They specifically stated on their website that I will be getting a King's size bed but I was given a room with two single beds and two mattresses put together. I did complain and they put me in the another but with the same arrangement of twobeds and two mattresses put together. The receptionists later confirmed that there is no King's bed at the hotel that all beds in equal. The difference of thevrooms is only in size

Great location and having an apartment with a balcony over looking the park was great. TV was not great and very loose on wall. Shower kind of worked but not the best. Very comfortable bed and the apartment was in a good location.

Acceptable place to stay just outside of Paris

Some initial hiccups as our fridge didn't work and there was no hot water in our room. However the front desk staff was great and helped us switch rooms quickly. The new room was exactly what we needed - clean, comfortable and spacious. We only stayed 2 nights and the room was not cleaned while we were out for the day. Not sure if that was the norm or if we were just missed. It was not a big problem, but I did notice. Great location just outside of Paris, easy access to train station. Nice staff. Average, but satisfactory place to stay.

Je viens dans cet hôtel à chaque fois que je suis sur Paris. Ce sera la dernière fois. Je suis restée 1 semaine, personne ne m’a proposé de faire la chambre mais il y a pire.
Je n’ai pas eu de serviettes de douche. A la réception, on m’a répondu dans un premier temps, qu’il n’y avait pas de grandes serviettes dans cet établissement. Ce à quoi j’ai répondu qu’il y en avait toujours eu. Et à ce moment la, la personne me répond qu’ils ont eu un problème avec le sous traitant et que la seule solution était de me monter plus de petites serviettes.
C’est inadmissible vu le prix pratiqué par l’établissement. J’ai été contrainte d’acheter une serviette.

the staff at this hotel was exceptional. we arrived in Paris and had the misfortune of having a pickpocket steal a wallet with cash and credit cards. The staff here was so helpful and went above and beyond. we were allowed to use the hotel phone for calling and getting our credit cards cancelled. We were even allowed into a room earlier than we expected the hotel itself was lovely.

Good Hotel and fantastic location

This is a good hotel to stay and in a fantastic location. We had to travel to Gare la defense every day and the bus was like half-a-minute walk away. There is a department store right next door. The kitchen is very good and completely packed with utensils. Our kid doesn't eat outside food and we used the kitchen to the maximum.

The day we checked in, I opened the ward-robe and the door covering the geyser fell on me. Looks like after servicing the Geyser, someone forgot to lock the thing in place. They got it fixed as soon as I bought it to their notice, nevertheless, you don't expect to start your vacation with a knock on your head !

Other than that, it would be good if they empty the trash box once every 3-4 days or atleast when we bring it to their notice. Ours got filled up after 3-4 days and since we were out for the whole day, we couldn't sync with the house keeping guys. I ended up carrying the garbage sack and handing it over to the reception. We didn't get a replacement bag though and had to make-to-do with some plastic covers that we had.

I had a full day available after we checked out and the hotel folks kept our baggage under lock for the rest of the day.

I would say that this is a very good hotel to stay in and the service provided is fantastic. If you would like to stay in calm neighborhood then this is a good place to be.

The hotel/apartment was ok, but it’s quite a ride back into Paris. If you have business in the area, it would be ideal but if you are there to see Paris, be aware that it’s not close. There is a train station, but it’s a good walk to get there and it takes about an hour by bus to get there. Also, the breakfast is not worth the money. But the accommodations were comfortable and the staff were helpful and pleasant.

Had a great time exploring Paris and seeing the sights the hotel is just far enough away for it to be less touristy but close enough for it to take you just under or over an hour to head into the main parts of the city, the staff were helpful and could speak English which for me was handy as not being able to speak much French

Summer visit to Residhome Monceau.

Residhome Monceau is wonderfully situated , close to Gare St.Lazare via Becon -le -Bruyère and also La Défence. I found the staff most pleasant and helpful and our stay over a period of six nights was comfortable and tranquil, despite the fact that it was in July.

Nice quiet environment with a park beside it.
Great convenience with restaurants (Japanese , French) and supermarket ( Monoprix) in front of the hotel.
Aircon is slightly noisy but only a problem in summer if you need to blast it to cool the room.

The only inconvenient is the hotel location from the nearest train station, which is around a 15 mins walk. With luggage, it is not too convenient. You can connect to it via buses though.

The fire alarm went out twice with only one day in between and I have to claim the ironing machine for three day. No proper answer given. They got in the room even if 'not disturb' sign was on when I was away!!! For taking the (dirty) ironing machine, that I got from me. I ruined my trousers!!!

I have stayed in a similar apparthotel in another country before, but I really liked this for the cleanness and closeness of a big supermarket practically in from of the hotel. This was a complement to the available utilities in room; Microwave, Cooking electric plates, fridge, cutlery, plates, pots and pans.

I stayed on a cold night and the room was so hot. It was not possible to adjust the heating down. The room was an apartment style room with a separate bathroom and living room and so quite comfortable if a little tired in design. The biggest disappointment came at breakfast.. The dining room is tiny and all the guests are trying to eat at the same time(breakfast time!) so it was imposible to take breakfast..

Dirty floor dirty bed sheets

Have you ever suspected the sheets weren't changed for your arrival? In this case, it was actually true - and a dog had slept in the bed before me! Not since I back-packed in the 1980s have I stayed in such a disgustingly dirty room. The floor wasn't mopped clean so when I put my feet on the white sheets, two grey smears appeared. And when I lay my head on the pillow a strong odour of dog masked badly by febreeze filled my sleepless night. Either management hasn't bothered to employ enough cleaning staff or the cleaning staff isn't managed so they don't even do the basics. It's a shame because the bricks-and-mortar of the place are fine and the rooms are very quiet.

Basic features and great location

I've stayed at this place 2 times now and would say the best feature is the location which is right across the street from a grocery store, health food store, spa, restaurants, bakery and beside a wonderful park. The neighborhood is quiet.
You have to remember that it's a Residence Inn so room cleaning is just once weekly and toilet paper is delivered to your room when you call for a refill. It looks like a dormitory. There is a towel warmer in the room which is great for warming towels as well as drying clothes. It's a great fit for basic needs.

Great if just need a room.

It's a good place to stay for what it is. It is very much like a sublet. You do not get your room made up everyday and you are provided fresh towels, linens or toiletry refills. You have to pay extra for that. The staff is nice but they are not going out of there way to help you. They provide the very basics. We had a large studio for 2 and it fit our needs. We had a view overlooking a park and there was a large amount of space in comparison to other hotel rooms. It is located about 8 miles from the center of Paris and transportation is limited.
If you just need a place to crash this is a good place. If you like the little luxories that make you feel like you're on vacation then I would probably go elsewhere.

Some staffs are very unprofessional. We booked a room with 2 beds, but when we got to the hotel, a receptionist gave us a room with only 1 sofa bed. I then showed him my itinerary that I got from Expedia, and he told us that he doesn't care what we have, he refused to look at it. (Later on we were told that this guy was lazy, he should have double check our itinerary...) I had to call Expedia (paid international rate), and Expedia called the hotel, and a different staff (a much nicer guy) gave us a room with 2 beds. This almost ruin our trip. Another draw back, this's not a hotel, this's resident home, so they don't clean your room unless you stay more than 7 days. Unfortunately for us, we stayed for 5 days. We had to ask for more bath towers and toilet papers. Motion sensors control the light on all floors. It was a little scary for us the first time. Imagine the first time you go to your room, when the elevator door opens, you look around, and everywhere is dark. Until you step out of the elevator, walk a few steps, then the lights start to turn on. Other than that, the hotel is new and clean. The bed is very small. I have never seen bed this small. There're 2 nice restaurants and a grocery store right next to the hotel. The nearest train station is 15 minutes walking away.

Un bruit de compresseur ne venant pas de ma chambre qui se mettait en route toutes les 30mn.
J'étais au 6eme étage.
Rien dans la rue, probablement sur le toit.
La baignoire qui ne laisse pas évacuer l'eau.
C'est la cinquieme fois que je viens, jusqu'alors tout est nickel, excepté cette fois.
La direction est informée.

Alors que nous avions réservé 2 jours pour mon père en face de chez nous, la chambre n'était pas disponible. Ils ont été envoyés à 2 km de distance. Aucune information préalable de l'indisponibilité. Il a fallu se battre pour avoir un taxi pour rentrer le soir à 23h00 vers le nouvel hotel à 2 km, pour mon père de +75 ans, avec pour remarque que à pied ça entretien la santé.

Je connais le Résidhome Monceau depuis plusieurs années. J'y suis retourné les yeux fermés, mais à ma grande surprise je n'ai pas retrouvé ce que j'avais connu.
Accueil très moyen, studio en état de vieillissement, robinetterie SdB et évier défaillantes, service très moyen. Par ailleurs, lors de la prise de mon 1er petit déjeuner, il m'a été demandé mon N° de chambre, ce qui n'a pas été le cas la 2ème fois. Conclusion lors de mon départ, j'ai dû signaler que j'avais pris 2 petits déjeuners

Bon accueil de la part des réceptionnistes du jour parcontre un night shift a manqué de professionnalisme et me laissant sans solution par rapport à une demande.

De plus, ma salle de bain était dysfonctionnelle au niveau de la douchette, pas d’eau chaude et toilettes bouchées.
Aucun délogement mais petit déjeuner offerts

Malgré cela, le studio était agréable à séjourner sans les bémols et bien placé pour mes activités extérieures
