Everything was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Our request for a hairdryer and extra pillows was met within a few minutes of asking.
We thought the breakfast selection was excellent in pleasant airy surroundings.

Overall stay was good. As a SOLO traveler, It could be a little sketchy late at night but that’s anywhere. The staff was very helpful, the breakfast was good, the cleanliness of the room was good. However, the bathroom is very small, the toilet was so close to the wall. There is no separation between the shower floor and the rest of the bathroom, so if you shower expect the entire floor to be wet. I wish it was phones in the room, but I walked down stairs for help. Overall my two day stay was ok.

The hotel was clean but very basic. No facility in the hotel, no tea, water or coffee in the evening. No local shops near the hotel. In the room no wardrobe just basic metal hanger, no hairdryer, very small bathroom, strange half glass shower door. Hang \"Dont disturb sign\" on the door but still maid came in our room every day. Breakfast was very basic but eat all you want. Powdered scrambled egg and bacon were horrible. The staff turned off coffee machine in the lobby so noone allowed to use it in the evening. Location was very quite no shop or restaurant or facility. Nothing to do at night in this area. Only very near Metro station just 5 minutes walk. I don`t recommend this hotel.

Price was decent. Walking distance to subway. Breakfast was chaotic: too many people to cram into that tiny space, and they ran out of a lot of food. Meanwhile, my room was clean and the bed comfortable but it smelled like sewage. Couldn’t figure out where the smell was coming from. I guess I should have asked for a different room, but I don’t like to be high maintenance.

Great people, cozy hotel, decent rooms

This hotel is cozy and nice. Located at a good place to walk around and shop/eat. Morning breakfast options were decent as well
The front desk guy is rockstar. He was extremely helpful and patient with tourists like us.
Only reason why I could not give 5 stars is because of the AC issues. They weren't resolved in the one night stay we had but it didn't ruin the night much luckily.

If you're going to an event at Stade de France, this is one of the best hotels for it. You're one metro stop away from the stadium and the area is very safe. The hotel overall was good, there was NO shower curtain and that made the water from the shower reach the bathroom, they clean the rooms every day which is very nice. The breakfast gets the job done, not the best but worth the money, staff is very friendy although at very late night times there's nobody covering the front desk. There was a bit of a smoke smell some nights but nothing to get too bothered. The Wi-Fi was super fast, specially since there's only Franche TV so that helped out.

Initially my wife went to check-in, as I got the bags out, and apparently the receptionist couldn't find our reservation and was being a bit difficult. However when I came to speak to him he didn't have any issues - not sure if I'm just reading into it but it was rather awkward. I travelled with my family and had 3 rooms, 1 room had a slight sewage smell which went quickly after we opened the window. Apart from that the rooms were clean and tidy. I don't know why they call it a B&B as the breakfast is not included in your rate and you have to pay extra! The amenities were basic with just a tv in the room but the shower is powerful and hot water almost instant. There is secure underground carpark for which you have to pay, or you can park on the side roads in the evening and Sunday for free.

Very satisfied with this hotel. It was in a more local part of Paris, so there wasn't a ton around, but it had a pharmacy and several food places right down the street. Seemed to be a safe area. Right next to a Marriot. A super convenient 2 minute walk from the metro, where you could get to the main tourist attractions in an average of 30 min. I was also able to take the metro from the bus station to arrive here. Check in was quick and easy. There were vending machines in the lobby and you could pay at a kiosk to have dinner delivered to your room. My room was very clean and cozy. Shower was nice. Room does not come with hair dryer and shampoo/ conditioner though so you must bring your own. Check out was simple. You just had to be out and didn't have to complete anything. If I go to Paris again this summer, I will stay here.

We stayed for the 1 night as it was the nearest hotel for the Euro 2016 football final. On arrival the room was not ready, even though we could check in from mid day!
We booked this hotel as it stated parking available and as we have a wheelchair user, we thought we could park at the hotel and walk to the stadium. Upon check in we were told that no spaces were left as other guest had pre-booked them! we luckily found a space nearby, but the hotel staff were not helpful in assisting us with this. Lots of guests were able to check into their rooms before us, we waited for an hour for a family room to be ready and when we finally got to our room, we were glad it was only for 1 night as the room was very smelly!
We had just stayed in central Paris for 2 nights and this hotel was of a much lower standard, even though it was rated the same.
The only food available was from vending machines, luckily the Courtyard hotel next door had a lovely restaurant and the food there was great. Unfortunately the Courtyard hotel didn't have any rooms or we would have booked there instead, I'd recommend changing if you can.

Arrivée le weekend, la femme hôtesse que j'ai trouvée sur place est désagréable avec un sens du service inexistant. Je suis arrivé vers 10h30 pour demander s'il est possible de faire un check in plus tôt. Elle me répond que sur le site c'est écrit 14h et c'est tout.
Même pour avoir une idée d'une possibilité au plus tôt, rien c'est 14h.
C'est dommage car les autres personnes sont bien serviables.

Si l on aime prendre de la hauteur, le 5eme étage est parfait.
Chambre au top, pour les amateurs de manège. La machinerie ascenseur étant à côté de la chambre 507 la chambre tremble des l utilisation de ce dernier, J ai oublié de préciser que je n étais pas doté d un handicap ce qui m a permis d avoir une douche avec un mitigeur a 50 çm du sol. J ai pu suivre la conversation de mes voisins. Mais a 00h plus de bruit et J ai passé une bonne nuit. Le personnel d accueil est très souriant et agréable
