It was a convenient little hotel and super close to the train station. But they gotta be nicer! Some of the staff were rude. When we asked for help getting a taxi, we were told to look it up online. The worst thing was how the smoke alarm went off twice during our stay in the middle of the night. Making the mad dash down the stairs to a bottom floor where the door didn't open, turning back to the next floor to find the next stairwell to make it to the lobby just to see them going about their business. They had no clue that anything was happening and told us to return. This happened once at 1 in the morning and another day at 6 in the morning. Not what you expect to happen in a fun stay.

An absolute dive and rip-off from both the hotel and hotels.com. I arrived and the driver said “this is not a safe area.” Upon checking in, the bathroom was not clean, the curtains didn’t close all the way because they were ripped off the tracks so people in the parking lot could see inside. It felt very unsafe and not at all what was advertised as the “double bed and double couch” was 2 twin sized beds pushed together so super small and weird. We checked out the very next morning after the first night and they said it would ok to early cancel as long as we checked out by 11am which we did. The hotel and hotels.com refused to refund us any of the $900 I spent for 1 night at a super crappy hotel. I will never use hotels.com EVER again and I will warn all my friends and family.

It was a basic hotel in an ok location. Close to the metro and bus stations and buy a grocery store. They advertise air conditioning but it is non existent. The shower is also small and doesn’t close properly so water got everywhere. The room is also very small so beware.

The room’s light was broken with broken glass. It was a safety hazard which I raised to the Manager. The toilet is dirty, with dried blood on the wall (probably from the person who broke the light), the sink is clogged and the bathroom is smelly. The air conditioning unit isn’t working either. The breakfast was okay if you wanted to be fed light. Staff is helpful in a way.

Not good. The room is kind of small and the towels are dirty. As this hotel serves many group tours, the breakfast ran out even as early as 8am. When i approached one of the service staff, she came out with a few items such as bread and ham. So disappointing as I chose this hotel that provdes free breakfast.

My daughter was sleeping in separate single bed and there were no duvets - linen cupboard empty apparently !! So shouldhad to make do with couple sheets instead . Really not acceptable !

De ontvangst was zeer vriendelijk en prettig, wij waren iets te vroeg gearriveerd maar dat was geen probleem. De kamer was redelijk netjes en voldoende ruim, zeker voor de locatie en prijs.
Het ontbijt was helaas een flinke teleurstelling maar we hopen dat dit een eenmalige onvoorziene omstandigheid was: er was iets mis met het koffiezetappaat en de medewerkster (die verantwoordelijk was voor het ontbijt) was druk aan het bellen om dit opgelost te krijgen. Echter, alles was op: er was geen brood, geen toast, geen broodbeleg, geen marmelade/configure, geen eieren of water om die eieren in te koken. Kortom: alles waarmee je een ontbijt zou kunnen samenstellen was op of moest aangevuld worden. Wij hebben uit wanhoop bij de naastgelegen Leclerc supermarkt zelf maar een ontbijt gekocht. nous avons pris notre chambre à 1h du matin, suite à un retour de concert au stade de France. Tout s’est bien déroulé, sauf qu’ils avaient perdu notre valise qui avait été mise dans une chambre vide, au lieu de la mettre en bagagerie Plus de peur que de mal le personnel est très gentil et serviable, mais communique pas assez entre eux et certains manque de professionnalisme, il manquait un cache au niveau de la poignée de la porte. Nous avions les piles apparentes pour l’ouverture de la porte de chambre. Dans le bac à douche il y avait des cheveux noirs.

le personnel est agréable mais manque beaucoup d’énergie et de professionnalisme le matin au petit déjeuner nous sommes arrivés à 9h et le buffet était complètement vide! du jamais vue ! il n’y avait qu’une seule personne pour s’occuper du petit déjeuner sachant que l’hôtel était complet pour le concert de mylène farmer! nous avons attendu 45 minutes pour avoir au compte goutte de quoi manger de plus il y a eu un problème d’électricité sur les machines à café le personnel qui était sur place ne savait pas comment faire pour remettre en route Les machines et le responsable n’était pas là. Il est arrivé vers 10 heures. il y avait un grosse fuite d’eau dans le hall il a fallu que j’aille prévenir le personnel pour les informer car personne ne s’en était inquiété je pense qu’il y a beaucoup de laisser aller et un manque de formation du personnel ou de motivation pour travailler. de par mon travail, j’ai l’habitude d’aller dans les hôtels dont les IBIS Styles et celui de Gennevilliers ne redore pas l’image des IBIS.

The night shift receptionist is rude. He has nothing to do if there is a problem during his shift especially if the problem is in your room. He will just say that he is the receptionist not the housekeeping. We booked a 3 person room but we arrived in the room for only 2 persons. Filed a formal complaint to the manager of the hotel but until now no response.

Arrivé à 12 h 00, nous avons pu nous rendre à notre chambre à 13 h 15. les chambres n'étant pas prête, la porte ne fonctionnait pas avec la carte, car elle était cassée. La clim ne fonctionnait pas et le dévidoir se promenait sur le sol de la douche. Que du bonheur..! par contre la receptionniste Melle Nelourde Nicolas je lui adresse un 10/10 professionnelle jusqu'au bout. Elle est montée aider les femmes de chambre, nous a proposé une collation et s'est coupé en mille pour nous faire patienter. Elle a su réagir au vu de la situation bravo à elle.

Arrivée en début de soirée, je n'étais pas \"enregistrée\" dans leur fichier. Il m'a été annoncé que l'hotel était complet... Ayant réservé et payer en amont, j'ai insisté avec le mail de confirmation. On m'a demandé de m'assoir et d'attendre. Visiblement, je n'étais pas la seule dans cette situation. Des personnes sont reparties de l'hotel un peu \"remontées\". De plus, bouteille de 1l de badoit en attendant = périmée d'une semaine (mais ouverte devant moi). Point positif = le petit dèj et son équipe = Bien.

Excellent hôtel avec du personnel serviable et aimable. Bonne chambre avec une hygiène impecable et lit très confortable. Accessible à deux pas des transports en commun et parking disponible sécurisé. Il est dommage qu a ce prix la que nous soyons déçu par le petit dejeuner, pas d informations, aux clients d ouvrir les placards pour trouver une tasse, un verre, des couverts et une assiette pour se servir. Viennoiserie et pain restreint, reassort demander a plusieurs reprises, pot de confiture et nutella ouvert en libre service.

Tres bon hôtel pour un court sejour au Nord de Paris, idéal pour un concert au Stade de France notamment. Nous avons eu a faire à des gens très serviables. La décoration de l'hotel est agréable, l'établissement est propre et bien entretenu. La literie est un peu ferme, surtout pour le lit enfant, peu confortable pour un ado. Demander une chambre vue parking pour le calme. Rapport qualité prix imbattable sur nos dates ! Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour.
