Unfortunately we didn’t realize we had to share a bathroom & shower with the entire floor. There was no lift so you needed to carry your luggage up a couple flights of stairs. Room was very small but clean & it was close to transportation.
I wouldn’t stay here again.

The the room I booked was not clearly stated with shared shower room. The room was not at all sound proof because nosie was clearly audible. No elevator for the upper floors. Shower towels are not complimentary but should be paid for each use.

The hotel is reasonably priced. This was only hotels offered reasonable rates during Olympic games. It was 10 minutes walk from the subway station. There is no air condition in the room, therefore, it was warm during summer. Breakfast is 6 Euro. It may be better to go to bread shop nearby for croissant and coffee. Drainage of shared shower rooms was not good and water stays. Shared bath rooms do not have seats.

We were made to wait for 20 minutes to check in. The room stank of cigarette smoke and the sink in the room, which is right next to the bed stank of sewage. The breakfast served was on dirty trays. This hotel is cheap however still needs basic attention

Avoid this place!

Starting with the staff, just the night shift one was friendly. In general the treatment was careless and rude. We stayed 5 nigths, and on day 2 we asked for clean towels and they say the would send the room service. Not a single day we had any type of room service, no clean towels, no bed sheets, no garbage removal, nothing. There was always a good excuse when we asked for it. The hotel had a moist and smoke smell and the room's bathroom was dirty and falling apart. The dirty towells/blanket trolley were always exposed out of the rooms. Poor soundproofing in the walls. We found spiders in the room constantly. The only bright side was there was not bedbugs. We regret staying at this place. Avoid it if you can.

Prison Cell…not hotel!!

This was by far the worst hotel I’ve stayed in ever! The pictures on the sight was so misleading! The room was like a prison cell!! Only had space for a bed and a small toilet and shower which was so old and broken. The mirror on one room was broken off and not replaced. The area is not safe to stay in either, drug dealers hanging around everywhere, I was surprised this hotel was listed on Hotels as a suitable hotel stay! It was so disappointing!

okay this was a horrific idea to EVER stay here!! What a mistake… were meant to stay three nights but only stayed one we got out of there as soon as we could. we were shocked as soon as we walked in. don’t trust the website or pictures it’s a scam. the area AND hotel is very unsafe you will not sleep easy! these were some of the issues:
-massive window that opens the whole way very dangerous as people can get in so no ventilation with it shut.
-booked two single beds and got a double bed.
-got given a room code for the KEYPAD which was given incorrectly so had to be unlocked with the staffs key so once in couldn’t leave or would be locked out.
-one word. bedbugs.
-filthy toliets and shower so didn’t shower.
-lots of noise through out the night -walls are paper thin so can hear everything. felt very uneasy.
-dirty sink
-tap water had a strange odour and didn’t feel safe to drink or even wash our face.
-very unsafe area so were concerned walking away.
-bed was so hard it could’ve broken our backs.
-there was no lock on the inside of our door so we were very concerned that all the staff had access to it.
-i’ve seen bare minimum hotels and this was well below that.

it’s not worth saving your money…

We payed through Expedia to have 1 double bed with private bathroom, when we arrived there they asked us to pay 1.60 euros extra as a tax and once in the room we found two single beds instead of 1 double bed and there is no private bathroom. Room smelling, hard mattresses, hard pillows, noise in the night, staff rude . I will never use again and don’t recommend it , it is a scam.

I had been warned that this hotel was basic, but I had no idea it was that basic. My biggest disappointment was the bed: the mattress and pillows were unbelievably uncomfortable. In addition, the tap water had an unpleasant smell. I was not satisfied with my stay at F1.

The hotel is basic with the rooms containing a bed, tv and sink. Toilets and showers are located in cubicles at the end of the corridors on each floor. No towels are provided. The nearest Metro station is Basilique de Saint Denis which is 10 - 15 minutes walk away but the area near the station didn't feel safe and I felt I was followed by some youths upon leaving the station even though it was daylight.

The great part is that parking is on site and no hassle . The rooms are clean . Be sure to book the right room with private bathroom the description is a bit confusing on the app.

This property is not in a location for travelers. Pictures do not adequately depict the property though the room was more or less as we expected it to be.
Property is in a dangerous neighborhood 1hour out of paris.

The property was awefull. The was no ensuite in the room. The shared bathroom and toilets were terrible. There was no sink in the toilets. There werent any soap to wash your hand in. The staff had terrible attitude and communication was also a problem. We were meant to stay for three nights but only stayed one night, couldnt get a refund but expedia helped us out alot, great customer service. Thhe only good point about the hotel is that its in a quite area where the metro is about 15 walk and then about a 35 minute thrain journey to Champs Elysses2

Third Class. Please dont go for this property even for a night. Its kind of scam people as they have charged me unnecessarily €2.41 per room. Receptionist was talking in french and cracking some jokes with his security person.
Below is current situation
1) There is only TV without remote
2) No fan or any way that air can come in your room.
3) Very big window without net or blinds, so you just can’t sleep by keeping it open as anybody can jump through window
4) No drinking water in room as well as in vending machine
5) No hot water available for bath and hardly you can stand in bathroom is the space
6) So much of noise
7) Terrible small room as anyone can suffocate
8) They have given a code rather than key to open room door, which can be easily accessible by thus staff which is not trustworthy
9) The pictures of room are fake, I have taken the original pictures
10) No blanket provided

Even my booking was confirmed they took 30 minutes and by talking in french they charged me extra. It’s really horrible place as it is outskirt. You just cant go and discuss this issue with staff as they are making fun or speck french

This location was very far away from the airport and took a while to get there by public transport. The beds were kind of hard and we asked for a double twin but wound up with one full size bed. I guess you get what you pay for.

Minimalist hotel accommodation

You get the very bare minimums here, in their effort to reduce their costs. Which is fair enough.
No toilet in room, though there is a sink.
No soap or towel.
You have to make up your own bed - they provide the bed linen only.
The room is noisy from people walking up and down the corridor outside, up to 1am, and then from 6am - caused disturbed sleep (The cause of this is, I think, the cheap construction of the building - almost portakabin like).
Although the hotel sent me an automatic email with a 10-character code to enter into a machine to retreive the key to my room, when I got there I could see no machine, but fortunately there was someone on reception, who spoke little english, but that was OK.
Note you are not given a key to your room - instead you are given an 8-digit (I think) number to type in next to the room door itself.
There is no separate lock on the inside of the door, so you have to hope that nobody else has access to the code to the door.
The sink u-bend plumbing had a leak when you turned the tap on full - leaving a pool of potentially dirty water on the floor - I only noticed this when my left foot got wet brushing my teeth.
On the positive side you don't have to leave the room until 12 noon. And better still you don't get disturbed by cleaning staff asking whether you want your room made up.
There was a TV in the room, but no remote control. I considered asking reception for one, but decided not to due to language barrier.

L'attitude du personnel a été horrible. On nous a proposé des chambres avec un lit double alors que j'avais réservé des chambres avec 2 lits 1 personne.
Pas de serviettes dans les chambres. On a même voulu nous mettre dans des chambres déjà occupées.
Pour le petit déjeuner on a dû batailler pour être servi. Il n'y avait rien de préparé 1h30 après le début du service annoncé. En bref à déconseiller et personnellement à retirer de votre site

Nous sommes très déçu par cet hôtel pourtant ce n’est pas le premier formule un que nous faisons mais là il faut éviter :
Chambre non climatisé et sale , literie moyenne , drap moyen , moisissure dans la salle d’eau, pas de papiers dans les toilettes , serviettes payantes pour la douche , petit déjeuné très moyen le pain coupé à la main de la confiture dans le beurre et grille pain en panne pas de jus d’orange que du multivitaminé.
Seul point positif le personnel est gentil .

Alors bon séjour, mais quelque soucis, douche sale après le passage d'un client. Pas de quoi laver et soucis à l'entrée pour accéder à ma chambre il avait les serviettes par terre pas très sérieux. Ce qui tenais le store cassé d'un côté et une plainte que j'ai signalé se décoller. Sinon bien la TV. Mais le gros soucis c'était aucun panneau pour trouver l'hôtel étant dans une petite ruelle pas facile à trouver.

Pour une nuit c'est assez satisfaisant

A moins de 2km du Stade de France, l'hôtel est financièrement très accessible et plutôt propre et calme (si on exclu les travaux qui nous ont réveillé très tôt), le lit est confortable. Les douches et WC partagés ne sont pas ideaux mais sont propres. Le parking est sécurisé par une grille fermée, ce qui permet d'y laisser son vehicule et d'aller assez facilement au stade à pieds, d'économiser le prix de son parking et les bouchons monstrueux à la sortie du concert ! Je reviendrais très certainement pour le prochain !

Une chaleur terrible dans les chambres. On nous envoie dans une chambre qui était déjà prise … Pas d’eau dans les chambres alors que nous sommes en pleine canicule. Je descends pour me payer une bouteille au distributeur. Le distributeur ne fonctionne pas. On me conseil l’épicier au bout de la rue sauf qu’il est 1h du matin et je suis épuisée. Déshydratée … Lit très inconfortable… Je ne recommande pas du tout cet établissement.

il est 2h34 est toujours pas possible de fermer l'oeil. Pas du tout insonorisé.

Vu le mauvais état et mauvais confort de la chambre, nous n'y avons plus séjourné. Cette même soirée, Nous sommes allés prendre une chambre dans un autre Hôtel. On nous avait attribué une chambre sans douche et toilette à l'intérieur. Elles étaient à l'extérieur et publiques. Nous avons sollicité le réceptionniste de nous faire une offre avec Toilettes à l'intérieur, ce qu'il refusa. Lors de notre réservation, il n'était pas mentionné que toilettes et douche extérieures.
Donc, nous avons payé pour une chambre dont nous n'avions pas fait usage.

Mediocre, j'ai dû dormir sur les oreillers car le matelat faisait beaucoup trop mal, un évier dans la chambre sans papier mais deux poubelles, une télé sans télécommande, pas de table au niveau du lit remplacée par une chaise en plastique... portail bruyant

Bien installé, bon confort, mais le gros hic était que ma chambre était située au dessus du portail du parking et je me suis fait réveillé plusieurs fois à cause du grincement du portail.
