The staff are friendly, the area is safe to walk around, very close to the station. The hotel is clean and the mini kitchen is quite handy.

Great location -just a five minute walk to Clichy Mairie Metro. Very secure underground parking. This was our third stay at this hotel - each time included a trip to The Stade de France for a rugby match. Warm , well equipped clean apartment. Clichy itself has all the shops you'd need plus some excellent cafes, bars and restaurants. Spicy World 5 minutes away is great, Chez Francoise a lively friendly bistro bar. We'll definitely be back again.

The room was just ok. Old and had a musty smell. We booked for 4 nights and had to be moved twice because the air conditioning did not work., eventually it did get fixed. The bed in the fist room we slept in was on an angle so we put pillows under the mattress to keep from rolling on one side. The bathroom was not very clean.the only great part was the staff . They did there best.

The staff was absolutely wonderful. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. Unfortunately, the experience was overshadowed by a serious issue with the air conditioning in my room. It was extremely loud, making it impossible to get a good night’s sleep. There was no technician available during my stay, so the problem could not be resolved, which was really disappointing. As a result, I was not able to enjoy my time there as much as I had hoped.

pros: very close to metro station, grocery stores and bakeries close by for food. restaurants are on the pricier side. Room had kitchenette, fridge w/freezer, air con that worked great. Bed was small (european twin) and firm but comfortable. pillows soft and flat. coffee machine in reception had many options including hot chocolate. Woman working breakfast area was very nice and let us make a coffee after we had exhausted in-room coffee supply (2 espresso pods, sugar, no creamer)

Practical base for exploring Paris
Good location in close-in suburb with metro station less than a block away, and grocery stores and restaurants in the neighborhood. Fairly spacious room by Paris standards. Kitchenette was a plus, but no dishwasher and the utensils etc. were a bit difficult to access. We were told we would get a VIP bonus (free breakfast) but hotel did not have that in their records. It was resolved with excellent and polite help from the front desk. Breakfast was acceptable without being exceptional. Overall a good value for the price!

Front desk staff Lisette is extreme friendly and helpful and very patience with directions and all our questions. Bathtub is dangerous for seniors. Breakfast is decently good. Metro is right around the corner and few grocery stores around the property. Room need update

This place was recommended to us by a friend who had stayed there for only a couple of days back in August.
It was a fabulous recommendation. It is a small place, which (in my humble opinion) makes it better.
At our arrival Delphine was in charge of our check-in. She was fast and friendly and explained to us the difference between this place and a ‘regular’ hotel.
Since it was a little before check-in time when we arrived, it was a pleasant surprise to learn that our room was ready. But honestly, we would have been happy to just leave our suitcases at the reception.
It was another great surprise when we entered the room, and everything was clean. Cleaner than some hotels we have stayed in the USA. The fact that the floor is not carpet, makes it much better.
The shower is small, and there the toilet was in a separate little room, which was great since we are a family of three. The room is stated to house up to four guests. Our room had 4 separate closets. This was another pleasant surprise.
The kitchenet is equipped with microwave oven, refrigerator, some pots, pans, bowls dishes, glasses, cutlery, a pod coffee maker, an electric teapot.
Breakfast was really good. Milad was (most of the days we stayed) in charge of the food and the control of what rooms had had their breakfast. He was also great. The pain au chocolate was our favorite. As well as the juice and the mini-waffles.

Place is ok. Breakfast was good but the same every day. The electric stove top didn’t work on my room. So, I didn’t use it. It had a sink but no kitchen sponge, towels, nor dishwasher soap. Out of the 5 or 6 people we’ve met at the reception, only 2 were very nice and showed that they care about our needs. Location was great! It was clean.

As the desk agent began to wrap up my check-in, he proceeded to stand up. Mind you, this is a very small narrow desk and the reception area is tight on space. The next man in line was basically shoulder to shoulder with me, not behind me, next to me, and this agent’s voice already carries. He blurts out my room number and leans over to simultaneously write it down, actually leaning past me, where the card is in between me and the gentleman next to me, in clear view of all of us.
In shock, I plainly asked that since he blurted it out and wrote it down in front of the gentlemen next to me to please give me another room number, written down, but not in front of the other gentlemen. He proceeds to give me another key card cover, without the room number, but says that he can’t change my room. I go upstairs to sort out the details with Expedia and immediately head back down, return his key card, and check into a Hilton hotel for the night.
Being that I’ve worked in customer service for over a decade, I tend to refrain from posting negative reviews, as I know how it can jeopardize how the business is viewed, but this is a very serious matter. Feeling protected, especially as a solo female traveler, is of the upmost importance when we are choosing accommodations. I am posting this in the hopes that it will catch the attention of management and that this particular representative will be coached in how to protect future guests, especially females, in the hotel.

Spacious apartment. This makes the stay in Paris. Cause most of the options around town are real small rooms. This ap with spacious kitchenette and good shower worth the fistance from city center only for that. Also the breakfast was very good. Fresh and wellmade food and nive brand options for yoir forst meal. The cappuccino from the machine is great! Location is good for being really close to Metro station, but the neighborhood is not pretty and not many good options if you are looking for fine dinning. Anyway, everyone on the streets seamed very kind.

We came for the Olympics. The transport and groceries are right on the doorstep. The kitchenette was extremely useful.
The team were awesome making sure my friend had a safe environment in the shower by going out and buying a bathmat to make sure she didn't slip.

Great hotel, reasonably priced, and well located in a much more residential area. The Metro is half a block away, which is very convenient. There is also a supermarket across the street. The staff was very welcoming and friendly 😊 the people at the reception and the lady from the cafeteria who gave us Chocolate croissants at our arrival 😍 we booked a one bedroom, which was very spacious, clean and comfortable. This is a hotel where I would definitely stay next time I visit the city of light.

The breakfast wasn’t much so I would recommend eating somewhere else. The area around the hotel was great. Plenty of restaurants, grocery stores and public transportation.

Clichy is an excellent safe area away from the typical tourist areas of Paris but with easy access to the Metro. For Paris, the twin room we started out was good sized and quite adequate, but we upgraded to a family suite for a very reasonable fee since we arrived in low season and this is roomy and well worth it. Lots of excellent restaurants nearby with our two favorites being La Barrière de Cliche and La Sancerra. Natural food store next door and large supermarket across the street.

The building is above a natural foods grocery store, and across the street from a general grocery store. The Metro is only half a block away. The neighborhood has several good restaurants, an excellent boulangerie (Gwen and Clem), and parks. It's primarily residential with small businesses and felt very safe.
The staff in the hotel are very helpful and friendly. We had a studio apartment on the 4th floor facing the street, which was a little noisy. The unit was exceptionally clean and well maintained, with no sign of the \"nasty bugs\" which are a problem in Paris. There was plenty of storage in the closets. The kitchen is lacking in counter space but has all the essentials, but a small amount of dish soap would have been helpful. We did laundry in the building which was somewhat inconvenient as a special app had to be downloaded and paid for on the phone, and was expensive. The laundry detergent is automatically dispensed so if you have any skin sensitivities to soaps, you may want to rethink.
If our travels take us through Paris again, we would stay here again

This Hotel is Clichy’s best kept secret. The location is perfect next to two supermarkets. The Metro is half a block away. It is safe with the Police Dept and city building being so close. The rooms are spacious for two. They have a small kitchenette if you want to cook but the hotel breakfast is good. The staff was awesome! They were so helpful and provided great info on how to navigate the Metro and Dinning tips. Will be back!!

Ok stay here. Room was fine. Some areas are looking a bit dated in the rooms and some parts not as clean as could be. Room was meant to be serviced mid stay but this did not happen so only was done on the day before checkout.

We had our six month old daughter with us and the apartment included a separate bedroom so she could go to sleep while we relaxed in the lounge in the apartment, a high chair, a kitchen, great air conditioning in the lounge and bedroom, a comfy bed and great shower. The curtains also provided a great dark room for our daughter to sleep in and the area was nice and quiet. We also had a view of the Eiffel Tower in the distance from our balcony! There is also a huge supermarket a two minute walk away which is perfect for getting all the essentials and more! Issam who is the director of the hotel made us feel very welcome and was very helpful if we needed anything. Thank you for a wonderful stay, it made our trip to Paris very enjoyable.

This was a good stay in Paris. It was an apartment style place. They don't change your towels, fyi. We paid extra to check in a few hours early after an early flight, we didn't mind.
The room had a bathtub and toilet in the bathroom. There was a small kitchen which was convenient when we wanted to make a homecooked meal with a supermarket right across the street. Very convenient. The TV had great internet connection and the bed was very comfortable. The AC was fantastic as well. They also had a laundry room you could use. (We did as we had been traveling around Europe and needed to wash our clothes)
Location-wise, it is about 20-30 minutes away from the city center with a metro station about 4 minutes away from the apart-hotel.
Overall, I wouldn't mind staying in this place again.

Stayed for a week in a nice studio with balcony. It was a really hot week luckily we had aircon in the room. Nice big TV with Chromecast so easy to watch Netflix. Location is great close to metro station (line 13) and direct bus to Gare du Nord. Also on top of Naturalia shop and right next to Casino supermarket so easy to get food. Staff was friendly and really helpful, had an issue after room cleaning and was resolved immediately. Great stay, would definitely go again.

Staying at Appart'City in Clichy made our trip one to remember. In addition to the qualities of the staff, the apart-hotel is located very conveniently. There are 3 grocery stores in the very near vicinity (within 1 block), and the Metro is within walking distance (1 block or so). Wir haben 5 Nächte als Familie mit Kleinkind in diesem Hotel übernachtet und waren rundum zufrieden. Der Check-in und Check-out verliefen extrem schnell und völlig unkompliziert. Das Personal an der Rezeption war jederzeit sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
