The room was much smaller than I expected. The TV was tiny, for example. Moreover, the heater wasn’t working well. However, it was relatively clean and the bed was comfy.

Only available hotel near airport and for a reason. Dirty, worn out, smelly and ugly for the price. On the other hand it was pretty close to CDG, they had availability, I slept well for 6 hour and the front desk was polite. I could have asked for new towels since the old ones were completely soaked, but I instead preferred sleeping and spend time getting new ones.

We ended up here after the sister hotel in Trappe canceled our reservation and wasted 2 hours trying to find a solution for us at 1am. Upon arrival at this hotel of the same chain: Mice feces on the floor in our room and the backing up of the shower drain sent back the water that was supposed to drain and some more. Can someone explain why we would need 2 ashtrays in the bathroom integrated (!!) in the very limited counter space?!! The staff was mostly nice and trying to be helpful also attempting to make up for the broken vending machine for 5 days in a row. Parking is fairly limited - don’t come back late. The entire complex of the hotel is in some kind of gated community, maybe social housing- no big deal, but the guy at the gate needs to hear every time from you that you are a guest of the hotel. Maybe a license plate list could make this part smoother and less clunky in addition to the other many inconveniences…Not a place I would return to and I am a very seasoned and regular Paris visitor.

That is one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in in my life. The room itself is OK. However, the bathroom was absolutely disgusting and I’m gonna put three photos for you to see. The staff spoke very little English. The location itself was very inconvenient. Yes, it was close to a bus stop. However, the bus came when they felt like it not like the schedule said so you really couldn’t count on them so the location was not conducive. I do not recommend this hotel. I don’t say that lightly because if you look at most of my reviews, lastly, I’ve been on cruise ships that had a larger shower than this one, you’ll see from the pictures. the sink would take about 20 minutes to drain and I told myself that that stain in the toilet was rust. I do recommend them.

We booked 2 rooms, one for us, and one for the kids (young adults) requesting one double bed and one twin room with bunk over. What we actually got was two double rooms with bunks over, meaning one of the kids had to sleep in the bunk, the other in the double. Deliberately booked rooms like we did as the kids are autistic and it’s easier to preempt a potential arguement.
The rooms were cosmetically fairly clean, but the ingrain dirt was evident, stains in the toilet, limescale on the taps, dirty paint work throughout and the mould on the ceiling was horrible and smelt. Particularly worrying for our child who also has asthma. The shower was basically unusable due to its size, the taps were right next to the toilet, which gives you an indication of the dimensions.
The window in the room was directly opposite the ladder of the bunk and only had 2 settings, closed or wide open. There are no safety catches on them, so potentially anyone could fall out.
The first night we arrived we almost left immediately because of the condition of the room, but we’d travelled the night before and spent the day in Disneyland, so we were exhausted and autistic people don’t cope well with change. The following day we decided to go out until late so we’d just fall asleep when we got back, but tbh we were all keen to leave on the last day.
Admittedly we don’t speak much French, but the cleaners speak no English and kept trying to come in our rooms while we were packing to leave.

This place was filthy. Neither the main light in the room nor in the bathroom worked. The toilet was disgusting. There was matted black hair on the bed covers. There were cigarette burns in the bed sheets. The floor was as dirty as an alleyway. I would not stay here unless I was very desperate, which I was.

First time in my life i got the worst experience.. Rude staff they doesn't know english.. There is no water to drink in the room... Bathroom exhaust fan not working... There is no international plug oe usb port to charge the mobile... Especially the cleaning staff will come in the morning and knock the door talking rude to the residents there... Dont know why... Is there any option below than 1 star i will choose that to rate this hotel

Low cost budget hotel with rooms in need of some TLC...
Used this chain of holes before so knew what to expect..
Some are better than others... unfortunately this is not one of the better ones ..
Room was tired and worn..
Still for me as a lone traveller all i want is a bed...hot shower and as cheap as possible..
Before travelling onwards the next day...
Check in was straightforward enough and parking is secure and free

I stayed here with my 2 teens. My kids noticed stains in the carpet Walking through the hallway to get to our room.

Rooms - was disappointed. Gum sticking on bed frame. You can tell its a very old gum. Gross. Small space. Room we stayed in says 3 people. Very tight. Air condition isnt working and dirty.

Bathroom - not happy , reminds me of airplane toilet. Very small.

Vous trouverez difficilement un hôtel meilleur Marché.
Le parking est gratuit.
Je suis sortis vers 1 heure du matin, fumer une cigarette et j’ai vue 2 agents de securité baraqué surveiller l’entrée, donc je pense que le lieux est sûr.
Le petit dejeuner est tres bien et à volonter , à condition que vs ne mangiez aucun fruit le matin.
Tres calme; mis à part un feu d’artifice genre mortier qui à exploser en plein milieu de la nuit et qui m’a reveiller car je dormais la fenêtre ouverte (mais bon on était le 16 juillet ds le 93 aussi 😂), mais tt le reste de la nuit c’était très très calme et je n’ai pas entendu mes voisins alors que l’hôtel avait l’air plein.
Les femmes de ménages font du bon travail, du moins ce qu’elles peuvent ds cet immeuble ancien et dégradé.

Points négatifs:
Les fenêtres sont toutes petites. Il est donc difficile d’aérer la chambre.
Les 3/4 des chaines de la TV ne fonctionnaient pas. De plus je n’avais ni telecommande pr la tele ni pr la clim en arrivant. Mais en allant à la réception on m’a trouvé une télécommande avec pile apparente mdrrrrr.
La wifi est moyenne mais sa passe.
La chambre et la SDB sont tts petites, fais degardé mais c’était propre si vs n’êtes pas maniaque.

Bref: je vs conseil vivement l’hôtel première classe de Gennevilliers qui est TOP si vs chercher un hôtel pas cher. Mais il était complet quand j’ai voulu réserver. Cependant pourrais retourner sans aucun soucis ds celui-ci.

I dont think you get what you pay for but at the end of the day, for a very expensive city like Paris you've no choice if you're on a limited budget. At least you can lay down your head in a warm environment. Service and cleanliness is okay but not the best i've ever seen.

If the room is only wanted for sleep, then its not bad for the price.
Air conditioned rooms but if temp goes over 30 then the AC hardly works.
Room size very small. Toilets are even smaller.
Service is poor, especially receptionist thinks they own the place. They are rude, and want money for everything. I borrowed Iron but paid 10€ deposit for it.
Coffee machine gives only half a cup of coffee, so font bother getting coffee from the machine.

Ca a commencé avec le service de securité qui ne voulait pas nous laisser rentrer sur le parking sous pretexte qu'il n'y avait plus de place......Puis ensuite le personnel qui me dit qu'il y a qu'une chambre de payer sur les 3 chambres alors que c'etait faux......Et pour finir l'état de la chambre avec des trous sur la lingerie du lit, la douche avec un rideau cassé et pour finir une odeur de cigarette.....Hotel à éviter !

Nous avions expressément demandé à avoir une navette aéroport obligatoire et avions fait réservé à nouveau à nouveau sur l'hôtel du Mesnil Amelot que nous connaissions, pourquoi à t'on atterri à 30mn par bus au blanc Mesnil, mystère. Accueil téléphonique désagréable, aucune prise en compte, aucun remboursement, nous devons réserver au dernier moment un autre hôtel... honteux l'interlocuteur disait ne pas me comprendre et disais systématiquement madame, malgré mes corrections...

O hotel tem uma boa estrutura, mas é notável que está mal cuidado. A equipe de recepção e limpeza nos atendeu muito bem. Foram muito simpáticos e atenciosos. Cometi um erro e fiz o checkout um dia antes do reservado. Quando percebi o erro, retornei ao hotel e eles nos admitiram novamente sem problemas. A roupa de cama estava limpa, mas não foi trocada até 4° dia de hospedagem
As toalhas também só foram trocadas uma vez, o vaso estava encardido,vez.O que mais precisa melhorar é a limpeza. O vaso estava encardido. A pia tinha manchas. O chão tinha um aspecto de sujeira. Além disso o quarto tinha um forte cheiro de cigarro, os travesseiros estava com esse odor. Apesar de ser proibido fumar no local, percebi outros quartos em que hóspedes estavam fumando. O corredor de acesso aos quartos possui um carpete que exalava cheiro de urina. A limpeza realmente é um ponto precário no hotel. .Se o hotel resolver a questão da limpeza, torna-se uma opção muito interessante de hospedagem em Paris. O preço é muito convidativo. De transporte público, o tempo de deslocamento é de apenas 40min, o local é nos subúrbios de Paris, Zona 4, próximo ao CDG, mas bastante seguro. Recomendo para quem está em busca de uma hospedagem econômica, mas sabendo que existem alguns pontos negativos. O café da manhã é bem acessível e a cafeteria é limpa.
