Got a room for my boyfriend and i expecting a whirpool tub to fit, you know 2 adults who booked the room.
It was a regular sized whirpool tub. Sucked it up for the night, switched rooms the next day to get a room with a bigger whirpool tub for it to be freezing cold. (Paid an extra 100$ to switch rooms) so they moved us again. The whirlpool tub was fine but the jets blew out cold water and on top of that there was a dirty condom next to my bed. So i spent 430$ for two nights to have to try 3 different rooms. They need to fire there cleaner and definitely upgrade there rooms/whirpools.
Because in the end it wasnt just my room that had ice cold water. Apparently it was that whole building AND they had that issue the day before and didnt even fix it before they rented it out.
The only thing they did for me was give me a free night coupon. I wont be back. Pretty disappointed

Booked a 2 queen delux room. Beds were full size. Bathroom door was broken and craked where you could see in. No door on toilet room along with craked toilet seat. Limo broke down. Needed to pay for uber. Horrible experience.

This was not a motel / hotel this is a shelter ! The parking lot not cleared of snow .(when we returned to our room late at night there was no parking to be. Had we had to park in the main parking lot and walk through the Snow to the room.. in the morning there was no hot water for a shower. The baseboard was falling off in the back of the bathroom door was filthy dirty I would never stay in this establishment again nor do I think you should be referring people to stay in this establishment..

What an Amazing room! The jacuzzi tub was just what we needed to unwind and have some mom n dad time!!! The bed was super comfy, the atmosphere was perfect!!! The property is very old and maintenance is very poor. They are just running it with everything old things in the property. The noise is coming from everything, shower tub, air conditioner, next door room, outside. Spring mattress is another noisy and uncomfortable. I will never recommend such property to anyone.

Our rooms's mini fridge was missing parts (the bar that normally holds milk or other items in place on the door), the bathroom vanity was broken in several spots, wall paper was pealing in several locations, some windows were unable to be opened (missing handles and latches) and there was mold spots on the screen and shower room wall/ceiling as well.

Clean room. Beautiful tub. Quiet. The only down-side was it was raining and we couldn’t find our room in the dark. The directions given to find it were not super clear. Perhaps a map with a line drawn on it would have helped. Many hotels do this. We were soaked by the time we found it. The numbers don’t really make sense. We were up and out before sun up so we didn’t really get to see much but it looked really cute. Reasonably priced. And the bed was comfortable !! That never happens for me. I would stay here again.

Beware! We stayed here a few times in the past and it was decent but this time it had been about 5 years since we had stayed there. The first room was obviously not cleaned well and the fridge was stuck shut. We pried it open and the frost was so thick it had formed ice keeping the door from closing again and there were no controls on the tub so I went to the office and got another room. That one was slightly better, still no controls on the tub, they rigged it with a light switch to turn on. Hubby spilled something on the floor and when I wiped it up the cloth was completely brown, the floor was very dirty and the grout lines were full of dirt.
