You get what you pay for. The reception was welcoming and smart and the room was huge. Plenty space for all 5 of us. But it was rather grim. Mouldy walls, side hanging off the bath, ants everywhere, rather grimy. Dated would be an understatement.
We didn’t stay in it other than to sleep. The neighbourhood was nice with a choice of places for dinner within a short walk. We chose an excellent Italian place.
The hotel breakfast was in a pleasant refurbished room. I wouldn’t have spent full price for it but the guy on the desk offered us a deal when we checked in.

Nice appartment but not clean and broken equipments
The AC would not heat the room. Many broken doors. The door of the bathroom would not close. Walls were dirty balconies were dirty with tones of cigaretts bugs on the floor. I was told half the way through we were assigned the wrong appartment. The alternative was worse since there was water leaking. The landry room was out of service and all I was told was that they did not know when it would be fixed. Google map saved me by finding one not far. Would not recommend.

I asked for an Iron 3 times and every time I got told the hotel had only 3 !!!!! and they did not know where to find them. I had to tell them to go buy some in a store, unbelievable.
Only great thing was the shuttle service from the hotel to my customer site in the ZA and back., The guys were really nice.
I strongly advise against that hotel, you will NOT enjoy your stay. (also wifi was distastrous)

Econimic stay in a save place near Paris
This hotel is located outside Paris close to Versailles and St. Quentin. The location itself is a little bit lonesome. So don't expect to get some restaurants in a walk-by distance (exept you like Japanese as such cousine is located directly at the hotel. Nevertheless the hotel is in a safe place, so nothing to worry about. The hotel itself was in a very good shape (looks almost new) and very clean. The room was well equipped with a little kitchenette, so it is no problem if you want to cook your own dinner. The facility also comprises a gym, but we had no time to use it. There was a fee for parking the car, but we used it as it was within the fence of hotel. If your destination is Versailles and surroundings it is perfect, if you intend to go to downtown Paris in the morning add minimum one hour traffic jam during the week.

Hotel was just as other reviews had stated. Residential area. Away from restaurants or sights, but good price. Hotel in good shape, but the elevator was out when we stayed there. Had to lug our bags up 4 floors.

I was a little concerned, after reading other reviews, but we really enjoyed our stay. The room was large with a sweet little kitchen area, bathroom was nice & the bed was perfect. The hotel is in a residential area, which I thought, was very pleasant. The Sushi bar attached to the hotel was fab & at lunchtime was filled with local business people, clearly a sign that it is good. The receptionist was nice & always had a smile for us. In short, if I go to the velodrome again, this is the place where I would stay.

Room was all we needed, close to a road, they are very happy to drop you at station to get to Paris. Not sure it would be my cup of tea is we stayed longer than a couple of nights though. Room was clean and had all you needed after a day in Paris including a nice balcony.

It was a good hotel for the price and close to a bus stop which took you straight to the Chateau of Versailles and the train station, however, there was not much around the hotel with the exception of one sushi restaurant. The last bus left at 8:00 pm from the main bus stop to the hotel, so unless paying for a taxi or driving yourself you were subject to that last bus to get back.

We rented this hotel because of the 2 bedrooms and the kitchen area. This hotel was not in a convenient location, but we thought the hotel shuttle would make up for the location. Unfortunately the shuttle did not end up working out for us as much as we had hoped. We spent more money on taxis and we could have put the money towards a hotel closer to a convenient location. During our 4 day stay only 1 of 3 hotel staff spoke English. The bathroom in the room had a shower stall and a very ineffective shower curtain. By the time you took a shower the whole bathroom floor was soaking wet. There was water damage on a wall that needed to be addressed. This is not the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, but I would not stay at this hotel again.

We spent a Saturday night at this hotel. It is stated that the reception is closed during the weekend on the Expedia website. However, it is open 24/7. I think the information is probably out of date on the website.

BOIS D'ARCY is not the most attractive of villages but this was a business visit. Hotel was well furnished and the staff extremely helpful. I would certainly use the hotel again for future business trips.

Great location and size, just needs cleaning
We drove to France from England and wanted to stay outside of Paris. We were a quick drive to the train station, parking was free, and it took about thirty minutes to get to Paris. The community was great. Now for the apartment, it's very roomy, it just needs a good cleaning from top to bottom.

De keukenhoek is wel klein, en er zou wel iets meer plaats mogen zijn om bvb het bestek niet helemaal onder de pompbak te moeten zoeken (daar waar in een gewone keuken meestal wat kuisgerief en een vuilbak is te vinden. Er was een kast links naast die keukenhoek, maar die wat op slot, die kast zou open moeten zijn, en als plaats dienen voor borden, bestek enz.
Perfecte badkamer, waar je zelf nog de temperatuur kan regelen (2 nachten daarvoor, in een grote hotelketen, was alles vast op 19° ingesteld, wel wat fris voor een badkamer)

Le système de chauffage est tellement bruyant que vous êtes obligé de l'éteindre pour pouvoir dormir. Résultat : comme le bâtiment est une passoire énergétique, vous avez au max 15 ° dans votre chambre le matin (et encore à condition de ne pas être sous le toit ou aux extrémités de l'hôtel). Si vos voisins n'ont pas éteint le leur, vous subissez le bourdonnement de leur chauffage respectif.
Le parking est payant alors que n'importe qui peut s'y garer : déclarez que votre voiture stationne dans le lotissement vous économiserez plus de 7 € / nuit ; surtout qu'il est facile de stationner dans le quartier.

Fijne uitvalsbasis voor onze plannen (France Miniature). Heel veel ruimte, netjes op orde. Directe omgeving weinig inspirerend maar dat was niet belangrijk. Parkeren voor de deur van onze kamer/appartement was ideaal omdat we op doorreis waren van onze zomervakantie.

À savoir que quand vous arrivez, le dépôt de garantie est obligatoire de 250€ mais dans les appartements il n’y a pas des choses valant ce dépôt de garantie. (Ex. : lave-vaisselle, canapé, téléphone..)
C’est assez spacieux mais il manque énormément de choses : un TÉLÉPHONE indispensable pour joindre la réception (car faire des allers-retours juste pour demander des renseignements c’est vraiment pas top pour les clients !!!)

Parking voiture on se serait cru dans une décharge, appartement sale les murs avec des traces partout et avec des trous par endroit, une grosse auréole sur le canapé bref hygiène pas top.

Photos ne correspondant pas à l'appartement qu'on a eu. Toutes les salle de bain sur les photo ont une baignoire nous a notre grande surprise on a eu une douche pas pratique avec des enfants. On avait réservé pour 6 donc c'était obliger qu'on se serve du canapé lit, canapé même pas déplier et aucune note explicative pour le déplier. Nous demander de nettoyer la cuisine avant de partir c'est un peu exagérer ( une note était mise pour ça ). On devait libérer la chambre à 11h mais à 9h on vient sonner pour faire le ménage, juste lever en gros. Bref on y retournera pas. Vraiment déçu.

Hallucinant, a notre arrivée on nous explique qu'a partir de 18h30 une personne va venir remplacer le canapé lit (hors d'usage)....18h30-19h00-9h30 personne....telephone HS pour joindre la réception. On se déplace et on nous dit "ben à cette heure ci la personne ne viendra plus".
Puis à 21h00 une personne debarque pour installer le canapé. Evidemment on refuse car voulons être tranquille.

De kamer was niet schoon en had te veel vocht. De afvoer van de wasbak in de badkamer was verstopt ik moest 2 dagen wachten totdat het wordt verholpen.
De airco deed het niet. Ook twee dagen wachten op het verhelpen van het probleem.

Nous avons du faire refixer plusieurs elements de la salle de bains. La moquette de la chambre etait sale et degradee. Pas d'oreillet spplementaire et wifi defaillant. Nous avons payé 4 euros par jour pour un parking qui n'étiat pas sécurisé : le portail ne fermait pas.

En effet, ayant réservé une chambre lit double par Expedia, nous venons à l'accueil où les 2 femmes présentes nous demandent le paiement de la somme de 98.60 €, facture déjà établit à l'appui.
Nous réglons par carte bancaire.
Hors lors de la réservation par Internet, le montant était de 93.00€, ce dont je fais part aux hôtesses qui me répondent qu'il y a les taxes de séjour, soit 1.60€ et 4€ de parking.
Pourquoi devons-nous payer le parking alors que nous sommes arrivés à votre établissement en taxi ???
Le paiement effectué, une des hôtesse nous demande nos Cartes Nationales d'identité, les ayant en main elle part avec nos 2 pièces on ne sait où et surtout quoi faire avec ?
Je l'interpelle pour lui demander ce qu'elle fait et elle me répond devoir faire un scanner de nos CNI.

J’ai du changer 3 fois de chambre puisqu’on était pas capable de me fournir une chambre avec lit double comme demandé. Lorsque celle-ci est enfin en ma possession, je découvre une vague odeur d’urine dans tous l’appartement, puis des rideaux à 15cm des vitres pour offrir une belle lumière de lampadaire, puis pour couronner le tout, attendre le matin 15 minutes pour avoir une facture version papier pour au final après ce quart d’heure d’attendre leur demander par mail puisque c’est trop long ...

Dirty (and I mean dirty!) carpet in the room, worse than any student room I have seen before. Broken soap dispenser in the bathroom so only a hand soap. The shower was good though and gave lots of water. Breakfast was ok.
