We stayed there 10 days and overall the experience was disappointing for a hotel that claims family friendly. There was no coffee or water dispenser in the lobby, you had to ask the staff. Room had no coffee machine,iron, fridge and microwave in the room . Which made things difficult.one day we received old towel from front desk because we got late night. I noticed later towels were old torn. Bathroom had 3 in one soap dispenser not like soap and shampoo breakfast was same everyday with little variety and items were

It was the first time we visited France it was a good hotel that we reserved and booked they provide you with coffee tea and cups daily in hotel however you need to provide your own water or use the water from the bathroom. The location is quite unusual given that it's right but they have a kettle in each room. It is next to the motorway so you have to do a bit of walking in order to go to the nearest shops the hallway smelt of cigarettes and and if you open some of the windows like in our rooms there are signs that people smoked within the rooms as they were burnt cigarette Ashes on the window ledge.
Overall didn't have any issues staff of friendly room service was frequent.

The first night I stayed in the hotel , I found a bedbug on the bed . I even took video of it for evidence. I went down to the reception the guy said that the only thing he can do is to change my room . He gave me an other room but I couldn’t sleep because I was traumatised . I would like they send to an other hotel on the same company but the said NO . I didn’t enjoy my stay in this hotel and I don’t appreciate the service . I was shocked

Paris is terrific!

I had a really enjoyable time seeing the sights of Paris. The hotel is fine. The Metro Station is a five or six minute walk. During daylight hours, the local area seems OK but the atmosphere seems to change as darkness falls. I would reccommend taking a taxi to the hotel rather than walking.

Enjoyed our stay here, it’s far from the centre so was just used as somewhere to sleep. Approx 10minute walk to metro station.
Had dinner once and the food was ok but not great, menu selection was small and things not available on children’s menu.
The room was ideal for 1 adult 3 children, 2 twins adjoining. Shower was great. Disposable cups provided with the tea and coffee.
Overall maybe better than I expected for the money!

Local area there is nothing, but the distance between hotel and metro is about 5 - 10min short walk.

This hotel was very nice and comfortable for a short stay and the benefit it had free parking which was great. It was like staying in a Ibis but at a cheaper rate.

The hotel is gated and feels safe to stay because you have to be buzzed in at night. Someone is there 24 hours. I was able to check in late since flight landed late and check out at 4am since flight to leave was early. I was unlucky with the room where the bathroom was leaking so the first morning I woke up there, walked on the carpet near the restroom, the floor was completely wet and soaked. When we left and came back, our room smelled funny because of the water. Rooms were small but it’s nice how there were two rooms in a hotel room.

The hotel had no AC, only the heater was working. We are not used to sleeping with windows open so we needed a fan but it seemed impossible to get one. It was hard to communicate with the night receptionist because he didn’t seem to understand english or spanish. He was not very helping at first only when I became very aggravated is when he went to look for a fan. The area is very industrial and far from the city center which was something I didn’t realize when booking.

A hotel not to revisit!

Quite disappointing really. No wardrobes in the rooms. No fridge either. Although the bathrooms are generally clean, the shower cubicle in the single rooms is so narrow and tiny, you can hardly move around. Worse still, the rooms reek of cigarette even though the hotel claims to be a ‘non smoking’ hotel. Horrible stench of cigarette from the hotel foyer, through to the elevator and to the bedrooms! It was disappointing really and utterly unhealthy for guests suffering from asthma or any other respiratory difficulties.
We complained to the staff, while some were polite and made efforts to find us ‘a more suitable’ bedroom (unsuccessfully), one staff in particular was utterly defensive asking us what the hotel management should do if guests choose to smoke in the bedroom!How about insisting on the Hotel regulations? Why should smoking be allowed in the foyer? Even the air conditioning system recycles cigarette-filled air into the rooms. How is that fair to non-smoking guests?
We chose this hotel because of its location. Never in a million years did we think that we will be subjected to tabacco filled air, with itching and hurting throat every night throughout our stay despite the fact that we are non-smokers.

While our room was smoke free, we were placed right beside smoking rooms. The rooms were saturated with cigarette smell to the point where I had to use my inhaler to breathe. The staff in the evening were friendly. We paid for the hot breakfast buffet and were told it started at 7. We got to the lobby at 7:05. There was 1 inch of a bagutte left, and about 3 pieces of cheese and ham. The buffet breakfast was not being run that day. The Orange juice and milk were also out. The hotel refused to give us a refund as they said, \"There was plenty of food this morning. We can't help that it's gone.\" Do not stay here.

Good Hotel With Location But staff wasn't good

We had a 2 hour free early check-in but the room wasn't ready when we reached 2 hrs early and they took 1 hr to get it ready. Receptionist lady wasn't very friendly and also other members appeared rude as they kept on interrupting the children (3 and 6 years) as they move around the lobby.

Hotel was nice and clean with options for dine-in and free wife with decent speed.

If you are looking for a basic room that's clean then this is for you. However note the hotel is not in an area with lots of local amenities. Also don't be fooled by the pictures. It is not in the heart of Paris, you have to take the metro approximately 30-40 minute journey. Breakfast at the hotel is extremely basic and repetitive but the staff are friendly and happy to help which definitely makes a difference. So all in all if your are looking for low cost clean accomodation and happy to make the effort to travel into central Paris this can work for you, if not you know what to do.

Dreadful, every morning a man kept trying to get into our room, the staff were rood and did not help us with the information that we needed, the electricity was cut off on the day of check out so had to shower in the dark, window didn't lock so anyone could of got in at anytime( not helping that we didn't live in the best of areas). Not a convenient place to stay

This hotel was very hard to get to after arriving by plane to Paris. There is no direct bus, metro or tram to reach the hotel and it is on a divided route so it's not as simple as just crossing the street by the closest mass transit stop. The hotel is gated off which is fine but the intercom to ask for the gate to be opened either didn't work or the staff was ignoring it. We returned to the hotel at night after sight seeing each day we were there and luckily had someone with a local phone number was with us who could call the front desk and ask for the gate to be opened. We otherwise would have been standing there or scaling the fence as we did not have international calling to be able to call the front desk! This was highly inconvenient and not exactly safe! The room was decently clean but uncomfortable as the air was muggy and stuffy. The controls on the wall for heat/ac did not work. There was some sort of heater or AC unit sitting on the floor, not plugged in to anything so this may be why. Additionally, the second day there we noticed that the floor just inside the door and in front of and in the bathroom was wet! We don't know where it came from or what happened but it never dried the whole time we were there. I would not stay here again and I would not recommend it to anyone!

I stayed here for few nights. WifI barely works in the whole hotel. Shower pressure was so low that water was barely trickling. A/C didn't work and for my whole stay the hotel staff kept insisting it works. Attitude of the hotel staff was not good at all. I had to complain few times before they fixed the shower head. Other problems remained during my whole stay..........

I would have given 5star rating for all, but one day, there wasn't any tea bagnio our room, so my husband went down to the reception asked politely just two tea bags as I am the only one member drinks tea. For the disappointment the staff said have paid for that. My husband said tomorrow will buy a bag full and give it you, but still she refused to give a tea bag for morning wake up tea.

It's a no frills hotel with small rooms however is clean and fitted with big, comfy beds. There's nothing interesting around but for this money you don't ask for much. Within 10 minutes walking there's a metro station line 5 that take you to Gare du Nord in 25 minutes or any other city destinations. Breakfast is not included so due to the price we opted out. There's a local Auchan supermarket nearby so for a few euro you can have a fresh breakfast. A kettle and tea/coffee is provided in the room.

Good location and base for visiting Paris

The hotel is in a great location for visiting Paris with a free car park and walking distance to the Metro and a shopping complex. The neighbourhood isn't plush but this is a budget hotel so understandable.The hotel staff were really friendly too which helped and they spoke English to make up for our poor attempts at French. There is a bar and restaurant, we had a drink after visiting Paris but didn't try the restaurant. Good value for money and we would stay here again, we were a group of 10 with 4 children, aged from 0 to 12 years old. The only minor issue was the aircon wasn't working but it might have been too early in the year and the heat wasn't expected.
