Great staff but poor conditions...

Unfortunately the state of the room was very poor.. broken floor, dirty curtains and the electricity stopped abruptly which stopped an important all for me for 15 min.. the staff is super nice thou!

Not exactly what we expected.

Bit disappointing, as we had ordered twin beds & there was only a queen bed & sofa bed, which wasn't the most comfortable. We asked for a change but it wasn't available that day, but could have changed the next day, but after a 17-1/2hr direct flight from Perth to London then a Eurostar channel train trip and an hour taxi ride, we were too tired to bother changing. Also it was an inconvenience that the day time receptionist didn't understand English. I guess it was an experience.

Very disappointed

This facility is in a remote location and it was very difficult to travel to public transportation hubs. The information about the facility is misleading. Although it states in the ad, and in fact, in the on site brochure that shuttles are available, no weekend shuttles were running. It is far from town, 1.5 km, so to get to restaurant or shop is a long walk. The room was clean. Long-stay guests were grilling outside our patio, and the smoke billowed into the room. The coffee machine in the cafeteria did not work during our stay.

TERRIBLE WITHOUT FAN OR AIR CONDITION IN HOT .

The room without fan or Air condition. In hot summer I would recommend anyone to stay.. I arrived on saturday the outside tempereture was 32C . In room you feel you hot kitchen. I have about 8 showers in one day. can't sleep and it is to hot to sleep.

For what we paid this turned out to be an OK choice. Breakfast was a little scant, service non-existent, but probably just about worth ten euros. Overall there was only minimal service in the hotel but this was probably because there was also an emphasis on DIY - eg one could get one's own breakfast, which we did on all but the first day. There were no supermarkets nearby - all at least 10 mins walk but okay if you have transport. Similarly just two electric rings and a microwave, plus a limited range of kitchen utensils did not enable much scope for preparing one's own food. There was no restaurant on site and little of much choice nearby that were open when we went. The aparthotel fell between these two ideas but did not totally address either the facilities of a hotel nor the flexibility of an apartment. However the place was clean, well-run and quiet and suited the basic needs of our stay.

2 days Family trip to Paris

We (3 adults, 1 child -5yrs) stayed at Residhotel recently. Main intension was to get into Paris for sightseeing and back. The hotel is like new and the rooms are great with a useful kitchenette with all necessary utensils and a microwave. There is no Oven. For some reason it gets little hot in the room if the windows are shut. It could be due to lack of ventilation? But apart from that no issues. The swiming pool was great and the 24 hr reception was very helpful. On street parking next to the hotel was no problem at all and the RER train station was approx a mile away. Good secured and open parking available at extremely reasonable rate at the RER station (Zone 4). La Defence area being 2 stations away was also a plus as it is also a good place to visit for few hours.

Residhome Apartment, 5 night holiday, March 2012

We are a couple in our early sixties. We have just returned from a five night/six day holiday in Paris, staying at Residhome, Carrieres sur Seine and we had a lovely time and thoroughly recommend this accommodation to others. It is very reasonably priced and an excellent base for a holiday in Paris, especially for people who like to have independence. The whole building is spotlessly clean and comfortable and the reception staff very friendly and helpful. We do speak a little French, but it wouldn't have mattered if we didn't, as their English is good. We did have one problem with our room, in that bulbs in two of the lights packed in during our stay. We reported this, but it wasn't sorted the first day, much to our disappointment. However, the reception staff apologised profusely and got it all sorted for us the day afterwards.
The restaurant looked nice, but to keep costs down we made our own breakfasts, which was easy, because the neat little kitchen area in our bedroom/studio contained everything we needed. There isn't a kettle, but we managed perfectly well for all our teas and coffees by boiling water in a jug, in the mircrowave. There was a good table and a comfortable chair each, so our meal times were enjoyable. There is a small area near the hotel reception where essentials can be purchased if wished and lots of local pizza businesses etc. who will deliver orders to the hotel. On arrival you are given leaflets to facilitate this if you wish. There is a Lidl supermarket one bus stop away, but we didn't need this as we went to smaller shops near the train station for what we needed to buy. We only bought one meal out each day, - in the evening. One evening we went to a Moroccan restaurant not far from the hotel and this was very good.. Other evenings we ate out down at restaurants near the railway station, before we got the bus back to the hotel, or ate in the area of the ciy where we had spent the day, just as it worked out.
Going back to the hotel, the beds are very comfortable and warm and we slept like logs! The hotel itself is quiet and peaceful. We watched TV for an hour or two each evening, but be warned! If it matters to you to have English speaking channels, there aren't any at this hotel! This didn't bother us, as we don't watch much TV when we are away on holiday and in fact watching the French programmes was a change for us, - and a linguistic challenge! We did watch a football match on the TV and enjoyed that as we didn't need to understand the commentary of course..
The hotel fitness suite, swimming pool and jacuzzi are absolutely lovely and the pool much bigger than we have enjoyed before at any hotel we have stayed. There are no extra costs for using these facilities and again, it is all spotlessly clean. The shallowest part of the pool is about 3 foot nine inches deep, so it wouldn't be suitable for young children unless carefully supervised by an adult. In fact, the pool area is not staffed, so if we had had any youngsters or teenagers with us we would have made sure we supervised them the whole time in the pool area.
We arrived in Paris by Eurostar train to Gare du Nord. We asked for a transport map of Paris, free, and bought a weekly pass each for the bus and rail system, - a pass called Navigo decouverte, for Zone 5, which we had read about on the internet before we left home. We had each taken with us a small photo of the requisite size, and these passes proved brilliant value for our sight seeing holiday. When travelling from Gard du Nord, we first took the underground to Chatillon Les Halles and then changed to the A line, in the direction of Cergy, getting off 5 stations later at Houilles Carrieres sur Seine. There are lots of trains, a really excellent service. It was a 25 minute walk from the train station to the hotel, but there is no problem because the Number 19 bus is outside the station and only a few stops, - taking about 10 minutes at the most, take you right outside the the hotel. The transport pass we had bought covered all buses and trains. .The reception staff gave us the No 19 bus timetable on arrival, and it is a very good service, so it was easy going to and from the station and from there on to wherever we had planned to go that day. We had no trouble at all each day, travelling to Monmartre on day and later on to the Eiffel Tower. Another day, we had a wonderful day at the Palace of Versailles and gardens. Another day at Notre Dame etc.etc. Now we enjoyed this travelling about, changing underground trains, seeing how the French live and meeting and speaking with French people at bus stops and the like. However, we must admit for some other couples, especially those with a bigger budget than we had, it may be preferable to stay nearer to the city centre. and we would mention that the last number 19 bus runs soon after 10 pm, no problem for us but may be too early for some. (Without that bus, it would be a taxi or a 25 minute walk from the railway station).
We can honestly say that if we return to Paris one day, as we hope, then we shall book this same hotel. It is good value for money.

The hotel is more like an appartment then a hotel, which suited us great, with the separate bedroom and kitchenette. Clean, a quiet location, a bit out of the way although easy to find. Só não coloco 5 estrelas pela distância até a estação. Vi em alguns comentários que alguns hospedes utilizaram um serviço de transporte do próprio hotel, mas enquanto estive lá não havia essa opção. Lugar muito tranquilo, espaçoso e limpíssimo. Ainda que bem distante, possui vista para a torre de alguns apartamentos.

Un accueil très agréable, des équipements plutôt sympa même si je n'ai pas eu le temps d'en profiter, mais la piscine me tentait bien quand même !
Beaucoup d'infos sur tous les restaurants sympa autour de l'hôtel lorsque son propre restaurant est fermé !!!
Une odeur de propre et un parfum très agréable dans le hall et dans les couloirs des apparts, des espaces très insonorisé, calme reposant et agréable pour travailler et vivre un peu comme à la maison.

Petit souci de propreté, dans la machine à café, il y avait en place un filtre usagé (et donc couvert de moisi), pas de mal de gras autour de la plaque électrique et des miettes de gâteau à plusieurs emplacements. Sinon, pour le reste, c'était parfait.
Petit plus, un parking souterrain facilement accessible.

Très bon accueil, service plus que parfait avec une réceptionniste très agréable et souriante, service au top !
J'ai été étonnée positivement de la grandeur de la chambre, du confort, de l'équipement dont la baignoire et la douche. Tout est en bon état ni problèmes de finition comme j'ai pu voir dans d'autres Residhome.
Le bonus c'est a piscine et la salle de sport qui étaient les uniques raisons de ma venue.

Petits bémols (c'est juste pour améliorer votre service car je suis partie enchantée et détendue de votre hôtel grâce aux qualités citées ci-dessus) :
- température de la piscine un peu froide (constatations faites le lendemain matin - dommage que la maintenance ne l'ai pas contrôlé le jour même) ;
- Jacuzzi non mis en sercice alors qu'il est précisé sur le site Internet ;
- Salle de sport sans appareil pour faire les bras et le haut du corps ;
- Lit double petit pour 2 personnes ;
- Un cheveux retrouvé dans le bac à douche et un autre proche du siphon de la baignoire.

Tive uma experiência totalmente desagradavel. Eles não encontraram minha reserva pela expedia e simplesmente disseram que nao tinham quartos disponíveis. Isso era mais 22h e tive que ameaçar em chamar a polícia se nao resolvessem isso. Apenas após mais de 2h de insistência, eles me enviaram para um outro hotel da mesma rede próx a eles para passar apenas uma noite. Meu problema foi resolvido no dia seguinte, mas raiva que esse hotel fez eu passar não vai ficar em branco.

Arredamento molto vecchio e la foto anche se reale evidenzia una qualità che la camera non ha traendomi in inganno. La mia camera era priva di condizionatore. Essendo dotate di cucina era presente un pó di odore.
Struttura frequentata da lavoratori in lunga permanenza e da gruppi turistici.
Troppo costosa per i servizi messi a disposizione e lontana da tutto. Nella struttura é presente la navetta che peró non ho utilizzato.

L'hôtel semble sympa mais 4h après l'avoir quitté je me suis rendu compte que j'avais oublié mon chargeur Apple Watch branché à côté du lit , impossible de le retrouver! Je suis repassée deux jours plus tard , la gouvernante n'avait toujours pas classé les objets oublies et un dernier coup de fil deux jours après n'a rien donné

J'ai réservé cet hôtel car j'avais un rendez-vous dans un studio d'enregistrement pour finaliser une maquette.

Ce court séjour à l'hôtel a été très agréable et le studio était exactement ce que j'en attendais : spacieux, propre, bien équipé et surtout un lit très, très confortable. Je me suis sentie chez moi avec même l'intention d'y séjourner plus longtemps.

レンタカー利用者にはお勧め！

今回、パリCDGでレンタカーを借り、ノルマンディをドライブする初日に宿泊しました。

この価格のワンベットルームタイプとしては、とてもリビングが広くて綺麗。トイレと風呂も別で使い勝手が良く、駐車場もセキュリティがあり、コストパフォーマンスは非常に高いと思います。

やや難点だったのは、風呂とは別に備えられたシャワー室の排水が悪いことかな。

レンタカーでドライブされる方には、お勧めします。

Séjour à titre professionnel. Surprise de l'emplacement de l'hôtel, par rapport au quartier où il est situé. Quartier néanmoins très calme.
J'ai fortement apprécié la sympathie du personnel et pour ce qui est des prestations de l'hôtel, la piscine est parfaite. J'ai beaucoup apprécié.

L’établissement est certes neuf et moderne, mais le mobilier n’est pas de bonne facture.
La chambre est très grande mais pas assez meublée. Pas de canapé, impression que le lit se perd dans la pièce. Ensemble non chaleureux. La petite kitchenette à l’entrée est bien équipée mais mal agencée, un chariot sur lequel est disposé le four à micro-ondes est dans le prolongement de la porte d’entrée, attention à l’ouverture si vous avez de gros bagages. Lit confortable, salle de bain basique, manque de placard, quelques cheveux dans la baignoire ( je suppose appartenant la femme de ménage), sol clair, impression qu’il est sale.
Absence d’information sur l’hôtel dans la chambre ( pas de brochure explicative avec les horaires du petit-déjeuner, de la piscine, pas de carton ne pas déranger – la femme de ménage a sonné à 10h pour faire la chambre – charmant).
Bref une chambre où l’on ne vient que pour dormir, rien de plus.
Un peu chère pour une nuit en banlieue.

Personnel à la réception très accueillant, très professionnel et serviable. Lit plus que confortable. Sdb et coin cuisine bien équipés. Beaucoup de rangements. Appart spacieux. Cependant, pas de coffre fort dans tous les appartements. Murs non isolés contre le bruit. Jacuzzi et bouton d'accès au parking en panne. Vestiaire mixte à cause de travaux.
Un groupe d'une quarantaine de petits voyous ont fait un tapage monstre pendant 2 jours. Musique plus qu'à fond comme s'ils étaient en boîte de nuit. Intervention inutile et ridicule de la police locale à 3 reprises sans aucunes sanctions.

À la réception, nous avons eu affaire à un intérimaire pour faire face à un problème de carte de la chambre. Il n'a pas présenté grand intérêt à nous servir correctement...
Sinon le jaccuzi était glacial ! Mis à part ça, bon séjour, la chambre était spacieuse et confortable, peu de monde donc agréable pour un séjour en amoureux.

propre et très spacieux

Chambre studio vraiment très spacieuse, la literie est très confortable. Il y a des volets roulants. Et aussi café, biscuits... Deux ascenseurs ( très pratique ) .
Le petit déjeuner est simple(bof pour 10euros). Parking souterrain payant 10 euro. Navettes gratuites entre l'hôtel et le RER de 7h à 9h puis 17h à 19h... Car le rer est trop loin .
Hôtel calme , je recommande.
