The room was not to standard at all, the photos online are very misleading. The heater was dusty and dirty, the finish of the room was horrendous and tiny. There were what looked like coffee stains on the bathroom door frame. I was moved to another room which I was told was bigger and it was not. IT was slightly better quality but it took me several emails and a visit to reception for anything to be done. The food in the restaurant was pleasant

This is in the middle of nowhere, on a motorway, with no public transport, so you need a car (or use an uber which are strangely v expensive here) The restaurant and bar here are closed at the weekends strangely so no access to food and drink. Very basic room which didn’t bother me as we were stopping here before going off on a flight elsewhere.

The distance to the metro station was reasonable, but access to the expo was blocked and guarded by an unfriendly security guard who offered no directions to reach the metro station. This was especially unsettling after evening outings, as the gate between the metro exit and the hotel was locked. It appears there is a phone at the gate to call the hotel for assistance, but this was never mentioned by the front desk. Overall, it’s highly inconvenient for guests who prefer not to rely on their car to get around. Avoid completely if you can.

Arrived around 11:40pm . The lineup for reception (one receptionist) was out the doors , waited until 12:40 am and still in lineup that didn’t move , poor quality of place and service . Had to leave. Booked another option with difficulty (after midnight-different day) and left . Was lucky to find another place to accept me . (That was costumer service !!!) never again !!!

Hard to get out of, but fine for a short stay

The hotel itself is a bit run down but fine for a short stay. The rooms are very small. I would say to any visitors the hotel is difficult to get to, and difficult to get out of! Because it is so close to the exhibition centre, when that closes it becomes difficult to make your way back from any public transport as the hotel is just on the motorway. I am unsure if we missed something on our visit but could not figure out how you would get through the gates after 7.30pm. If arriving by car/taxi this is not an issue really but the hotel is really in the middle of nowhere. Fine if you are just going to the exhibition centre and back then leaving. It is quite confusing on how to get around if not by car. The breakfast was good, decent selection and filled up reguarly.

The restaurant was fine. On the whole, I find that the rooms are never really properly clean in budget hotels and this was no exception. The bedding smells faintly of male travellers. The pillows always smell like they're someone else's. There's often a faint odour of very cheap man deodorant. Some people clearly cannot smell these things, but I and many others can.

Literally in the middle of nowhere. The hotel won't even offer a complimentary bottle of water.
Rooms are every small for 88 euros a night. With a small bed and 2 bags in, there's no space left for 2 people to move around

Breakfast option was limited with bread so stale. Even the cereal offered was pathetic.

Free wifi and hot water in the bathroom available. Staff was extremely polite and offered complimentary late checkout till 1 pm

Very close to the Airport. Ubereats food delivery available.

This hotel is not a convenient location for getting to the conference center. With no back entrance to the venue it is a minimum 15 minute walk each way. The venue is easy to get to via the metro so I would stay somewhere else & arrive via metro rather than walk. Over 3 days I have wasted 2 hours just walking to the metro & back to the hotel. There should be a shuttle bus given the +300 euro cost per night.

They do not serve global or hot breakfast. I paid for my breakfast for 3 and ended up not eating breakfast at all as all they served was cold ham and bread, no cereal, nor cooked breakfast nor was there any facilities to do them. The staff were not willing to assist in any way even when you offer to pay extra .
2. The rooms are damn to small, and you cannot move around freely in the room.

The hotel is on-site at the Villepinte Conference Centre, however from Hall 3 (where we were situated) it was a good 15-20 minutes walk. There wasn't a lot of signage to the hotel and you do have to take a dirt path which is not lit in the dark and can get very muddy (see photo - thankfully I had boots on that I didn't mind getting dirty). Unfortunately the only other entrance in was a automatic gate for cars. Overall the stay was good, beds were very comfy. The hotel gets very busy on exhibition days and so you have to put your name down on a waiting list for dinner. Staff were polite and the rooms were clean.

Decent hotel, good price. Nothing fancy.

The hotel was clean and the people were friendly and helpful. The room was small and too hot but the A/C was already off for the fall so nothing anyone could do about the unseasonable weather. The bed was the worst one I have ever slept on in a hotel. Truly horrible. It was multiple layers of thin mattress type material that all kept sliding around and falling. Really bad bed. But free parking, which is very uncommon!

Booked this hotel due to close approximity to the airport for one night only.
The rooms were super tiny and hot and the bed was uncomfortable.
The bathroom did not have any toiletries except for hand soap which was in a almost empty and gross tube dispenser.
The restaurant downstairs had no vegetarian options or kids meal options .

There was a mix-up with my reservation - I had a confirmation but the hotel was sold out. They went to the extreme to restructure their bookings to accommodate me. I couldn't have been happier. Great breakfast and a good restaurant on-site for dinner as well.

Only slight problem was that the floor is shiny laminate and the bed slides across it when you try to sit up in bed against the headboard. the bed frame is too lite!.

I booked this hotel to stay in during an event at the convention center. The checkin was fine, they spoke English which was helpful and the room was comfortable if a bit small. I booked for three people but ended up staying alone due to complications with my roommates, which was for the best as it was definitely not a three person room. The main issue came with the location. Though it looks close to the convention center on google maps, the actual entrance is actually about fifteen minute walk away, and there is no way to cut through the convention center to shorten it. There was a shuttle from parking that went near the hotel, but it didn't actually service it. In fact the location was so removed that it took me three uber drivers just to get someone who was able to FIND the hotel to take me to the airport. The train station is equally far from the hotel, and I was actually locked out of the park one night coming back from Paris. The station barred the entrance to the park and though they had posted a sign saying to use the intercom to access the hotels, neither me nor any of the other people stuck there could get it to work and we ended up having to take a taxi from the station to the hotel as there is no other walking access. Besides the convention center and the other hotel, there's really nothing nearby so don't expect to be able to purchase food if not at the hotel restaurant. Really would advise people needing access to the convention center to book elsewhere.

Gates everyone you tried to go that never open. If you wanted to get to the train station it's a hike, and gettin back was a joke. They allow the trains to come in after midnight but lock the station at midnight. So no luck getting to your hotel unless you like climbing fences and crawling through gates. Walked this property three times and that's the only way we got in. Worst location ever.

POOR AND BASIC SERVICE HOTEL

The hotel is stuck in the middle of nowhere. There are NO restaurants within walking distance, so you will have to walk back to the train station and go into Paris. The hotel food was shocking (and that's being polite!) The service was poor and you were left waiting while the staff hid away! It is in a very good location tot he exhibition and only take 7mins walking to get to the centre. The hotel is very basic. The breakfast is buffet each day, which they charge extra on top of your room price. The Shower ran VERY HOT and very COLD, so be careful with children, as this will scold the skin. In England this would not be acceptable. The air conditioning was not working, yet the humidity was 94%. There is not a lot to offer from this hotel, other than it is very expensive for basic service. You are better off staying in Paris, or the airport, where service is much better and catching the train into the exhibition each day.

Only 10 minute walk to Paris Nord Villepinte

Stayed here for business purposes and attending an event at the Paris Nord Villepinte exhibition centre. Ideal location for this purpose only, as it's just 10 mins walk in a quiet area to the exhibition entrances and Metro station. Only 1 stop on the metro to Paris CDG airport which also helps. Staff were pleasant too and the food was OK(ish).

Very convenient to the airport.

We arrived at the hotel from CDG at 10 pm. The staff were very friendly and efficent. There were a few other guests checking in late, so they kept the bar open a little longer for those of us who wanted a night cap.
The breakfast was great. A wide selection was offered. Cereals, breads, cheeses, ham, crepes, juices etc. All fresh and very tasty.
On the down side, the bed (mattress) was horrible. Barely more than a cheap futo mattress and the pillows were small and lumpy. The room was very clean and functional, although quite small, but we expected that for an airport hotel.

The hotel is in what looks like a deserted area. As far as we could tell, there was absolutely no public transportation anywhere within walking distance. It's right off the highway, behind a metal gate that you have to drive right up to in order for it to open. If you don't recognize that gate as an entrance to the hotel (which is very likely unless you are expecting that kind of an entrance), you find yourself right back on the highway and have to make about 5-7 km (3-4 mile) loop before the second attempt. The area must not be very safe given the huge heavy gate and the fact that you have to ring a bell to enter the hotel building itself, and a deadbolt on our 4-th floor window. When driving out of the hotel premises, you have to enter a code to open a turnpike and the gate, which the receptionist neglected to tell us about, so we had to turn around and drive a few hundred meters back to the hotel, ring the bell again (which they don't answer very promptly either).
The staff seemed friendly, but preoccupied with their own business, both upon our check in and check out.
The room was tiny, pretty outdated, and the curtain was barely hanging. The bed must have been about 12 inches off the floor, but the linens seemed new.
It was ok for one night, if you have a car and a guy, otherwise, it would have been rather uncomfortable.

J’avais réservé une chambre avec deux lits séparés pour mon fils (qui passait un concours) et moi, réservation confirmée et rappelée auprès de l’accueil à notre arrivée. Une chambre avec un lit double nous a pourtant été attribuée, sans bureau ni chaise. J’ai demandé à changer de chambre : la seconde disposait d’un lit double et d’un lit d’appoint, mais toujours sans bureau ni chaise. Mon fils a donc dû réviser ses cours sur le lit, ce qui n’était vraiment pas adapté dans ce contexte. Expérience décevante au regard de la réservation initiale.

260€ la nuit pour un ‘simple’ IBIS c’est extrême cher. Pour ce prix l’accueil est inadmissible.
L’état de l’hôtel est déplorable.
Les chambres n’ont jamais été rénovées. Uniquement la douche a priori. Pas de chaise pour travailler, éclairage défaillant. Porte de la salle de bain impossible à fermer.
Le service au restaurant est déplorable, erreurs en chaîne, très longue attente, oubli de plats ou verres.
Au check-out édition de facture avec le bon montant impossible! Impossible de comprendre pourquoi.
Parking non sécurisé. Barrière d’entrée détruite qui traîne au sol.
Triste de payer si cher pour aussi peu de service et un si mauvais fonctionnement!
Seul la proximité avec le parc des expos est positive.

Éclairage de la chambre défaillant, pas de chaise, malgré deux demandes.
Les chambres datent probablement de la construction. Seul la douche semble rénovée. Impossible de fermer la porte de la salle de bain.
Le service au restaurant est déplorable. Oublie de plats, erreur de plats et d’accompagnement, longue attente, etc…
Édition d’une facture avec le bon montant impossible! Séjour compliqué.
Le personnel est malgré tout professionnel et les chambres sont propres.

Låg standard på hela hotellet. Smutsigt, svårt att ta sig till stationen genom conventcentret, något obehagligt sent på kvällen att passera området. Frukostbuffé dålig hygien, dels stod en som jobbade med frukosten och åt en pannkaka mitt vid buffén, tog den rakt med händerna. Glas, muggar och bestick dåligt diskade. Bord kladdiga och ej rengjorda. Om man bara ska sova över en natt och åka därifrån kan detta hotell fungera, annars ska man leta efter annat. Barnens recensioner snälla aldrig mer hit eller till något liknande igen. Då har de sovit i allt från tält till hög standard hotell under alla våra resor.

C’est le pire Ibis dans lequel j’ai séjourné. Propreté à revoir (matelas taché de sang, poussières partout,…) équipement vétuste (convecteur branché sur secteur, tv ridiculement petite, 1 prise de courant dans la chambre).. petit déjeuner avec peu de choix au cours duquel il faut demander à l’accueil car il n’y a plus de fromage blanc ou de croissants. Bref pas terrible !!

Je me suis rendue à l’hotel’Ibis pour passer un examen au parc des expositions qui se trouve à 5 min à pieds donc la localisation était idéale. La chambre était propre. Le personne à l’accueil sympathique. L’hôtel dispose d’un parking gratuit. Le petit déjeuner était complet. Quelques bémols : le matelas n’était pas très confortable et un fort bruit de soufflerie qui s’est lancé en début de soirée et qui a duré jusqu’au milieu de la nuit

Rien à dire sur l hôtel…..mais pour les prestations annexes rien ne change et les mauvaises annotations des précédents messages sont toujours présents: petit déjeuner casi inexistant!!! Pour le repas, il ne faut pas être presse! Et en ce qui concerne la propreté du restaurant, on se demande comment on peut laisser faire: table collante, miettes en tout genre sur les chaises et j en passe….ces remarques ne sont pas écrites pour avoir un message de compassion de la part de la direction, mais bien dans un but de changement radical car si l on regarde les avis précédents, ces problèmes ne sont pas d aujourd’hui !!!

Week-end désastreux

J'arrive le vendredi la dame du personnel désagréable, le lendemain on rentre un petit peu plus tard les chemins sont fermé et etant a pied on a du prendre des chemins dangereux pour y arriver on arrive du coup hyper tard cependant ce n'est pas tout malgre que on soit arrivés hyper tard on pensait bien dormir mais nan trop compliqué car une alarme incendie a retentit 2fois pendant la nuit impossible de dormir et malgré tout ça aucun geste commerciale.. et la j'ai parle que des circonstance pas de la chambre... ca je vous laisse juger mals personnellement la mienne etait sale on avait une serviette pour 3 le deuxième jour on en avait 2 mais pour 3 personne compliqué quoi le sol etait poussiéreux et il y avait plein de tache de soda sur les endroit en bois

Petit déjeuner catastrophique.
Nous avons dû attendre 15 min avant d’avoir des tasses, assiettes, verres à disposition. Idem pour les viennoiseries.
Les assiettes étaient mouillées qd elles sont arrivées.

Surprisingly silent

Stayed one night, and there were surprisingly quiet compared to location near airport and highway.
Free parking, and about 10min walk to train station from where there was 30min direct to city center.
The room was a little small for 3 persons - but okay when sleeping only, and the ac worked well.

Si vous êtes 3 adultes n’y allez surtout pas. Le lit pour le 3ème est une catastrophe. La restauration à la Boucherie est antipathique et catastrophique. Je ne recommande pas.

A notre arrivée vers 22h30 la réservation n'était pas visible, montée de stress donc, j'étais avec mes 3 enfants et pas de solution de rechange. Heureusement j'ai bien gardé les mails de réservation sur hôtel. Com.
2ème souci, j'ai été prélevé sur mon compte sans mon autorisation. Je prévoyais un paiement par chèque vacances, et surtout je croyais que le paiement se fait à la fin du séjour.
Donc très mécontent, mais tout cela a été rattrapé par Oceane, très accueillante et qui a trouvé des solutions et des mots pour nous rendre la fin du séjour plus agréable.

Für Cityurlaub ausreichend

Das Bett war für mich unbequem, sodass ich schlecht geschlafen habe. Das Zimmer war etwas klein aber für einen Cityurlaub, wo man das Hotel nur zum Schlafen benötigt, ausreichend.
Obwohl wir das make-up Schild für Zimmerreinigung gehangen haben war das Zimmer nicht aufgeräumt. Badetücher haben wir dann telefonisch bestellt und welche bekommen. Kaffee war abend um ca 20 Uhr nicht verfügbar.

Malheureusement nous sommes arrivés à l’hôtel à 22h , l’hôtel était fermé …. Depuis le 17 décembre.
Nous avons trouvé un autre hôtel par nous mêmes pour nous mettre au chaud .
Nous avons appelé hôtel.com pour une demande de remboursement jusqu’à maintenant sans réponse car l’hôtel n’a pas confirmé qu’il était effectivement fermé . J’espère que tout se régularise au plus vite

Mais que fait le service de restauration ?

L'hôtel en lui-même est très bien, chambres et services parfaits. Par contre, le restaurant de l'hôtel est assuré par la chaîne de restaurants \"La Boucherie.\" Le soir le service a été déplorable : ils ont ouvert des tables en plus et ils n'avaient pas de denrées pour servir tout le monde, alors la technique du personnel a été de ne pas venir prendre nos commandes ! L'attente pour commander le plat a été très longue, quant à venir nous voir pour nous proposer un dessert ou un café, ils ne sont jamais venus ! On a attendu très longtemps pour rien, sachant qu'on voulait se coucher tôt pour passer un concours le lendemain, c'est inadmissible ! On en a parlé avec une autre cliente qui a vécu la même chose. Le service du petit déjeuner par contre le lendemain, s'est très bien passé, équipe très pro. Bref, hôtel au top, restau à fuir ! ! !
