What did ruin this for me was the deposit 150 eur when we got there. The bar staff was absolutely shocking. We were a bit scared to ask for beer as the bar staff was terrible. They need to change their attitude. Will never book there again

1. The reception staff lacked the experience to handle international clients and were frequently absent from reception desk throughout the day. 2. The property manager was only available for a few hours on certain days, making them largely inaccessible. 3. Instead of providing 2 double beds as per reservation, the hotel provided only 1 double bed and 1 uncomfortable sofa bed.

I trusted Expedia's recommendation and saw what I thought was a good deal. I knew we were going to spend a lot of money in Paris, with very limited time at the hotel, so we selected this hotel, and later regretted it. First of all, we arrived at 4pm, with reversations a week in advance, and we still had to wait almost 30 min for our room. They even switched our room as the original still wasn't clean. When we got the the room, it was fine at first...definitely nothing extravagant, but then we noticed black mold (see photo) all over the shower ceiling. I let the front desk clerk, but he stated it was the only room left. Also, it appeared they hadnt cleaned under the shower glass divider in who knows how long - nasty grime and mold there also. It was ashame as the staff appeared friendly from the little contact we had, but they did not reslove our concern.

When we arrived they had no room for us we had to wait for one to be cleaned it was 2 hours after check in the bar and room service was closed on weekends we had to leave a £350 security deposit which was more than the stay cost us when checking out I was advised it would go straight back on to my card as we didnt even eat there theybhave taken £42 from my card with no notification what it is for I am waiting for a response from the hotel

Poor service will not be staying again.

The girl at reception was rude and not helpful at all. After checking in, we noticed we didn’t have enough towels and needed 2 extra pillows. I went to the reception to request what we needed but she simply refused to provide 2 extra pillows for the sofa beds. There was no reason given, she just said she is not going to provide the additional pillows with a straight face. Towels were provided 2 hours later after three trips to the reception, it was bizarre.

The worst part was the same girl from reception later knocked our door with pillows in her hand in the evening and I was obviously surprised but happy to see her with the pillows. She then responded saying oh, these pillows are for another room. It didn’t feel like we were staying in a 4 star hotel, we wouldn’t stay here again.

For a fairly new hotel it was tired, bathroom was damaged with a hole in the wall, shower fixings not attached, no double bed, just two singles pushed together and air conditioning turns off after 2 minutes. The only positive is the reception staff were friendly and helpful.

Functional hotel out of town in commercial zone

Arrived Saturday night for rugby world cup. Checking easy. But, it was 2000 and the bar was shut. No tv (except in the room and that was almost impossible to change channels. No obvious open bars or eateries near, V attractive looking McDonalds but no TV. Walked for 20mins and found great restaurant with TV and the best steak I've had in years. Le Grandel. Public Transport from the hotel is by bus which is on the doorstep but it's a long ride to most places.

Great option if you’re attending an event at stade de France, otherwise it’s pretty far from the city and traffic will make the commute time quite significant. The room was decent, i felt safe, the accommodations and amenities were pretty minimal. Perfect option if you’re traveling internationally and on a budget.

Would definitely not recommend this hotel.
They charged on my card without telling me what’s it about, and I asked what they charged me, and the staffs kept avoid the liability by saying they’ll ask their colleagues. Second, we requested for bottle of water, as they only provide us on day 1, whereas we stayed at the hotel for 5 days. None of the other days they gave us any water although we’ve been requesting it. Third, this hotel is too far from the city center, took us more than 30 minutes by Uber. Forth, the staffs at this hotel are not helpful at all and kept on avoiding their responsibility.

Nice & functional room & efficient check-in BUT.. very limited choice for the evening meal in restaurant (2 choices for main) and the food was quite unpleasant. Unfortunately somebody set the fire alarm off at 3am by smoking in their room. Whilst this was not the hotel's fault, I didn't feel reassured by the way they dealt with it. There seemed to be one person on staff trying to sort the alarm out, get the lifts running again (failed) and eventually tell people what was happening. He did his best but I felt there should have been more staff on hand.

Sewage smell coming from the bathroom which we complained about on several occasions and also found a 3 inch sewing needle covered in blood from top to bottom in our bathroom - We were advised that we were going to be moved rooms which never happened and then advised that the maids were ‘personally sent to clean our room by the manager which also never happened’

This hotel is quite a distance from Paris, while it is rated 4 stars, we were not impressed with the standard of room and services. A very basic hotel. Getting to and from Paris from this hotel costs about 30€. Was not very impressed that we were awoken at 5:30am by a false fire alarm and no offer of recompense. Had to ask for free breakfast.

It was Fashion Week and the Ryder Cup so had to book further out from the center of Paris than usual. The Mercure was clean and the staff was great. Note that the menu in the restaurant is limited and they don't have English menus which is fine for me.

Un quatre étoiles qui a surtout brillé… par son absence de service. À l’arrivée, aucun accueil (peut-être que le réceptionniste était en vacances dans l’une des étoiles manquantes). La “chambre avec deux lits doubles” était en réalité un lit double et un sofa fatigué qu’il fallait soi-même préparer, sans oreillers et avec une couette trouée, histoire de profiter du charme du camping… à prix hôtel de luxe. Serviettes tachées, liquide collant sur les tiroirs, déchets sous le sofa : un vrai safari urbain. Et pour parfaire l’expérience, une taxe de séjour de 8,45 € par personne et par nuit… sans doute pour financer la chasse aux oreillers disparus.

L état des matelas était plus que déplorable, il y avait encore des affaires des précédents voyageurs dans le frigo. Il n'y avait plus de savon shampoing et démêlant dans les distributeurs de la salle de bain. On a retrouvé une assiette cassée dans la chambre. On a prévenu la réception et à notre retour en fin de journée seul les lits avaient été fait. Cet hôtel ne devrait pas faire partie de la chaîne Mercure.

Hotellet er i god stand og fint indrettet, men beliggenheden er desværre ikke så god som forventet. Der er ikke noget i nærheden af hotellet og det offentlige transport var udfordret, så vi måtte bruge uber hver dag, for at komme frem og tilbage.

Dejligt hotel, god service med glade medarbejdere. Ligger godt, MC D tæt på samt tog station med tog ind til Eiffel Tårnet. Menget nemt at komme rundt. Værelset var lidt slidt, med sæbe holder der faldt af væggen, køleskab/skuffe virkede ikke. Men ellers pænt og rent.

Unser erstes Zimmer war nach dem Check-In nicht gereinigt worden. Schmutz und Haare waren auf den Betten und das Bad wurde ebenfalls nicht gereinigt. Nach einer Beschwerde an der Rezeption haben wir unkompliziert ein anderes Zimmer bekommen. In diesem Zimmer funktionierte die Klimaanlage leider nicht. Demnach wollten wir auch nicht in diesem Zimmer bleiben und gingen wieder an die Rezeption. Nach einer Entschuldigung des Personals erhielten sofort ein neues Zimmer. In diesem war alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit.
Eine gute Anbindung an die Bahn gibt es auch, denn der Bahnhof ist nicht weit entfernt vom Hotel.

Das Familienzimmer war so unsauber. WC Wände Katastrophe. Im Bett konnte man kaum schlafen, weil es so gejuckt hatte.
Wir waren nur zum Übernachten dort. Bilder und Realität waren leider sehr verschieden. Schade, dass Mercure diesmal bei der Qualität versagt hat.

J ai réserver cet hôtel 2 nuits pour ne plus sortir le soir après une journée en plein air fatiguant et là surprise on nous apprends que le bar et le restaurant est fermé le week-end. Il serait important de le préciser de manière bien visible étant donné qu il faut reprendre obligatoirement la voiture de longue minute pour aller se restaurer. De plus le parking est payant 9€ par jour alors qu’il est impossible de s’égarer à l extérieur s est honteux !!! Sachant que je séjournais avec 2 jeunes enfants. Pour la blague parking partagé avec ibis budget qui accueille une clientèle de travailleur étranger douteux ( ils pense que le parking est leur jardin ) qui je pense ne doit pas payer le même montant !!! Pour finir une taxe de séjour de 8,5€/ par jour par personne soit la
Modique somme de 68€ de taxe pour 2 jours !!! La literie est quand même bien dommage de n avoir qu un pauvre petit oreiller par personne de même pour les serviettes de toilette. Je déconseille vivement cet hôtel surtout pour le prix de la nuitée ! Pour info j effectue régulièrement des déplacements pro, j ai l habitude d aller dans cette chaîne d hôtel mais celui la est à fuir.

A mon arrivée la clé de ma chambre n avait pas été active donc retour réception avec les bagages. Ensuite il a fallu présenter au moins 20 fois la carte pour que la porte s ouvre puis au bout de 2 heures un changement de chambre car le chauffage ne fonctionne pas. Vraiment dommage…

L'hôtel est bien situé par rapport au Stade de France. Le coût du parking est raisonnable. Et la chambre est assez grande pour 3 et confortable. Elle était propre à part les rebords de fenêtres. Le bureau pourrait être plus grand, on ne peut pas s'y installer autour pour faire un jeu de société. En lui-même l'hôtel pourrait être très bien s'il y avait un bar et un restaurant du vendredi 18h30 au lundi matin !! Pour un 4 étoiles, ne pas pouvoir se relaxer au bar le weekend n'est pas normal de mon point de vue.
La salle de bain devrait aussi être améliorée et entretenue : ampoule défectueuse, douchette qui fuit, sélecteur de douche plus que capricieux. Il manque aussi de quoi étendre les serviettes afin qu'elles sèchent correctement ce qui réduiraient le nombre de remplacement donc lavage.
Ces deux points ne me donnent pas envie de retenter l'expérience Mercure dans le futur.

Inadmissible pour un 4 étoiles de fermer un bar à 22h. De prendre une caution bancaire plus cher que le tarif du séjour alors qu ils ont déjà les coordonnées bancaire. Buen hotel para viajes de negocios a París. Me pareció muy completo el restaurante para lis desayunos y sobre todo la cena (tipo buffet) muy completo .

Très déçu par Mercure

L hôtel est agréable et les chambres confortables.
Mais le personnel et les services ne sont pas en phase avec un hôtel 4 etoiles :
Chambre sale, des cheveux laissés volontairement sur le gel douche de la salle de bain, manque d information à l arrivée, le petit déjeuner est a descendre chercher et avec des produits bas de gamme, le repas du soir est servi dans une boite kebab (encore un fois, la qualité est déplorable)
Bref, je n y retournerais pas...

Bien pour dormir, prévoir de manger ailleurs.

Bel hôtel avec une literie et les équipements qui vont avec un 4*.
Niveau service, on est beaucouo moins dans le 4 étoiles... L accueil d arrivée a été ok, mais le départ a été plus laborieux (attente sans personne au desk pendant plus de 10min et comportement peu aimable), et je ne parle pas du service au restaurant (soir et petit dej) qui est \"atypique\" (même si on a un masque, on le sait si vous souriez ou pas !)

Hôtel calme et propre . Une petite mésaventure avec un client qui a eu l’intelligence de déclencher l’alarme incendie en fumant dans sa chambre à 5h du matin . Au moins on aura fait de l’exercice en parcourant les 7 étages par les escaliers de service . Ceci dit , L’établissent est vraiment propre .
