I am shocked that this hotel is listed on Hotel.com with such good reviews.
When I arrived, I was given a smoker’s room where it was nearly impossible to breathe. The room was filthy: the toilet had stains, the table had spilled drink on it, and the bed sheets were very dirty. Overall, the room was a mess and clearly had not been cleaned properly.
When I went to the reception to show them the pictures, the staff seemed annoyed and suggested that perhaps the cleaning lady had not come. They eventually gave me another room, which was slightly better, but still not acceptable.
I had no choice but to book another hotel and leave this one.

The rooms smelled terrible. I had to open the window and door to let smell out. Bed mattresses seemed like they came from a jail cell. Bathroom was ridiculously small and the sink was next to the bed. Overall the room looked like a jail cell not a bedroom

I wanted to check out and go find another place but the other hotel in the area was full so I went to the local market and bought cleaning supplies and cleaned the shower and the sink because they were disgustingly dirty. It’s far from the city so once you leave you probably won’t return til the end of the day. Also, the place reeks of a mixture of cigarette smoke and B.O. It was BAD.

This is not a hotel at all by any definition. Very dirty, very old and used up, no parking (only public). Other guests look, sound and smell weird. Definitely not for a couple or a family. I checked out right after I saw the very dirty smelly room although booking was non refundable because it was unbearable.

I am.sorry I have to give 1 star to this hotel but the main problem was the parking. On their description it says free parking but it is not
We only stayed 1 night as we wanted to visit Paris and waisted our time to find where to leave the car. So very dissapointed. Also having a 4 years old with us, and me.being pregmant made it even more difficult. So not very accurate at all, please check before if you are coming by car otherwise they will ruin your stay. Not happy at all with the parking but we managed to find parking around it ,paid 4 euros for 2 hours and then overnight was free but we had to leave at 9am. So not convenient as check out was later and we had to rush. Breakfast was really poor, not too many options. I had coffe ( which was not good either) and croissant with ham. The reception man was not really polite saying that he did not do the description on the website, so he was quite rude aswell. The room itself was old and rusty, I dont recomment it

For the price this is very good, despite slightly offputting entrance/reception area/lifts. We paid around 40 euros for a triple room (not including breakfast, but you can buy at the hotel, or there are good supermarkets just around the corner). It was an awful experience. The hotel room was dirty, cramped, outdated and overal disgusting. The wallpaper was peeling and rotten in the bathroom and there were disgusting stains on the walls. The beds were very uncomfortable and were not cleaned. When we got back one day we found a bag full of rubbish not belonging to us and when we questioned it with the reception they simply apologised and did nothing about it. We also found a bug in between our pillows when we woke up in the morning and when we told the reception they didn't even apologise. Overall a terrible stay

1) The shower cabin was not closing properly and over time the wooden appliances just outside the shower cabin were in bad/ugly condition - did not look pretty.
Also, the hotel is supposed to have a 24 H reception service: on one occasion when I really needed to talk to them, the reception was close (fenced off).
Also, I was travelling for a few days in the Paris area with a return from Stavanger in Norway and did not receive my luggage. After a few day KLM sent the luggage to the the hotel: According to KLM, the reception was then (also) closed and they could not deliver it. Although I was in the Paris area for several days, I did not receive my luggage before my return to Norway. I had important documents, personal affairs, and critical electronic equipment in the luggage and that really complicated my trip seriously. Regards, Sami W.

Nice but very, very small rooms and bathrooms
The area is very nice, right outside of Paris. Only a 5-minute walk to the metro station, the RER C line takes you to the Eiffel Tower directly, in 30 minutes (12 stops). One-way fare is $4. The hotel is clean and people were friendly, but the room is way too small compared to what we are used to in the USA. The double bed (with bunk bed on top) takes 2/3rd of the room, there's a sink and a small table and the remaining floor space will fit no more than 2 large suitcases. The bathroom was minuscule, same size as the ones on the airplane where you cannot even turn around. There is a very small stall with a shower, no bathtubs. Overall not recommended for people over 200 lbs.The room had 1 window which had to be kept close because of the noise outside (the hotel is in a very busy area, close to a road). This meant that the air inside was stuffy and dry, so we couldn't sleep too well. On top of that they give you a down comforter and in 2 hours you are on fire under it. When we asked for new sheets, they didn't have them, but they did change our towels twice. The wi-fi was working well in the room. They offer basic breakfast for 6 euros, but for us it wasn't worth it. We had breakfast at a very nice bakery right before the train station where the crepe was 1.20 euros and there were many other great things there.

J ai payé pour ma fille et son copain, le 6 octobre, puis renouveler le 7 octobre, par carte bancaire, mais l hôtel les a renvoyer, et bien sur n as pas rembourser, ma fille m a dit que le proprio était odieux pour ne pas dire autre chose, plus grave, et ne sachant réellement ce qui c est passé. Mais malgré tout cet hôtel aurait pu rembourser, cela veut dire qu on doit payer d avance, mais qu après il peuvent ne plus accepter les clients et garder leurs argents !!!

Quarto entregue sujo, conforme as fotos. Também carece de manutenção e reparos. Não entendo como não fazem o básico. Cheiro de cigarro nos corredores. Pelo menos a localização é boa, bom comércio local, ônibus na porta e RER C/H próximos. Mas, apesar da linha C do RER ser bem mais próxima, eu gostava mais de usar a linha H (estação Enghien) e depois pegar o ônibus 1516 (parada Berthien),por ser mais rápido e o trem mais novo, além do fato de sair da Gare du Nord, que é um hub para outras linhas.

Tivemos uma ótima recepção, o serviço de check in foi muito eficiente. Os quartos são bem aquecidos a limpeza é suficiente. O café da manhã tem o melhor croissant de Paris. Foi tudo muito bom e a localização é perfeita. O local é tranquilo e tem estação de trem próxima e mercados variados.
