Spacious, comfortable hotel with a balcony overlooking the park. Staff were very friendly and the hotel is in a great neighborhood with quick access to the metro. Our family enjoyed our stay here a great deal and hope to return again.

If you want to eat the finest baling around try the Madeleine boulangerie five minutes walk from the hotel.

We stayed for just 2 nights. The hotel is clean and in a good location, close to a nice pastry shop. Parking is on the side street. The reason we give ** is that the front desk never follows up on our complaint. The heater for temperature control and the towel dry rack are not working, and the hair dryer (which is very important for us, three ladies) stops working every minute (maybe a timer?). When we checked out, no one was at the front desk, so we just left and left a message through the lady with limited English who works in the breakfast room to inform the front desk.

Good property to stay outside Paris city, you can reach Paris in 20 min. The staff here is excellent, neat and clean rooms. Only area of concern is size of the room , we have mentioned we have a toddler with us but the size of studio room was quite packed , otherwise recommend place to stay.

We asked for an iron and it was not working. We asked for a different one and we were told they don’t have another one. It is a lot of noise and screams on the hallways until late hours of the night (past midnight) and nobody does anything about it. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I had worst experience here. Initially they took 1 hour to check in later payment system didn’t work then I have to get cash and pay them. There is no hot water and air conditioning. They didn’t provide fan and also no room cleaning service daily. Have to change room with whole luggage since room doesn’t have hot water. Same thing with other room also. Suggest that please don’t choose this old apartment especially you are going with family.

Let me start by saying that we travel frequently. We had to stay 3 weeks to work the Olympics. The major issue I have with this place is the terrible access to Internet. We both had to work during our trip and had an impossible time because the WiFi either didn't work or was so dysfunctional that it was useless. This place is not designed for business travelers. The restaurant did not even allow for access to coffee in the morning for free. Bathroom shower was rather dangerous due to an unstable plexiglass partition between the tub and sink. There's no grab bar either. The beds seemed okay, but the second night, my back seized up so badly from the quality of the mattress that I had to go to the hospital. We had to put the beds standing up just to put the mattresses on the floor. Also cost 10€ for a load of wash, and the dryer didn't completely dry out clothes. It's in a good location near the metro, with several good restaurants and a good grocery store nearby. There is also a farmer's market within walking distance on Wednesday and Saturday. Very expensive for business travelers that need Internet.

We showed up with our six-month-old son in the heat of August, only to be told they’d moved us to their sister hotel around the corner. What they didn’t tell us was the sister ‘Park’ hotel didn’t have air-conditioning!
The room was 29C inside, and despite having the window wide open and the fan blowing outside air in, it only cooled to 28C by morning (despite the outside temperature dropping to 20C). It was not pleasant. The night manager was kind but said they overbook the air-con hotel and send the extras to their non-air-con hotel. Felt like false advertising. And not a way to treat a family with a young baby.
Also… the bathroom door had huge holes filled with expanding foam, the dishwasher didn’t work, and smoke from people’s cigarettes on the floor below kept wafting up into our open window.
NOT WHAT WE PAID FOR.

We stayed here during the Olympics, we wanted something affordable, safe, clean with good transport links and this was exactly that. It's a bit no frills, it could definitely do with some modernisation and TLC but overall it was clean and safe and the area is really great.

We had a pleasant stay. Rooms were fresh and clean upon arrival. No maids came to the rooms during the stay (4 night stay) we were told we could have new towels if requested.
I would definitely get an Uber to destinations rather than get reception to book a taxi. Three or four times cheaper. Room had a hob, kettle, pots and pans l, cutlery etc and a mini dishwasher.
Nice pizza restaurant around the corner and a mini supermarket. Great for what we required it for. Would stay again.

Only one key fob for exit and entry was hard. And then when it didn't work had to return it to desk to get out. Otherwise great stay.

Elevator was not working for 5 days of out of six day stay. Neither was my safe which I asked staff to fix and it wasn't looked at. Asked for my room to be cleaned and at first staff told that that they wouldn't but did after the 4th day. Area was OK. Amenities in the area decent. Subway and bus lines a 5 minute walk away. Room size was decent and comfortable for 1 person 2 would be tight. Bed softness was good. Good value for money. Would stay again with the brand but try another location.

We had almoast everything we nedded. An appartement where to rest during night as all we did was seing Paris.
Neighborhood was OK, a large carfoure supermarket 7 minūtes from the building, some playgrounds nearby. Easy getring into paris with RER train.

Though it could be better if the bedside lamps would work in one of the rooms.
Also it was a little dark in the rooms but that s only because there were greenery outside.
The really bad part was the POS wasnt working for atleast 3 days so couldnt pay with card which was quite inconvenient as we ended up needing to withdraw a large sum of money to pay by cash. Not a good feeling to go around with 1.5k in cash.
I can understand bad things happen, hope it will be solved as it was OK place.

I loved that the location was so close to the metro so we could easily ride into Paris. The rooms were spacious but the kitchen was too small to really do any real cooking in. The air conditioning wasn’t super strong so we opted to open our windows for the night and smelt cigarette and pot smoke throughout the night.

The room worked for us but it was nothing fancy.

We arrived at the hotel the first day at 1pm and checked in with the front desk. They informed us that the room was not ready. We told them that we were going to explore the city and we will be back later. The front desk said, \"no problem\". When we returned to the hotel later that night, to our surprise, the room which was paid in advance was given away. The hotel was fully occupied. As a result, we had no room in that hotel that night. The hotel front desk eventually offered us another hotel room down the street on the condition that we check out early in the morning and move all of our luggage to the original hotel which still had no available rooms. It was late at night and we were tired so we accepted the offer. To add to the inconvenience, the room they offered had no air conditioning. On the subsequent days after, the new room in the original hotel booked had an issue with the shower hose which broke during showering and water was spraying everywhere and causing the water temperature to go to cold. Neither one of the rooms had working telephones that could communicate to the front desk so we had to walk down to the front desk. When we spoke to the front desk and spoke to them about our bad experience at their hotel and asked how they were they going to compensate us for this inconvenience, they responded by offering one free continental breakfast. This was insulting to us. Terrible experience!!!

I really wanted to tell them while we were there but we didn't have time, which was there was an apartment next door facing the park that had a rectangular pool, about 3 meters by 6 meters, full of stagnate water which we feared was a breeding area for mosquitos. We let a few mosquitos into the room when we opened the door to the nice balcony. Other than that it was a cool place.

Was not pleased. As soon as we got there the woman told me i hadnt paid yet and asked me to pay. Lucky i double checked my statement which shows i had paid for it through expedia. If this was not checked i would have had to pay again. Room was not cleaned throughout the whole stay of 4 nights even though we asked them to. At the time of the booking it asked me if i wanted a smoking room which i got but when we arrived they said no smoking was allowed. This place is a joke. Will never go back and advise no one else to visit this place

The Apartment was walking distance from RER station with easy connections to City Center. It was in a quiet residential area and also had shops nearby for daily needs. Rooms where nice and cosy. HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE!

We had a most horrific experience at the hotel. The security at the hotel is non-existent. On our second night at the hotel, a burglar managed to enter our apartment without breaking open the door (presumably using a service key) at 2 O'clock in the night. As he was rummaging through our stuff, our daughter happened to wake up and alert us and we were able to nab him and hand him over to the police. The hotel did not extend a single word of apology!!! AVOID IT!!!!

No hot water!!

Arrived really early. Was able to check in a few hours early with no issues there. Room was small, walls are paper thin and our room was next to their facility room. Staff could really benefit from etiquette training and customer service class. Waited hours for hot water to take shower, once my boyfriend realized after 4 hours we still had no hot water, he called the receptionist. He advised us to reset the hot water sensor, when that didn't work we called again and ask for maintenance to check it out. We were told there was no maintenance available. My boyfriend ask to utilize another room just for me to shower, we were told that he could not make that decision and it was his 3rd day on the job. Finally after 4 attempted he gave us access to room 503 which also had no hot water. He then gave us access to room 001 that did have hot water. the hotel is in dyer need of improvement and staff was horrible, with the acceptation of the youg lady who checked us in the morning of 12-28-16 sorry don't remember her name. Please stay elsewhere if possible.

Good for a quick stopover in Paris

We stayed here for one night as a stopover on our way home the south of France. We arrived very late in the evening with 4 tired children and the staff at the desk were very helpful in getting us checked in quickly. We had to pay an extra 10E for parking. It was an underground secure parking which suited us well as we didnt really want to offload all of the luggage.

We had booked for 6 people. The apartment had 2 bedrooms ( 1 Double and 1 twin) and a sofa bed in the living room. We didn't end up using the sofa bed as it looked pretty dire. The apartment was clean but old and a little shabby. The shower in the bathroom was useless but as we were only there for the one morning it was pointless complaining.

Breakfast was approx 10E for adults and half price for children under 12 and under 3's free. I popped down about 9.30 am to see what the breakfast was like (as we hadn't paid for breakfast at the time of booking) but the staff didnt tell me that breakfast finished at 10 so when we finally got downstairs at about 10.15ish it has closed.

Having said that it seemed pretty ok for the price. Croissants, Baguettes, Boiled Eggs, Coffee, Orange Juice, Cereals and a small selection of cheese and cold meats.

The staff at the desk were helpful and friendly.

Overall, it wasn't a bad place for a stop over but a little too basic for me.

Fantastic stay. Will come back for sure. Car parking and close to trainstation. Less than 15 min to the Eiffel Tower. Line yellow C pas the hotel. Really good.
Only sad part was the cleaning. Dirty sticky floor marks and things dissapeared from our room even on days without cleaning. Small things like a bottle of wine, fruit bowls were emptied without notice. Food would be gone. The hotel reported no one had been in our flat. Very strange.

Pretty much got what I paid for. Located about 30 minutes (by train) from the city centre, the hotel is in a reasonably quiet area 300m from the station.

Liked the idea of a mini apartment (with cooker and fridge) as this meant we didn't always have to eat out. Bought breakfast from the nearby patisserie and dinner from the market (both about 50m from the hotel). Can't comment on the hotel's food as I didn't try it.

Sure, if I had the money I'd probably stay in a five star hotel closer to the centre, but as an affordable 'base camp' Residhomme was good enough. Would consider using again.

Bed was comfy, sofabed was not comfy. Big enough room. Small kitchenette with a stove, sink, microwave, kettle, fridge, dishwasher and washing liquid. No oven. When we got there we were given room 607. Once we got there, the room was still being cleaned. We went downstairs and was given another room 605. When we got upstairs, the key card didn't work. Third time we went downstairs, and was given another room. We managed to get inside, but the sofabed and fridge were broken. By then we were furious. Then we left and had a late lunch. Went around the town and came back at 9pm. We got given another room. However, our luggage were not moved to the new room and were kept in the restaurant instead. 4th time lucky we finally got a descent room. No shampoo is given. Only soap bar and body lotion. Surrounding area is nice and quite. It's about 5 mins walk from the Les Gresillon RER station, but not many trains run on the weekend. The trains go direct to Eiffel Tower and Notre Dame. There's an underground carpark. We used it, and it's 10 Euro per night.

I have traveled to France three times in the past six months. The hotel I typically stay at was very small. I was looking for a hotel that the room was a little bit bigger to avoid clausterphobia. After reviewing the picture and description of the room, I selected it. Upon my arrival, after traveling all night from the US, I found a few things wrong with my room. One: the description of my room that I selected from Expedia was: Studio: 1 Double Bed with SofaBed. When I walked into the room all that was in there was a Double Bed. And the room did not match the picture on Expedia. Two: The shower head is a sprayer, no problem, but the hose part was wrapped around the tub facuet. In addition, would not turn on. Needless to say the shower the next morning was not very pleasant. The next morning, I spoke to the hotel staff and explained the mentioned issues. I showed her my reservation and she said the room I have, with one double bed does not come with a sofa bed. The description should have read, Studio, 1 double bed OR sofa bed, one little word makes all the difference. She said she has tried to get this fixed several times. I had her go up to my room to look at the shower. She said I had to turn the water on a very little bit in order for the shower head to work. She asked what I wanted to do, I said I would like a new room. I got my new room after I returned from work. I was there for six nights and not one time did I get new towels or my room cleaned.

When traveling in France, I always try to stay at the Residhome hotel chain. They are consistently clean and have a kitchen, so you can shop at the grocery and save some cost. Residhome Asnières had parking and friendly management and the room was clean and large enough. Very satisfied. Recommended.

Presents better than it is

Overall the stay was not bad but disappointing, as some things were not quite to standard. The room we had allocated had fair areas but the ceiling was filled with old spider webs and the walls were hand marked, the fridge was turned off and did not work as well as the hob and in the bathroom the light bulbs were uncovered as the shade was inexistent.
All the things we thought important like cleaning the room and fixing the fridge were raised immediately but no solution was found until the following day when we spoke to another member of staff and moved rooms.

Very quiet

The staff were friendly and most spoke reasonable English. The bedroom, kitchen and bathroom were quiet nice although no room for bags. The walls do shake a bit when nearby rooms doors close. The nearby train station however was not luggage friendly so arranged a taxi.

Very disappointed. I reported room issues, but nothing was corrected. The telephone never worked. One of the lights in the bedroom was out. Both issues were reported to various staff, but neither was ever corrected. The shower was virtually open, as the glass enclosure only covered about 1/3 of the tub. The room would have been far too small for more than one. I spent most of the day and evening out of the room, so for my needs, it was adequate. Had I taken this trip on a planned basis, I would have been able to find other accommodations. Paris was sold out. This was the only place that I was able to find. When I am next in Paris, I will not be staying at ResidHome, Asnieres-sur-Seine.

Quiet and beautiful neighbourhood, nice service

I travelled with four family members. I arrived at the hotel at 10am with a serious headache and asked for an early check in. The staff was very kind and helpful and arranged a room for us within an hour. That was extremely fortunate otherwise I would have to wander in the street with my headache. The room was generally clean and tidy when we arrived. Equipments were mostly complete, although we found a couple cooking utensils broken. The sofa bed also was partially loose. Other then a few broken items, the room was nice. We had a comfortable week here. There was a supermarket within 30 seconds walking distance. We bought food and cooked dinner for a couple of nights. It was wonderful. The train station is also very close. A trip to Eiffel Tower takes only about 30 minutes.

Good facilities, shame about the staff

The hotel was located only 20 minutes from central Paris on the RER, although it was not obvious how to get to the hotel when we first arrived it was very easy to get to the station once we had found it. The room was well equipped and comfortable with a couple of shops right on the door step, but we were not warned that these closed very early on Sundays as do most of the shops and bars in the surrounding area. As a place where you can self cater you have to empty the bins yourself, and the welcome tray really is a welcome tray, staying for 4 days it was not ideal having to buy a full jar of coffee. The rooms are also only cleaned between stays so there is not fresh linen although you can pay to use a laundry room. I would have been happy to accept all of these things had I been told about them at the start of the stay, however, you have to thoroughly read the booklet in the room to avoid being charged at the end of your stay. For example the booklet tells you to empty your bin at the end of the stay, but its doesn't say where to, and the staff don't tell you on your arrival. On asking questions to the staff I was met with dismissive behaviour and didn't feel like a valued guest.

Great value for money

Lovely apartment, great location within walking distance from RER C station. The hotel staff was good and spoke English. The only negative is that room requests/issues were not resolved in a timely manner. Otherwise, great experience and will definitely book this hotel again.

Nice hotel in a near suburb of Paris

Nice hotel near Paris. Extremely nice and helpful staff. 2 BR apartment was very reasonable and a good size for Europe. 5 min walk to the RER with a 20 min ride to Eiffel Tower, 30 mins to Notre Dame. Getting tix at train station when it's closed because automated machine outside wont accept cards without chip (most US). Staff helped me get a last minute car rental and shuttle to train station in the city. Neighborhood is very safe.

Great price, Friendly,Clean and Close to the train

We read the reviews prior to booking the hotel, I was a little concerned based on the price that we might have made a bad choice but I can honestly say we were wrong. We arrived at 6 pm to a friendly front desk, who immediately advised us we needed to pay a tax, which was only 27 euro for the 6 nights, not bad at all. He explained where the local market was and its hours of operation. The room was as expected based on pictures, the only bad thing I could say is that they need to have cleaning equipment in each room, since they don't clean daily ( weekly), its nice to clean up after yourself but we had to go down to the front desk to get the equipment. The area around the hotel was clean and a new park was under costruction, which when complete will make the walk from the train station less than 300 meters.

Not a bad apartment hotel

Hotel apartment is outskirts of paris and a 25min drive into central paris. Parking at the hotel was charged at 10Euro a night and they even charge you to print anything at 40cent per page. Our apartment was not clean at arrival and we had to ask them to clean it. Which they did very quickly and appoligised. The furniture especially the sofs bed was very dirty as it had stain markk on it. Staff was helpful overall. Their is a convenient bakery/sandwich shop and a super market. I'll recomend to stay there but it should be like less expensive

We stayed for 4 nights and got Good service , hotel has friendly and helpful staff. 5 mins walk from station. 2 minutes walk from supermarket. Only downside was hotel refused to provide milk for tea and coffee. Good hotel for family.

Apartment-style, Not Hotel

The Residhome staff is gracious, and the rooms are perfectly fine. It is apartment style, so you have to get your own food, take out your own garbage, etc., but they do provide you with towels/garbage bags if you ask for them. Must pay extra for breakfast, so we elected to just buy fresh bread from the bakery across the street. Location is NOT GOOD; must take the train to the metro station, costs you an extra euros a person. Other than that, comfortable stay.

Reasonable hotel, a few problem areas

Our apartment was good, though a little cramped. We had trouble with opening the door and had to get a maintenance man in to help. We were disappointed that there was no plug, sponge or dishwashing equipment, as there was a dishwasher, but we are opposed to using dishwashers for environmental reasons. We asked for dishwashing things but did not get them. There were also many items missing from the kitchen, so I made a list and gave it to reception, so hopefully the next occupants will have all they need. Often the reception area was very busy and we had to wait awhile.

don't stay here

staff were very rude, the hotel is just out of the main city limits so u have to get a train ticket to zone 3 just 1 stop from zone 2. plus trains stop running to that part of paris at 11pm so if like us u want to see the disneyland firework show which starts at 11pm be prepared to get a cab! . the wifi was very annoying only one device at a time so if both u and ur partner want to email the family u have to take turns. make sure u get a shower before around 9:30pm or it'll be cold. the cleaning staff let themselves in even when u have the 'do not disturb' sign on the door, for what i don't know as they never cleaned our room even when we were out, we had a very noisy women in the room next door slamming doors and yelling on her phone til all hours, and there are thicker walls in my garden shed.

we did have a lovely time in paris but was let down by the hotel and rudeness of the french people

The perfect family hotel

From the minute we arrived the staff treated us very well. They allowed us to check in at 11am, spoke excellent English, and answered any questions we had. The room was clean and spacious, and has a full kitchen.There is a bakery across the street and a supermarket beside it. The train is about a 4 minute walk away, and is easy to understand -it is like most American subway systems. Be warned though - the RER train that services this area stops running at 11pm, and a taxi is 25 Euro. There is a Brasserie next door to the hotel that should be avoided, Service and food was lousy and a mouse ran across our feet! When we told the staff, they just smiled and acted like nothing was wrong. We felt very safe in the area. I will be recommending this hotel to all my family and friends.

The staff was friendly and spoke English. It's a new building so the room was clean but we did not expect a sofa bed. That's the only disapointed. Safe and large underground parking. Overall, it's worth for the money.

An alternative single

For the lone travellor the apartments are an alternative to city centre single rooms, as they are light and have space, small kitchenette fine for the stay and a good size bathroom with bath tub, you do not get that in a hotel single. Building was new and modern. No ameniaties in the hotel, ie bar and restaurant, but there was a patesserie, restaurant and a supermarket within walking distance.
Location is outwith the centre so be prepared for a bit of travelling, but station is two stops from a metro connection and the line goes through the tourist spots, Eiffel, Invalides, Notre Dame etc.
Overall a good experience, would use the hotel again and for the price much better than a tiny single room in a central hotel.

Please Do Not Stay Here.

This hotel is horrendous to find for a start. Although close to the Stade de France, there are absolutely no signposts for it until you are literally right outside it so after hours driving round looking for the hotel, we eventually arrived.

There was no where to pull up outside and several cars looked like they had been abandoned wherever their owners left them outside. Upon checking in, times and prices of breakfast, how the lift worked, where the rubbish was to be placed, how the laundry worked and how they wanted us to load the dishwasher when we left were all explained to us in great detail.

We booked a car park spot and so left and drove down to the basement parking. Then up we went five floors to our room to find that we had been given the wrong room. So, back downstairs with all of our luggage to get a different room. Twenty minutes later (the receptionist was on the phone to his friend and couldnt be disturbed), we were back up to a different floor. Again, we had been given a double room when we needed a twin. So back down to reception again where we were given a third room to try.

This room had two beds so that was fine. No room to move around the beds or put suitcases anywhere so the pictures on Hotels.com are incredibly misleading.

Bathroom was lovely, modern and well cared for.

Kitchenette was adequate for a weekend stay with fridge, dishwasher and a two ring cooker.

The overly noisy airconditioning unit is near the front door which is a good 15 feet from the bedroom so it made no difference having that on. The window did open but as the room we were in was right next door (25 feet) to a train track, that wasnt an option.

On the morning of departure, at 10.30am, we were called to ask why we hadnt checked out yet. We replied that we were on our way to which the rude answer was \"Check out at 10. You late.\" There was nowhere on the booking page on Hotels.com, emailed booking confirmation or information given at the time of check in by the hotel that the check out time was 10am so we did assume it would be 11am as a lot of other continental hotels offer this time.

We explained that we hadn't been told that and said we would be down to reception to check out as soon as possible. Within 10 minutes, the receptionist was back on the phone asking why we hadnt come down. I explained that we were just leaving the room. The receptionist said that the cleaner had been knocking on the door all morning and couldnt get in. Because of this, we were told in an over agressive manner that we had to pay an additional €15 for being late. He then put the phone down on me. We left the room, got down to our car and drove out of the car park. We then went into the reception to check out and there was no one there. Not wishing to stay a moment longer in that hotel, we left our key, the €15 and our parking badge and left the hotel. The cleaner was cleaning in the lobby so we do not really think she was inconvenienced that much !

This wasnt so much about the money, although we do resent paying for something that wasn't our fault, it was the bad attitude of the hotel.

All the hotel rooms had door bells and at no point that mornign did we hear the door bell.

We hope the receptionist enjoyed our €15 as we very much doubt it went to the cleaner.
