When we arrived the hotel is have refurbishment the staff greeted us well the problem was the builders are all over the hotel and staff moved us but things haven’t been finished in the rooms and we didn’t get room with balcony the breakfast wasn’t that good because it’s a temporary kitchen and thing where running out quickly the hole hotel and area in saint ouen is getting dug up for the Olympic and I was a nightmare for my mum how is disabled if we had know this was happening we would have pick a different hotel for are stay

Great hotel to stay in. My husband and I stayed here for the whole weekend and we are more than satisfied. The staff were excellent and very helpful. They made sure we were comfortable and taken care of. Hotel is about a 5 min walk to the metro station. We had the double room with a balcony and we were comfortable! Great shower pressure too. We recommend this room to everyone who goes to Paris!

Just an OK hotel

Hotel was good for the money but probably wouldn't stay there again. Minimalist is the best way to describe it.

Negatives: 1. The room was very small. 2. The shower was very small. As a normal sized American we had trouble turning in the shower without hitting knobs. 3. The bathroom constantly smelled of smoke. The smoke seemed to have come from the vent. 4. We booked a room with a view of Paris but didn't get one. 5. While we were there in November the weather was warm and the room was warm. There was no way to turn on anything to cool the room.

Positives: 1. The breakfast was great, worth the extra cost. 2. The room seemed appropriate for the cost. 3. Close to subway, couple blocks. 4. The gentleman at the desk, originally from Connecticut, was extremely helpful and generous with his time.

It is almost a hostel but with private rooms. I liked breakfast and shower. I didn't like the location and how extremely toward cost savings is the hotel. Even the scale is 12 seconds per two Euros !!

Not worth it....

The hotel wifi is non existent. Don't bother asking because it doesn't work. The hallways smell like urine or chemical cleaner. There's a deposit for everything, including a hairdryer. It does not come with the room. The location isn't really ideal if you're trying to sight see. The neighborhood is not very nice and the local cafes are a bit of a walk, not around the corner. The staff is okay. Only the gentleman that checked me in was friendly and of service. Overall, I wouldn't stay here again or recommend it. It's not worth the money. Pay a little more and stay at a nicer place in Paris.

First of all, no airconditioning, called reception complain it’s very warm in the room as i was sweating and was told there was no aircondition and just told to open the window...really?.? So window open but you can hear people talking, shouting, laughing... thanks window open! The local area was a bit dark and scary as most streets at night has no street light. The staff are not friendly and entertaining at all. Breakfast was okay. Room was alright but the dark cemented flooring doesn’t look clean. Oh lastly the wifi was poor.

locked windows, no handle....

Hotel was modern and with quite space in the room. People at reception were very nice. The trouble is not really working stuff in the room - air-condition was actually giving heat when it was turned on, phone to call to reception was not working at all. What I really consider limited and even not sure if safe (in case of emergency) is that window was locked and no handle in the room!!! I understand the explanation its security against small children but parens are responsible for them. I don't travel with kids, I wanna have freedom to open/close window in my room as I want and at least I would expect them to let u use the handle during the stay. They told me they have only one for the whole room. So I had to take it 2am (in room was really hot) from reception, unlock the window and give it back to reception. So next 2 days I was not able to close the window (there is very noisy street)... so that was really unpleasant experience and it was first time I did experienced such rule. In case of fire or smoke - people are not able to manipulate their window!
Another disappointment was WIFI... thats was so bad that I had problem to download emails...

A nice little hotel in an accessible neighborhood.

Most things about this hotel were nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the food was great, and the 2 rooms we got were clean and comfortable.

But there is one thing that is IMPORTANT to mention: There is a major problem with the electric outlets. We had 3 portable battery cells for our phone that got fried when we put them to charge. I even bought a fourth one from Paris (thinking maybe because our battery cells were from Canada) and it got fried immediately when plugged into the hotel outlets. The staff acknowledged problems with the electric wiring in the building.

We were still able to charge our phones and cameras without damage but you can feel some weird static charges on the devices while they were charging!

Close to Metro the only good thing about the hotel

One of the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Even the basic facility like a safe, cupboard with doors, small fridge, tea/coffee arrangement, not provided. Bathroom had small shampoo and shower gel but no toothpaste, which I found shocking. The best thing was the day staff, who was a very polite and helpful young man. Probably the last time I'll book with expedia.

I reserved the room at this hotel because breakfast was included. Once I got there I was told that breakfast was not included and I had to pay $10 a person and it ended up being a very cheap continental breakfast. They said Expedia did not send the form that said breakfast was included so I don't know if the fault was Expedia or the hotel. I overheard now I'm do the exact same thing to someone else I was checking in while I was waiting In the lobby I overheard them do the exact same thing to someone else that was checking in. So that makes me believe that it was the hotel that was being dishonest.

At check in, receptionist did not even say hello or was pleasant in any way, shape, or form. Then he proceeded to tell me that I did not book a room for that night even after I showed him my email confirmation. Waited for 15-20minutes for him to find my reservation after coming to the hotel after a delayed flight at 0400. If we were staying there longer or had other options I would not have taken that kind of treatment as a paying customer.

They need to put the actual station stop in the website, we traveled and went a long way in the writing g direction to a different St Ouen.
Be sure to ask the hotel the direct stop and it's a 20 minute ride from Paris and an way ten minute walk.
The hotel was clean, breakfast was great, we packed a sandwich for later each day, so it breakfast and lunch if your savvy.
The Eiffel tower is an easy walk from. From the metro, hut do go to the river and walk up, not straight down the road the looks most logical, so to the right and at the river fir a splendid way in.

No guaranteed parking which leaves you to drive around for 20 Minutes trying to find a spot. Staff unfriendly and unhelpful on everything from a bandaid to parking and payments. They hardly answer phones and promptly tell you they are with people who are at the desk to try and get you off phone. Questioned more than about being present at breakfast two mornings as if we were not there or didn't pay. Room was not cleaned one day and we had to ask repeatedly for towels and toilet paper. Shower had mildew around door that can be seen if you actually go inside-only cleaned where one can see from outside. Dead bugs on wall around lights. Neighborhood is fair-not worst but not best. We were happy with the quiet rooms and private bathrooms and a washer and dryer available for a fee. Beds were not too bad. Pretty much everything else needed improvement.

Wifi wasn't working in rooms and staff seemed irritated by complaints. They were unwilling to offer any gesture for the inconvenience. Bed had to be stripped on two occasions to ensure sheets were changed, damp towels were refolded rather than replaced, and shower gel was never replaced after the first night, even after a request was put into the front desk and assurances were given. I had to purchase my own shower gel from a nearby retailer. The place has potential, if it weren't for the people operating it.

Good value, but several significant deficiencies.

Stayed here for 4 nights in June. The good: good value, in very good condition, very clean with outstanding housekeeping and most of the staff are helpful. The bad: Wi-fi is poor, and sometimes no service. When wi-fi is working, there is very slow transfer speeds. Some staff people are rude- the classic French arrogance, however unfounded. If you leave luggage for storage, no tags are provided for security. There seems to be central air conditioning, but the thermostat in my room never worked well, and some nights were very warm. The breakfast is good, but priced too high as many hotels do. It's better to walk a few minutes to local cafes for breakfast.

We had major issues while staying at this Hotel
1. This hotel had a fire alarm which ranged at midnight & there was only one staff at Hotel to manage. It took more than 1 hour to reset alarm & as per hotel staff this was a false alarm. When we enquired at hotel reception about reasons for false alarm, he replied that someone did smoking but when he went to the particular room to check, it was vacant. Therefore, we wanted to check if its a false alarm than how safe it would be for my family in case if there is a actual fire, in response he was very much rude & started fighting with us. We came to know that in the past similar cases has occurred.
2. Hotel AC was not working, when we complained we got reply from reception that they can not help as there is no technician available and sole person available at reception would read manual and try to rectify. However it did not work for our 3 night stay.
3. When we booked hotel through hotel.com, we booked with complementary breakfast, however while checking at hotel we were told that Breakfast is not complimentary & when we argued, we were told that we have no option but to take it or leave or pay for the breakfast.

The rooms are spacious and have up to date decor, the check in was great. We checked in earlier than the official check-in time as I was pregnant and travelling with a child. Sonia, at the desk, showed us several rooms to choose from and housekeeping was very helpful in showing us the rooms. We ended up upgrading to a studio room with cooking facilities as the basic family room did not even have a fridge.
They should keep a dust pan and brush and washing up liquid in the cupboard for a studio.
Don't know if it's Paris, but they charge extra for every little thing. For example, we requested to borrow a plug converter for our charger and they asked for 20 euro deposit but I had to come down even though I was not feeling well because no one was around to bring it to the room.
Could do with international TV channels.

The details about the hotel regarding the free parking is a lie...you have to find on the streets near to the hotel a space or if you have luck in front of the hotel there are 3 spaces, that you have to pay. Not too much like 4 Euro per day...but still they need to change the information about free parking! Because I was trying to search for a hotel witch has a parking space private not to leave the car on a street 100m far from it.

Overall a great value for the money. The rooms are very basic but clean, and could easily pass for an IKEA showroom. The breakfast was a few cold cereals, bagels and bread along with cheese and a few selections of meat and jam. Good but probably not worth 7 euros per person, either. Again, overall a great value for the money. Not too close to any sights via walking or metro, but there was a nearby bus station. Gare du Nord is about a 30-minute walk away.

New hotel in distant neighborhood w bad WIFI

A couple issues here- the main one was the Wifi. Terrible connection like nothing I've seen before even in developing countries. My connection dropped every 1-2 minutes on some devices and email downloads took an excessive amount of time. This was a big problem as I was there for business. They said this happens when the hotel is full- but one would think you should plan for a network that can support a fully booked hotel (as isn't that the goal for any business)? They kept promising to improve it but it never did over the 3 days I was there.

2nd - more of a tip- be sure to google the address on a map instead of the name. The name is basically the same (with the addition of Paris) as another hotel 10 min up the street. It's confusing and likely bad for business for the other hotel as this one is brand new.

The neighborhood isn't anything special and is quite far out on a very packed metro line- so don't stay here if you want to be near anything special.

The hotel is new and so it is in great condition with good value as far as the room quality.

Also frustrating they didn't have water boilers or any way to get boiled water.

Very good value, and spotlessly clean. A modern building, which also seemed to provide parking.

Not the most central of areas but metro and bus routes close by to allow easy access to other areas.

I have used this hotel several times and my only negative would be the slightly laborious check in each time, but the staff have always been friendly and helpful.

Stay was not as good as I had hoped. The reception was not welcoming upon arrival & although booking.com mentioned free parking, there was no parking available. Finding parking on the street was a problem every day & quite frustrating to have to walk long distances to the hotel late at night. Although the rooms were clean, there was no hairdryer or iron in the room, (this should be standard). The rooms did not have additional bedding or pillows. The pillows provided were way too soft.

Grosse déception concernant le parking proposé par cet hôtel, et surtout le manque total de conseil de la part de l’accueil.

À mon arrivée, je demande comment me garer. Un employé de l’hôtel vient avec moi, voit clairement mon véhicule (Peugeot 3008), me montre l’accès au parking et me glisse simplement un « attention, c’est un peu serré ». Aucune alerte claire, aucune mise en garde réelle, aucun conseil pour m’orienter vers une alternative.

Une fois engagé dans le parking, je me rends compte que c’est extrêmement étroit, au point qu’il est impossible de manœuvrer correctement ou de ressortir sans dégâts. Résultat : voiture abîmée à l’arrière, alors que j’étais littéralement coincé. Aucun dispositif de protection sur les murs, aucune signalisation indiquant que ce parking est inadapté aux véhicules de type SUV ou voitures familiales.

De retour à l’accueil, la même personne me dit tranquillement que « oui, il y a souvent des problèmes avec ce parking ». Donc le problème est connu. Pire encore : on m’indique ensuite un autre parking, à 100 mètres, parfaitement adapté… mais plus cher. Pourquoi ne pas l’avoir conseillé dès le départ ?

Ce que je dénonce ici, ce n’est pas l’existence d’un parking étroit (ça peut arriver), mais le fait de laisser un client s’y engager en sachant très bien que le risque est élevé, sans information claire ni alternative proposée. Quand on sait que le parking pose problème, on prévient. Point.

Je ne recommande absolument pas ce parking, et j’invit

We really liked the hotel: 1.) Very friendly and helpful staff, 2.) The room was very practical and clean for three people, 3.) The breakfast was very plentiful and particularly delicious, and the ambiance is beautiful. The entire hotel has a very youthful decorative style, which we really like, 4.) The car is parked securely in the underground garage, 5.) the beds are very comfortable and we slept like babies. We were completely satisfied and say: \"Thank you, see you next time!\"

Dejligt sted

Dejlig hotel, tæt på metro 13 og 14. Dejligt og rummeligt værelse. Rigtige gode madras!
Vi har valgt det hotel da han var tæt på Stade de France hvor vi skulle se en koncert.
