We visited the hotel for a 2 night stay in November. We wanted somewhere accessible to where we wanted to visit and within close proximity to transport to the airport. In this case the hotel was pretty ideal.
The staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was better than we expected as in addition to the buffet options (which were varied and lovely) there were also hot options, which for us was perfect. There were vending machines for snacks and drinks, which we were surprised to be very reasonably priced, and also machines to order hot meals or snacks, which we didnt use but were very impressed with.
The downside of our stay was that it was very noisy. Our room was at the front of the hotel which was great and the windows stopped all exterior noise, but inside noise was very bad. We could hear banging and clattering from downstairs as staff came in to arrange breakfast, running up and down the corridors which kept us awake, and the lift mechanisms could be heard loudly everytime it was used. This kept us awake most of the first night but it did improve a little on the second.
Our room was very small. The twin beds were virtually a double bed as they were pushed together given that there was no room to have them separate. We managed with this only because we didnt have much luggage. The bathroom was tiny. I have never stayed in a hotel with bedroom & bathroom so small, but, for a 2 night city break it did us. Anything longer than that and we would have asked to move.

Room was extremely small. Was definitely not the square meter mentioned on the site.
We came with 1 suitcase each and we had literally no space to walk. Only 1 person can fit in the bathroom at a time.
Personal not really welcoming.

Worst experience ever

I had a terrible experience on the first night i booked room for 2 nights i asked for a double bed for couple they gave me a room with 2 single beds that was joined toghether all french channels no english channels all in french no point having a tv when there is no channels on there went to reception in morning asked them to change my room for a double bed which they did.i booked 2 nights stay with 2 breakfast i was told i only booked 1 break fast for day and no breakfast for next day when i was charged for breakfast for 2 people for 2 days 2nd day i went downstairs to check out a different person in reception said to me breakfast is ready i told them you lr staff told me i not booked for breakfast for 2nd day thats why i didnt come this morning to have breakfast he said you havr booked i said ok i will eat before i go he told me its to late now breakfast is finishing in 3 mins lack of communication within staff one staff telling you something different other staff different i was charged for 2 breakfast which i didnt have because day before they told me its only for one day

It was a pleasant stay. Helpful and friendly staff.
Stayed in the hotel twice. I wouldn’t mind staying there again on my next trip. I enjoyed the fact that we had a kettle and complimentary drinks as well as easy access to an iron and hairdryer.
Am on the way to book my next stay!

The worse place ever.

This was the worse place k ever stayed in while in Paris area. Customer service was zero. The front desk was arguing and fighting with customer right in front of me. Rooms were durty. Smell was nasty. Carpet dusty and duty. I will never cine here again. Stay away people.

Unhelpful staff with vending machine eating money

We checked in late as the flight was delayed. We tried to use the vending machine to buy instant risotto for late dinner. We paid twice and only one instant risotto came out. We asked the receptionist and he said that we should check with his colleagues next morning as the vending machine belongs to another company. We asked two other receptionists and they said that you can only get refund from the receptionist who was on duty when it happened. Overall terrible and unhelpful staff experience. At the end they didn't refund me the money from the vending machine for the product we didn't receive. Also on the hotel review they said that it include free shuttle bus to the airport but when we checked with the receptionists they said take the taxi to airport, no free shuttle bus. There are trains that you can take to the airport which will be around 15 minutes walk from the hotel, found those out in the train station.

Very low level or services. Internet barely worked. Room very small. Elevator did not work. Entrance to hotel from street was locked and nobody answered the door for 5 minutes at 3pm.
Would not recommend this hotel.

Great hotel for the price

Fine hotel, close from the center of Paris by car, very friendly staff on our arrival. You have to be a good driver to go down to the parking as driveways are very tiny.
On our departure the woman at the front desk seemed to be a little less experimented, strangely didn't speak french fluently and was keep asking if we had breakfast for the previous days (but it was a one night stay !?!)

No issues with staff, they were most helpful and spoke English (my french is not good) clean rooms, breakfast was good. Only small thing was work was being done to upgrade computer network so it was a little noisy before 5pm. I would definitely book again and would recommend. Reception staff most helpful

Good Hotel if visiting exhibition at Parc des Expo

Hotel is located right opposite Parc Des Exposition/Exhibition centre, walking distance is about 5/7 minutes, Le Bourget RER/Train station is about 10/15 mins walk, Breakfast is good in this hotel, for Dinner/Lunch Indian Restaurant Ashok Samrat(0148672110) is about 10 mins walk opp Le Bourget Airport Museum, excellent service and friendly staff.

Rooms and Bathrooms are small. If you book for any reason other than airport layover, you'll be disappointed. Good deal for proximity to DeGaulle, however. 1) Plan on 25 Euros each way (22.5 from CDG, metered) BUT, try to call a taxi night before so you wont get excessive rate from front desk taxi arrangement in AM. 2) breakfast is 13 euros; don't bother! BUT if is included in your rate quote, bring print out with you to front desk or they will charge you again. Might stay there again for same purpose

I booked this at the last minute due to snow-caused flight cancellation. Arrived after midnight but check in was fast and courteous. Bed was bit too firm for me but was grateful that at least it wasn't the airport floor! My onward flight was cancelled again next day the very helpful receptionist gave me late checkout and free wifi all day at no charge, printed my boarding passes, and called a taxi for me when I had to go. Having experienced the dreadful customer service of Air France on this trip, it was wonderful to stay in a hotel where such attention to customer care was paramount, I would definitely stay there again.

The room was so small we had to open our suitcase ion the doorway to the room and then had just enough room to open the door to the dinky bath. The shower floor was a foot higher than the floor which would make it impossible for most elderly to use. Way outside the areas that tourists are interested in seeing. Too far from the train station to walk with bags and no shuttle.

Handy location for CdeG Paris Airport, also close to Aerospace Museum at Le Bourget. Train 20 minute walk, RER Le Bourget. Good for overnight stay. Comfortable and clean. Buffet breakfast had limited choice. Staff very helpful, fluent English.

The main reason my girlfriend and I booked this hotel was because the website said that there was a free transportation shuttle to and from the airport. When we arrived in Paris, we discovered that this was not the case. Because we had planned on just hopping on a shuttle to get there, we were not prepared with a map showing the location of the hotel and had a very difficult time figuring it out due to the language barrier and a lack of WiFi accessibility in the area. To get there by train, we paid 15 euros for two people and then had to walk about 1.5 miles to get there. To get back to the airport by taxi, it was a 40 euro flat rate (about $50) for a 10 minute ride. Not fun when you were expecting free transportation. The room was small, but cute and clean. There was no a/c or ceiling fan but we were given a small desk fan. It wasn't sufficient to cool us or the room. When we opened the window, a cigarette smell filled the room. We couldn't tell if it was coming from an adjacent room or from the street. That was kind of the straw that broke the camel's back and we ended up moving to a different hotel. Overall, I think the Kyriad has something to offer to people looking for an inexpensive room but for the reasons listed above, it wasn't a pleasant experience for us.

Hotel na média, pareceu um pouco desorganizado no checkin e também em todas as vezes em que precisamos sair do hotel éramos chamados quando estávamos na porta pois não sabiam quais os clientes estavam fazendo o checkout. Desnecessário

J'ai signalé à l'accueil que le moteur du chauffage faisait un bruit important à chaque fois qu'il se déclenche. La personne de l'accueil m'a assuré que le technicien le réparerait dans la matinée.

Je ne sais pas si quelqu'un est venu mais le moteur du chauffage m'a empêché de dormir les 2 nuits. Et il n'y avait aucune autre chambre disponible. C'était la chambre 205.

Séjour professionnel d’une nuit dans une chambre moderne mais très mal insonorisé.
L’accueil, la qualité de la literie, le petit déjeuner et la parfaite fonctionnalité des équipements compensent mais il vaut mieux prévoir des bouchons d’oreilles ou demander une chambre qui n’est pas côté rue.

Autant l’hôtel ne peut pas grand chose contre le sans gêne des gens qui parlent fort dans les couloirs à 2h du matin

Par contre, l'isolation phonique est déficiente et le personnel de ménage manque de discernement : laisser la fenêtre ouverte en période de grosse chaleur au lieu de mettre la climatisation....
Autour de l'hôtel, très peu de possibilité de restauration et la gare RER est à 1km...

Le samedi soir ,nous avons eu le droit à la fête dans le couloir juste à côté de notre chambre car les gens avaient loués 3 chambres à côté de la nôtre . Ils occupaient tous le couloir , les parois étant fines, on les entendaient beaucoup, et ce jusqu’à 3h30 du matin . Alors oui , nous ne sommes pas sortis car ils étaient trop avinés. Mais quand nous avons averti le matin bizarrement l’accueil n’était pas au courant. Sinon personnel sympathique.
