A very real warm welcome from “Kevin” the receptionist, he was a very good helper even help my friend and l to choose something to eat around Plaisir. He deserves a bonus for doing a very good job very friendly.

Room was exceptional clean. Breakfast was great. We stayed during a very hot spell and could of benefitted from air con in the room! Apart from the lack of air con it was pleasant enough. No evening meal is available but that was fine for us, great restaurants were within a short drive.

Excellent Value for money

We used this as an overnight stopover and were more than satisfied with the room. Reasonably sized for the price, very nice bathroom, comfy beds, good bedding and all the usual extras. We were a little disappointed to find the restaurant closed as it looked quite attractive but there are 3 restaurants to choose from within a few minutes drive. This is the 2nd Kyriad we have stayed in and will continue to use them. Excellently priced no frills hotel.

Couverts et assiettes … j’ai du les nettoyer moi même. À 8h, toutes les tables étaient encombrées … j’ai du débarrasser moi-même une place … la personne a l’accueil n’a absolument pas bougé sauf quand nous avons demandé des tasses, des plateaux, du pain etc … franchement pour le petit dej si vous pouvez l’éviter … la salle de bain : un froid polaire. Et enfin trouver l’hôtel quand vous arrivez à 19h est un miracle : aucun éclairage, aucune indication, rien … il y a beaucoup de points d’amélioration à travailler …

La lumière clignotante du sas d'entrée donne le ton.
Pour la faire courte car le détail ne passe pas ici : pas de chauffage dans ma chambre à la mi-novembre, problème pourtant connu puisque le tableau est disjoncté. Pas de changement possible avant le 3e soir.
Dans la 1ere chambre : socle de bouilloire mais pas de bouilloire, boîte à mouchoirs mais vide, canette de bière restée à la porte du jardin. Dans la 2e chambre : propreté plus que limite, miroir de sdb arraché.
Pas de geste commercial proposé spontanément : une/des boissons chaudes auraient dû être le minimum.
Seul point positif : un des Mr qui reconnaît les problèmes, s'en excuse et me propose un radiateur soufflant.

Hôtel très bien placé malheureusement aucune explication lors de la prise de la chambre sur par exemple les horaires pour le petit déjeuner. Seule remarque à laquelle j’ai eu le droit fut mon arrivée en avance sur l’horaire prévu.
Je me suis retrouvée dans une chambre avec du café et des petits gâteaux mais aucune bouilloire et aucun verre pour en profiter. La chambre n’avait donc pas été vérifiée en amont. La salle de bain avait de la moisissure au plafond et l’odeur était désagréable. Je me suis retrouvée dans une chambre prévue à la base pour des personnes à mobilité réduite donc les wc était très haut la glace pour se maquiller très basse. Si j’avais trop d’avance j’aurai préféré qu’on me fasse patienter mais qu’on me propose une chambre adaptée.
Le petit déjeuner était bon mais il n’y avait pas trop de choix cependant au vu du prix il est en accord.

Avant la réservation nous avions demandé à avoir une chambre avec un petit jardin et cela n'a pas été respecté... dommage...de plus nous avons trouvé à plusieurs reprises des poils et des toiles d'araignée. Nous nous sommes retrouvés au deuxième étage avec une vu sur le parking donc nous avons été réveillé très tôt le matin par des gens qui parlaient fort.

Literie correcte mais hôtel très bruyant. Volets à réparer car ils ne peuvent pas etre accrochés. Lumiere du couloir qui passe au niveau de la chambre, d'où aucune pénombre. Lavabo légèrement bouché et chasse d'eau qui coule. Rien pour tenir le pommeau de douche. A 8h45, petit dejeuner très simpliste. Plus de pain, un seul pain au chocolat, panière de croissante emportée pour seminaire,... on reste sur sa faim.

Je n'ai passé qu'une nuit .
A mon arrivé vers 22h, je n'ai pas trouvé le réceptionniste très souriant en comparaison de mon départ par la dame d'accueille de jour.
J' ai été déçu de trouver une bouilloire qui ne fonctionnait pas pour prendre une boisson chaude à mon arrivé, chose que j'ai signalé l'ors de mon départ.j'étais chambre 127 Hotel kyriad à plaisir.
Il serait bon à l'avenir de vérifier le bon fonctionnement du matériel électrique et de réparer ou de remplacer ceux-ci.

Nous avions une réservation pour 2 chambres pour 2 personnes respectivement, soit 4 personnes, avec petit déjeuné compris.
Sur la réservation Hotel.com il était bien lisible qu'il s'agissait d'une réservation pour 4 personnes.
En arrivant pour la réceptionniste la réservation était pour 3 personnes.
Il a fallu batailler pour faire accepter que nous étions 4.
Si pour la chambre il n'y a rien à redire, le système de fermeture des portes des chambres fait qu'à chaque fois les portes claquent. Couloir peut insonorisé, moquette du couloir sale.

Voor Franse begrippen was het ontbijt zeer goed. De medewerkers zijn vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Parkeren is gratis en er is voldoende parkeergelegenheid. Plaisir ligt op een half uur autorijden van Parijs en een kwartier van Versailles. In Plaisir ligt een groot winkelcentrum met een aantal outletshops.

Es war sehr gut. Das Bett vielleicht ein klein wenig schmal (wir sind großes Bett gewohnt 😀) einchecken war super. Die Dame an der Rezeption war super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Aber alle anderen waren auch sehr nett. Trotz ein paar Sprachschwierigkeiten klappte alles wunderbar. Nur ein kleines Manko.. Leider kein deutsches TV, trotz Satelitenempfang. Aber alles in allem sehr gut.

Es ist ein älteres Hotel aber durchaus brauchbar.

Das Hotel ist ein altes Gebäude, doch die wichtigsten Zimmereinrichtungen werden gut in schuss gehalten. Die sanitären Einrichtungen sind sauber und neuerm Datums. Preis-Leistung ist für mich in Ordnung.

Arrivé vers 20h, je me gare sur le parking devant l'hôtel. Il y a 2 personnes qui fument dehors et qui donc forcement me voient rentrer dans l’hôtel. Je patiente à la réception car il n'y a personne, et finalement je me rends compte que la personne qui est dehors est la personne de la réception. Elle aurait pu venir en me voyant me garer.
Une erreur en me faisant payer ma facture (ça peut arriver). Je me suis fait rembourser sans problème.
Surpris qu'en 2017 il n'y ait pas de prise de courant à coté des chevets pour brancher son téléphone.

Nous avons été obligés d'arriver à 1h du matin et l'accueil a été parfait... envoi des codes d'accès par sms, rappel quelques heures avant pour nous redonner les infos, accueil très sympathique... bonne literie, buffet varié pour le petit déjeuner et agréablement surpris par les petites attentions (bouteilles d'eau, bouilloire avec café,...) (rares de cette catégorie d'hôtel !)

Un hôtel au format de gite rural : bravo !!
