I knew the room would be small but even this shocked me. I think there was 30cm space to walk on the side of the bed. The towel provided with our room was basically the size of a hand towel. It was so small. You must bring your own body wash or soap as this was completely watered down. (I wouldn’t have used it anyway). It is cheap but inconvenient in location and the shared showers made the hallway smell like Urine when you walk past!

The advise did not make clear that the toilet was shared so I was not aware of that. Also the toilets was disgusting and the lights did not work properly. The rooms on my case I booked 2 was stinking cigarette and had a terrible noise in one of them from the air vent the other was okay and the rooms were cold and the radiator did not work properly was well so we felt cold all night we tried to complain on reception but the person did not seem too keen to help. Very disappointed I will make sure that I will pass this to everyone who ever intend to stay in there.

Like the area, Gennevilliers but was not aware it was a budget hotel with no supplies like towels etc. There was no hot water for 2 days and the weather was freezing. Front desk was helpful especially Manager Heri.

We arrived at the hotel where an argument was taking place between what I assume was an irate customer and the receptionist. We managed to check in to find a room with a distinct smokey smell. We noted quickly that there were no towels, something which could have been clarified before arrival. The beds are generously afforded one lumpy duvet and a single odorous pillow. There is a tv in each room, however all channels are in French. Understandable, but would’ve been nice to have at least one channel in other languages.
We pre paid for the breakfast “buffet”, which consists of baguette bits, corn flakes, baguette bits, yoghurt pots (sometimes), sliced bread and more baguettes. One day I arrived 15/20 minutes before it closed only to be berated for coming late. The receptionist then plied me with the remaining baguette bits relieving the bin of its duty. The breakfast is not really worth the money, and there are far too few seats.
The toilets are constantly wet as they are self cleaning. There are also no sinks attached to the toilets so any washing has to be done in the room, which is a great way to spread germs! No towels or soap is provided. The showers require the user to sporadically press the button to keep it going. It feels a bit like being waterboarded as the shower head is stuck at an odd angle. I would advise to give it a quick clean before use. I would also advice crocs or sandals as there is only a wooden floor between the shower cubicle and the room, so it te

Wasn't too bad. You get what you pay for - a budget stay. It is very small, but livable. It was very dirty under the bed. Staff were mostly friendly and service desk staff could speak basic English. Really not as bad as other reviews indicated. I do suggest that you take a room with a private bathroom though.

It’s located relatively close to metro stops. Many Arab/middle eastern/Muslim establishments in the area. Everything closes early by 9-10pm. Walking around any time of day and night is pretty safe.

Good value for money and the room was comfortable and clean. The communal showers and toilets could do with being cleaned a little more, and air conditioning in the rooms would have been nice, as the heat made it pretty stuffy at night time. The local area has plenty of bakery’s and a supermarket, then a little walk further leads to lots of nice shops and cafes. The location is not close to the centre of Paris, so if you don’t mind using local transport it is ok, there are 2 metro stations nearby, and takes roughly 20 mins on the train to get to the Eiffel Tower

Very very bad hotel bad stuff in the reception waited long time for check in . No air condition no fans I bought my own fans, really bad air and hot couldn't open the window because of really bad location of hotel because of car noise whole the night. First of all, we had a problem with our booking sine our name was not there in the list. After a lot of discussion, they agreed to give the room. Room cleaning was not done the next day, even though we mentioned about the dirty room. Also the staff came and visited the room couple of times, only to clean the room in the late evening due to our repeated reminder.
The coffee from their coffee machine was nice. The price of the breakfast is reasonable. Location of the place is bit tricky since you have to walk for alteast 20 mins from the nearest metro station.

The instructions for check in weren’t clear so the receptionist got frustrated when I was looking for the machine to check in. All involved were stressed that our French was bad, but the attitude at check in made the first impression a very stressful one. Also, we arrived on foot and couldn’t figure out how to get onto the property for 15 minutes (there’s a gate that looks locked but it’s just open all the time). The room itself looked cool and looked like it does in the pictures, but it wasn’t well lit, the bed was uncomfortable, and the hotel is in a sketchier part of the city. Ultimately I expected all of this considering the low price of €31, but I would probably avoid this hotel and go with an airbnb in the future.

I didn’t like the location as well as the hotel itself! Although very affordable, the hotel has no amenities and the staff wasn’t the friendliest. Checked out after one night because of the conditions and they wouldn’t even give me a partial refund.

Words don’t express how bad this place is.
From the start it wasn’t good when they tried to charge me for my stay even though it had already been paid for. Then the told me I could pay and reclaim it back. Alarm bells were already ringing. Only one toilet worked and the others were blocked. Was meant to stay two nights but booked else where for the second night. Seriously if you are desperate for a place to stay this still isn’t it.

I'm currently travelling Europe with a friend, and thought 'oh less than 20km from Paris would be good' boy was I WRONG.
I left with bug bites all over me (big ones), welcomed by flies in our room, 'view' was literally a street of homelessness.
I did ask to leave the room because of bugs. But he went into 'dumb' mode and claimed he didn't understand English (he did) I even translated it all.

Quando fiz a reserva não me dei conta que o banheiro era compartilhado. Pra nós não foi uma boa experiência, eu como mulher ficava com um pouco de medo de ir sozinha ja que os banheiros são unissex, sempre pedia pra meu marido ficar com a porta do quarto encostada, assim se eu precisasse ele iria ouvir.
Não dá pra exigir muito da limpeza de banheiros assim, de modo geral eu achei a ficha ok, o chão é manchado então dá impressão que está sujo, mas não está. Já a parte sanitária está sempre molhada por algum motivo.
O quarto é simples e nós atendeu bem, mas o ar condicionado não funciona e no andar é quarto que ficamos quando abríamos a janela subia o cheiro da área de fumantes. Talvez por esse motivo o quarto cheirava muito bom, a cigarro. Mas a limpeza era bem feita sim, realmente o problema era o cheiro impregnado.

Das Hotelzimmer besaß keine Klimaanlage und das Fenster war direkt zur Hauptstraße ausgerichtet. Es war unheimlich heiß und laut. Die Gemeinschaftstoiletten sowie Duschen waren schrecklich. Absolut dreckig und nicht begehbar.

J'avais réservé 2 chambres lit double avec WC et douche dans la chambre, à l'arrivée c'était 2 chambres avec 2 lits simples, douche et WC dans le couloir.
J'ai du payer deux fois 10€ de supplément pour avoir des chambres avec lits doubles et douches/WC à l'intérieur des chambres.
Escalier Accès àu parking très sale, barrière d'accès au parking souterrain cassée.

Hay una hamburguesería al lado y cafeterías al otro lado de la carretera. Super bueno para una cena a ultima hora de la noche y para el desayuno por las mañanas si como nosotros no tenéis desayuno incluido.
Lo malo:
Está algo alejado del centro de París y a unos 20 minutos del metro. Hay autobuses que dejan al lado, pero estos terminan su servicio a las 22:00 asi que hay que recogerse pronto. No es lo ideal si os gustaría pasear por la ciudad por la noche. Esto es lo peor del hotel y no repetiría a menos que no hubiera de otra. Es mejor un hotel algo mas cercano

Cet hôtel m’a déçu dès le checkin, des gens qui n’ont aucun souci pour les plaintes des clients. On dirait, ils ne comprennent qu’ils vendent des services et la communication avec les clients est importante. Un hôtel avec 2 WC et 2 douches à l’extérieur pour plus de 8 chambres? Pas normal. Toilettes et douches en pannes (sans lumière dedans), pas là où se laver les mains après toilette. Méfiez vous des photos sur le site, la chambre que j’avais réservé n’avait rien à voir avec ce qu’on m’avait proposé. Des gens à la réception qui n’aident à trouver aucune solution à tout ce qu’on demande. Très rigide. La TV présentée et celle qu’il y’a là, un vrai arnaque. De kamer zelf was redelijk. Het bed was middelmatig, het lag hard maar ik heb erger meegemaakt. Het was redelijk schoon op stofjes op de vloer na. Helaas waren de gedeelde toiletten een nare ervaring. De toiletten bestonden uit een systeem die na het doortrekken zichzelf 'reinigt' met het eigen toiletwater... Dus vanuit de pot spoot het water over de hele toiletcabine heen. Elke keer als ik naar de wc ging moest ik de bril uitgebreid drogen en ook de vloer en wanden zaten onder dit toiletwater. De gedeelde douches waren oud en heel klein maar werden gelukkig wel dagelijks schoongemaakt. Het baliepersoneel was vriendelijk. 1 personeelslid sprak alleen amper Engels. Toen wij weggingen mochten wij uit service de koffers nog even laten staan omdat onze bus pas in de avond ging wat heel fijn was. De schoonmakers waren minder prettig. Dit omdat zij erg luidruchtig waren en wij 's ochtend vaak het bed uitgeschreeuwd werden terwijl wij nog sliepen door hun geschreeuw op de gang.

No me gustó nada, las habitaciones estaban limpias y cómodas. Pero lo peor los baños, alejado de las habitaciones, tenía que ir a otro piso a bañarme porque las duchas estaban en mal estado, sucias tienes que apretar un botón mientras te bañas. Lejos del metro tuve que caminar 25 minutos.

Es geht, leider haben die Kissen gefehlt, Frühstück war leider nicht in der vorgegebenen Zeit vorhanden. Des weiteren waren Zimmernachbarn (Paar) sehr laut, und keinen hat es gekümmert und es wurde hier keine Rücksicht genommen. Aber für den Preis ist es insgesamt noch ok, da man nicht mehr erwarten kann.
