The staff were really kind and helpful however, the cleanliness of the room and pool was very poor. There was mould on the wall by the air vents, cobwebs above the beds and shattered glass around the sun loungers next to the pool which I cut my foot on. We also saw mice on the grass next to the pool.

Hotel for one night only

The hotel is quite run down, very old. My first room give to me was like stepping into a horror movie. Electricity didn’t work, bathroom had duvets in, there was no bed and the toilet was broken. After the staff changed my room, it was ok ish. The room had a kitchenette and there was a stale piece of bread. Overall it is a very outdated hotel, for one night it was bearable. However the staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful.

The front desk team was polite and friendly, and the support and cleaning staff were equally welcoming. My only suggestion for improvement would be to provide an anti-slip mat in the shower to help prevent slips and falls.

The hotel needs refurbishing, there is no AC in the rooms the whole place is infested with mosquitos.
This hotel doesn't meet 4 stars standard in my opinion.

There are few things to mention no1 the hotel price was £272 and they have charged a deposit 341 pounds. I have not received the deposit money yet.
Bed was very uncomfortable and inside the room there were mosquito was bitten my wife and kids very badly. Unbelievable when I have complaint for it the guy seems not interested even I have showed them the picture of mosquitos . I will recommend not to go there and they are advertising 4stars it’s no way near to a 4star

The hotel was much better than online ratings, arrived and entrance gate access was managed which is important for families, a big tick for us. The welcome was excellent and the staff friendly, including daily cleaning staff. A welcome cake was on our bed which is unusual for a 3 star hotel!!. Swimming pool was open and cleaned daily which was a plus. Only improvement is to add an EV charging point.

Basic hotel. No food onsite other than ftozen pizza eaten in your room. Takeouts near by UBER EATS

Room ok, comfortable but basic. Ok for a stop over.

Felt very rushed, short staffed. Not a hotel to holiday in. Somewhere to sleep before/after Disney ideal.

4 euros for a tiny cup of coffee, rip off!

We have just had a stay at this hotel after a long drive from dover. We arrived at 10.45pm and went straight to bed. We woke up the next morning and myself, husband and children all woke up with red bites all over our bodies. Very stressful and upsetting start to our holiday.

Clean room, staff is friendly and helpful. Child friendly hotel as they have few games for children and keep them busy.
Free parking which is very helpful. Car park is secured. Location is good if you have your own car otherwise this hotel is outside main City attractions. In your car you can go to all main city attractions in 30 - 35 min time which is good.
Breakfast is OK, can be improved.

No service hotel in the middle of nowhere. The least they could have done is provide a shuttle to the bus stop or Metro instead it was a 15 min walk through deserted streets to the main road and the busstop.
Food was terrible - buffet for dinner with very little suitable for a person with lactose intolerance.

Amazing staff but facilities are disappointing

The staff at the hotel were incredibly nice however upon entering our room the tv and fridge were off and the hot water was not working. We had to change rooms and were not offered any complimenteries for this.
The pool was not working for the whole of our four night stay the kids were not happy.
When asking for the iron it went missing and had to leave the hotel one day with without ironing.
We would expect more from a 4 star hotel.
Amazing location and free parking were the best benefits as well as a pool table and football table for the kids.

Great breakfast but point location

We planned to stay in this hotel at the end of a holiday to several places to relax before coming home as the hotel has a pool- however on arrival we’re advised that the pool was not in use. As a result we were travelling into Paris every day which was both costly and not the relaxing by the pool we had hoped for. However the room was clean although overall the hotel dated, the bathroom immaclate and new. The hotel is a distance from attractions and I would guess better for jut a one off night while waiting to catch next flight. Most staff were really friendly and helpful.

Industrial site . Literally bed and sleep but ok room . Disappointed in there being no milk or sugars for coffees. But at least had a kettle . We arrived very late with children so I did not want to ask reception and we left too early in morning to bother . Room next to the lift so did not sleep very well either as was woken up through the night .

Hotel is located on middle of nowhere and very scary neighborhood. The only restaurant in and close by the hotel was closed most of the time during our stay. Commuting to and from hotel was too expensive. Air condition was not working. Carpet in the room has stain all over. Brought to attention to the front desk, they are response was they only work for that night/day, so couldn't do anything about it.

The hotel is clean and tidy although a bit oldish. The location is a bit remote in a sort of semi-industrial area so you'd better have a car but not necessary. I think you can get fairly easily to Charles de Gaulle airport and Paris.

The stay in itself was quite good. Room clean and tidy, spacious with sofa, and the sleep is nice and calm.

Staff was very kind and helpful.

Overall, for the price I paid for this 4 stars hotel, I think it is a very good deal.

- mouldy carpet, with stains
-bedding not changed daily
- tv has only French channels
- hotel ran out of adaptors. Asked if we would like to purchase one for 16 euros
- very weak wifi signal
- limited selection at breakfast not very good for those who are dairy and gluten free. Vegetarians should be fine.
- dairy free milk and yougert was promised prior to arrival, this took a lot of waiting to get sorted during breakfast time on the first day.
- staff speak limited English.
- don't order any taxi from the hotel we took a 15 min journey and they charged us 56 euros when uber and other competitors charged only 21 euros.
- they charged a whopping 45 euros to delay/extend check out for a few hours.
- only convieniance was it was in the area close to our family and that there is a bus from outside the hotel 152 that takes you to the metro at la cournvue where you can reach other areas in Paris.

Service of hotel staff was good, the kitchen at breakfast was very good.
Room cleanliness was below average and the beds need upgrading especially the sofa beds
Carpets looks and feels dirty
We didn't get the of the beds changed for the last days of our stay as the beds were just organised with the same old sheets nor the room hoovered and no enough towels left we felt like they were trying to save....

I will never book any mercure hotel anywhere

The dirtiest hotel room I have ever lived in. The AC was not working and the room was like a furnace. It had broken for more than a week while the manager was relaxing at home for the weekend and there was no manager while their guests suffered. If the chain like mercure disregards the comfort of their guests for more than a week, I must say very bad management. I had no time to change/ book another hotel so I just endured the discomfort.

I booked this hotel because it was so close to Le Bourget. The hotel itself is in a quite dreary industrial estate and could use some updating of the rooms. The lobby is okay and staff is friendly, but rest of the hotel is quite gloomy.

A bit disappointed

I paid in full at the time of my booking. I booked two rooms for 7 people. Room 1 was for 1 adult and 3 kids, room 2 was for 1 adult and 2 kids. I put all kids ages at the time of booking. Upon arrival, the hotel told me they only had 1 room for me reserved and they wanted to charge me full rate for another room. Once I pulled up my receipt, the clerk was fixing the error and told me I would have to pay extra for my oldest child because she MUST be under 12. (She is 15). In the end thy have me the room, but check in took 50 minutes and the clerk was rude about my low priced rate and the error that they said was on the end of hotels.com Rooms were very small, but clean. We brought a pack and play for baby to sleep in and it took up any extra floor space in the room. Mattresses were very hard and thin, but we were just sleeping there anyway since we stayed out sun up to sun down. Water pressure was okay in the shower put drains in sink and toilet were awful. Took 5 min for toothpaste to go down after kids brushed their teeth. Toilet was clogged after first day due to lack of water pressure. Not the best hotel, but I'm usually happy with hotels from this site. Overall stay was ok, but I wouldn't go to this hotel again.

Remote location but peaceful to have a good night

As this is not near to the city center the good thing is you would not have lot of noise, however you would need your on transport or depend on Taxi to move around. Hotel staff were good and the service was good. Breakfast was not too bad. We stayed for two nights but the air condition did not work the 2nd night and it was too warm in the room to sleep. Hence given a 3 rating for room comfort.

Family room disapointing as needed updating & sofa bed uncomfortable for kids, hence I and wife slept there ourselves where wife got bitten on legs by bed bugs. Swimming pool closed, no indication when open.

Great value hotel close to Paris

Great hotel with all the amenities you need at a very reasonable price. Breakfast was substantial with choice of hot and cold buffet food and a great variety. Distance to Paris is great if you have a car however the area is a little too industrial if you are using hotel as a holiday as no surrounding beauty but perfectly ideal if you want to put your head down and visit Paris. I would visit again as the standard is very good. Our room for the family of four was also a good size

Nice hotel, friendly staff, loved the look of the reception and our room was top class especially the bathroom. Location could of been better as we had to travel 2 miles to get to the metro station. Thought it was closer. We did however notice the very frequent No. 152 bus.

This was one of the 5 worst hotel stays my whole life. The hotel lobby has been cleaned up, but everything else is out of date and dirty. The carpets in the hallways and rooms had major stains throughout, dirt was along all the corners and baseboards, the doors to the room where all beaten up and the deadbolt would not function. Towels were old but not stained and the bathroom was clean in the room. Hotel staff did speak english and I did get a wake up call the next morning that I set up.

Stayed at hotel for one night en route to channel tunnel after holiday with family. Hotel close to la bourget airport about 20 mins from Paris by road. Hotel/room clean, breakfast buffet good,had to ask for cups/milk for complimentry drinks in lobbey as not stocked. Restaurant closed at weekends so car essential - 10 min drive to Goussainville plenty of choice of retaurants. Area not suitable for walking about especially at night. Ideal for overnight stay.
