€50 deposit is required upon arrival for the room so bring debit/credit card, it was reverted back on the day of leaving so all is fine.
Breakfast is extra costing around €9 for a petit dejeuner of pastries cake (very nice always running out though) drinks breads cheese ham cereal yoghurt etc.
Room always cleaned well and shower was powerful and warm.
Bed firm yet comfortable.
Drawback for us was location as further out of Paris and we used the public transport (use the RER C train which the train station was a simple 15 minutes walk away. Not too many restaurants in the area although there was a nice one we found, not the Mercure one.
All in all very good, if you have a car they have a car park but as we don't drive we have no experience with that.
Rooms get a 6 digit code rather than a key or key card.

The covered garage is a plus for someone who rented a car to drive to POIs. It was sort of deceiving in the website stating it’s less than 20min drive to Paris. Although it did say roughly 10 miles, it does take a good 40 to 50 min to get to city center. No grocery or restaurants either nearby so you have to grab food before heading back after a long day of exploration. Would still recommend if you’re not just going to Paris when in France. It’s a reasonable base. But I DONT recommend staying here if you don’t have a car. I don’t think the breakfast was worth the price. I would have taken my $ to some better cafe.

Service de nettoyage médiocre. Il y avait des déchets de la veille au coin après le passage de la femme de ménage. On nous mettait juste 2 serviettes à chaque fois pourtant c’était une chambre triple.
Les tapis dans le couloir sont extrêmement sale et n’ont jamais été nettoyé durant notre séjour. Présence des traces de moisissures dans certaines toilettes du au mauvais nettoyage, ce qui accumule les taches au fil des années.

Stayed 3 nights at IBIS Gennevilliers. Staff greeted us with a smile on our arrival and made us feel comfortable throughout our entire stay. They were helpful with all of my queries and available 24/7 whenever I needed them. This is what I was most impressed with. I would like to give a special thanks to the chap with the long hair at reception who was very down to earth and honest. He even organised me a Taxi into central Paris when I was struggling to get hold of one through the app on my phone, which was very helpful indeed considering I had my wife and 6 month old baby with me. So a special thanks to him. The area itself however is very remote (industrial area/train lines) and is at least 30/40 mins drive from central Paris through normal traffic. At rush hour this can take a lot longer. There is a McDonald’s on the avenue around the corner from the hotel and a couple of other small eateries on the same road but nothing more so if you wish to explore, I wouldn’t recommend stopping here and would suggest staying closer to central Paris where there are more options. Otherwise, if you are not fussy and only looking for a cheap place to stay for a few days, then this is not a bad shout. Overall rating out of 10 : *6*

The building was a little hard to differentiate from the other hotel in the same parking lot. Taxi and delivery drivers were confused a few times. The wifi had a lot of issues but the hotel next door was accessible for us thankfully. The breakfast buffet was disappointing. More food was available but not put out until we had eaten the few things available. Our room was very clean and the floor was quiet despite being almost completely full.

I had a lovely stay here. The staff were absolutely amazing – friendly, helpful, and always welcoming. The room was smaller than I expected, but it was spotlessly clean and very comfortable, which more than made up for the size. It’s about a 20-minute walk from the train station, so bear that in mind if you’re arriving with luggage.
One great perk is that there’s another hotel literally next door where you can pop in for dinner, drinks, or breakfast. The staff there were also very friendly, and it was a convenient option during my stay.

Second stay at this hotel, it’s easy access into Paris and actually there is a cute shopping mall 10 min drive from here which is really good. There’s also a really good affordable bakery near the Aldi close to here. The staff were friendly, and the rooms are decent enough. Walls are a little thin, which can be annoying if you have noisy neighbours! But can’t fault the hotel for the price it’s decent!!!

Had an amazing stay with super customer relationship even without me speaking french. my special regard to the man that made me enjoy every minutes of my stay in the person of Mr Abdel .the reception Manager He was so helpful and was there for me at all times. Helping me to navigate all through france.

The room was filthy and extremely tight. So tight you could not open a case on the floor. When telling the receptionist that it was dirty they said they could do nothing about it and when we said we would leave the hotel as we did not feel safe they said they were not refunding it and it was not their problem.

Lovely stay but the hotel is very basic no facilities in the rooms for tea coffee etc. the restaurant doesn’t open at weekends and there is no where else within walking distance to eat so not the greatest location. Staff were very nice and helpful but you need to ensure you have plenty of change or a card for the vending machines

No food, just a food machine that doesn’t accept contactless and the reception had no coins. Resuming, first night sleeping hungry. Two night later someone smoked at 3am all the whole building fire alarm triggered for 10 minutes in the middle of the night and no one came to explain what was happening…. Extremely far from city center.

It is a budget hotel, and it’s what you’ll get. Its location is not the best; it may work for people by car, not public transport commuters (we felt unsafe all the time). Besides, I is far from Avery thing. The room was clean and tidy, except for the shower curtains, and the floor corridors’ carpets were a little dirty. The check-in was easy, BUT we only got the room door code number on our last staying day (arrived on Saturday, left on Wednesday). We have to ask the counter guy to open it whenever we want to enter our room. There was a FIRE ALARM RINGING for nearly 30 minutes at 3:00 AM. It is a good place to save money, but I wouldn’t book out there again.

The room was clean & comfortable. The hotel is not centrally located, to get to the city it is a 10 minute walk to the train station and then a 20 minute train. There are also no restaurants or bars around other than the hotel restaurant next door. The area is industrial/business. We personally didn’t mind but for those that want to be close to the centre it probably isn’t for you. Overall we had a good stay. The only negative was when we went to check out & asked if we could store our luggage for a couple of hours and we were told there would be a charge. We have been traveling Europe for 6 months now and not once have had to pay to store luggage at a hotel we had paid to stay 3 nights at. I thought that was very odd.

I think hotel is nice quite convenient in price. It is in the suburbs of Paris and would do the job if you plan to stop by for night sleep. I would recommend using the bus route which stops in front of the hotel. Tram route over St. Denis does not look safe with scenes from District 9

I had a lovely stay at this hotel for my birthday weekend, my room was cleaned everyday which o really appreciated. The hotel is also very peaceful, despite there being a lot of guests. My only criticism is that the heater in the room wasn’t very good - it didn’t warm up the room as I would have liked it. Thankyou ibis!

The hotel is great! It has AC which is great in the summertime. The reception is friendly and helpful. Especially Bombileé (not sure if that is spelled correctly) she was very nice! The hotel is clean, new and comfortable It’s not too close to town BUT there is a bus stop right outside the hotel which makes traveling back and forth easy.

Its okay but it should have in room kettle and fridge so people can store their food freshly and room service was bad as the cleaner didn't clean my sons bunk bed for the whole time of stay. Toilet was good but the sink tap was broken and self was bit dodgy unstable. Overall experience is mixed and not very happy though.

The guys in the reception charged us for 3 days breakfast even-though we have requested only for 2 days. The bill was shown to us only after the payment was made. When we pointed out this mistake they told us that they cannot give us back the money and they give us an email contact for raising this. We had sent mail to the email contact but we haven't got any reply. The support for these type of issue is very poor. The property is clean but located in a place where the only option for food is McDonald which is 10 mins walk from the hotel.

Hotel is clean, everyone working there are extremely helpful and nice. But their beds are extremely uncomfortable , their supposedly breakfast is basically bread, croissants, coffee etc. Not worth spending the money for breakfast. The area was good short walk to bus, metro etc. When the cleaning lady came in to clean she just sprayed something from a bottle and wipe the sink, did not sweep or mop the floor. If you’re looking for something cheap and don’t mind the uncomfortable bed then that is your place.
