Stay away from that place. It is not what they pos
We left the hotel 3 nights earlier, we couldn't checked out, because nobody was there. We will never step foot into that place. Place looks terrible and far from the city. Only one restaurant that we can walk to. Thank God we were able to find another clean, nice hotel in the city. We asked about refund for the remaining days, we were dinied.

Unless you can figure many things out by yourself, that hotel is not for you. It has very limited front desk operating times. Entrance door codes are changed without telling guest almost locking me out if it wasn’t for another guest going in.

Avoid this, like the plague!! I swear, a rip off, it's like the whole thing is section 8!!!!!!! Pictures are when it was newly built!!!!! Windows and window screens hanging off!!! Single mothers all over the place. I don't think that the owners know that it's listed on these sights!!!! carpets coming off the floor in hallways!! lights didn't work in bathroom. I left and let them keep my 10 day rental!!! Please avoid this hotel like the plague!!!! Somebody should report them!!! A complete scam!!!!!!

Fair price for the distance from the Paris Downtown. You will need a car for sure, but the neighbourhood is nice, with supermarkets. You can have a breakfast if you want but I did by myself since there is oven and frige. Good value for money!

The hotel was located at the back of a small industrial estate, hard to find and not pretty surroundings. The building is tired, the facilities very basic, the carpet in the corridor is horrendous, the room was tiny, twin beds put together in the middle, no telephone, no wi-fi, no internet in the rooms, decor is basic, badly built. You could hear the water running from other rooms when people took showers, bad plumbing. The sound insulation wasn't good either. Probably one of the worst hotel I have stayed in in the last 10 years.

I took this hotel because of some positive reports. It was inexpensive and not excessively far from CDG airport, certainly off the morning rush circuit.
The room was excessively dirty, the likes of which I have not see in France over my 39 years of regular visits to this country. Paint was pealing, splashed matter on the walls, biofilm in the tub, all around the toilet and baseboards throughout the room, and even in the sink around the drain.

great location - close to the airport and city transport
We chose this apartment because of its nearness to the airport. The area is charming with a huge shopping complex in the next village (with one of the best boulangeries). It also has a supermarket in front of the complex which is very handy. Transport links into Paris are at you doorstep. Above all it was the peace and quiet of the countryside within easy reach of the city that appealed to us. Hard to find if you don't have good directions.

When I was looking at this hotel online it said it was 6 miles from downtown Paris. We had to ride a bus from d'Andilly to the train station, then take a train into Paris Nord. Nothing is open in d'Andilly on Sunday. The staff was very helpful, and a safe neighborhood.

That was not a bad experience to me compare to some previous negative experiences I had with other hotels. Their staff is kind and helpful. If I have to complain about something; it is only the internet connection. If they work on that, the place would be a very good choice for customers. Anyway, thank you for assigning me to Residhotel les Hauts d'Andilly Zac De La Berchere. I love France and I enjoyed my stay there. Now instead of having three stars I give them four. I WOULD NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!
We were under the impression that this was a 3 star hotel. I was unaware that 3 stars included hair all over our drain plug in the bathroom, ciggarette burn marks on the comforters of the pull away couch, mold in the refridgerators, and the musk that filled the room. The hotel is a extended stay type of hotel. It is in a very shady part of town and my family and I did not feel safe there at ALL! On a lighter note the staff was very professional and were helpful with getting to the closest train station. I do not however, recommend this hotel at all

Le réceptionniste a bien pris le temps de nous contacter pour les arrivées tardives ce qui est un bon point. Mais le reste... Travaux dans la rue qui empêche l'accès à l'hôtel, aucune indication, parking plein de déchets, couloirs avec sous vêtements et jouets d'enfants, bruyant, entre la musique et les personnes qui crient dans les couloirs. Le canapé n'était pas clic clac comme décrit mais en gigogne, peu pratique, la tête de lit du double lit qui bouge.... Bref. Point positif, la propreté de la pièce principale.

Ein Stern ist zuviel. Unterkunft absolut runtergekommen und dreckig. Waschbecken und Badewanne waren kaputt, Schrank ist dieser Kochecke hing... Zimmer waren auch nicht sonderlich sauber. Lediglich das Bett was sauber, aber hart, wie ein Brett. Ich denke, dass da Menschen dauernd und gemeldet drin leben, da einige morgens Post bekommen und abgeholt haben. Meines Erachtens nach wird das Objekt teilweise als Flüchtlingsunterkunft genutzt. Was ja nicht schlimm ist. Nur sollte der Betreiber sich entweder für das ein oder andere entscheiden. Beides funktioniert auf Dauer nicht. Und die Unterkunft, egal für welche Zielgruppe, müsste komplett saniert werden.

C est une honte. Il y avait des vers blancs séchés dans la cuisine, des plaques gluantes et blanchâtre dans la baignoire, de la poussière partout avec des cures dents par terre et des éclaboussures sur les murs de la cuisine. Sérieusement j ai cru à une blague jamais j aurais pensé que ca existait. J ai contacté le service de l hôtel et le responsable personne n a daigné me répondre !

Je n'ai jamais vu un tel \"hôtel\", insalubre, c'est une réelle catastrophe. En toute honnêteté nous sommes rentré dans l'entrée nous sommes repartis à peine arrivé. Nous n'avons pas pu dormir là-bas par peur d'attraper des maladies ou de voir des cafards. Nous avons donc réservé un autre hôtel pour la nuit. Je ne sais pas comment cet hôtel ne peut pas être signalé ou encore sur des sites. Je préfère avoir perdu 50 euros que de rester 5 minutes de plus dans cette poubelle délabrée. C'est une véritable honte pour des sites comme celui-ci ou booking de proposer de tels endroits qui devraient être depuis longtemps signalés.

C'est lamentable de voir l'état de dégradation de cet établissement et de voir que rien n'est fait : réception sale, sols crasseux, moquettes abimées tachées.
Dans les appartements: sols en piteux état, joints de la salle de bain noirs, poils dans le lavabo, toile d'araignée dans toutes les pièces, pognées et interrupteurs sales et collants, dessus de lit avec des taches blanchâtres, etc...

Le bâtiment et les chambres sont en mauvais état, essentiellement suite à des dégradations de type infiltration, laissant taches et plus aux murs et sols (limite insalubre pour une des 2 chambres que j'ai fréquenté). Et je félicite l'équipe de nettoyage qui arrive a maintenir les lieux très propres. Accessoires cuisine minimum, mais l'ensemble fonctionnait correctement. Literie ferme. Insonorisation correcte; Clientèle hétéroclite, voir bruyante mais la nuit restait calme. Malgré la canicule, les chambres du bas ne sont pas devenues des fours. Hôtel isolé et parking non fermé. Personnel très sympathique et un geste commercial m'a été accordé après premier passage.

J'ai l'impression d'etre un chat noir des hotels..... POur la 2eme fois de l'année, pas de draps fournis pour le couchage dans le salon.... Obligés de dormir sur les draps de bain fournis..... Et une numero d'urgence qui vous repond de Lyon qu'il n'y a pas de solutions.... Nuit désagréable au combien.... De plus, familles logées en longue durée qui se croient maitres a bords.... Heureusement, Laurine la réceptionniste a su etre a notre ecoute et a fait ce qu'elle a pu pour nous faire oublier cette nuit... Merci à elle....

De prijs is uitermate gunstig en je zit aan de goede kant van Parijs om zonder files verder Frankrijk in te trekken of terug te keren naar Nederland.

Hotel qui aurait énormément besoin d'un coup de propreté et de remise en conformité des prises électriques se trouvant dans la salle de bain à 2 cm du lavabo, une cafetière non utilisée vu son état électrique .J'avais annoncée en réservant que j'était handicapée ............ couloir ou se trouve de la moquette décollée !si ma petite fille n'était pas à coté de moi , je tombait !puis la chambre qu'il voulait me donner comportait une baignoire alors que j'avais demandée une douche , ne pouvant grimper dans une baignoire !il restait une chambre douche , nous avons donc fait un échange ! J'ai pris des photos ce n'est pas de la méchanceté mais la réalité !taches d'humidité dans les angles et peinture plafond qui de décolle ! rideau de douche ne tenant plus que par une vis ..... enfin , bref , les gérant pourraient au minimum faire le necessaire ne serais ce que pour les petits travaux !!!!
