If I could rate this hotel less than one star I would. We arrived late at night. It is a self check in hotel. I had issues finding the check in. My husband & I carried our 1st bags up. We opened the door to discover the room had not been made up, and that was the least of it, the room had not even been cleaned since the last person was there! The floor was covered in dirt, there was personal garbage in the bathroom garbage, there was hair in the sink, and the shower has a skim of scum on it. When I made the bed, I notice the comforter was stained and disgusting, burn marks and other stains. The shower was rusty, & when my husband & I went to get our suitcases, the card stopped working for the door and locked us out of our room. The card recharge that another client showed us didn't work. The hallways smelled and the smell of smoke in the hotel was strong. Then to top everything off, I woke up the next morning covered in bug bites, both arms and legs, my husband was the same and I had 3 on my face!!! Bed bug bites, I discovered after research! Which I later had to fumigated our luggage, our belongings and spend hours in a laundry mat washing all our clothes in hot water and drying in hot dryer till they were burning hot to get rid of them. I have not ever encountered them before and it was a nightmare that I will not ever forget. I had found what I thought were apple seeds on the mattress, and just figured it was another sign of the room not being cleaned properly!

Hotel location is good near super market and restaurants. Rom is clean and ok for one person toilet is clean but very small shower like ship toilets. overall stay was fine no issue.

The receptionist was very helpful and wven allowed us to eat our picnic tea in the breakfast dining area. Parking is free of charge. Rooms are tiny but functional.I found the bed to be very hard but thenim used to a soft mattress. Tiny pillow,more of a cushion and just the one. Room very hot and if you open the window be prepared for a mozzie invasion....The soap dispenser in the shower was empty which was a shame . Didn't have breakfast but it was bread and jam, tea and coffee from what I saw. Very noisy late at night from who appeared to be homeless people,also a strong smell of drugs coming through the window. We did wonder if rooms were let by the hour judging by the sounds eminating from a nearby room...Would we stay here again? No. It was cheap and was somewhere to overnight on our road trip to the south but I couldnt recommend .

This was the third Premiere Classe hotel we stayed at during our trip. This one was in somewhat worse physical condition than the others, with some of the fixtures, etc. noticeably showing their age. These hotels have small rooms with a self-contained bathroom unit (like something you might think you'd see on a ship). But all was within our expectations. The only complaint was that the wifi internet service had a firewall up that blocked all traffic except the web. This meant that our e-mail clients on our computer would not function.

L'hotelF1 Maurepas n'a pas trop mal vielli et sa décoration fait, un peu, oublier son age. Propreté, literie et surface de la chambre font qu'on a l'impression d'en avoir pour son argent. Reste la douche aussi riquiqui que le tarif. Un très bon compromis au final

Bonjour, j’ai passez une très mauvais séjour , du bruit extrêmement fort jusqu’à 3h30/4h du matin aller retour constant dans les couloir , porte principale de l’hôtel , ouverte et fermer un nombre incalculable de fois, crie etc.. je n’ai pas pu dormir.

Budget stay for the night, but no more. Asked for a non smoking room, but the room smelled like there has been smoked for years. Bed was hard, but ok. There are shops and restaurants close by so the location is ok. Surprisingly a small breakfast was included (baguette and coffee).

merci de me donner cette chance d'écrire sur les performances de l'administration de l'hôtel. il y a une vieille femme qui est très impolie et elle m'a traité comme je vais dormir gratuitement. elle a plissé son visage sur moi tapé sur le bureau de la réception sans raison. Je n'ai pas entendu merci, bienvenue ou bonjour. Ce fut la pire expérience de mon séjour en France. de plus, une jeune femme était soit en colère sans raison. Je lui ai demandé s'il était possible de changer de chambre d'un lit de couple à un lit simple, mais elle a répondu: «C'est votre choix et c'est votre faute. l'équipe doit être évaluée par un comité spécial pour savoir quel était le problème. il n'est pas recommandé d'embaucher des employés stressants.

Attention à votre carte.
La première nuit notre carte s est demagnetisee et nous sommes resté à la porte de la chambre. On a du passer la nuit dans la salle de restauration sans dormir. Le hic aucun numéro de téléphone, sonnette d urgence fonctionnelle, etc dans ce cas. Le lendemain l hôtel nous a offert une nuit de plus pour rattraper cette nuit blanche car on ne pouvait pas prendre la route pour faire 400km sans avoir dormi. Personnel très sympathique et compréhensif. Peut être juste un manque de consignes préventives vis à vis de la carte pour éviter ce genre d incident. On ne peut pas deviner quand on a pas l habitude que le simple fait de ranger la carte dans la même poche que son portable la désactive...

Situé côté parking, nous ne pouvions ouvrir la fenêtre du à la nuisance sonore d'une ventilation dehors venant de l'hôtel. La chambre est rénovée mais la douche n'est pas top niveau propreté et est tres petite. Des personnes sont rentrés à 3h du matin et on réveillait tout le couloir à parler et claquer les portes.

Im Flugzeug ist jedoch keine Dusche montiert. Mich wundert es nicht, dass keine Bilder von den \"Badezimmern\" präsentiert werden, denn dies wäre recht blamabel.
- In unserem Zimmer schloss der Türschließer die Tür nicht richtig. Für uns war dies kein Problem, jedoch wusste das Reinigungspersonal dies offenbar nicht. Somit stand an einem Tag bei unserer Rückkehr die Türe unverschlossen offen, sodass jeder hätte rein gehen können. Zum Glück fehlte nichts von unseren Sachen.
- An einem anderen Abend funktionierte unsere Magnetkarte nicht mehr, sodass wir nicht ins Zimmer kamen. Weder per Telefon, noch über die Sprechanlage war jemand zu erreichen. Auch keinerlei Hinweise irgendwo angebracht, wie man im Notfall jemanden erreichen könnte. Zum Glück wusste ein anderer Gast zufällig, dass jemand vom Personal oben in den Zimmern einquartiert ist. Il faut savoir que l’hôtel ne met pas à disposition de serviettes de toilette. Malheureusement cette info n’etait pas noté sur le site expédia et nous avons dû acheter 1 serviette à l’accueil pour 3€ !

Chambre à 3 lits superposés, celui du bas étant au niveau du sol sur un sommier à latte plus grand que le matelas (et je passe sur le manque d'espace entre chaque lit !), une table bistrot bancale, pas de penderie avec cintres, une seule prise de courant, un espace toilette plus que réduit, et comble du bonheur le robinet de la douche inversé !!! A noter également les alentours plutôt moches au fond d'une zone commerciale, la voiture épave sur le parking, bref... A EVITER.

Nous avions réservé 2 chambres familiales (groupe de 8). Quand nous sommes arrivés, la réceptionniste a préféré prendre une réservation par téléphone au lieu de nous servir. Nous avons dû attendre 15 minutes avant qu'elle s'occupe de nous. Ensuite nous sommes allés dans nos chambres. La douche était bouchée, ça sentait mauvais. Au lieu de nous changer de chambre, la réceptionniste a préféré essayer de déboucher la douche. Odeur horrible, trucs noirs de partout. Dégeulasse. Finalement elle décide de nous changer de chambre, même chose dans les autres chambres disponibles. Finalement nous avons pris la 3e car elle refusait de nous rembourser nos chambres afin d'aller à un autre hôtel. Aucune air conditionnée alors qu'il faisait 37c. Mes enfants ont été mangé par des puces de lits, (j'ai pris en photo le dos de l'un de mes fils, 5 jours après notre visite à cet hôtel avec des croûtes horribles qui ont du mal à guérir). En gros, hôtel horrible, qui essaye simplement de repeindre les murs pour faire croire que c'est propre et neuf alors que ce n'est pas le cas!!! Horrible horrible horrible, restez loin de cet hôtel!!!

Problèmes de moustiques et hôtel en rénovation
Petit week-end avec mes enfants sur maurepas. L'hôtel été en travaux. Il en a bien besoin. De gros soucis de moustiques dans les chambres. Un appareil anti moustique nous es donné à l'accueil. Sa suffit pour s'en débarrasser. Par contre le samedi à notre arrivé la jeune femme qui nous a reçu es vraiment très commerçante et souriante. Sa beauté et sa gentillesse rattrape le tout.
