I chose this hotel due to its proximity to the Stade de France stadium, and it definitely exceeded my expectations in terms of convenience. The customer service team was exceptionally friendly, and the housekeeping staff ensured everything was spotless. The hotel's location made it easy to get to the stadium and catch rideshares. Plus, it's surprisingly close to the Eiffel Tower only a half hour trip!

Hotel without acceptable aesthetic and comfort standards, especially inside: reception is very unwelcoming and always looks bad, ceilings in the corridors on the upper floors are very low, the corridors themselves are very long and without any decoration (more like prison corridors).

Rooms are very small and do not have enough space for 2 or 3 people to move around reasonably. Bathroom is also a bit cramped and has problems with the shower getting blocked.

Cleanliness, although not desirable, is still acceptable.

The main thing to save the reception staff is the friendly and professional staff, who have demonstrated a good level of customer service.

This hotel needs a major renovation and I would definitely go back if that happened, because I liked the area where it is located. However, I would not recommend it in the state it is in at the moment.

First the good things. Great staff and central location. whether you are driving, uber or using transit. perfect. Now the not so good. The condition of the hotel is so-so but for the price thats the trade off. But its little things:
bedroom. The shower is a cylinder (RV design) The step up and step down is hazardous considering that the shower nozzle will spray the whole floor.
They use a flimsy shower curtain but its not weighted so its blows around from the spray. on top of that, they provide minimal towels and ask you to reuse..I have no problem with that but im forced to use the used towels to mop the floor. mattress dont fit the frame. We had a queen matress..but it was on a double bed frame. So when I tried to sit on the edge, down goes Frasier. quite dangerous. The other room we use had 2 singles, but the sizes were different so one actually sat higher than the other. again, not esthetically pleasing but hazardous if you not comfortable

door security. Pay attention to this one. The locks are not set right. You will hear a resounding click when the door closes and even might handle a nudge but both of our rooms, the doors can be pushed open with medium effort.

Breakfast. most Continental breakfast (free) are quite similar. Our last trip put us in 15 hotels in 18 days..on the fly. all breakfast are 5-8 on a 10 scale. But one thing all had in common, some fresh fruit..not this one. This is so basic…the continent must be Antartica. easy fixes

The hotel is quite simple, not any luxus, if you need a roof over your head for the nights this is a good and quite cheap choice for your stay in Paris. Public transportation connections are near and couple of markets if you want to buy some snacks.

la réception était fermée à cause de travaux. Il y avait un portail postérieur qui amène vers les ascenseurs avec le hall plein de travaux de poussière. Il s’agit de revêtement du sol en cours de réfection bruit couloir, encombré par des matériaux. On s’est demandé si on est pas dans un chantier l’ascenseur est tombé en panne deux jours après notre arrivée et il a fallu prendre l’escalier ou on risque de croiser un grand chien noir avec une ou deux personnes avec dans tant qu’on est pas le rôle de ce chien et de ces personnes à 20h la chambre, elle est sale, les murs sont fissurés avec des traces de peinture de couleur différentes. À noter que la chambre elle est très très très très très petite. Je pense que c’est la plus mauvaise chambre de l’hôtel qu’on a eu pourtant on a réservé sur l’hôtel.com depuis longtemps je suis très déçu de ce service , qui ne fait pas partie des habitudes d’Hotel.com. J’avoue que la qualité de vente et de suivi clientèle se dégrade sur le site d’hotel.com.

But 1 thing tho if theres any bins kept inside the room apart from the small one in the bathroom which i have to keep on going up and down to throw the rubbish away.
Also the bugs that come through the window and the AC Blowing out hot air need a little improvement other than that customer service was 100% made me feel welcome and they were smartly dressed and also showed a smile expecially the woman who covers the night lol i thought she had a little crush on me lol

When arriving at the hotel, reception was unable to locate my booking. After waiting for some time, Hotels.com contacted the hotel with explicit instructions. The hotel host then upgraded my room at cost and offered coffee and reprove to my entire party. This gesture alone allowed me to book for a second night!! Was a good hotel, in a good location. Parking onsite and close to supermarket, tram stops, bus stops and train station. The room was basic, but you get what you pay for. It was really clean and the staff were friendly enough. My only pet down is there was no drinks facility in the room. You will have to go and get a coffee or bottle of water. We would deffo recommend and stay again if we are back in the aream

Room comes with bogus air conditioning unit which only circulate same air.

The staff did say it is what it is and didn't offer even fan. Came to know from other guests that everyone suffers the same but I was stuck with no choice.

My French is not the best but the receptionist realized and was quick and willing to switch to French or Spanish for me. She was friendly.
A good place to stay for a few nights on a business/quick trip. Didn’t choose the breakfast option but the supermarket and restaurants are nearby. Easy public transportation, a tram or bus is always passing by , and it’s near the Gennevilliers train station.
Only problem was that soap residue was on the shower head and that the pillows are small.

The receptionist wasn't welcoming.
No smile on their face. Once the ID check done, they gave us the door access card and told the room number.
Didn't mention anything about breakfast, WiFi access or the floor number.
No information leaflet available.
You will get the WiFi password only if you ask them.
We have had to ask them about each and everything.
No electric kettle, hairdryer or tea and coffee making things available.
No shampoo or body wash available, only hand wash.
The bed was comfortable.
The lights inside the room are broken.
Toilet isn't good.
The exhausted fan was broken and filthy.
Always smell of poo inside the toilet from the holes even if we don't use it.
Toilet is very small.
For the break fast, no eggs or meat or fruits available.
They got only croissants, cakes, bread, jam and butter and cereals.
Croissants and cake was nice to be honest.
Apple juice and orange juice also available.
The area is nice. There is nearby train station in walking distance.
One night when we came back at 0845pm, both the gates were closed, which wasn't informed earlier.
Couldn't find the bell for long time.
Later found one box on the gate which looks similar to a camera with no key pad.
We have to long press on the screen, then the gate will be open for you.
Recommend it only for one night stay.

Wow, where can I start?

After finding somewhere that was reasonably priced for 2 nights had a decent review section I thought I should book it and what a mistake that was. Arrived to the hotel, from the outside you could clearly see the hotel did not look like the pictures, took a deep breath in and walked into the reception area which is also located at the rear of the building rather than the front. Anyhow, walked in to check in and the guy at the reception was very friendly and could communicate with him in English very well. He gave the keys for the room and that’s where it had all started, lights flickering in the corridor, cannot push open the rooms door and had to shoulder barge it. Got into the room and the whole place stank of cigarettes, there was a towel placed on the floor and the sink surrounding was absolutely filthy the bed had a massive dip in the middle, there was stains on the floor and damp all on the walls. It did not feel clean at all not even up to a state where you’d think this is ok just for 2 nights. After getting in touch with hotels.com customer service it was very apparent that they wouldn’t do anything which although is frustrating I understand.
However after taking pictures and going downstairs to the reception room to speak with the gent that checked us in absolute magic happened the guy that could fluently speak English can not speak a word of it. I asked for a full refund and stated I’d leave the hotel after only being there for minutes

В принципе за такую стоимость нормальные условия. Но на ресепшен мужчина не знал английского, мы пользовались переводчиком. Мы приехали раньше времени и долго ждали, пока нас заселят. Отель не в самом Париже, ехать с города нужна на метро RER за 3.1€ (ехать примерно час). Фена в комнате нет, мы взяли на ресепшен. А на второй день когда хотели взять фен, его уже кто-то забрал и пришлось ждать 2 часа. Лучше берите с собой фен!

On arrival we were hopeful that the high rating reviews would be true. We were sadly very wrong about this! Unless you want to be kept awake all night long from strange bangs and noises then I would say stay elsewhere! At one point around 12am my wife and I heard a woman’s screams for help coming from down the corridor. This was adding to our disappointment and making us worry what had happened! We were scheduled to stay 2 nights however decided we had heard and seen enough in one night of poor sleep to book a different hotel for our final night in Paris.

In conclusion unless you are looking to be Paris’ next Jeff Dahmer or one of their victims I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel!

Our 1st stay here made us pick this hotel again. But this time was not so good. The service at the desk was great & helpful. Someone always made our bed & gave us fresh towels. This was great.
BUT:
Our shower did not drain-pretty gross. Our sink was slow to drain too.
There were very tiny red bugs coming into the room from outside getting on our things.
There were burn holes in the curtain to the window where it looked like someone had burned them with a cigarette.
There were a few other small things too.

Staff was not helpful at all,rooms were very small bed mattress was worne out batbroom was very small like car van bathrooms.

It was in a good area, close to transportation and a supermarket. The staff was really friendly and the facilities were really clean. The rooms were much smaller than I anticipated but it is a great place to stay if you plan on getting out a lot as it is only a 30 minute train ride from Paris. I would absolutely stay here again!
