Appartement hôtel très bien. Personnel très sympathique. La chambre était récente, propre et conforme à la description avec un balcon. Seule petite chose négative que je pourrais mettre est le nettoyage effectué une seule fois dans la semaine au bout de 4 jours...Le ménage tout les deux jours serait pas mal, ne serait ce que pour vider les poubelles... De plus il y a une erreur sur le temps qu'il faut pour aller de l’hôtel à la gare la plus proche à pieds, il faut entre 10mn et un quart d'heure contrairement aux 4mn indiqué sur le site.

The staff was kinda rude, I had an issue because they had listed the gym on the amenities section and that was the main reason I booked there because I was almost one month away from home and wanted to work out but when I got there they told me the gym was not available, I talked to them to see if it was possible to cancel or change the booking to just one night and they told me that it was very hard because it was going to be a “hassle” to get paid by Expedia because it was prepaid for 3 nights.
I had to stay away from my family who booked near by downtown Paris and I didn’t even get to work out.
If you are looking for the amenities make sure to contact them first because they are doing a lot of renovations, one of the employees told me they had a fire. If you are looking for something specific and they have it listed but when you get there they tell you it’s not available, most likely you won’t see your money back and they won’t do anything about it. The hotel is like 1:20 hour away downtown. Also the transportation around is very limited and you have to walk like 20 min to the nearest metro station.

I have had a horrible experience. Hopefully, it can be corrected. I arrived on July 25, 2025, with the leaving date of July 28, 2025. The first day was great. The staff was very helpful. The second day, my key stopped working. Originally, they thought it was the key, so the staff kept having me run back and forth to recode the key. Sometimes they would tell me to wait and that they would bring a key, but no one ever came and I was left in the dark because the key works the electricity. Eventually, I gave up, and I just asked the staff to open the door. They gave me a key that didn’t open the door but did keep the lights on. On July 27th, they upgraded me because my key was not working. Which I was happy with, but then I got an email that stated the hotel had charged my card 28 dollars. I went downstairs to clear the matter up, but the front desk at first stated she saw me with a beer. I explained to her how I came the night before, and the person at the bar stated that y'all can’t sell alcohol. Then she stated that I had breakfast. I asked her to show me some type of proof. I know for sure that I did not order breakfast because I had been sleeping in due to late nights. I just don’t like the dishonesty. Hopefully, it gets fixed. Either way, I will be disputing the charges, but I would like the hotel to give me some type of reason for why and how this happened.

The property advertises the provision of housekeeping which they claim is available on request. However, my request for this service was denied. On the checkout day, there was a lot of extremely embarrassing drama. My daughter who had travelled with me, was unwell and had been sick in the bathroom when we were due to leave at 12.00. The male receptionist came and was trying to force his way into our room. I don’t know what he hoped to achieve by so doing. I asked him to give us a little more time to leave and he was insistent that we only had 10 minutes. I requested 20 minutes and he just stayed there arguing with me and kept insisting on entering the room, despite my informing him that I was not fully dressed and my daughter was in the bathroom. He came back a little while later with another male and all hell broke loose. They created commotion and pandemonium, threatening to call the police on us. We were not allowed to leave our luggage behind contrary to their claim to that effect. They were so disrespectful and treated my daughter and I as if we were common criminals, just because we chose to stay with them. Great hotel to stay. The staff is amazing and helpful. However the bridge crossing the roads from the hotel to easily access the train station is closed now for construction. So you have to walk around 10-15 min to get to the train station. But other than that the hotel is nice and clean. I recommend to all visitors .

A bit too far out of Paris Central
Was outside of main Paris district which we knew when booking but there was very little around the hotel as it seems to be a new development, mostly a building site building new apartments. Staff were OK but one of the Lifts wasn't working. Would stay closer to Central Paris next time.

Stay away. Hotel provides no small bath towels for cleaning yourself in the shower, only big towels, no lotions provided, no tissues provided. If you stay 10 days, no room service for 5 days so they clean your room only every five days, so you get no coffee items renewed for 5 days once used. Rooms smaller than they look in photos, clothes racks by your bed (no closets), desk tiny so working in bedroom on your laptop a hassle due to desk being very narrow. If you ask for room cleaning before five days, they charge you something like 13-16 euros for each day you ask for cleaning. Sheets on bed not well fitted, so they roll down on the headboard side, causing you to sleep on mattress plastic covering. The worst hotel experience of my life. Only positive is availability of underground parking if you have a car, but you pay for it, of course. Only one tiny night stand. Glass shower door very flimsy and fragile unstable, some rooms don't even have shower doors, so your bathroom gets wet. Current constructions going on in back of hotel, so can be noisy if you open window. It is however quiet if you keep window closed.

It was rather far from Paris Central and so was subject to very long metro and bus rides (combination) and SUPER far from Disneyland Paris. The hotel room itself though was a great size for four of us, the neighbourhood was pleasant enough, but more options to eat would have been nice.

Dit is mijn 6e of 7e verblijf in dit apartement hotel wegens mijn werk in Parijs. Modern, schoon en niet al te ver van mijn werk met de trein en metro maar 1. de keuken gedeelte is te klein voor een standaard comfort studio, 2e lift werkt niet sinds mei of eerder, fitness was ook ruim 2 maanden wegens brand of zo...dus de service en onderhoud duurt te lang. Ook zou het handig zijn als er meer personeel is bij de receptie. Rest is top. Prachtig uitzicht op de 9e etage.
