Nothing negative to say about the hotel, it is great for the price paid. It is literally 10 seconds walk from a local grocery store and the M4 line which is super convenient to go to places. The only thing is the area is a bit sketch, but the hotel itself is great.

Not a great area (wouldn't recommend if you want to be really near nice bars and restaurants) but hotel was metres from both a Metro and tram stop and was ideal for a spacious (303 - biggest room on the 3rd floor) room for a few days.
We were right next to the lift and didn't even hear it until the 3rd day.
Air conditioning was questionable but could have the window open and the street noise was barely audible

The hotel was nicely located right outside of the metro station. The staff was nice and condition of the hotel was good. However, there was a slight smell next to the bed and stains on the sofa. Overall would recommend.

The room has a tiny window looking over a small courtyard, I guess too small couldn't figure out what it is.

Great Stay - Definitely recommended!

We had a great stay at Kyriad, with two separate rooms which both met our expectations. We really enjoyed the breakfast with a good price and variety of options. Had no issues whatsoever, can only thank the staff for their kind and considerate service.

Good value for money choice for stay in paris

We were unsure about the hotel & area before arriving as some of the recent reviews were quite critical of both.

It was just me & my 14yr old son and we found the hotel exceeded our expectations and perfect location for metro. The area is not plush but we felt safe and had no issues walking at night. Staff at hotel friendly & helpful and hotel pretty quiet at night

Perfect stay

I read a few reviews after booking that made me slightly nervous about our stay, but I have to say for the price, the stay was excellent. Front of house was very friendly and the room was clean and very comfortable - we only had a one night stay, but room was more than adequate. Location for us was fine - we like to walk everywhere - so it's about a 50 min walk to Notre Dame (fine for us) and even quicker on the metro which is minutes from the hotel. It's also very close to the flea market which was great.

I would like a refund. I specifically booked this hotel because it said it had AC, which I must have for health reasons. However, when I inquired as to why the AC did not work, I was told it was because the AC is only turned on at the end of June until August. My trip, still going on, is from May 30th until tomorrow - it was almost 90 degrees every day! It is too hot to sleep!

Good travel links as the metro is under a minute away which Ian white useful, however, trains stop running around 10pm. Few fast food places around and a couple bars. The hotel was good and clean, however, the lock in our room for the toilet was jammed and faulty so we couldn’t lock it. When we told the receptionist she said a technician would come the following day and when he did, he said he couldn’t fix it which was a bit annoying. Receptionist woman was really friendly and nice though.

Overall our stay was pleasantl. The area was not good but I knew that before I booked as I read the reviews. We got accused of stealing a French girl’s luggage the first half an hour we had arrived and the hotel wasn’t helpful when I asked about the CCTV to prove we did nothing wrong but that was clearly a dodgey Uber driver and not the hotels concern. Luckily, nothing else came of that issue. Breakfast was expensive so didn’t go for it, curtians wouldn’t shut fully but it was resolved the morning after we reported it, safe wouldn’t open but again was resolved the morning after. Bathroom door was weird and didn’t lock at all but we are a couple so didn’t really care about that. The staff had really good English and were most helpful with everything. As I said before the area was a nightmare and I didn’t feel safe walking around but luckily the metro is literally a 10 second walk and is so easy to follow and get you anywhere you want to go. We used the metro for everything and it was so cheap! I do recommend staying here, the deal that I got was really good.

Not at all what was described when booking. Room was clean and small no amenities,(refrigerator, water, US plugs, etc.). When checking in, front desk stated the fee we were paying was for all 3 nights but was per night. Hotel in a questionable area. Full amenities in a better area for an additional $40 to $60. No restaurant in hotel. Similar to a hostil and paying additional for a private bath. Would not recommend hotel for the nightly rate. If rate was reduced to equal the quality, would be ok to book.

Had a lovely time. Easy commute with metro which was 30 seconds away. air con wasn’t on as doesn’t come on till May and it was 27/28 degrees when we stayed so could of done with it! English guy from Brixton who worked there was really helpful and friendly. Would visit again reasonable price and nice room. Few touch ups maybe but it was nice

Shocking experience

We had booked in for 3 nights. Upon arrival the taxi driver said it was a very dangerous area. The room smelt of damp and the beds were uncomfortable - the tea in the room was offered with a paper cup? The rooms were tiny and could not accommodate our suitcases. The following morning we approached reception and advised them that we would be cancelling the rest of our stay as the room was unacceptable only to be told that we could not receive a refund as we had paid online. For a chain of hotels this is shocking and I strongly recommend that you avoid any Kyriad Hotel.

The reception service from David was awesome !

David at the reception really impressed us with his kindness, professional behaviour, and and excellent service. He always went above and beyond in providing information and support, and never seemed rushed even though I understand he had lots of work to do. The room was cleaner than 5 star hotels I have been to. The location is not the quietest, but the room was on the quiet side, and we had a wonderful and pleasant stay there. Absolutely will use this hotel again.

Without 2nd Visit!!

It's very bad for pest control!! 1st night of my stay on Apr 25, there was a live spider on the curtain once got in the room. 2nd night, there was a large mosquito in the shower room. 4th night, found the window was opened after we came back, I thought it should be opened by the room keeper :(
The floor wasn't mopped, our socks were turned into black once step on the floor.
There was water leakage under the facial basin on the 1st night, I reported next day and fixed on the 3rd day.
As for the hair dryer, it needed to keep re-charging the battery around every 45 seconds.
We stayed for 6 nights, the hotel just provided 1 box of facial tissue even it was used up at the 4th nights.
Perhaps I booked at a lower rate, except 2 small bags of 2 ways of hair & bath cleanser, no grooming set was provided. Also, no fridge nor wifi connection were found. Besides, air condition system was poor, kept warm even set to 18°C.
Fortunately, one of the concierge is very kind man.

The main problem was with the oldfrint desk manager. He is cynical and rude. He doesn't apologize for any problem with the service. He actually slammed the phone on me, told me not to expect that the hotel delivers as promised (wifi) for 60 euro/night and that I should go to the Ritz for that. After this incident I avoided him like the plague! I don't know who runs this hotel but I would take this issue seriously. The hotel is well connected to the city.

Great stay on a budget for a few nights

- shower didn't have a shower door nor a curtain, so water went all over the floor, front desk said just put down a extra towel.
-If you are on the 0 or 1 floor be prepared for noise, you can hear all the plumbing from he upper floors. Can be really loud during the early evening and mornings, the breakers he easily if you have to many things plugged in.

-Staff speak great English.
-Vary clean
-Beds and pillows are comfy

Good clean basic hotel close to Metro

My son and I stayed here for one night during the European Football Championships. It's a good, clean, basic hotel close to the Port de Clignancourt Metro station. We had a twin room which was a bit cramped but nice and quiet with a newly refurbished bathroom. Check in is nice and early at 1400 and check out is late enough at 1200. There was also no funny business with the bill. We were quoted €115 plus €6 in taxes and that's exactly what we paid. The reception staff were friendly and polite and spoke perfect English. We didn't have breakfast so I can't comment on that.

Two overnight stays for Euro 2016.

Hotel in a great location for people driving from the North (few minutes from A1, Peripherique etc) - don't have to drive into Paris and can get away quickly on leaving. Next to a Metro station for travelling into Paris. Hotel also offers discount for nearby 24 hour staffed car parking.

The area is shabby/poor enough, though didn't have any problem with the locals.

Hotel itself is actually very mice for a 3 Star, prices weren't bad considering Parisian prices generally, and Euro2016 specifically.

Reception staff/management were extremely friendly and helpful.

You could do a lot worse.

It is really 1 minute walk from metro Porte de Clignancourt and walking distance to gorgeous Montmartre. Very clean and comfortable, friendly staff. We had a room facing inner courtyard which was nice and quiet except that we were near a door that leads to some rooms and people come in late and the door makes a loudish noise so better to stay in a room away from a door leading to rooms!
I would definitely recommend this hotel to visit that area of Paris.

Located a few stops from the centre of Paris up from the Gard du Nord in a busy area, with surprisingly quiet, clean rooms. Very friendly staff, affordable and excellent base for exploring Montmartre district in addition to the other areas of Paris. Would use the same hotel again for a further visit to Paris - and of course, Paris is a truly fabulous city. Its atmosphere, culture and history together with the friendliness of the locals make it very special.

I thought I was booking in Monmartre, but the location is definitely on the outskirts of the area. It still had great access to the metro line 4 and was a short walk to the metro line 12. It was inexpensive, which suited me just fine. There were a couple cool places to eat and drink nearby. The Recyclerie is a little hipster Mecca and there were great spots along the walk to line 12. The hotel was clean, staff was accommodating, and the rooms were as described. The hotel itself was pretty quiet.

We searched for quite a while for a hotel in Paris that matched our budget and travel plans.The hotel is literally on the doorstep of the Metro station and within Walking distance of Sacre Ceure.The hotel has been refurbished and the rooms were a good size with everything you required for a really pleasant stay.My partner forgot a hat she had bought as a memento of our visit.And the hotel arranged to get it back to us.I would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Paris

The staff are so good, and the room very nice and comfortable. I found the room size was fine. The area might not be the greatest, but it is right next to the metro, and I never felt in danger at any time. In fact we walked around the area and it was fine, and the people friendly.

Un acceuil très chaleureux et professionnel en plus d'être constant sur tout le sejour.
La chabre était TRÈS propre et confortable avec tous les équipements mentionnés à la réservation.
Le petit déjeuner était bon et servi en quantité.
Il n'y a eu qu'un seul bémol, il a manqué quelques minutes d'eau chaude en fin de séjour, mais la situation s'est solutionnée en attendant un instant.

Donc globalement, un excellent sejour !

Es waren nur wenige Schritte zur Metro, die Lage des Zimmers zur Hofseite war toll, es war sehr ruhig, nur roch es im Zimmer schnell nach Rauch, wenn im Hof jemand rauchen war. Toll mit der Kaffeestation im Zimmer, wurde auch täglich aufgefüllt!
Im Zimmer ging leider die Schiebetür zum Bad nicht komplett zu.
Wie haben das Frühstück nicht in Anspruch genommen, hätten aber die Atmosphäre nicht sehr angenehmen gefunden, es gibt keinen separaten Frühstücksraum.
Leider war am vorletzten Abend das Wasser, welches man dort kaufen konnte, an der Rezeption ausverkauft und wurde auch leider bis zu unserer Abreise nicht aufgefüllt.

Buiten is het wat chaotisch vooral parkeren is niet te doen en gelukkig stonden wij er een zondag dan is het parkeren gratis. De dag erna was parkeren €3 per kwartier. Eenmaal binnen heb je wel rust en is het lekker cool door de airco. Bedden slapen lekker. Badkamer was niet helemaal goed schoon en tijdens het föhnen stopte de föhn er mee. Net voor dat ik de deur uit moest.

夜の周辺環境にやや緊張感がある以外、駅近、設備の安全性、清潔感、どれも高得点です。
特筆すべきはソフト面。4人の方と接しましたが、スタッフは皆温かみがあり丁寧で安心出来ます。始発駅で5番出口の上というのも簡単でいいです。

Mycket fina rum, fantastisk service. Bekväma sängar och väldigt rent och fint. Väldigt mysig gård dessutom. Personalen var väldigt snälla och hjälpsamma. Jag är mycket nöjd med min vistelse och kommer att komma tillbaka

La recepcionista súper grosera. Llegamos, nos entregaron las dos tarjetas. Subimos a la recámara y no tuvimos acceso, bajamos y nos dijo que iría la recamarista, estuvimos esperando como 20 minutos y no subió nadie, había una recamarista en el piso le comentamos y empezó a renegar en francés. Nosotros solo hablamos español e inglés, le mostrábamos mensajes con traducción y nos mandaba abajo de nuevo. Otra vez fuimos a la recepción y enojada diciendo palabras molesta en francés la señorita fue y nos abrio. Nos abre y no podíamos cerrar, así estuvimos como 1 hora más en la recamara con hambre sin poder salir. Hasta que bajamos de nuevo y ya nos contestó en inglés y dijo que iría la ama de llaves. Al revisar el sofá cama súper mal la colchoneta, abajo un calcetín y cabellos en las sábanas. Al fin llegaron después de dos horas y muy amable hasta eso la ama de llaves. Pero una mala experiencia!!!

Hotel localizado bem metro à saída do metrô, staff atenciosa e gentil, tiraram duvidas e nos atenderam super bem. Quarto amplo e limpo, cafe da manhã típico com muitas geleias. Adoramos! Voltaremos com certeza

La ubicación es muy favorecedora a pocos pasos de una estación de metro, el espacio de la habitación es muy buena.
