Family of 4 with 4 days and 3 nights the experience was alright. we were 20 mins away - 6km from Arc De Triomphe for Hop on Hop off buses. Uber strongly recommended and train station 10min walking distance of 30-40mins travel time to Paris. In terms of location it can be challenging yet still convenient cause of the supermarkets around the area beside carrefour city and primaprix 5 mins walk . We mainly stayed here as were heading for Disneyland Paris. Facility was neat and their filtered water aqua was refreshing after a hot day. Breakfast staff were helpful, their espresso machine were soothing and nice. Though I do not recommend opting for the breakfast everyday as choices can be limited. Rooms were neat and good floor space for queen size. Overall still a great stay!

The hotel was clean and staff were friendly. Breakfast was overpriced for what was on offer. I didn’t like that the toilet was separate from the bathroom with no washbasin in it.
Beds comfortable and water pressure in shower was fantastic. Plug sockets by the bed was a plus. A 2 minute walk to station which took 9 mins to centre of Paris. Not really many restaurants around but a good takeaway pizza - Pizza House - and a crepe place - Pancake corner.
Not keen on the €400 deposit for 4 people for 5 nights - unexpected. Overall a good place to stay

Just returned from a 2 night stay at this hotel. It was just ok. The hotel was under refurbishment which we were not made aware of when we booked. Main entrance to hotel was closed off and we had to use a side entrance which led to a makeshift reception area. Corridors were being painted whilst we were there. Breakfast was limited if you wanted a cooked breakfast, with only a choice of eggs, sausages and mushrooms, not sure if this was due to the scaled down breakfast area or if it’s the norm. There was pastries, fruit, cereal however. Rooms were spacious enough for the three of us, beds were very comfortable. Another disappointment as a result of the refurbishment was having no bar area. I didn’t feel well on the second night and there was nowhere in the hotel for my husband and son to go and have a drink whilst I had a sleep. Hotel staff were polite but there was no apology when I told them at check out that I was disappointed with the refurbishment. Nothing on the hotel or Expedia website informing of the refurbishment.

The stay was just what was needed. We were not in our room much but the service was friendly, the beds were fine and it was nice to have coffee available to make in the room every morning. A few annoying things, the shower door didn’t seal so water got all over the floor for each shower, one of the bedside lamps didn’t work. Other than that, very accommodating & easy stay for people who are out & about exploring all day. Great neighborhood.

It is too hot in our room. For 3 nights of staying I am ended up sweating and can't sleep.

The double bed is too small for 2 persons.

The washroom has no water on it. Only tissue.

The location is too far from city center though 4 minutes walk to the bus station, it still takes so much time to be in Paris hot spots.

The accommodation was very comfortable clean and very well appointed. Lovely bathroom facilities. The staff were friendly and helpful BUT we were awoken on all three nights by very noisy guests shouting in the corridor at one or two in the morning. Then again at six a.m noisy inconsiderate guests being loud. We won’t stay again which is a shame as such a nice hotel.

Pictures on website are from rooms renewal but not all the rooms are already renewed. And they put us in a room with old carpet smell horrible. After tell the hotel is was not the room we buy on hotels.com they put us in a room with 2 beds. Again not the room we buy. The location is not in La Defense. The name of the hotel make us think the hotel was around metro la defense and that’s not true. It’s só fairway from the city.

The housekeepers obviously went through our luggage. Dirty towels cups and garbage were left in our room every day despite their claim that it was cleaned. They also stuffed papertowels inside the room vents to stop the fan circulation. Neighborhood wasnt the safest and high taxi prices into Paris.

1 Small Bottle of Water for a Double Room Per Day

1. LOCATION 10 minutes walk from Train Station - 3 stops from Saint Lazare - with interchange for Metro. Situated on a quiet street, the Hotel is located next to a Carrefour, a few fast food outlets and 100 M from Bois Colombe \"High Street\" - with much few retail units than the adjacent Colombe equivalent.
2. ROOM is on the \"tight side\" but bathroom is spacious with a lovely powerful walk in shower. Toilet on the other end of the room (next to entrance door) which does not have a wash hand basin. 3. FACILITIES Although it is a double room for two people, there was only one chair. The other two being high bar stools. There is a fridge and it is the first hotel I have come across from my travels which puts a daily charge on the use of the fridge. There are two elevators in service and are fine. The Reception, lobby and breakfast area are adequate. Toilet there is clean. 4. COMPLIMENTARY Only one small bottle was put in the room when we arrived - despite being a Double Room for Two Guests. On two occasions when I went to the Reception to ask for our daily Complimentary Water, the Receptionist again gave us one small bottle for the two of us. On the second occasion, I made an issue and demanded another one. 5. STAFF Checking In and Out were efficiently carried out. Members of Staff were polite, communicate well in English. I do not think one could expect friendly service - not being part of their culture.

I would like to let you know that we were very please with all the help we received from your excellent employee Naomi. This young lady is a very professional and very kind person, she makes your corporation looks good.

Unfortunately at the check out at this hotel was the worst experience that we have had. I have always paid with the credit card I used for the hotel reservation using Expedia.
According to my account records the charges for this hotel were already pending. However Sanaa asked me to provide a credit card for the payment, I told and showed her my bank statement from my Ipad showing that the payment was already pending. That was not good for her and in a very unprofessional way she asked me again to provide a credit card. I provide the same credit card that used for the reservation and deposit a couple of days earlier.
She told me that the credit card was not good and literally threw the card on the desk. I provided another credit card and she told me that the second credit card was not good either. I told her that something has to be wrong because I have been using my credit cards around Europe with no problems. Finally I gave her my debit card and saw a smile on her face, this card finally was good. Not only she charged me more than the original reservation with Expedia, but I also had to pay a fee of $ 12.20 to my bank.
I am still waiting to get credit on the card I used on the reservation with Expedia and the €150 deposit. Never had this problem befor

Bois Colombes is a convenient location. Train station’s close. Staff speaks English. A young man named David was especially helpful in mapping things out for us several times including giving us different routes to accommodate the intermittent train strike. Parking on site is nice but the spaces are tight (which is true everywhere). Grocery store next door and restaurants all around. Enjoyed our stay very much!

the room floor has LOTS of dirty stains. we had trouble withe the room keys the fiirst 3 days so every night when we get back to the hotel, one of the staffs had to come up and open the room for us. so much hassle and inconvenience. it didn't get fix until the 4th day of our stays.
we had a kitchen open and no one is cleaning the dirty dishes or give us clean dishes unless we asked the front desk.

I was rather shocked to find a number of red stains on the carpet, along with other bits of food that had been trodden into the carpet. The receptionist offered to move me but this is not the point. A room should simply not be offered in that condition. Other guests were asking for slippers so they did not have to tread on their own dirty carpet.
On the second night I only had one towel in my room, and got to reception finding others asking for towels too. They ran out of wine. In France!
Not happy with the room design either. Surely a toilet in a room on its own without a hand-basin cannot be hygienic? On a much more trivial front the waste bins are far too small to get anything in.
Location is pretty good when the trains aren't on strike, the hotel is on top of a supermarket so very handy for croissants if you don't want to pay 15 euros for breakfast.

One of the worse hotels I've stayed in.

I do travel quite a bit, but this was one of the worse hotels. Useless staff, not willing to help. Room was small, stained carpet, dusty. No bar or restaurant in the evening. In the morning the cleaner entered the room without at least knocking first.
Breakfast is served in the reception area, and with a poor selection for the 15 euros.

Rude staff, far from downtown, and peculiar design

- front staff was rude and obviously did not appreciate English speaking customers; we clearly saw a difference between the way we were spoken to versus French speaking customers
- the hotel is not exactly close to downtown, so be prepared to rely on the metro of taxis
- the room layout was strange; why was the toilet in a completely separate area from the sink and shower? Makes absolutely no sense and it’s a nuisance!
- the room service staff was good and did a great job in keeping the room tidy and up to standards
- overall I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

I stay st the Best Western Suitcase Plus every time I visit Paris. I wouldn’t use the hotel each time I visit if I wasn’t happy with the hotel. I have no complaints; the staff are pleasant and the rooms are comfortable and clean. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from Bois-Colombes Gare with easy access to central Paris.
