Our room was directly above the entrance, and since there was no air conditioning we had to keep the windows open. This made it very noisy, especially with late-night arrivals. The lack of mosquito screens also made it uncomfortable. On the positive side, a grocery store is very close, and transportation is very easy.

You get what you pay for - this place offers reasonably priced rooms close to Paris. It’s within walking distance to a metro station which makes it convenient to get to all the tourist sites. There are cafes, bakeries, and grocery stores that are walkable. The place itself is dated. The rooms are just basic, nothing special. There is NO AC so be prepared to use the provided fans. Though they have a washer and dryer on-site, the dryer did not fully dry my clothes after adding extended time and cutting the amount of clothes in the dryer, by half. That made for a stressful situation because I was left with a bag of damp clothes I had to hang around the room to dry.

The rooms are comfortable and have plenty of space although not so many furniture, but the manager kindly provided us with an extra table. Location is good but a bit too far from downtown and metro station is not so close, 10-12 min walk. The rooms don’t have air conditioner, so take notice if you travel during hot season.

No AC in the property. You need to open the window and sleep if it’s too hot.
Front desk gave a table fan and told there is no ac in the building.
House keeping daily is an extra charge.
From parking to property there is no proper lift. You need to take stairs and it’s dark.

Overall the stay was terrible and wouldn’t recommend to stay here

Great apartment hotel to visit Paris. Short walk to metro station, grocery at the corner, amazing bakery close by. Only a 30mins metro ride away from major attractions and 20mins car ride to the airport. Nice balcony on the top floor. Would definitely stay there again!

The hotel itself is passable, but it's let down by inconvenient transport links. The nearby metro station is on the notoriously overcrowded line 13, and we dreaded having to catch it everyday as we would find ourselves crushed on the train matter what time of day/night.

Not completely happy with our stay here. Not only did it take 30 mins to check us in, as the receptionist “could not access our booking”. After, we had to wait for a room which should have been ready as we came in the evening. We then got a room that was not the original one that we booked. It was much smaller and cleanliness was poor.

The room was very cold and the radiator was locked. Cold spell in Paris required heat in the room. Had to sleep with pajamas, socks and a heavy wool sweater with a comforter. Caught a cold thanks to the fact that I couldn’t warm up in the room. Spoke to front desk. They couldn’t/ didn’t do anything. Very sad way to spend 2 weeks I. Paris.

Hotel is close to Gabriel Peri metro station. There is a grocery store and bakery just around the corner. The area was safe to walk at night. Breakfast is nothing major (little croissants, coffee, yogurt, cereal, ham rolls and you can make a hard boiled egg. The room was quite small and the carpet was dirty. There is no daily room service.

Everything is great and the fact there’s a kitchen is a plussss
Just too hot in the rooms a Air conditioner is needed. In the summertime when you open the windows flyes come in and bite you. Too much taxes and staff but they don’t come to clean your rooms.

The customer service was excellent by US standards. Our 1 bedroom plus living room/kitchenette was adequate in size. The kitchenette was perfectly stocked- bread knife, cutting board, veg knife, colander, pots, pans, cork pull, etc. The bathroom featured a radiator/towel warmer, tub/shower style bath, sink and toilet. There were no bathroom features that an American would fear or puzzle over. The hotel has a laundromat, easy access to the Parisian métro, plenty of bakeries and grocery stores nearby as well as an open market 10 minutes away by foot on Thursdays and Sundays at the centre ville. There are two kid friendly public parks with playgrounds 5 and 10 minutes away as well. Asnières-sur-Seine has a very nice feel - a mix of building sizes and styles, street sizes and a diverse population. It’s home to most of the people you’ll meet and feels simultaneously cosmopolitan and quintessentially French. The location is perfect for a visit to Paris that is once-removed, without feeling isolated. The staff were very friendly and personable. The hotel hosts occasional themed parties depending on the season, loans out board games, rice steamers and raclette grills, and posts the expected weather forecast. We will definitely stay here again.

Invited to a Halloween \"party\" in the lobby - staff made a good effort for the event.

Don't like the cleaning policy. Our booking was for 7 nights. On the day after our arrival cleaning staff showed up to clean the room and offer clean towels, etc. as we were tired and jet lagged we said we didn't need clean towels nor the room cleaned as we had just arrived the day before. After 4 nights we asked about cleaning and fresh towels, and was told that the room would be cleaned the day we leave, and replacement clean towels would cost. It would make more sense if, on check in we would be given the option to decide when to have our room cleaned and towels changed.

Stayed for a week, property was nice, clean, and in a good area, close enough to Paris. NO AIR CONDITIONING. So hot in rooms the refrigerator wasn't working properly. When we arrived hostess at the desk would not let me check in because I had to pay taxes and parking fees before my stay. The hotel's card reader wasn't working properly and she would not let me try to pay later and would not let me get in touch with a manager. Hotel will not give you extra pillows, everytime I asked I was told they were out. Hard to try and recieve clean towels as well. Paid 15 euro per night for parking and couldn't access elevator to rooms. Good enough place to stay, but don't expect anything extra.

Pictures on Expedia are not very accurate, 2 of the staff were not really professional and could hardly speak English. My room was non-smoking but smelled very badly like smoke and had to change rooms after 2 night. Room carpet was stained very dirty. They double charged me by mistake and food for breakfast wasn't enough to cover all the guests, many items were empty by 8:30 am. I travel lots and this was one of my least favourite hotels in Paris.

It’s a good hotel if you’re going to be out doing things in Paris. It was a smaller room but had bed, tv, desk and kitchenette. Hotel was safe and close to the metro. We could get everywhere we needed to in Paris easily but it could take a little time. Good bakeries in the area, close supermarket and we found a good Italian restaurant. If you’re planning on using your hotel for a base and spending your days exploring Paris it was great. Only issue was the room could get really muggy but opening the window for a bit easily fixed that. I would definitely recommend it.

It did the job. Basically you get what you pay for. The area is safe and pleasant. Nice supermarket right around the corner. Close to metro. But they are unreasonably strict about not checking in earlier than 3pm. I got there at 2pm and got some song and dance about \"your room hasn't been cleaned yet.\" This was in the off season, with the hotel being mostly empty. So there wasn't one clean room in the entire hotel at 2pm? But all good at 3pm? Lol...

Nice hotel in Asniers sur Seine

The building is relatively modern and clean. Stayed for over a week and room was cleaned once only during the stay. Access to the room on arrival was rigid, after 3pm. Building is secure and entry with a code.
Facilities are basic and good value for the price. Lighting can be improved significantly by replacing CFL bulbs with led type bulbs.
Otherwise all good and clean.

Nice Cosy Place to stay

We found the hotel quite comfortable and cosy. The nearest metro station \"Gabriel Péri\" is about 10 mins walk. Ours was a Studio room which was quite cosy. Some might feel its small but it was ok for me and my wife to stay for 6 days, considering we used to leave by 11am and return past mid-night. Room was adequately furnished with utensils - multiple pans, cups, mugs, wine glasses, cuttlery, electric kettle, hot plate, liquid detergent to wash utensils, a microwave and a refrigerator. Remember than room cleaning comes with some clauses :

1. Stay of 1-3 nights : Daily Cleaning (free)
2. Stay of 3-7 nights : Pay € 15 for room cleaning
3. Stay of 8+ nights : Weekly Cleaning (free)

Garbage dumping is in the basement (level -1). You can use your room key in the elevator to go to Parking / Level -1 (normally the elevator goes only to Level 0). The TV is equipped with mostly French channels so overseas guests will only find BBC as their friend.

Overall, I loved my stay at the Adagio Access Paris Asnieres hotel and would surely stay with them on my next Paris visit. Going to City Center from Gabriel Péri (common tourist spots like Eiffel Tower, Louvre etc.) can be done in about 45 mins if you are agile enough to take the metro, switch lines and have a pre-understanding of the metro map. It's not difficult at all at the stations and anyone can easily transfer between lines.

This was the nicest of the 3 Adagio Aparthotel we stayed in in France. Metro nearby. Store also near so we saved money by cooking some of our meals. When you stay 4-7 nights, you don't get room service. It's additional if requested. I gave a low room service rating only because we stayed the number of days where we didn't get room service. Soundproofed rooms and family-oriented neighborhood. Overall, enjoyed our stay.

We booked this for a brief stop over in Paris. The hotel is close to Ganriel Peri metro station. It is reasonable value for money, but does not have air conditioning as advertised. As it as +30 in Paris, this was a significant problem. The room was hot, even with the window open, and a desk fan the reception kindly surrendered. There aren't a lot of restaurant or bars near the hotel, if you plan to eat out.

We booked a 4 night stay in this hotel to visit Paris. The hotel and room was clean and pretty new, modern. It is very close to a supermarket (a few hundreds of meters) and close to Gabriel Peri metro station that takes you to the center of Paris. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The room was comfy and we had everything what needed (fridge, microwave, dishes to cook). The area looked more like a resident area but safe enough (much safer than around Gare du Nord station!!).
I am giving only 4 stars because with a little bit attention it can be easily 5 stars for budget tourists: we booked the room for two people but towels were in for only one person and toiletries as well. There was a coffee machine in the room but no mug to make a coffee. However the receptionist was helpful and always helped us out but was just a bit uncomfortable asking a roll of loo paper because we ran out. Other issue is security. We noticed the receptionist does not care much who is giving the key to. In our opinion anyone can walk in (entrance door was open very often) and ask a room key and just walk in someone`s room. So we decided to keep the room key with us as we found this safer.
Anyway we enjoyed our stay very much, now looking for an Adagio in Rome! Thank you.

2 minute walk to Gabriel peri metro station we visited disneyland val d'europe, louvre, Eiffel tower and arc de triomphe, as long as you don't mind sitting on the trains/metros for a while it's fine! Room was nice and clean, corridors smelt smokey but our room was fine, the area at first seems a little intimidating on a night time but was fine we had no problems, if you don't like halal the area won't be for you, it seems to be a Muslim area. Overall we had a good stay at a good price decent place to rest your head on a night time!

Great place to explore Paris

This is a great place. Very reasonable price for Paris. Location is a little out of the city centre, but metro station is only 5 mins walk and the line takes you right into the centre of Paris in 10 mins. Hotel is great, rooms are nice and clean and have everything you need to cook with a microwave, oven and fridge. A supermarket is a min walk away too.

room is fine, but for a stay of more than 3 days the room is not cleaned up !!?? we booked 2 consecutive stays of 5 day each , and the room was cleaned only once except for the dishes that were left dirty..to get in and out of the parking you need to get a remote control from the front desk and bring it back, quite annoying. garbage bags were sometimes left in the paking corridors, not very neat..With a few little changes this hotel could be quite good, too bad they don't listen to their customers' complaints ..I was told to cancel my second stay if I were not satisfied..strange..

The room is fine, the lobby and corridors look cheap, and not very clean (garbage bags in the parking corridors) The parking access and exit is not convenient (you need to get a remote control from the front desk to come in and to exit..but the worst is that during our first ( out of 2) 5 day stay the room was not cleaned at all except on the last day , and the couple of dirty dishes in the kitchen were left as they were...When I complained to the front desk staff, and threatened to cancel my second stay, she told me to do it , no problem...

It's good value for money,but don't have high expectations.we booked it very cheap so I don't want to complain a lot.we stayed in the hotel for a week and nobody cleaned our room or took rubbish out,we never got the towels changed either.also we were supposed to take our rubbish out at the end of the stay.the room was clean when we came,it was never cold in the room.staff was mostly friendly,but some people at the reception couldn't speak English or didn't know the area so they couldn't really help us.the hotel is outside Paris,there is nothing going on in the area,also everything is closed in the evening.supermarket is 2mins from the hotel and metro is 5mins walk.i would not stay in the hotel again,I would rather pay more to stay in a decent hotel.if you are on the budget and don't expect much this one might be for you.

good amenities with excellent pricing in Paris. This is a new apartment hotel having good facilities. But be aware when you come during summer coz this hotel dont have airconditioning unit. channels line up is in french channel only, thats why no use to watch it. staying for more than 5 days will not let your clean up. only 1 available towel per room is available, otherwise you need to pay for extra one. wifi Internet connection is excellent. staff can speak english and friendly as well.overall stay is pleasant since compare to other hotel in paris which is expensive and dirty rooms. nearest metro is gabriel peri which is not very far in central paris. (around 25mins travel by metro) tip: there is a supermarket near the hotel which can make your stay cheaper when you buy your food in the casino supermarket. definitely will return here again and recommend to my friends.

Please pay attention to descriptions: climate control \" I thought that was AC but seemed to be wrong . Clean hotel, spacious room and lovely bathroom, hot powerful shower, good kitchen supplies if you wanted to cook (we didn't but the facilities were all there). Lovely reception staff who spoke good English, very helpful for us and they let us leave our bags in their luggage room as we arrived before check in. Close to the supermarket and metro station, easy to get into the centre on the metro but does take some time (we didn't mind to travel in). Quiet neighbourhood (again, perfect for us) and hotel. All in all, I would stay here again.

Rooms look exactly as on pictures!!

I stayed in that hotel with my friends for 2 night. We were really suprised that rooms look as nice as on pictures. Our rooms were clean, moderm with all kitchen equipment( actually we didn`t use them). Even though that we stayed there only for 2 night , our rooms were cleaned and we get fresh towels. We haven`t tried brakfast becouse we found nice local shop where we were buying fresh sandwiches and croissants. Parking costs 10 euros per day. Hotel is close to underground, which is very easy to use for people from London;). I can`t say anything about the area becouse we spend all time in central Paris. Hotel staff were friendly, i wish that all hotels would look like this one during my all holidays.

Good value

I've stayed here on two separate occasions. It is perfect for a short stay in Paris. There is a supermarket two minutes away where you can get everything you need for breakfast/evening meals. The metro is just 5 mins away and brings you straight into the city centre. Overall excellent value for money. I would definitely stay here again.

New, beautifully appointed. Very clean, comfortable. Everything you need. We English would prefer a kettle to boiling water in a pan.Staff were lovely helpful and kind.It looked too good to be true in the pictures and for the price but its was true.One tiny thing there was a ventilater fan in the bedroom and the noise wasn't good for light sleepers.

Clean new hotel.

This is a relatively new hotel in an area on the periphery of the central areas of Paris. Good value, great staff. Not many restaurants in the area and many are closed on Sundays and Mondays.

Fantastic stay...

The hotel is located in a peaceful residential area near Gabriel Péri metro station (5 min.). There is no need to book hotel in town for double price when you have to take metro to get from one point to another anyway so why not staying her for half of it and having modern and comfortable rooms where you can relax at the end of your days. Staff speaks very good English and have nice manner. Breakfast is different to other countries. For EUR 7 don`t expect large choice, it really is just to start your day right. Few kinds of pastries, croissant, nice baguette, nice cheese, cappuccino and cereal. You can buy these in the Casino supermarket which is 5 min. far, but at the end you will pay the same so why not having comfortably made for you. The only thing I would change in the hotel policy is to change towels more often for guests staying longer. Although we knew about not getting them changed.

The hotel was perfect for our stay for 4 days. There was a good sized supermarket 2 minutes away which was ideal as the hotel had facilities for cooking breakfast/dinner etc. The metro was only 5 minutes walk from the hotel and was on the 13 line which brought you straight into the Champs Elysees. Overall I think this hotel is excellent value for money.

Good hotel, poor location

I was in Paris for 48hrs, just wandering about. Pros: My room was modern, clean and the mini kitchen was very well equipped. The room was also very well priced. Cons: not the nicest of locations, especially around the metro station. The nearest station also entails several lines changes before you arrive anywhere central. However, the nearby supermarket made life a lot easier and I was OK with the negatives generally given the price and other positive aspects of the hotel.

Staff helpful and speaks English. We stayed here only 1 night on our return to Paris from travel back from the Rhone valley as it was convenient to Paris St. Lazare train station fromwhere we were travelling to Giverny the next day. I would not use this if access to Paris Centralwas the objective. The other Adagio location - in Porte de Versailles is more convenient.

A little gem

What a find! This place was exactly what we wanted. Very inexpensive but providing all one needs for a short stay . Five minutes from the Metro, it is very easy to get into the centre of Paris. The local area is very quiet and there is a supermarket and patisserie two mins away. If you want a romantic typically French hotel then this is not it but if you want a simple, good quality room to lay your head with the added benefit of a kitchenette with fridge and microwave then this is perfect..

Modern and clean hotel but out of the city

The hotel is modern, clean, quiet & comfortable, but understaffed at busy times for check in. Although it is close to Gabriel-Péri metro station, its a long way from central Paris and getting to and from the airport by metro involves 2 changes and a lot of stairs. We arrived in peak hour and it was a hellish metro trip to this hotel.
