Cheap and cheerful. I think the breakfast was overpriced for food you got. It also depended on which staff where on as sometimes I felt ignored but others the times the staff where so helpful (it was never busy). A little out of the way for Paris but close to public transport networks. Not much to see in the area.

I want my money back, I just stay in the hotel for 1 hour. This 3 hotels in one, I think that they are doing this to clean the others name. Every was horrible, the room, the commons areas, the service and the neighbourhood. This one star hotel and I can't believe that Expedia show me this like an option. The photos of the hotel have a good photoshop. Finally I run away of this hotel and they didn't give me money back so now I have to deal with Expedia for this

Overall our hotel was very good. Rooms were cleaned every day. Basics can be purchased from the main foyer at a reasonable price. The only down thing was the unpredictablity of the lifts. Many a times, it just didn't work. Our two rooms were both on seperate floors, 3rd and 8th. Just imagine, carrying all the luggage from 8th to the ground floor via stairs, very exhausting. Hotel is further from the main paris city but very close to the airport. Train station (le blanc mesnil) is about 2.5 miles. Download RATP and it will guide you exactly what train/metro to take. Receptionist very good and speak English. Helped us with our queries.

I was there for three nights and two nights, I was unable to sleep. I was on the second floor and downstairs by my window people were gathering in the middle of the night talking very loud and laughing. They had no consideration but the people they were disturbing. The last night I was there patiently waiting for them to leave until 1:30 AM and when they didn’t I went downstairs in my pajamas and complained. I was told they would call security. This probably was the worst experience for me. Instead of relaxing, I love the hotel exhausted from lack of sleep.

The hotel is situated in the middle of a very run down part of France. It’s worrying as a young girl to stay here, the surrounding area is very dodgy. Walking from the hotel car park to the hotel is a terrifying experience. The transport links are poor and the rooms are lacking in care and cleanliness. we stayed on the 5th floor, the window in our hotel looked out to the car park, it opened the whole way! No safety checks. Only one light worked in the whole room, the hairdryer didn’t work and the sealing had brown stains on. Not family friendly! Not lone traveler safe and not ideal if you’ve gone for a relaxing weekend away.

Get away from this property. Rude customer service, rude staff, rude managers, might as well close the hotel down. I highly suggest to not go to this hotel because its terrible. They wouldn't help us with the AC and the staff is extremely rude and unwelcome to their guest.

The bed was really bad both me and my colleague had back ache and very disturbed sleep The air con did not work and a small free standing unit was provided that was so noisy we had to switch it offthe lights did not work the bathroom had a badly cracked sink,a badly cracked bath and no where to put the tiny bit of toilet paper provided very dirty stained carpet and the advertised spa was three pieces of gym equipment and a sauna that was turned off. As you entered the restaurant all the wall paper was hanging off and there was a broken window behind.

When we checked out and were asked about our experience the receptionist advised us it was a terrible hotel and they had numerous complaints on a daily basis. We were not surprised by her comments.

The hotel was not as advertised and fell well below any three star standard. Please let me know what level of compensation you will be offering and when it will be forthcoming.

Terrible cheap nasty poor quality of breakfast for 12 euros not worth northing special cold hardly northing cooked the room had no lights working even the air con was not working the room was in poor condition needs updating it’s not in centre it’s cost me 55 euros in taxi for 20 mins journey from centre which i had no choice to pay has there were no public transportation working it was with regrets to stay at the hotel there are refugees camps in the building

Pretty clean hotel with a decent room, clean mattresses and bathroom. The sink drain was unfortunately stinky. Otherwise very quiet and air-conditioned. A bit pricier but great breakfast for 12 euro/person. Free secure parking outside the hotel.

The pictures made the place look a bit nicer than it was. The room was okay and worked for our overnight layover. We weren't wowed and in retrospect wish we would have stayed closer to the airport. The neighborhood is a little rough and not good to be out at night.

The front desk guy is not friendly, he did not give us necessary info as directed. Parking garage access apparently broken. Parking lot full with buses taking most spaces. Parked at next door apartment complex with lots of people loitering in lot; creepy. Room absolutely reeks of old indian food; appears clean besides that, but still so gross. Absolutely cannot access supposed free wifi, called frobt desk 3 times without resolution. I seriously want my money back, but its now midnight and too late to go elsewhere. Seriously disappointed and not at all happy about this situation.

Hideous Hostage Zombie Walkersville, nightmare and flashback from the twilight zone; heck I’d had a better time being the zombie in Outbreak, Contagion or Prometheus. I still haven’t recovered the chained tortured hostage non-English speaking underdeveloped Travelocity vacation to Paris.
And as it took almost 3 months to write this review, Tourists… Re-think, re-cap don’t trust unless you absolutely check every apocalyptical movie, as too Paris is the symbolism of the catastrophic scale and market of destruction damage and the 4 horseman. DIRTY, NASTY, and totally unprepared for tourist; X-Men: Apocalypse, Aftershock, Another World, and Doomsday. Nobody spoke “ENGLISH or cared”, understood no directions, handouts, o r maps. FOOD “EXPENSIVE” so starvation or cannibalism could have been an option, because the food that was served was scary to eat, not even water! BACK to the Middle Ages.., Your travel experience, a highway robbery with your senses taken.

Staff and services need more work

We stayed at this hotel for 4 days and front desk was very helpful as much as the language barrier let them be mind you i speak spanish and english. Heaters were not working properly and was very cold on the rooms. Staff at restaurant was not too pleasant especially the manager. dinner buffet was overpriced since it was not properly marked on price. They charged you according to which table you got the food from. Very difficult to get a taxi since it doesn't offer shuttle service from airport.

I had a lovely stay, just one night en route further south, I had booked a twin room but when they realised I was alone changed it to a double so I was more comfortable. The bar was pleasant -attentive enough but left to enjoy my wine in peace. Breakfast was fair.y basic self service but good pastries and cereal. I didn’t try the hot food so can’t comment. For the price it was very good all in all.

- we booked a room with 3 bed but made the mistake of putting \"1 person\" instead of 3, so when we arrived we were charged extra. The hotel staff was not helpful at all in explaining why it makes a difference since the room had 3 beds anyway.
- the first room we got had no towels and no more soap. we moved to a second room that had only 2 towels (again, triple room..)
- the room key didn't work well in the elevator
- there was a LOT of noise at night, banging on the wall, slamming doors... so we didn't sleep well
- the next morning the staff was rude again, and didn't give me a receipt, claiming that they don't deliver receipts....really?
If the staff was nice and polite, this would have been acceptable.
I will never stay at a Campanile again and I absolutely would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Single women traveling for the first time to Europe..exciting was an understatement. FLIGHT was 12 hours was long but great food and free movies, blankets &pillows..You have to try Morac airlines..they make Jet blue delta & American airline look cheap. Great service on the flights.
Must let you know I traveled the second week in November it was freezing cold..colder than NY.
Advice don't take cabs into city..rip off..Take bus 610 right in front of the hotel about 30 minutes ride and number 7 train takes you into the city.
It rained and snowed most of my vacation, but I made the best of it.
You must have dinner on the Eiffel Tower..it's breath taking..and dinner on the river boats..even freezing outside I had a immaculate dinner and boat ride.
The Big Red Bus is cheap and take you everywhere..
Overall staff in this hotel were wonderful and the food in their restaurant was reasonable price and great testing.

Wanna return in the future but in the summer.

Worst hotel experience , may be unfortunate as A/C went off for entire 3 nights and had to sleep in 38 degree without vantillation in room, with mosquitos.Mosquitos due to night lamp Ray's directly entering into room windows. However while checkout they compensated it by waiving off breakfast charges. Also I must say Breakfast was awesome.

If you need to be on time - stay somewhere else

Not far from the COP-21 area where I had a meeting. Ordered a shuttle to go there. Very chaotic outside the hotel and no-one new what shuttle etc. So the next morning I was supposed to be in south Paris for a meeting starting 7:30 Wanted to catch the train early so I ordered a taxi at 06:15. They used their own shuttle again. But just before I came down to the lobby someone asked for the shuttle out to the airport but they did not bother to call a extra taxi or anything. Had to wait 35 min for the shuttle to come back - was more expensive than a taxi and I came late to my meeting. Will not stay there again.

The hotel was ok. And ok is the exact word for it. The staff was great, the restaurant normal and the room was a bit \"worn out\". Not very clean, but not dirty either. This far from the city center I expected something more in return.

Very good hotel for French people or if you speak French as your mother language. Zero helping on finding anything. The front desk people was very hermetic and unwilling to help. It was hard for them to understand English, it felt as if it was the first time in their life time they hear a different human language. Location was good though, I was driving so it was easy to find my way around.

The hay construction going on in the building on my stay there, they should've inform people about it on the website before they book it. They will wake you up in the morning with some loud noise, I couldn't leave because I paid for 3 nights which was non refundable. The place is also out of no where.

This hotel is located close to the airport. Costs 30 euros to the airport from hotel. You can also take the bus; bus stop right outside the hotel. Good breakfast with eggs and all for 14 euros. The room I got was bigger than European standards. Very clean. Bed was comfortable.

It is clean and sufficient. There was no phone in my room. There was no walking to anything because it is on a main hi way road and the other road has no side walk. I had heavy luggage and no one moved to helped me with it. No smiles.no one explained where the restaurant was or what the availability was or the Wi Fi codes.
The Breakfast was extra not included and they were sure to let me know that when I came down stairs. ..and take my money and we're kind of rude when I needed change.
Room was clean.3 stars....I don't think so....that requires higher services as far as I am concerned. .

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, as the room was filthy and the walls where paper thin so you could hear everything going on on the hallway...

the bathroom was really unpleasant and the knob to hold the door on the floor had come off, so there was a pointy nail sticking out that you could step on (and we did)

I would not go there again

The Kyriad Prestige hotel in which we stayed was one of three. We were taken from the CDG airport, where we had waited for an hour, for a curtesy bus to a Kyriad hotel which was not where we were booked. It cost 49 euros by taxi to get to the right one. Our room was on the eighth floor, but noise from the hotel garden was excessive. To go into Paris we had to take a one hour bus ride to a Metro station. Returning was a nightmare. Going for dinner in their restaurant we were seated, but no one waited on us. At the buffet I carved my own beef and served my son. On departure there was no curtesy car until noon, our flight was at 11:15, we had to go to the airport by taxi.
