I am a Gold VIP Member and upon checking in, I was told that this hotel does not honor any perks and IS Not a VIP Hotel,, No Free meals, no upgrades, nothing. The restaurant is the worst, I was the only one there and waited 20 minutes for the waitress to acknowledge me, I finally had to get up and ask her for water, and than she sat back down to finish her paperwork, again I got back up to see her and put in my order. my chicken wings were RAW inside. I took pictures, but they don't allow me to post. Also, there is no safe in the room and the few TV channels they have are all in french. They should Take down the website advertising that they are a VIP hotel and hire a waitress that is willing to work,also find a chef that can cook. Sick to my stomach over the chicken and false advertisement.

We booked this hotel because it was advertised as a four star hotel. This hotel should be at the most a two star hotel. It is old, rundown, and dirty. The carpet was dirty. The bathroom was extremely small. We were told that we would get two beds and a sofa bed, the sofa bed was Just a pullout sofa that was old and almost broken. We only had one bed. They were bugs in our room when we complained they said there’s nothing that they could do about that. The only redeemable quality at that hotel was the restaurant on site. Even the pool was dirty Very disappointing.

Great location, 1/2 from the center of Paris by car off pick hours, great staff, couple of dining options near by, great bakeries near by, swimming pool, easy parking. Room was a bit small for the 3 of us but we only stayed there to sleep, the rest of the time we were out exploring the city. We’ll definitely stay there again on our next visit.

Spent some time reviewing comments on this hotel. We booked based on closeness to Paris & late check out

We had to get taxis/Ubers based on proximity to Paris but it was difficult because of Olympic Games.

Whilst we were there the room was ok. We had a 3 person single & 1 bed squeaked alllll night so we didn’t sleep well.

On top of that we were woken up 2 mornings of the 3 by housekeeping…literally knocked & let themselves in!!! We were sleeping

The aircon was rattling all night & wasn’t cold. During first night is started leaking. It was like Chinese water torture…drip drip alllll night.

Aircon was fixed after complaining & it turned out the temperature had been turned up. Not great in 30 degrees.

Then we had a problem with bathroom sink, blocked. Had an engineer in room after complaing again. All of this whilst we were in the room. Terrible as we were trying to relax.

I tried to book a sauna & was told the gym wasn't answering the phone

Went to make a simple instant coffee in room….only decafe & not enough sugar or milk for 3 which we had paid for. Went to front desk & asked for coffee & given sachets which when making coffee we realised were sugar. 3 visits it took to reception to just get 3 coffee sachets that we had to make ourselves

Pool was very clean, towels were available.

Westfield 10 min walk which was great. Don't spend your money on breakfast at the hotel the Wesfield had loads of options also great for buying food & wine

The bathroom was a 10, everything else was zero. The staff was not friendly, the beds were falling apart so my son took the mattress off the bed and slept on the floor. The TV didn’t work. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all.

Good hotel but bad service from reception

The hotel provides all the necessary amenities and comfort expected but can get too hectic at times with the number of tour groups staying at the hotel. The service is okay but a special call-out should be made for the rudeness and unprofessional conduct of receptionist Juliette R. Her rude behavior was uncalled for especially with polite request and without provocation. It would be remiss not to acknowledge staffer Ibrahim for his patience and good manner in assisting issues with the rooms (lights/AC not working). Thank you

Generally checking in and out is taking a good amount of time. The restaurant is generally full, so sometimes the dinner takes a great while to be served. Lovely hotel

A lovely hotel, we stayed for four nights and had a lovely suite room, in the new part of the building.
Everything was clean and comfortable and well looked after, staff were attentive and polite.
So lovely to have use of the outdoor pool and free parking on site.
Our only issue was room service, suppose to take half an hour but was well over an hour and we had to ring to chase the food.
More choice on your room service menu would be great and bigger bins in the room very minor things and we would be happy to stay here again.

Rare hotel close to Paris with an outdoor pool

With the extreme heat in Paris over the past two weeks, we were looking for a nice affordable hotel with an outdoor swimming pool (rare in Paris). We were very pleasantly surprised to find an affordable, air conditioned, clean and updated modern room. We had booked the Deluxe Room with breakfast and were not disappointed. Nice comfortable queen size bed and great buffet breakfast with lots of choices and fresh pastries. Pool was great. The only inconvenience was that the pool was not located within the hotel complex, but across the street into a sport complex belonging to the hotel. Great spot to relax and unwind in the sun by the swimming pool. Lots of restaurants nearby. Highly recommended.

Fire alarm went off at 3am and had to evacuate the hotel. Was due to someone smoking in their room. Staff didn’t let us know what was going on and didn’t seem to really care. Hotel lobby looks 4 star but the rooms do not. Not even a kettle in our room. Lots of building work being carried out now and feel like the pictures are the developers future look.

The staff at the reception were brilliant, I tried my best to speak French, and they responded in English. Really helpful and polite, nothing was too much trouble. Secure underground parking. Breakfast was very good with excellent selection. Rooms are a little on the small side with no tea or coffee making facilities, but bathrooms were clean and well presented.
We had booked this hotel to visit the museums of Paris. The tram stops right outside the hotel, which takes you direct to the Metro. Trams and the Metro run every couple of minutes. Really easy and VERY cheap to get into central Paris. Directly opposite the hotel is the Velizy 2 shopping centre which is huge, modern and has everything that you could possibly need or want. We ate at the Hippopotamus restaurant below the hotel on one night, and found it reasonably priced and good service. Alcoholic drinks in France were almost double that of UK prices wherever you go. Hence most of the locals drink a carafe of water rather than wine or beer.

Its a decent hotel for the price but the staff was not very friendly or helpful. Regular rooms are extremely small, I felt a little claustrophobic at times. They tell you room service is 24 hours but it ends around 10, we tried to order several times and was told it was not available. The hotel bar is open till midnight but there is nobody there after 9. Hotel does not have free ice or water available. Mini-fridge in my room was not working, and neither was the Air conditioner. I told them about it and they said its not possible to fix, too bad. Facility and rooms are kept clean, thats the only nice thing I can say. Definitely will not be staying in this hotel again.

I booked the hotel about 2 years ago (for the Ryder Cup), so was shocked when we arrived at 20:30 to be told our room wasn’t ready. We were offered a drinks voucher but it was for some event cocktail so we passed on that and had to buy our own draft beers. Really poor start. Then our room - a standard double was v small. We are medium build and not overweight but had to shuffle round the room, it was not comfortable / suitable for 2 people.
Excellent restaurant with excellent staff esp the manager.
Obviously busy as during ryder cup week but it not like that’s out of the blue - local hotels can find out at least 6 years in advance. Can’t change the room size but for rooms not to be ready til so late and no complimentary choice of drink is very poor customer service.

Great, competitively priced hotel right next to the tram so convenient to get into central Paris (tram journey takes about 15-20 mins to get to the metro and the metro takes another 20 mins or so to get to the Champs-Elysses.
Restaurant is conveniently adjoined to the hotel and provide a good range of competitively priced chain style foods.
The concierge was excellent, providing detailed instructions on where the room was located, how to order in-room entertainment, food and drinks, advice on parking and directions on how to get into the city centre, all done with a smile and delivered with consummate professionalism.

On arrival to the hotel, the reception staff were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel looked beautiful both from the outside and inside and very clean. Our room was clean, the bathroom was a good size and there was a fridge in the room. The bedding were clean and comfortable abd towels and toiletries were also provided. We enjoyed breakfast and there was a wide selection to choose from. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay if we came back to the area and also recommend to friends. Thanks to the hotel staff who were very helpful especially the reception staff.

This hotel cannot be more than 2 star.. they do t provide kettle or iron.. if you ask they will say security reason... here are no swimming pool or spa.. they advertise as they have it and when you ask they will say you have to go to some other location.. got ripped off by paying money equivalent to four star .. also they are very far from Paris city centre .. had to spend over £30 to get to paris

First of all the hotel is located in a scary lication. If you go for a walk in the night you can find a very strange area. Some of the night staff are not very polite. The car park is limited. If you don't find spaces you need to park outside if you find a car park free. If I know that I wasn't book the hotel. I will not recommend this hotel to my frinds.

Our first time in Paris wasnt a great experience, there was little help from locals and staff of our Hotel as the staff didnt speak English very well at all? Being a international city I expected the language barrier would of been the least of our worries. However we struggled to get any info from staff that was helpful.. Also some staff only wanted to help if you were blonde and dressed up and showing a bit of leg? also some responses from the staff were rude and abrupt...Dont ask questions they need to think about, you may get a very unexpected answer..Eg, we asked for some ice, and the reply was \"WHAT!!\" then we explained again and was told \"its over there!!\"

The staff are what makes this hotel. They were all very helpful and friendly, especially Fabian and Jonathan. The room was very clean and the refurb in the rooms is very good. However, this hotel is not a 4 star quality hotel by any stretch of the imagination. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable and it was only because I was so tired from sightseeing that I was able to sleep. The sofa bed was also not comfortable. The air con is noisy but that's like most places. Otherwise room was very clean and was made up well on other days. No complaints there at all. The breakfast wasn't very good. Just toast and croissant and the bacon looked overdone and I don't think those were fresh eggs being used...The food in the restaurant again is not 4 star quality but was nice enough. Cooked well and tasty. The hotel served its purpose for a very short visit, but it is very unlikely that I will book again. This hotel would suit those on a budget. The shopping centre close by is very good though and the links in to central Paris very good with the bus stop or tram station a couple of minutes walk away. It's located in a commercial park, so not really good to go for a walk around. This is of course all my own opinion.

Lovely cosy hotel.. But far from centre

Had a very enjoyable stay here for 3 nights while visiting Paris with my boyfriend. The staff were very friendly, and the restaurant staff were even nicer. We had bought a bottle of wine to take to the room from a shop, and they were happy to open it for us and provide glasses and ice which was lovely. The hotel it's self has a lot of character and for the price is very comfy and the bathrooms were very clean.

The only point I would mention is that if you are taking public transport to get into the centre, you will need to give yourself an hour or so to get there, very close to the tram line and the bus stops. When we went to Disney it took 1 bus and 3 trains and took 2 hours which was quite exhausting.

However if you are driving there is free parking and it is only a 20 minute drive to the centre of Paris. Would recommend the hotel, however not too sure if I would stay there again, only because of the travel time to get into the centre.
