Amazing acomodation, spotless, with a kitchen equipped with everything you need, very warm in the room, perfect for a cold night. Also realy quiet and good soundproof, we never hear a door open during the entire stay. The nice touch is the water filter and bottles in the lobby, where you can get for free water and sparkling water. Nice and quiet neighborhood. With RER C-line you go in aroung 30 minutes to orsay, louvre and invalides. Less to Eiffe tower

We had a nice apartment on the top floor and it was a good base for a family to visit Paris without being in the centre.
There weren't a huge amount of restaurants nearby but you could find somewhere if needed.
Unfortunately the local metro was closed when we were there so we had to get a taxi into the centre of Paris but it was fairly reasonably priced.

Расположение отеля идеальное! Обслуживающий персонал великолепный! НО! Летом в отель НЕ ПРИЕЗЖайте!!! ЭТО не отель а черт знает что! Была на улице жара 30 градусов. В номере нет кондиционера. Ходишь, спишь, обливаешься потом. Вентиляции нет в принципе, маленькое отверстие, закрытое пластиком трудно назвать вентиляцией. Духота, после мытья влага в ванной не уходит, Душевая кабинка протекает, душевая штанга болтается. Жадность владельцев видимо зашкаливает. НО если вам важно обслуживание, то тут все на высоте. Уборка великолепная, На рецепции все приветливые и милые. И поэтому контраст между условиями проживания и вышколенностью персонала очень бросается в глаза!Не приезжайте в это место летом, никакого отдыха не будет. Открывать приходилось окно, иначе спать невозможно в духоте, так атаковали комары. Искусали черти!

Honestly, what a gem of a place! Lovely neighbourhood with a huge supermarket and very easy to navigate metro station.

The very lovely staff member on reception was very quick to upgrade us when I asked if the bed could be split into two for myself and my son. Instead we move to a two bedroom apartment on the top floor where we could sleep separately - this was very much appreciated!

The apartment was spacious, clean and very well equipped. We both slept very well whilst staying here.

Would absolutely stay again. Wonderful staff and a great location.

Thank you also to the kind member of staff who went to our old room to look for something we left behind when moving. Returning with it as we checked out.

The room was small for 2 adults and two teens. The pullout couch was uncomfortable and a pain to close. After one night, we just left it open and it cut down on the size of the already small room. Windows opened though and it was quiet enough to sleep. I used the kitchenette at least once a day and from a cook’s perspective, it was not well furnished. I know it’s an apart/hotel but there wasn’t even salt and pepper! No dish rag or soap just a tea towel, but there was a tiny dishwasher with no soap provided. Basic stuff like that should be provided imo. You have to take out your garbage and there is no chute you have to leave the building. Don’t forget to ask for more bags for the garbage and fresh towels on your way back up! If you want the room cleaned and you haven’t been there 5 days, there is a fee. Proximity to Metro ‘C’ line was excellent so we bought a 5 day pass and used it frequently. That’s the best part of this place! Decent stay but wouldn’t do it again.

Location was great with easy transport links into centre of Paris with large supermarket and bakery nearby. The inventory of the kitchen didn't quite match what was in the cupboards but it had all we needed to make a quick breakfast and packed lunches. We never cooked an evening meal but it would have had to have been fairly basic. It met our needs well while we visited the city for the Olympics.

Its in a quite area, out of the hussle and bussle of city life, but a short walk to the train station and just 30 mins to the centre such as Tour Effiel. Room was very clean and a decent size and reception staff were helpful. i would recommend

The room was small but clean. Mini kitchenette included. We were a family of four so required 2 rooms. Staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast provided at an extra $12 Euro ($6 Euro kids); variety continental food choices to choose from. Room wasn’t serviced as they were extremely busy that week and they ran out of tokens to enable us to get our washing done. Minor things but when you spend a week in one place they’re the little things you need to make your stay more comfortable. Location was great with an approx 200m from Les Grésillons Métro making it an easy commute to the city.

Great new hotel outside Paris. Loved this mini apartment with a kitchenette. It is located just around the corner form public transportation, but, unfortunately, we had an incredible amount of trouble when it came to getting around.....partly because we don't understand French, and also because most people we approached for help don't understand English. We were unaware that the train was not going to run on Saturday and Sunday - almost missed our tour in Paris.....more than once.

Can't really fault it to be honest, absolutely value for Mooney and the staff were every friendly and helpful.

The only slight downside is no air conditioning with is odd for a new building, however they do offer fans if needed!

I thought this was a lovely property absolutely superb. I loved every minute there. The residential village is very agreeable and aesthetic. I adore the little park with the families and children playing. Having the Gare closeby is very useful and very close to St Ouen and Clichy. It is in the industrial area so there is a lot of development to the area. There could be more in the way of activity and amenities however it’s quietness and retreat from the hustle and bustle of central Paris is an added bonus. Close to the 18th Arrondissement so easy to reach Paris. Overall I thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The property is lovely well decorated and pristinely kept with modern features all in good taste. My room was my nest and I spend a whole day just inside because I was enjoying it so much. Thank you for the pleasure and experienc. I give a solid 10/10

Very good value for money - directions on google sent us to what I think was an apartment block owned by the same company which was annoying but found the right one in the end (just through the small park).

Lock your clothes or they WILL BE STOLEN

Having had numerous visits to the old residhome I did have some hopes for this new one in the park.
Check-in- overbooked! Booked an apartment and we had to be split between two rooms. We overlooked this and took the two rooms.
During our stay the cleaner kept loitering and ignoring the 'do not disturb sign'. On the second day we left some change in the room and came back to find this gone with fresh towels!
On the third day my husband asked for toilet roll and the cleaner had this on her trolley but refused to give it and said she would come by again. My husband noticed a bottle of vodka on her trolley!
She didn't come again until 5 hours later in the hope that the room wouldn't be occupied! She entered ignoring the 'do not disturb' sign and was shocked to see someone still in the room.
On my last day I accidently left my cable, adapter and my jacket. The same cleaner was again loitering outside my room and saw me depart the room.
Upon contacting the hotel I was received by a very rude and hostile person! who said she was too busy go and check! After numerous calls I was informed that my items were not in the room and that I must have them! This followed by a string of lies to get me to forget the subject!
A colleague also told me that 5 weeks ago a gift of a blow up baby bath was stolen! Again she was also faced with hostility.
Following my return home the hotel and the manager have done their very best to ignore all my calls and emails! OVERALL DO NOT STAY HERE NOT WORTH IT

I read that it was a new hotel, just built a few years ago. It does appear to be somewhat new, but not extensively built. There was a small sticky red spot on the floor, but besides that clean. No a/c. Check in staff did not speak English, but worked with us to communicate. Not as close to CDG airport as I was hoping, but did the job for our one night waiting for our flight home out of Paris.

Very happy with this place overall, with only one criticism - with no air conditioning or fan in the room and a humid 28 degrees outside, we had to leave the flywireless window open at night, which meant we were feasted upon by mosquitoes. Putting in at least a ceiling fan would make guests much more comfortable in the warmer months. Other than that, this place was clean and modern, close to public transport, supermarket, shops and local park, with friendly staff and well-equipped kitchen in the room.

The hotel is almost new, very clean and the neighborhood is very nice and safe. There is a bakery and a mini-market 200 meters from the hotel. The RER station is also 200 meters from the hotel. The hotel is a bit far from the main attractions. For example to get to Eiffel tower ir takes about 30min. The parking is secure and clean. Definitely we will come back to this hotel.

Residhome is wonderful!

We really enjoyed staying at Residhome! We stayed in a spacious apartment with it's own kitchen. The hotel is energy efficient which was wonderful to experience. There is a train station a block away which is very convenient because you can transfer to the metro to get to Paris. Staff was very helpful and friendly. We highly recommend this hotel. It was a home away from home.

Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel dat meerdere talen spreekt.
Makkelijk parkeren in de ondergrondse garage.
Huisdieren zijn welkom.
Goed werkende wifi en liften.
Schone, ruime kamer en badkamer, met een goede douche. Rustige wijk.
Supermarkt en bakkerijen in de buurt.
Op woensdag en zaterdag is er een weekmarkt.
Minpunten:
De kaartlezers bij de ondergrondse garage en de lift vanuit de garage werken niet altijd goed.
De kamers hebben geen airco, dus in de zomer kan het warm zijn.
In het najaar hadden wij daar geen last van. De verwarming werkt goed.

Appartement propre et confortable

Très bien ! L'appartement doté d'une grande salle de bain était fonctionnel et propre, le lit confortable et l'hotel est situé dans un quartier très calme. Le seul petit bémol est que l'appartement n'est pas pourvu de climatisation mais vous avez un ventilateur à disposition. Le RER C et des bus vont permettent de rejoindre Paris. Le stade de france est à environ 12 minutes en voiture.
Je recommande fortement cet hotel ! Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable.

The apartment was new, white walls and nice inventary. Large bathroom, nice shower. Polite and helpful straff, and the era seemed quiet and safe. Market, bakery and RAR-station just minutes walk.
Family of four, and the sofabed was very hard to sleep on, wouldn’t recommend it.
You have to buy soap, dishwasher-tablets, toilet paper. No balconny, but windows open in both livingroom(/sofabed) and bedroom. We stayed during extreme heat, and got to borrow 2 fans, no aircondition.

All-in-all: recommend the area, the apartment was new, but the comfort wasn’t good.

4泊しました。
パリ中心地から30分ほど離れていますが、RERの駅がすぐ近く、カルフールやダイアゴナルなどのスーパー、美味しいケーキ＆パン屋もあり便利な場所にあるアパートメントです。

シャワーのホースが一部破けていてお湯が飛び出す、キッチンシンクの詰まりが激しく、水が流れないなどがありました。フロントデスクにキッチンシンクの件を伝え、10分後に部屋に来て確認します言われましたが、最終日まで結局来てもらえない状態で我慢しました。

バスタオルは換えが必要な場合は、フロントでリクエストしないともらえません。ゴミは外のゴミ捨て場に自分で捨てに行く必要があります。

しかし、治安は夜出歩かなければ大丈夫で、全体的には満足です。

Muy buen lugar y muy grata experiencia, lo único que no me esperaba es que solo hacen limpieza 1 vez por semana por lo que durante nuestra estancia de 5 noches no hubo servicio de limpieza a menos que fuera con cargo extra, además que en la aplicación se especificaba que el cargo de impuestos en la localidad sería de 20 euros aprox y al llegar me cobraron 50, ademas de eso todo bien.

Le logement est bon , juste un bémol, ils ne passent pas nettoyer la chambre ni changer les draps alors que j'ai fait six jours dans la chambre.

Struttura in ottima posizione ed a due passi dalla RER. Zona molto tranquilla con alcuni punti ristoro anche per chi come noi non fa colazione nella struttura. Il personale è stato efficiente e cortese, comunicandogli dei piccoli problemi in camera hanno subito provveduto a risolverli. Pulizia e comfort impeccabili, presenti cucina, frigo e lavastoviglie. Abbiamo gradito anche il piccolo set di benvenuto. Potremmo tranquillamente consigliarla a chiunque.

Étonnant que cet apparthotel moderne n’ait pas de climatisation. Seulement une borne de ventilation. Et si vous ouvrez la fenêtre les moustiques entrent parce que beaucoup de parcs et de végétation à Âsnieres.
Ce problème est peut-être inexistant en hiver.

Unterkunft geräumig und sauber, leider keine Klima. Im Sommer wird’s warm. Frühstück für 15€ pro Person, war in Ordnung ( kleines Buffet ). Hier ist noch Luft nach oben. Personal sehr hilfsbereit.
Zug vom Hotel ca. 3 min. Gehweg entfernt. Kosten nach Paris 6,20€ pro Person für hin und zurück ( 25min. Eiffelturm ). Kommen gerne wieder.
