfast is ok for the price, as it is the same every morning with no variation at all. Overall, it was a good stay.

Good apartment, very spacious, extremely convenient for family of four. Staff were friendly, and helped as much as they could with the questions we asked. Stay, breakfast, price of hotel and level of service are as expected from this rating of an apartment. We asked for the room to be cleaned every day (please note you have to inform them a day before). Paris central is 40mins train ride. All good.

Very good hotel for price and convenience, only 40minute train to Paris. Easily accessible from airport. However, some discolouration/ stains on one of the pillows and blanket and also only given one big towel for 2 people. The cutlery had some minor stains and there wasn’t any dish sponge to wash them with. Overall very good hotel for price and convenience with couple minor issues. Definitely recommend

Don’t have any expectations if you stay here.

We booked this primarily because they had air conditioning. After the first night the property management turned it off saying it was cold outside. We were not the only ones to complain about this. They refused to turn it back on.
The breakfast breads were stale and the fruit was old looking.
Don't depend on washing clothes, their appliances are old and it took three times as long to dry a small load.
Front desk help was hit and miss.

Fairly basic hotel, rooms clean however too hot with no way of controlling the Temperature, gym fine, breakfast decent. When asked reception if there were any options, told to open the balcony door, which wasn’t practical all night due to the noise. Probably wouldn’t stay here again, as long as you like a very warm bedroom then everything else is fine.

Excellent stay in the beautiful Palaiseau!

Frankly, our stay was amazing. Palaiseau is such a beautiful little town with a lot of character. The Tulip Inn is very close to the train station and the room was very spacious and accommodated our every need. The staff is always on hand and very helpful, especially because they can speak English which is not common in France in general. The only thing that I didn't like, is that the rooms are only tended to once a week for prolonged stays. I agree that it isn't necessary every day but once a week is not often enough.

Comfortable and quiet hotel, but not quite within easy reach of my business locale. Even so, I will consider it before others in the immediate vicinity next time I am Massy. It is only a 5-10 minute walk to the RER and if you have a car then the parking here is a plus, though the rush-hour traffic isn't.

Hotel is a good 25 mins walk from the TGV station with a suitcase. No taxi would take me to the hotel as it is too close for them to drive.

Hotel is clean, but mosquitos in the room have bitten my badly. I spent the early hours of the morning swatting them.

There is no evening restaurant in the hotel and only a vending machine. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room either.

Staff were OK but not attentive and quite frankly not really bothered.

Not my best hotel experience.

Tulip Inn Massy-Palaiseau is a nice aparthotel. It is very cleanned and location is very good, closed to the train station. Bus service is very good. Closed to downtown and there are supermakets, restaurants around the hotel. Staff is very nice and helpful.

Great hotel, great value.

The hotel was great, very clean, no issues at all and the staff at the front desk were friendly, knowledgeable and able to communicate very well. It was more of a studio apartment than a hotel and plenty was provided for me. I was visiting people so I cannot comment on the area too much but it wasn't too far from town or a train station (about 5 minutes walk) with easy access Paris. The hotels value for money was fantastic and I would definitely stay again.

Lacking on the Basics

I've arrived after a long drive from UK.
When getting to my room there was an 8 meter TV cable running from a box by the door, along the floor around the bathroom door over the dresser and into the TV.
I paid for breakfast which pretty non existent and just as I was leaving some bread was put by the toaster.
When I mentioned it on checkout the receptionist apologised and said I should have been informed.
I was glad it was just me and I didn't have my son with me.
The room was clean but I won't be staying there again on my next business trip

WiFi was offline for all 3 days with no information or plan for bringing it back online. I understand things go wrong and break, but for it still to be broken 3 days later is poor. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, but continued lack of WiFi was a huge inconvenience and extra cost.

The hotel appeared to be very new. The rooms were a nice size and very clean. If you want guaranteed parking you will need to pay to park in the garage. There was a great restaurant 'Le 107 Restaurant' about a 10 minute walk away.

The hotel is located within walking distance from the Massy train station. The building is quite new and the interior decoration is modern. Room is spacious with a small kitchen. But it does not have kettle and does not provide coffee/tea. Bed is hard. No English TV channel. Shower room is too small. Internet speed is acceptable. Breakfast is the ok with crepes and pastries. Car park is ok for Paris standard.

Short stay in Palaiseau.

This hotel is conveniently located close to both train stations of Massy-Palaiseau (connected to the airport of Orly) and Palaiseau, both connected to the center of Paris. The room was extremely clean and all the equipment was in very good conditions. It was like a small apartment, so it had a kitchenette and appliances to cook. However, one thing it did not have was a hot water kettle to make tea. I was there one night, so I could not cook but I would have appreciated hot water for tea. Wireless internet is included and works well. The counter works 24h, so apparently we can arrive at any hour. I did not try breakfast and went instead to a pastry shop near the train station. The cost is reasonable accounting for the typical prices in Paris and nearby.

New Residence near to Palaiseau railway station

My wife and I stayed for several days in middle of June and would recommend it without hesitation. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Location is good for the RER and there are local shops including supermarkets nearby.

For excellent food and service with a smile try the Cafe Malcata on the corner of rue de la gare and rue de Paris.

Its a great hotel, clean and comfortable rooms, kind staff, is located close from a rer station, which takes you to paris in 25 minutes. The breakfast is not the best but you can have it outside the hotel in the restaurants that are around there or have some coffe with bread or cereal in the hotel.

This hotel is certainly recommendable for the price class. However, the staff forgot to clean my room a couple of times (nothing major) which is the reason I gave room cleanliness 3/5. Very useful with small kitchens if you're on a budget. Note that the neighborhood is quite rural and Paris center is ~ 45 min away by train.

J'ai été réveillé tôt dans la matinée par le bruit des multiples avions qui décollent. (j'étais du côté rue, ça joue peut-être)
La vaisselle mise à disposition était très sale.
La plaque de cuisson à induction fonctionne bizarrement, je n'ai pas d'autre mot.
Le bouton poussoir de la chasse d'eau est cassé.
La bonde du lavabo est cassée.
Moins dérangeant, je peux également signaler que la pression de l'eau sous la douche est un peu faible. Les murs, les rideaux, les abat-jour, sont sales. Le frigo se fissure par l'intérieur. La prise électrique positionnée à 20cm du lavabo me stresse un peu.

Le lit est confortable. Le bureau est bien. La télévision fonctionne. La douche et la salle d'eau sont globalement correctes et spacieuses. La chambre est spacieuse et lumineuse. J'ai apprécié de pouvoir profiter du parking de l'hôtel (10€ la nuit) car il n'y avait pas de place disponible à proximité.
