Average really. Run down, holes in curtains, didn't close. Too warm and only a fan. TV didn't work......but! We came for a quick Paris visit. Apart from sleeping and having a shower we were out all the time. You pay for what you get. It was cheap. End of.

It was ok but very annoying on last night as had to walk up to 9th floor as elevator not working and then back down in the morning with all my luggage.
Area is not very nice with very poor choice of food and only 1 bar who charge a sirchargec if you want to sit down with your drink. All in all, not recommended

I did not have a bad opinion of Adagio before. Adagio Brussels Grand Place is well managed. I am writing this review with the hope the parent company takes action.

Hotel front door is always closed. Call to get door open.
There is no air conditioning. Nor ceiling fan. Room reached 31 degrees (measured) when temperature was 29 degrees outside.
One single elevator. Elevator was broken 16 hrs, from 6:00 PM until next day 10:00 AM. This building is 9 stories high.
Mattress is 4 inches of regular foam on a Murphy bed with slates. Forget any idea of a comfortable sleep.
I went 8 days without room cleaning room until I complained. Expect no room cleaning, as per hotel front desk it is supposed to happen once a week.
There are no access cards. Access codes were changed twice without giving prior advise, locking me out.
The 2 high chairs in the room are uncomfortable. There is no other seating in the room. It is unclear if guests are expected to lift the Murphy bed to transform it into seating. I tried this and found a dirty semi-couch below, with cigarette burn holes. Make sure not to injure yourself while lifting it.
The area is far away. The contraband of cigarettes at the corner, the Victor Bash tram T2 stop, makes the area feel unsafe.

Nice room. Thats about it.

Somewhat disappointing as we were not able to get to our room as it was not ready till 6pm. To recompence us we were offered free breakfast, which we accepred. On check out we were charged for breakfast and it took quite a while to convince them of their error even though it was the same person who offered us the free breakfast.
Quite a dodgy area.

Great stay whilst visiting La Défense arena

Booked for a 2 night stay whilst visiting La Défense Arena and it was perfect from start to finish.
Lovely clean room, comfy beds and the staff were very helpful and friendly.
Literally walk across the road to access the trams to travel wherever you wish to go in Paris.
Would recommend to anyone looking for affordable decent accommodation whilst visiting Paris.

L’hôtel est parfaite pour explorer Paris C’est vraiment facile il y a un tram à deux minutes de l’hôtel pis juste devant il y a une très bonne boulangerie Les croissants au chocolat des viennoises Des sandwiches à cinq euros. Très très bon et en plus il y a une épicerie à deux minutes de l’hôtel aussi Une très grande épicerie. Le personnel à l’hôtel était très gentil et répondait à toutes nos questions si vous aviez besoin de quelque chose de plus comme du papier de toilette ou des oreillers Ils étaient là pour vous et si vous étiez parti Ils allaient les porter direct dans votre chambre pour ne pas les oublier. en gros très bel hôtel très propre proche de beaucoup de choses et facile d’accès pré sécuritaire aussi. J’ai adoré mon séjour là-bas si je devrais le recommander, je le recommanderais.

Staff was extremely friendly and allowed us to check in early at no fee. The hotel itself is so nice loved our room and the view. The area the hotel is in is very loud but the windows were completely soundproof! Three windows too with a view. The bathroom was huge, with a towel heater (loved that) The kitchenette was stocked with all the utensils for cooking and dining. I will say I had some trouble with the microwave because it also acted as an oven but that was on me haha. The cleaning staff were also very nice and accommodating. The area as I said previously is very loud and bustling but not a big issue, the tram is literally crossing the street and leads you to a main metro line (La Defense) and a shopping mall area, which was only 10 minutes away on the tram. There was also a small super market one station (La Jaqueline) away that had mostly everything. There was a gas station with American fast food restaurants right beside it next to that same station. Also if you’re planning on going to downtown Paris from the hotel I do recommend the 18 minute uber (€15) ride to the Eiffel Tower rather than a one and a half our ride on the public transportation, then once in the city centre going back to using the public transportation again. Saved us a lot of time! All in all a great experience staying at this hotel and would recommend it to anyone wanting a nice luxurious feeling hotel in the outskirts of Paris (at an amazing price!).

Lovely stay here for the Paralympics. Large room for 2 people, entry felt secure.
Across the road from tram station straight to La Defense arena and for metro into Paris CBD. Very much a neighbourhood feel.
Basic kitchenette with mini fridge very helpful. The 'aircon' did not seem to work however we had a large window that fully opened to the neighbouring garden/park which worked fine for us - there was also a fan available.
Marcy on front desk was outstanding both check in and check out! All staff friendly.
Notes: housekeeping available for 8nights+ (which we knew in advanced and was ok with)
Overall a great stay for our purpose, thank you :)

It is only 2, 3 minutes walk to Grocery market, Patisserie, Boulangerie, T2 Tram and Bus to go to Paris.

First lets talk about the team, they are all AMAZING, they made our stay smooth and perfect, they are always available for help and assistance, special note to jean guy i believe who was just like a brother at the hotel, even the director is down to earth and accessible. Then we rented a studio for 4 people which was on the 10th floor with the view over 'La defense's buildings\" amazing and even more during the night, the room was clean we stayed for 8 nights, they came to clean for free once, and since we were barely there, so it was fine, the location is great 10 min by tram to la defense, a great patisserie is right accross the street of the hotel where we would buy freshly hot baked croissant/ pain au chocolat and baguette . I would definitely book this hotel again.

Great staff, great place.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, which lent to a great stay. The hotel / apartment is only 8 minutes from La Defense via the light-rail [T2], another 7 or 8 minutes from the Arc de Triomphe, with the train station less than two blocks from the hotel. The price is fair. We were very happy with our stay.

A Glorified Hostel

We don't speak French and most of the time reception didn't speak English. So there were some communication problems but nothing hand gestures couldn't resolve. We stayed for 9 nights and our room was cleaned once. Had to ask for extra toilet paper repeatedly. Air flow of any kind didn't work so we just left the window open. But the room was pretty nice. Clean, Comfy bed, Microwave, stove (which we didn't use), Fridge, Tram near by, Grocery Store kiddy corner from the place, lovely shower.

OK place but poor value for money

Receptionist was friendly and helpful. Access at the entrance door, elevator and apartment is with a code, so not very convenient as you need to memorise it/write it somewhere. Apartments are okay, but feel old and the furniture feels very cheap. The kitchen is nicely equipped and convenient. The bathrooms feel very old, ad the shower was leaking everywhere. In my 4 nights stay, the apartment wasnt cleaned once (apparently cleaning is only once a week, and a cleaning wasnt made available even with an extra fee. Annoying when most bath towels are used to mop the bathroom floor...).
And the area is absolutely terrible. Very poor value for money, for this kind of price I would recommend going in La Défense or Paris West for much better services.

Modern apartment suitable for family

Pros:
Friendly staff and modern layout.
Room sleeps 4 and since it is not a hotel as such, no noisy neighbours.
2 mins walk to metro, gets you to La Defence and the M1 line can get you to most tourist attractions.

Cons:
We went in the summer and the heat was 26-28c.
There is no air conditioning, so if you open the windows, it will get very noisy from traffic and passer-by.
Please note room cleaning is not included in price unless you stay >8 days. So take you trash across the road which is surprisingly easy.

Conclusion:
For its staff, price and condition, i would highly recommend it for self catering family who is looking for a handy base to tour from due to its location.

Great Experience.

The hotel's staff was very friendly. Everything near hotel (Restaurants, super market) only few minutes by tram to shopping mall. If you have a car so its a great place to stay and visit paris because the price is good comparing to room space. If you don't have a car, Paris visit will cost you around 15 euros to travel by tram.

Mon séjour à Aparthotel Adagio Access Colombes La Défense s'est bien passé dans l'ensemble. La chambre est bien que spacieuse et agréable était très chaude. Malheureusement elle ne dispose pas climatisation. J'étais obligée de garder la fenêtre ouverte de jour comme de nuit.
Pour son coût élevé soit 16 Euros, je n'ai pas trouvé le petit déjeuner génial. Donc pas d'adéquation qualité-paix.
Deuxièmement j'ai suggéré à la réception d'offrir aux clients un plateau d'accueil thé-café-lait -sucre etc.
Par contre la localisation de l'hôtel par rapport aux moyens de transports, des restaurants et autres commodités est excellente .
Par ailleurs, j'ai déploré pour le regretter la mauvaise gestion de la mise à disposition des clients qui font la demande, du fer à repasser.

Chambre propre et moderne avec toutes les commodités malheureusement nous nous sommes aperçu que la porte de la chambre ne fermait pas à clef donc signalement fait à la réception dès notre arrivée mais la porte de la chambre n a pas été réparée ni même signalé au réceptionniste qui prenait la relève de nuit car nous sommes rentré tard le vendredi et celui ignorait le problème et le samedi même chose toujours pas de réparation de la porte et pas de transmissions du problème entre les agents malgré l alerte données le 1 er jours donc le samedi nous avons demandé à descendre nos bagages à la bagagerie afin qu'il y soient en sécurité durant notre absence. Grosse déception de ce côté là !

Hôtel bien placé pour se rendre à La Défense. Quartier sans attrait mais un supermarché à 2 pas. La chambre est spacieuse et agréable. Le personnel est aimable. Le bémol : odeurs désagréables de canalisation dans la salle de bains et joins de carrelage très moisis, porte de la douche qui ne ferme plus. Malgré tout, la chambre est propre. Literie trop ferme à mon goût mais ca reste tout à fait correct. À moins de 90€ la nuit (tarif que j’ai obtenu), ça va. Mais le plein tarif à plus de 120€, ça ne les vaut pas.

El hotel está muy bien, la cama excelente y todo funcionaba muy bien. Está a unos 30-40 minutos de París en tranvía y metro. A mi parecer lo único que le hace falta es que el fregadero debería de tener un espacio donde escurrir los platos, por lo demás todo ha sido excelente, desde la gente de recepción hasta la habitación, volvería seguro

Super freundliches Personal, die Zimmer sind sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Schlafsofa könnte allerdings einen waschbaren Bezug haben. Schön wäre auch ein Wasserkocher, statt einer Kaffeemaschine, sehr guten Kaffee/Espresso bekommt man im Erdgeschoss kostenlos. Frisch bezogene Bettdecken und Kissen sind ausreichend vorhanden und die Betten bequem. Praktisch ist der Zugang überall mit Code.
Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Très bonne hôtel propreté irréprochable chambre très modernes très bien équiper même un ventilateur mis à disposition dans la chambre en cas de grosse chaleur. code de wifi et télé sans charges en plus! Possibilité de prendre le petit déjeuner dans la salle ou bien dans sa chambre. Nous recommandons cet hôtel !

Les photos du site sont conformes. Placé non loin d'un centre commercial leclerc ce qui appréciable. Chambre de 22 m2 .pas de climatisation mais un gros ventilateur. Lit double fait de 2 matelas simple ce qui est un non-sens.

Appart hôtel très sympa !

Séjour agréable, personnel souriant et disponible. Chambre propre et spacieuse. Parking voiture très pratique. A seulement 10 minutes de La Défense et 20 du centre de Paris, impec ! Seul petit hic manquait un jeu de serviettes, un ou deux coussins sup., mais nous n’avons pas demandé, peut être en aurions nous eut.

Les appartements sont bien agencés et très bien insonorisés ce qui est un gros point positif
Globalement le séjour s'est bien passé de l'accueil au check out on a même pu partir plus tard.
Si besoin je reviendrai avec plaisir
