Wonderful Stay at Occidental Paris Levallois!
We had a fantastic experience at Occidental Paris Levallois! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming — always ready to help with a smile. Our room was spacious, well-equipped, and very comfortable, perfect for relaxing after busy days exploring Paris.

The location was ideal — quiet and peaceful, yet just a short walk from public transportation, making it easy to reach major attractions like the Eiffel Tower, Champs-Élysées, and museums. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices, and everything felt fresh and thoughtfully prepared.

Overall, a highly recommended hotel for families or anyone visiting Paris. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again! 🌟🇫🇷

Receptionist spoke English/Spanish so it helped checking in and asking questions. The room was clean, and they were nice enough to switch us rooms when we requested it. The free breakfast was awesome (7-9am), and the bar downstairs was clean and peaceful. Some distance away from all the tourist areas but there was a metro nearby, and that was our main form of transportation; easy to navigate once you get it the first time. Overall, the hotel great, 5 stars.

Great location with nice courtyard in the front with several restaurants around. The streets are closed to automobile traffic. Si you will have to walk less than half a block to get a taxi or Uber. But it is worthwhile

WiFi was open and not secure so my company laptop would not connect. My other devices also identified it as compromised network it would not allow VPN. Also major building work on the hotal building another part to the hotel so noisy on the day I arrived no warning or mention of that in the booking.

The hotel is about 30 min from the airport. It looks modern from the outside and the lobby is quite spacious & bright. The room is big. Breakfast has a good simple spread and the croissants are delicious.

The staff are fruendly, courteous & helpful.

Alhough the hotel is not in the city centre but there is a metro station within 4 min walk.

Overall I would recommend this hotel due to pricing, size and the nearby metro station. The setback are the water flow from the shower is not strong enough and also not much choice of eateries around.

Providing water for making hot drink is paramount for me. When I called reception , I was told to buy it from first floor machine and have no change available. Further, I paid for the entire accommodation before I

Do not ask for breakfast before 7am

-Room fan was noisey so I didn't get much sleep.

-Had to leave at 645am on the last day to catch a train, and the staff forbid me from having a simple bowl of ceral from the buffet despite that fact it was all set up and ready to go. Pathetic customer service.

-The lifts were mostly out of order for the whole 3 days.

The barman at the bar was a good guy - rest of it was not good and I won't be going back.

Very clean and spacious hotel in a very pleasant area of Paris. On the outskirts but a few minutes to metro line which very quickly takes you to centre of Paris. Hotel in a lovely quiet area with beautiful walks near by. Very convenient for metro. No restaurant facilities in the evening? The buffet breakfast was probably the worst I’ve ever experienced at any hotel and the restaurant manager was very rude. Hotel a/c definitely needs replacing. Rooms are hot and stuffy even when a/c is on full. Definitely not a 4 star hotel.

Second visit & totally terrible experience. A very noisy room, so asked to move and was eventually moved to a smoker room and told was an upgrade - was no different to previous room or previous experiences. Upon check out day, we were constantly called checking whether we were still in the room. When checking out staff were completely rude & my wife who is French was totally surprised. I
Had to pay the local tourist tax at check out, which is a very small fee, so wanted to pay in cash - the checkout staff did not ask how I wanted to pay & was charged on my card, so explained the associated bank charges being greater than the fee to help other travellers & they were totally rude. We were so disappointed by the experience, that I did the very unusual act of complaining. They did not care at all. So we will never stay again & will tell our family who live in the area.We paid £150 per night, so sure many other options available.

After spending the day walking around Paris we came back to our hotel around 6 to find no restaurants open anywhere in the area not even the hotel restaurant. The staff were helpful in assisting us to find an open asian kitchen nearby.

Was told my room was not ready at 3pm. Agreed to a room At rear of hotel and was told they were no different which i was suspicious of. The rooms have no air con and were very warm at night so we left window open at night only to learn there is a city bus stop outside where coach loads disembark from the early hours and the coachs leave their diesel engines running from about 4am onwards each morning. We never had a full night's sleep. When i confronted the manager about this ( who was very arrogant and unfriendly) i was told i shouldnt have the window open because its against health and safety. When i asked how i should control the uncomfortable room temperature he said maybe we have a fan for you..... horrible management and attitude.

I really liked that the property was about 3 minutes walking distance from the metro. The surrounding area was safe with a lot of good dining options and a grocery store within walking distance. The room was very spacious and clean with a large bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful. The included breakfast buffet was open until 10 am and was delcicious! I would definitely stay at Evergreen Laurel Hotel again and would highly recommend it to all my friends and family.

In a 15 years the interier of this building haven’t changed or been touched. I thought after 7 years I will give a chance once again - it’s like stepping into the past. Even the poor breakfast and its presentation did not change - try to take morning shower - good luck (you got cold or boiling in about 20 seconds intervals). I am giving break to return here for another 7 years.

Stayed here before and was ok. Friday and Saturday kids everywhere. At one point they were playing football in the lobby area. Staff said nothing to yhe parents.
Sorry for people having a drink or meal or sat in the loby area.
People in the next room were smoking and it wax coming through the connecting door.
Should havd asked for our money back.

Hotel has a huge and impressive lobby area. Staff are friendly, helpful and speak English. Area is quiet, safe and close to the Seine. There are many restaurants/cafes in the area as well as easy access to the metro via the station that is no more than a 5 minute walk. Our room was comfortable and well appointed but a little 'tired'. Breakfast was no more than adequate. That said the rate (approximately 215 Euros per night) seemed to be a lot cheaper than many other 'similar' hotels. I would certainly stay there again.

Clean, friendly, convenient place for Paris trip.

This was a nice and clean hotel. Friendly people. It has a parking lot which saves you from a lot of pan. Located in a very convenient place, only two minutes away from the metro. The line 3 metro takes you to the city center in 15-20 mins. Decent breakfast. Easy check in and out. In an area easy to drive. We are provided a baby crib upon request immediately.

Good hotel-20 mins away fr OPERA M3 line

We stayed here as part of our Trafalgar tour. Spacious room with wifi. Location is not in Paris center, but there’s a metro station (M3 line) around the corner which brings you to Opera station in 20 mins (without transfer). There’s a Monoprix grocery/shop and some restaurants in the plaza fronting the hotel.

Front desk and bell service personnel are nice and courteous. Breakfast is just ok.

Only complain was the smell of smoke upon entering our room which is a non-smoking one.

We found a big bag of condoms in the blanket that was in the closet, the blanket stinked also. The room wasn’t clean at all.
We report this at the front desk, they were supposed to contact us after our depart but we never heard from name anymore. No apologizes, no discount, NOTHING. What a shame!

Breakfast is terrible, I have had better quality breakfasts at 2 star hotels. Not enough clean tables, staff service is poor, food is poor quality and not displayed properly, glasses were dirty on 3 of the 4 days I stayed there. In anticipation for the response that I was there at a busy time, This is rubbish, busy and not busy the experience was the same

Room decoration is old and tired. Water was not replenished in the room at all, I had to ring down to reception every night to get the two small bottles replaced from the previous day. Bath enamel was flaking off in two places.

`Room service stopped at 22:30 only crisps and chocolate available after this time from vending machines.

Enjoyed the stay very much at Evergreen Laurel. Just 2 blocks from Metro. Hotel is clean, Bell man was very nice and helpful. Deluxe Room was nice, comfortable, clean and good size. Breakfast was pretty good, but after 4 breakfast you want what your use to eating. Pleasant stay.

Great choice of hotel

We chose this hotel as it was close to my work place for the coming week and it was a very surprising and happy choice. The hotel is big and has a lot of personal space compared to other hotels in paris. Everything is in a tasteful set of colours and works well (hairdryer and air con are modern and powerful). The restaurant is expensive by local standards but it is delicious and worth spending money on - the best Chinese food in France. There are six restaurants on the Place to choose from and others in Levallois. The metro line 3 and bus line 53 leave from just down the street and there is an ATM close by.

The hotel met our expectations. The price was good, but you are a little far from the city centre of Paris. The good thing is that the hotel is next to a metro station. They have ice machines, and vending machines which are nice. The free wifi worked poorly, especially when the hotel was busy. The breakfast buffet is pretty much the same everyday, nothing to write home about. The rooms were clean, beds comfy, and amenities adequate. Overall, a good value for the stay.

Four night stay in a superior room on the fourth floor which was spacious and had a very good view over the Place Georges Pompidou. Lots of amenities in the vicinity and about fifteen minutes by foot to the main market area of Levallois-Perret. One really must acknowledge the effort the City Council puts into keeping the city clean -including daily vacuuming.

The hotel itself was very quiet and if there was noise it was mainly from guests rather than outside although our room was relatively quiet - just the odd plumbing noises. The carpets on this floor were in need of a clean, both in the public areas and in the bedroom (several stains that looked as if they had been there a while). Saying that however, we would choose this hotel again because of the spaciousness and quietness of the room and the hotel's location.

The staff on the baggage section staff were especially helpful, as was one of the reception staff - some require more training in customer focus and friendliness. Breakfast was not included in our package and although we paid the extra 19euros/pp per day and tried it twice because of convenience, we were not that impressed with the offering (especially the beverages - very watery tea and coffee). Staff in this area may require additional training in meeting, greeting and providing service.

Overall, the hotel was good value for money and our experience was good: we are people who appreciate good service and for 4* there is room for improvement.

Wonderful nights and excellent service

I cannot fault the staff of rooms of the Evergreen Laurel. The only let down, as far as I am concerned, is the fact that the breakfast is not included in the price of the stay. For someone about to embark on a busy day this is an important meal and there should be no excuse for not having it part of the service.

I was attending a convention and had my wife traveling with me. The hotel is away from the busiest center but very near Metro line 3 end station and so Printemps, Opera etc. could be reached within 5-10 minutes. Breakfast was very expensive, 20 euros per person, and it was average in quality and variation. Every day some juice or vegetables or something else ran out. There were two unscheduled and unannounced fire alarm drills. Had there been real fire alarm, nobody would have paid any attention any more, talk about \"crying the wolf\". Our superior room wasn't too big, definitely overpriced. Free room wi-fi was offline for a day. Staff was friendly and helpful.
