Le personnel est sympathique, le petit dej est très bien, complet. Ce sera les seuls points positifs.
Nous avions une chambre pour 4 personnes avec 2 lits doubles en face des ascenseurs aie. ... Les chambres sont vieillotes, pas de table de chevet des 2 côtés, pas de prise non plus ah si une mais qui ne marche pas. La colonne de douche cassée. Une lampe qui ne marchait pas. Et pas de bouilloire. Dommage pour le prix de la chambre.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL

Staff were great but the building is in a horrid state. The rooms had bad odour, cobwebs, decor falling apart, paint outdated chipping away, bathroom was disgusting bad odour, insects crawling around bathroom, the sofa bed was like sleeping on a pile of bricks, all in all TERRIBLE!!!!

Stayed for 4 nights with my family…didn’t clean our room even I requested the receptionist before heading out for our day. On the 3rd day again they didn’t clean our room and the receptionist doesn’t even care and no apologies and insisted that we refuse whereat how we will refuse the housekeeper when we are outside.

There was a persistent musty smell in the room every time we entered. Additionally, the room lacked basic amenities such as bottled water, a kettle, and coffee or tea. The quality of the hotel shampoo was poor and caused skin irritation on the face. On a positive note, the staff were friendly, and the hotel is conveniently located near a metro station.

Séjour en famille (5 jours / 4 nuits)

Personnel agréable comme son hôtel.
Petit bémol pour la salle de bain avec le plafond à repeindre mais aussi, il faudrait installer les interrupteurs des lumières de la salle de bain DANS cette dernière (pas à l'extérieur dans le couloir d'entrée) puis également installer une porte avec fermeture (comme un loquet) pour cette même salle de bain.
Sinon, chambre insonorisée avec aucun problème concernant le bruit extérieur et bonne vue sur l'Eglise de Pantin.
Très bon point positif, l'accès direct au métro et à des supérettes + fast-foods à proximité.
Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir quand nous en aurons l'occasion.

Good city break base

The location is excellent right by the metro and a 15 minute direct line to Gare du nord. The hotel is very basic and a little run down but the beds are new and comfortable. As a base for a cheap city break it’s perfect but not if you like to spend a lot of time in he hotel. Be careful if you need to get back after the metro closes. We had to get a taxi at 2am after the moulin rouge and it was 55 euros.

The bathroom wasn’t like the pictures, I felt more dirty coming out than I did entering the bathroom. The hotel looked as though it was used for prostitution, it was cheap and disgusting and had a condom machine in full display at reception! It’s not the type of hotel you want your children going in. My flight was cancelled so I arrived a day late, I had called to explain but when I got there they had cancelled my booking, they managed to sort it out but for the rest of the holiday every day the staff would ask us to pay accusing us of not paying already so we would have to explain the hole situation again. In the mornings the cleaners would come into our rooms (even though the do not disturb sign was on) and tell us we need to check out.

It’s not bad of a hotel for the money. It does lack certain amenities that’s pretty standard in many other hotels. It lacks mini fridge, there are no tissues in the room and provide simple shower shampoo with no facial or hand soap. However, it is decent hotel for the money.

The hotel was situated about 30 minutes from st.michel-Notre Dame including a train transfer from Gare Du Nord. The hotel is situated in an OK area and very close to the metro exits but again it is very far away from the main tourist points of interest. The hotel was standard 3 star quality and a good budget friendly option. The breakfast buffet was not great. The front desk agent was a very kind man of middle eastern origin who provided excellent customer service to multiple customers in French, English, Spanish, and Arabic which was pretty impressive actually.

Hotel location was great, staff were helfull.
But conditon of the building and room was out of date.
Our bathroom shower was half hanging, and our rooms card key stop working everybday so they had to reporgram them, which was really annoying.
Airconditioning wasnt working and was just blowibg earm air.
Paid for three people and thebthirs bed was a sofa bed which was atbkeast 10 years old and totally useless.
The hotel should be 2 star not 3 start, but i guess thats France and having everything half broken is a norm.

This is a nice hotel if you have a flight to catch at the airport. The only issue we had was that this is marketed as a room with air conditioning. The hotel refuses to turn on the air conditioning for the hotel until June 1st, regardless of the heat wave that we had. We had to sleep with the window open with planes flying overhead, light and noise from the street. It is not appropriate to market the room with A/C and then you can only use it in June, July and August.

Shocking Experience

I was disappointed that a hotel costing just under £100 would lack basic essentials such as tea & coffee making facilities, more disappointing was the fact that in my original room the drawers and cupboard doors were coming off their hinges, the windows and mirrors were dirty as we're the bath and sink. The Toilet pan desperately needed bleaching and the damp in the bathroom was more than obvious with the papers peeling off and the flush button broken.
I regularly stay In hotels all over the world and in all honesty this has to be the worst experience of them all.
After complaining I was quickly offered a replacement room which was better, but again the bathroom was not cleaned thoroughly enough, to warrant hotel standards.
Overall the cleaning staff had not done a good job, which reflected on the hotel & it's staff.
I would defiantly avoid this hotel in future.

Looks a rundown place, old carpets in the lobby and from lift to the room. Room was specious and clean. First day everything ok in shower. Next day, the portable shower faucet was simply missing. Surrounding neighbourhood is full of shady characters. Good thing was that one could hop and skip to the metro station in ten seconds.

The hotel is located brilliantly as it is right outside the Metro station. As we were traveling almost all of the day time, this was a great advantage.

Never ate at the hotel and hence cannot comment on the food/break fast

Temp in the room couldnt be adjusted and it was really warm in the nights. This probably was the only negative aspect.

Dans la salle de bain, il manquait un sac poubelle, une brosse WC et un petit meuble ou une étagère pour poser les affaires de toilette. La propreté laissait à désirer, notamment les prises électriques qui étaient sales et très basses.
Il n’y avait pas de prise à côté de certains lits, ce qui n’est pas pratique. Les portes claquent fort et on entend beaucoup les voisins.

Points positifs : le petit-déjeuner est sympa et le lit est confortable.

Globalement, manque de propreté et d’équipements basiques.

Não gostei do serviço do Ibis Eglise Pantin, achei o atendimento ruim, em uma rede grande de hotéis como o Ibis, a recepção não sabia falar outra língua como inglês ou espanhol e ainda demonstrava má vontade por não sabermos falar em francês. O aquecedor do quarto não funcionava direito, sentimentos frio dormindo, o chuveiro não era legal, ou estava muito quente ou muito frio, não havia meio termo. Não havia nem frigobar no quarto, no qual, impossibilita até de você comprar água em outro lugar e guardar. Não havia aquecedor para as toalhas, o serviço de quarto não arrumava as camas, apenas deixava toalhas, no café da manhã as atendentes também extremamente mal humoradas. O que realmente é 10 é a localização. Na porta do hotel tem uma estação de metrô, o que facilita muito. Mas de resto, não recomendo, principalmente se for a sua primeira vez em Paris ou não souber falar francês, até o Google tradutor, havia má vontade de ler.

Würde ich nicht weiter empfehlen. Zuerst das Positive: die Mitarbeiter waren nett und die Metro-Station liegt direkt vor der Tür.
Ansonsten war es leider echt schlecht. Die Zimmer sind kahl und abgenutzt, im Bad war viel Schimmel. Die Heizung funktionierte nicht und der Heizlüfter war auch kaputt. Alles was wir trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage nach einem anderen Zimmer oder einem funktionierenden Heizlüfter bekamen, war ein Gutschein fürs Frühstück (also für einen Tag). Wir sind nun alle krank/erkältet und froh, nach Hause zu kommen.
