Great room, we had one if the suites. Fit the three of us comfortably. All was quiet, slept like kings. Breakfast was excellent. Not a cheap breakfast, but you get what you pay for. Would come back again.

We had an overall good experience at this hotel. There was a problem with our shower in our first room and the first person to help us was very nice, the second person we went to when we tried to change our room was not as nice but still allowed us to change our room after a little back and forth. Once the shower was fixed, the rest of our stay was great.

I didn't stay but my rating is based on the extremely rigid reservation rules - be very aware when booking that the hotel will not consider any changes, even if it means simply adjusting the date of stay and paying the difference if rates are higher.

Because you booked through Expedia, the hotel will not engage at all, and are equally rigid when Expedia asks for a change to the reservation in its customer's behalf.

This was my experience. Too bad, since the property looks really cool.

We did love the hotel, the environment and location. There a simple things that would have made me rate it excellent - the availability of English breakfast tea in the room and at breakfast. I had no idea what the sachets were in my room, or how to use the coffee machine - instructions would be good. Room service was a bit non-existent too.

Our family’s favorite hotel in Paris! This year they offered complimentary breakfast and one day when there were no eggs left the chef set to and made us individual orders. The staff are beyond wonderful and our only issues were with the key cards demagnetizing frequently. J’adore MOB House!

This hotel would have been great if it weren’t for the lack of proper air conditioning (it is centrally controlled and set at 26.5 Celsius / ~80 Fahrenheit). At times, it was cooler outside than it was inside the room and sleeping was difficult.

Hotel is really nice and was given a room upgrade at check in (which is great!) so got swiftly move into a suite room! It is very spacious and nicely decorated. One perk is the room has air con though it took a while for the room to be cool. Was told by driver that surrounding area not the best but didn’t feel too bad throughout stay there. Hotel is comfortable, staff are friendly and the food at the restaurant is really tasty too!
Location not the most central but nearest train station is about 10 mins walk and there are a few bus options too

I stay at this hotel with my family, and we loved the cool, relaxing vibe. Only a few blocks from a train slation and steps from the sprawling outdoor flea market Marché aux Puces.

The rooms were clean and very spacious. The breakfast buffet was delicious, though there was one only hot item available - scrambled eggs. The pool was refreshing!

Amenities glamour, this hotel is a fantastic deal for the price.

The only negative, don’t expect a reply if you email them.

I have sent a formal complaint via email to both Hotels.com and Mob Hotel with regard to our stay here. It was less than satisfactory and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The air conditioning did not work, the lights faulty. It was hot and stuffy. I became ill with no one to assist. No one assists with bags. We requested fresh towels. None came. Coincidentally there was another family complaining of similar issues that we encountered at checkout. Given the Olympic Games is only days away I hope this hotel improves its service and amenities given its advertisement as a high-quality boutique Hotel. It seems it is concentrating its efforts on getting the hotel ready for a Puma installation with the gym out of order and both drilling and banging with lots of workmen to set up a stage for the incoming guests from a country delegation.

Quirky, trendy hotel which is quite good value for Paris. Clean and Comfortable with spacious rooms. Unusually no TVs anywhere so potentially makes it more relaxing which is complimented by the chill courtyard area Pool is quite good, Gym average. Food is nice though few more cooked options at breakfast would be nice. It’s slightly further out from central Paris but walkable to Montmatre. About 5-10mins from Porte de Clignacourt metro.

The hotel was really nice and comfortable, large rooms. The pool was good but a bit cool for children. Very pleasant staff and atmosphere. Would benefit from a children's menu. Nice touches like the nut bar and robes for the pool. A little way out of the centre (20 minutrs) but the Garibaldi Metro station is within 6 minute walk and the bus directly to the Louvre 1 minute from the hotel. Would recommend and revisit.

Great Idea opening a cool Stark hotel yet it's in Paris where people only work 35 hours a week, only do what they feel they should be doing. The whole service attitude I am used to at start hotels around the world isn't apparent. Kitchen closes at 10pm, so couldn't eat when arriving and if you go outside at the time it dangerous.Other than that sure cool hotel in a very up a coming area.

Very poor quality service. Air conditioning broke in room so running at 25 degrees (when it was 34 outside). Had to ask several times for it to be addressed. The initial option was to bring a desk fan. Eventually we managed to move rooms. Very trendy hotel but service didn’t match it

This is by far the best experience I’ve had in a hotel. The surrounding area is not that pleasing and we were a little put off but once we opened the ginormous gate and entered the compound, we were transported to a different realm!
The Mob House checks all the boxes for cleanliness, friendliness of staff, eco-friendly, safety, and just pure bliss.
It can stand against any luxury hotel and win, hands down!
The most exhilarating of all about this hotel is the smell that envelops you as soon as you enter. I literally wanted to bottle that smell so I bought all the soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion in hopes to bringing The Mob House with me to the States.
I will definitely be returning!

P.S
The restaurant staff wears khaki overalls that I want so bad. Please make them available for sale.

Intially we were incredibly impressed with MOB house and were looking forward to our stay, however this quickly changed. We had no working air conditioning, despite reporting this twice. We had to sleep with our balcony door open as it was so warm, which wasn’t ideal as all of the balconies were directly connected. The breakfast buffet was poor. Staff provided incorrect information promising breakfast tea to then be told after the 3rd/4th attempt to source some they didn’t provide this. There was no water in the rooms beyond the initial free mini bar bottles. We had to repeatedly ask for water for the room - surely these days this is a standard?!

We were left incredibly disappointed in our stay with a very bad taste from the experience. It was as if the staff didn’t care when there was an issue. No thought of offering a different room with working air con, not even any acknowledgement that there was a problem and they couldn’t fix it. Was all just essentially ignored.

Our disappointment depended when we discovered we should have received Expedia members benefits such as a free upgrade - why did we not receive this? The hotel wasn’t busy but again it’s as if they just don’t care. We won’t be rebooking anytime soon. All the superficial frills and no substance!

There was a lot of things to love about MOB House. The decor is amazing. A very rustic but classy feel to the place. Rooms were lovely—again, rustic and very clean.

By far the best aspect is the service. We arrived into Beauvais Airport from Scotland and had a 1 hour drive down to MOB House and from the start those who worked there were amazing with us. Tom, on our last day was chatty and very kind and the barman and woman at the reception on the evening of 15th February were so kind and welcoming (I wish I had got their name).

I have travelled a lot for my job and this was the most helpful and friendly service I’ve ever had.

Their uniform is casual and fun (brown overalls) which adds to the relaxed, rustic feel to the hotel.

It was around 5-6 minute walk to the nearest metro (Garibaldi) which we used to take us into the centre of Paris in around 20 mins.

It’s a new hotel and it shows. Very modern, classy, rustic and clean. Suitable for anyone but especially younger people.

Also, FREE PARKING!

Great stay! Worth the money!

Si vous aimez dormir dans une discothèque prenez une chambre au premier étage !
Une catastrophe ! Impossible de fermer l œil avant 1h du matin car après l arrêt de la musique c est au tour du bruit des chaises qui résonne comme si elles étaient dans votre chambre et des clients bourrés qui sortent dans la rue ! Quel dommage car l hôtel est superbe. Il faudrai arrêter ces nouveaux concepts d hôtel festifs ou alors le préciser

Une découverte incroyable, dans un quartier tendance à deux pas des Puces de St Ouen. Hôtel magnifique, personnel adorable et prévenant, piscine au top, restaurant et bar avec cuisine de qualité et prix abordable....tout est génial ici :) La suite avec terrasse est juste sublime....literie confortable, matériau brut et stylés, grande douche italienne....pas de télé et c'est parfait comme ça! Merci pour ce beau séjour, nous reviendrons!

They have a great outdoor pool, which is quite hard to find in a city hotel. Apart from that the interior is designed nicely and thoughtfully. I don’t know if I would want to go back since it takes long to get there by subway from the city centre. It was an interesting experience though.

Mooi hotel net buiten de stad. Prima te bereiken met de metro vanaf gard du nord. 2 Metro stations in de buurt om snel in de stad te komen bij alle high lights van Parijs.
Hotel was goed, prima kamers met net sanitair.
Lekker zwembad om af te koelen als het warm is! Kortom een aanrader voor een stedentrip naar Parijs!
