My room in this hotel was basic, but very clean and spacious and served my needs. As expected, no kettle or mini fridge. Staff were helpful and friendly.
There is nothing much around the hotel, except mostly industry and is far from the nearest Métro station, Hoche. However, there is a bus stop just opposite the hotel so it is easy to take the 151 bus. There are also night buses that go directly to and from Paris throughout the night.
Overall, I would say this hotel is ideal for a few nights if you want to spend less than you would for a hotel in the centre of Paris.

Budget.

Room was basic and comfortable. There was an initial problem with check-in because they couldn't not find our booking (4 rooms).. Not the most glamorous of locations but if it's just somewhere you are looking to get your head down and plan to spend most of the day out in Paris then this is fine, if you want more than that, then I wouldn't stay here. It was fine for us as we were there for the Champions League Final so it was ok. I wouldn't stay there with my family though.

One thing I would say, the bins in and outside of the car park need to be emptied on a regular basis, there is a massive rat infestation and you can see them all over the place running around in the bins not something you want to see and could be easily fixed by emptying the bins.. Just to note, the problem is outside, no issues inside the hotel.

There is no AC in the rooms, just a fan so expect to feel warm.

For the price couldn't expect more. A little further out of Paris than expected but the 151 bus to Porte Du Pantin was just across the road. Once at Porte Du Pantin you could catch the RER E or line 5 on the metro into Paris. If you are going to do this buy a book of carnet tickets.
Hotel was clean and perfectly acceptable for the 4 nights we were there. We had travelled by car so trips to the local Carrefour were straightforward. There are buses and the team service if you don't have your own transport.
Only faults with the room were the fitting for the showerhead bring loose and one of the external window blinds bring broken so it would rattle in the wind. Also no kettle in the room. We always bring one with us so not a problem, and there are vending machines in the foyer for drinks and snacks if you need them.
Breakfast looked like good value although we didn't try it ourselves.
Also the hotel had secure parking if you are coming by car.

Was fine for what I needed.

Stayed at this as needed to be near a particular venue and other friends all staying there. Overall hotel was kept very clean with reception manned and someone around that spoke English. Room was very clean, done daily and no issues. The shower door didn't close fully so water leaked out but easily solved placing a spare towel on the floor which was provided if asked for. There are bus stops very close by and then get on the metro. Didn't have any brekkie but my friends did and were even allowed to put their own soft drinks in the fridge. Very friendly staff that are always helpful. Other guests can be noisy in the corridors that woke me up one night but I can go back to sleep easily. It is on a main road and you can hear the traffic so a room at the front is not for those light sleepers. Wi-fi is good too.

I stayed here one night then changed hotels. It's in a bad area. There front desk agent told me not to go outside.. I was unable to find the hotel because the name wasn't visible at night. I just so happened to stumble inside to ask for directions, then realized I was at the right place. No ice available.

BEWARE!!!

This has to be the worst hotel experience I've had. To start the front desk guy was extremely rude not to mention the look of loathing he had towards us you know being American and all. We proceeded to the room and there was a dirty towel on the bed and the bedding looked as if someone was laying on it. There was trash on the table an open soda and the shower door was broken and daggly NO AIR CONDITIONING which was the reason we actually didn't even unpack and immediately checked out but before we did we scooted one of the twin beds closer to the window (no screens) for air only to expose the wall behind it full of MOLD! terrible terrible experience and of course no refund.

Very disappointed at service and condition of hotel, we was on the 3rd floor with no air condition and temperature was 27 degrees, the window 5ft by 3ft was wide open with a broken blind, birds were sitting there with feaces at 6am, I tried speaking to the man on the reception on 3 occasions but he was extremely rude pointing fingers at me and not willing to listen. I would like to take the complain further

My wife I have been traveling in euroope for over 3 weeks, our last stop was at this hotel and unfortunately it was the worst hotel ever, no A/C, very noisy people were talking laughing all night long until 6:00 am, we couldn't sleep, neighbourhood was bad, internet was zero, staff were ok.

A good and decent hotel for the prixe.

upside: for the prize this hotel a good deal. The rooms are clean, and beds are comfortable. The bathroom was cledn and functional and we got everything that comes with a stay at a hotel in terms of clean towels, shampoos and such. However, the bathroom furniture witnessed of a place where details are not imporant so to speak, as they were clearly damages by water and use and needed a replacement. The service of the friendly staff was ok. The free wifi was reasonable although definitely not fast.
The hotel is located a bit far from anything including trains and metros and the area is not worth writing about, but we felt safe walking from the station day or night. To get there (if you go by public transport) I would recommend taking the E train to Pantin station walk the 20 min or so to get to the hoel. On the way to can take a look inside the huge privately owned art gallery which holds some interesting pieces.

No hot drink facilities in the room, only vending machines in the lobby - very dissappointing for all, especially my 85 yr old mother.
One neighbouring room noisy into the night, obviously the fault of that guest but more sturdy walls would have improved this.

Probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The room had an overpowering terrible smell and it was nauseating. The hallway wasn't quite as bad, but not far off. The shower stall was small, but the sink was even smaller and made washing very difficult. There were no ice machines, however, the staff offered to put anything in the fridge that you needed to keep cold. Not exactly the most convenient of systems.

It was very difficult to get to, however, the public transportation was right across the street, which was probably the only positive. I would say that it might be worth the daily rate, however, it would be far more comfortable to pay a little extra and get something much more comfortable.

First of all, it's too far from main city. If you're late party guy, it's very tough to get back to hotel.
Rooms are decent but don't expect any kind of service. No welcome drink, not even glass, only broken plastic glass inside room. WiFi doesn't work at night.
Overall, only if you want to crash after day long trip then it's fine.

I was stuck up at metro station. I called hotel and asked them to send taxi but they said its taxi strike...and asked me to catch the bus and come!! I was having pretty heavy luggage. After reaching hotel got to know that it has no AC ? How come in hot June? Surrounding was frustrating. No Laundry or Ironing Service!!

Free Parking, Dodgy Shower & Reliable WiFi

Our room was spacious & bright however the shower/bathroom was on the small side. The sink panel was damp & began to rot, the shower door had no handle & it didn't fit properly into position without a slam. On the 1st night we thought the shower didn't work until the receptionist showed us that the setting was on off (not that there was a sign, knob or anything explaining the use of the shower head). Fast food joints, shops & fuel are within walking distance, the bus service stops at front and the nearest underground station is about 10 mins away on bus. Overall, if you're looking for somewhere to put your head down for the night then this hotel is fine, but if you fancy a lay in during the course of your stay, maybe think of somewhere else. Perfect if your doing a road trip though!

Nice hotel, big spacious rooms, good location and ample free parking and wifi. Power shower with hot water, lovely lady English speaking receptionist. Gave me a choice of rooms to view first before choosing one, helpful staff, hotel is in a commercial area however 4 mins down the road you have a very busy high st with a variety of take aways and restaurants, paris centre is a 15 min drive and so is the airport. Would recommend and also will book again.

Hotels was good. Mattress was pretty uncomfortable. The springs poked h**l out of my back. The guests were smoking up and the hallway stunk of drugs and cigarettes, even though it is a non smoking hotel. 5am in the morning some guests were screaming and praying in the hallway destroying goodnights sleep. the hotel is good, and i can't blame it for the guests.

Free Parking!

I got a special rate weekend car rental and found this a good location with free parking to explore Paris. Parking at a center city hotel is often fifty dollars a day! It is in a drab industrial area, but the rooms and restaurant a bright and cheerful and the restaurant next door is excellent an cheap. Just a ten minute drive to major thoroughfares of Paris!

This hotel was very nice inside. Clean and recently had a refurb. The rooms were comfortable, even though bathrooms were a little small. Good location if you need to be near La Bourget Airport, or other industrial/businesses in the area. Close to all the main roads, into and out of Paris. The area around the hotel is not very nice. But the hotel has very good secure parking. We even left a trailer at the hotel for a whole week, until we were back in Paris. Not exactly a good area to stay in if you are NOT driving your own car. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Breakfast is very basic, but good enough. Typical continental breakfast.

We arrived at the hotel sooner than expected and the receptionist allowed us to check in before the usual check in time (1200). The hotel staff we're very friendly and although they did not speak perfect english we managed to communicate just fine.

When booking the hotel through Expedia we did not choose to add the breakfast to the bookng but we later changed our minds after we arrived at the hotel, the receptionists had no trouble adding the breakfast to our room (highly recommend the breakfast)

The Bathrooms where very clean and the shower's are amazing!

The hotel is located near a bus stop where u can catch a bus (151) to Hoché where u can jump on the metro.

The Wi-Fi is free however i found that in my room on the second floor had a terrible connection which made it unusable meaning i had to stay in the lobby to keep a stable connection

A notre arrivée,aprés avoir encaissé notre séjour,l la réceptioniste nous a annoncé que la chambre ne disposait pas de climatisation...on a trouvé une chambre sale.. , radiateur, table , sol encrassés..et le pompon : de la confiture sur la télécommande!!! on a eu aussi des odeurs de cuisine, des mouches dans la chambre...devant la situation on a pas eu une réelle réactivité de la part de l équipe ..un coup de bombe insecticide..et le tour est joué!!
bien sûr l hotel était complet lors de notre demande de changer de chambre et bien sûr aucun dédommagement.
nous ne reviendrons plus à cet hôtel lors de nos déplacements professionnels, nous le déconseillerons à 200%..

Engelsktalande personal, som var vänliga och hjälpsamma och direkt gav oss ett nytt rum när det första rummet stank av rök och handfatet var igenproppat av cigarettfimpar. Vi fick olika besked om receptionen skulle vara bemannad eller inte sent på kvällen när vi skulle komma. Den var bemannad när vi kom, men ett meddelande vi fick sa att den inte skulle vara det. Vid incheckning betalade vi för fler frukostar än vi skulle ha, vi såg det efteråt på kvittot. Pengarna fick vi tillbaka vid utcheckning, dock i kontanter och inte direkt på betalkortet tyvärr. Ljummet vatten i kaffeautomaten, annars ok frukost. Ingen ventilation i julihettan, jobbigt, och öppet fönster mot lyhörd innergård hjälpte inte. Konstig lukt på rummen, som vi nu efteråt tror kom från vägglöss, eller möjligen nåt husdjur, som är tillåtet på hotellet. Många stora röda bett på armar och kropp som vi först trodde var myggbett men efter googlande hemma tror är från vägglöss. Bra daglig städning och renbäddning, men ändå dåligt med tanke på den obestämbara lukten och dom troliga vägglössen, som vi dock inte insåg att vi skulle tittat efter på rummet förrän vi kom hem.

J'ai eu la chambre 120 qui était vraiment dégueulasse surtout la salle de bain. Les photos que j'ai vu sur l'application ne ressemblent pas du tout à ce que j'ai trouvé sur place.
Le réceptionniste était vraiment sympa et il m'a changé de chambre. L'odeur dans les couloirs était horrible.
Enfin ce que je vous conseille c'est de payer 20 ou 30 euros en plus et dormez dans un autre hôtel plus propre.

Das Hotel liegt am Stadtrand von Paris, die Gegend ist nicht gerade die beste. Überall liegt Müll und es gibt kaum Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Zimmer an sich sind okay, allerdings sehr hellhörig, nachts war es auf dem Flur oftmals sehr laut, man hört jedes kleine Geräusch. Unser Zimmer war ein Nichtraucherzimmer, in dem es dennoch nach Rauch gerochen hat. Der Fußboden war immer dreckig und als wir ankamen, überraschte uns eine sehr dreckige Toilettenbrille, dafür bekamen wir das Frühstück einmal umsonst. Das Frühstück ist auch sehr enttäuschend, es gibt weder Teller noch Brötchen noch frische Wurst oder Käse.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich, da kann man nicht meckern. Das Hotel hat einen eigenen Parkplatz, was wir super fanden, da wir mit dem Auto gefahren sind. Unser Fazit: Wir würden dieses Hotel nicht noch mal besuchen !

Je suis restée 4nuits et je n'ai pas pu dormir les 4nuits. 1ere nuit bcp de bruit jusqu'à 4h du mat. 2eme nuit assez calme et à 3h les voisins ont commencé à s'agiter. de plus l'odeur de leur cigarette venait dans ma chambre. 3eme nuit l'alarme incendie se déclenche à 1h à cause d'une voisine et de sa cigarette. 4eme nuit dispute d'un couple dans les couloirs. Heuresement que la plupart du personnel est très agréable. Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres.

Unterirdisch trifft es denke ich. Im ersten Zimmer war das Fenster nicht zu schließen, diverse Steckdosen und Lichter nicht funktionsfähig und Wände wie Pappmaché. Dieses Hotel wird als eine Art Sozialunterbringung für minderjährige Jugendliche benutzt und dementsprechend ist Nachts auch der Lautstärkepegel. Sicher fühlt man sich dort auf jeden Fall nicht! Ich kann jedem nur von einem Aufenthalt dort abraten!!!

Leider hat es an Sauberkeit gemangelt und es hat permanent gestunken, evtl. Teppich?!
Handtücher dreckig, Toilette unsauber und nach dem duschen stand das Badezimmer unter Wasser! Für Sommertage nicht geeignet, da keine Klima. Allgemein war es leider sehr unsauber

Van te voren te weinig reviews bekeken (achteraf gezien)

Het was een simpele kamer in verouderde staat met redelijk wat schades. Een douchedeur die niet goed en moeilijk wilde sluiten waardoor de badkamer blank stond na gebruik. Ook was er geen vloermat aanwezig om uitglijden te voorkomen en wij dus onze eigen kleding hiervoor moesten gebruiken (na een dag bij de receptie een vloermat gevraagd)

De kamer en badkamer waren wel schoon ! Het matras was aan de harde kant. En ik miste een airco

Personeel erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Men heeft gratis parkeren op een afgesloten en met camera's beveiligd terrein. De wifi was matig, dekking ok, maar de snelheid viel af en toe gewoon weg, terwijl ik niet het idee had dat het hele hotel vol zat.

Als je met weinig genoegen neemt, is dit zeker qua prijs, een prima hotel. Wil je een kamer met iets meer luxe en gelegen in een betere buurt qua uitstraling, zoek dan even op het andere Ibis Budget hotel, wat ongeveer in de zelfde straat zit, ,doch dichter bij Metro station Hoche

False Alarm is the main problem

I stayed at this hotel for a week. Probably due to guests smoked in their non smoking rooms, false alarm rang 5 times at sleep time during my stay. Each time lasted for at least 2-5 minutes. Three times at around 12:00am, two times at around 2:00am. Actually, there were two alarms in one single night, first time at 12:00am, 2nd time at 2:00am. They seemed to have great difficulty to stop the alarm in time. If you need quality sleep overnight, don’t try this one. Having said that, their front desk had been very helpful and friendly though.

Die schlimmste Erfahrung überhaupt!

Die Gegend um das Hotel herum ähnelt einer absolut verkommenen Ghetto Gegend mit stapelweise Müll auf den Gehwegen. Das Zimmer selbst ist der absolute Horror! Die Wände dermaßen verdreckt, die Regale wurden seit Monaten nicht geputzt, im obersten Regal lag sogar noch die Türkarte des Vorgängers. Das Badezimmer ist so furchtbar verdreckt das man sich nicht traut irgendwas mit den Händen anzufassen. Es ist einfach nur das ganze Zimmer vollkommen eine einzige schlimme Bruchbude. Der Lärm im Bereich des Flurs ist auch sehr stark zu hören. Da das Zimmer eine absolut grottige Isolierung hat. Teilweise hat nicht einmal die Heizung richtig gewärmt! Ich kann jedem nur abraten. Das Zimmer würde ich eher einer schäbigen Gefängniszelle als einem Hotelzimmer gleichsetzen. Nie wieder!!!

Une seule nuit passée, la chambre était propre, mais beaucoup délabrée, poignée de porte de douche cassée : donc eau partout dans salle de bain, la bonde du lavabo absente et dans l'ensemble salle de bain très détériorée.

L'hôtel est génial

Je vous cache pas que j'avais peur d'y aller apres avoir lu les commentaires, mais au final pas du tout, tout ce qui a été mentionné n'est pas vrai, le bruit je n'ai eu aucun souci avec ça, car y'en avait pas, les lits sont tres confortable, le personnel est tres accueillent, franchement je recommande cette hotel, surtout si vous etes véhiculé c'est parfait

Hotel trop bruyant

Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet hotel.
Juste de passage avant d'aller à l'aéroport, nous sommes arrivés tard et parti tôt.
On nous a remis une chambre au RDC, grande car aux normes handicapées.
Si la literie et les prestations étaient classiques et correctes, l'hotel est beaucoup trop bruyant ; tout s'entend : un voisin qui ouvre la porte de sa chambre, de sa salle de bain, une voisine qui parle au téléphone dans sa chambre. Le pire était les passages incessants dans le couloir car situé sur le passage vers le parking.
J'ai du dormir en tout et pour tout 2h. L' horreur.

As expected, no surprises. Satisfied with the stay

Considering what we paid as opposed to what others were charging, a very good hotel indeed - spacious and tidy rooms, friendly english-speaking staff. Free parking was a major plus. Stayed in a 4-star hotel in a tiny room in Montmatre last year for more than twice the price. In comparison (pricewise) I was expecting much worse but was relieved to find it as expected.
