No air conditioning in my room when I reported it they offered me a FAN so this may happen frecuentes I asked to be changed to another room and they did not reply My son had booked on his own and he had air conditioning. I guess Expedia guests are 2nd class customers. Stay away this place there are better options around the airport

The Shuttle only picks you up in one area. Be prepared for walk. Once we arrived at the airport, it took an hour to get to our hotel. The shuttle dropped us off at Term 2a. We needed to go to Term 2e. Be prepared for a 15 minutes walk to get to the terminal you need to be in.

We waited over an hour to check into our room. The staff gave us a room with a used water bottle in the room and the lights were on in the room.

We asked for a timeslot for a shuttle to the airport and they said it was full and the hour before and after were full too. Useless and resulted in us paying an additional $25 to get to the airport with an Uber.

We were told at check in our breakfast was free, when we went for breakfast, we were told it’s an additional $25€ per personal for a continental breakfast! What a joke! I also gave them my IHG Gold member number, they didn’t input it and never helped me once when we had any of these issues. Won’t be back and won’t ever recommend this hotel to anyone in the future.

At checkout, they couldn’t even find our room reservation and argued with us to say we were in a different room. Complete nonsense!

Additionally, there was an entire flight of people sprawled across the lobby with bags in the entrance, and the camped out overnight in the lobby as the hotel was full and only a few of them could get a room. It felt unsafe and disorganized. They were moving bags and dragging them along the floor in our hallway throughout the night.

The hotel staff gave free water bottles to those arriving, but when I asked, they refused. I felt very snubbed and did nothing to deserve it.

Use the Hilton down the road. It’s worth the extra $100 per night.

We had to cancel 2 nights stay at our Paris hotel due to protest. We booked this Holiday Inn CDG so we wouldn't miss our flight.

Never stay at this area before so I went through many hotels reviews and this hotel has the most positive reviews plus good price point with FREE shuttle to airport!

We booked this hotel for 3 of us the beds are very comfortable, the sofa bed was out and ready for us that was a pleasant surprise. The shower was great hot and cold water pressure, quietness of the room, oh and I love the Dove bodywash makes me feel like at home.

All the staffs are wonderful they helped us reserve free shuttle to airport after we checked in. It's important you reserve this ahead of time since their shuttle can only fit 6 people.

We didn't know there're 2 Holiday INN at CDG airport! our Uber dropped us off at the other one which is closer to airport but NO free shuttle and this one has FREE shuttle to airport which is only 5-7 minutes ride. Our shuttle driver was great my husband gave him big tip. Definitely will stay here again next time go through CDG airport.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Paris and overall found it to be surprisingly clean and comfortable, with a touch of luxury for the price. The location is very convenient, being so close to the airport, and the shuttle bus service to and from the airport was a big plus.

However, my experience with the breakfast service was unfortunately very unpleasant. When I went to get a to-go coffee, the staff member was quite rude. Later, when I approached to get a plate, the same staff member aggressively demanded that I notify the front desk, even though my name was already on the breakfast list. Her behavior made me feel uncomfortable enough that I decided not to have breakfast at all. To my surprise, I was still charged for three breakfasts. When I politely explained this at checkout, the receptionist had to confirm with the same staff member before addressing it.

While I tried to keep everything respectful, it wasn’t a very pleasant way to start the day. Aside from this incident, the hotel itself is very nice, clean, and convenient for travelers. I hope management can address the hospitality issues with breakfast service, as the rest of the stay was excellent.

Hotel was nice, and close to the airport. The shuttle starts running at 7am so didnt work for our early flight. The staff was extremely rude and unhelpful when checking in and asking for info on things like taxis since we couldn't use the shuttle. Just due to the staff alone I wouldn't stay here again.

We've used holiday inn many times in the USA as budget minded travelers, and were wowed by the place. In particular, the breakfast menu was excellent and diverse and remarkably affordable. Fresh squeezed orange juice on demand, real bakery bread and pastries, etc. staff were friendly. After a long day driving through Paris we were thrilled to sit outside with a glass of wine and ponder what we'd seen.

Love this location for proximity to CDG airport, as from the inside of the building, you don't hear any jets flying overhead. It's spacious, clean, and the staff is kind and helpful. Having an airport shuttle is nice, just ask beforehand where the drop-off is so you can plan your timing/walk to the proper terminal.
The restaurant had delicious food, and service was great. The room was spacious for many suitcases, and the pullout couch is great for kids. We would definitely stay again.

The night desk clerk failed to add us to the airport shuttle the night before our departure so we wound up have to leave for the airport earlier than needed. The morning desk clerk was excellent. I chose this hotel as it was near the hotel and they offered shuttle to the airport, however they fail to mention you need that they only go to certain terminals. Which was the purpose for booking here. I think it needs to be listed other than coordinating the shuttle with the hotel.

Our room faced east and was quite warm. I tried to turn the air conditioning on̈ without success. I complained at the front desk and was told the whole building air was turned off as the nights were cooling down. The hotel is right at the end of a runway. If the window was open, the noise from jets taking off was very loud.

Disappointed by High Expectations

I chose this hotel based on its glowing reviews, but unfortunately, it fell short of expectations. While there were a few positives, the negatives outweighed them, leaving me disappointed.

The Positives

The highlight of our stay was the check-in process, which was impressively fast and efficient. This allowed us to quickly get into Paris, visit Notre Dame, and enjoy dinner—a definite perk for travelers on a tight schedule. Additionally, the room offered plenty of outlets for our electronics, reliable hot water (something seasoned travelers know not to take for granted), and a reasonable cost.

Where It Missed the Mark

The issues, however, were numerous. The bed was overly worn and uncomfortable, the pillows were as hard as rocks, and the bathroom was poorly designed. The shower was particularly frustrating—it was nearly impossible to use without flooding the entire bathroom floor. The overall decor was minimalistic to the point of being cold and uninviting, reminiscent of a “Spartan” aesthetic.

Very nice hotel, close to CDG.
They offer a shuttle to the airport...nice...BUT the driver only lets you off at terminal 2...if you need to depart from terminal 1, be prepared for an unexpected journey to get there.
It's a long walk through terminal 2 to find your way to the shuttle train to take you to terminal 1.
I booked this hotel because they advertised airport shuttle service, fully expecting to be taken to at least close to my departure terminal...not even close.
If your flight leaves from terminal 1, just be aware that you will need to find your way there from T 2.

Terrible shuttle service for hotel/airport

The shuttle service from CDG airport was a nightmare. On hold for a half hour to make a reservation, only to have someone at front desk finally answer and say \"call back in 10 minutes\" and then hung up on me. Called for another 40+ minutes and finally spoke to someone who said the shuttle was on its way and would be there in 10 mins. Another 1/2hr of waiting and calling again. Then the shuttle shows up and the driver had no idea there were a total of 5 people to pick up. He got 2 in & tried to drive off but we stopped him. Beyond horrible service. Otherwise room was serviceable but grossly overpriced.

Clean and modern room and bathroom as well as a very nice bed with cotton sheets.The mattress is good but the pillows are not comfortable. The restaurant is very convenient and offers a nice variety of meals. Take the caesar salad- it is amazing. Another highlight of this hotel is undoubtedly the buffet breakfast which is incredibly varied - proteins and carbs galore ! Good value for your money!

The hotel is just a few minutes from CDG & their hotel shuttle brought me to my departure terminal with no hassles. I took a taxi from CDG to the hotel. It cost under 20 Euros. I thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant food, & even though the restaurant was closed the evening I stayed there, the restaurant menu was offered in the bar area. A perfect meal before a peaceful night’s sleep. The staff was very helpful & friendly, the room was clean & comfortable. The outdoor leisure area was quiet & relaxing.

The only thing negative was that it took a good hour for the hotel van to pick us up while many other hotel vans went by us 3 or 4 times. An airline pilot was waiting with us too and made several calls. Maybe they can get a second or larger van?
The staff were fantastic and very friendly and helpful. The bed extremely comfortable and room was very clean I would stay here again.

We stayed here after our flight before going to central Paris for a week's stay. This is a good location to tie into a flight out or into Paris.

The high metal fence around the property gives the impression that you stay in the hotel and not walk around which was fine because we were only sleeping there one night.

Hotel would have been better if they provided shuttle service to the terminals and back.

It was very difficult for them to let me know where exactly I had to be to be picked up at the airport by their shuttle.When I left, on Saturday morning, I was told they had no shuttle before 8 am, so I had to pay for a taxi. They told me they would call the taxi for ne. They forgot to do so, Luckily I did not miss my plane. The taxi they called for me asked 30 euro flat rate for a 7 minutes ride.

Very nice and clean hotel close to CDG. Very pleased with our room. Really good staff. We didn’t want to go back out to eat so we chose their restaurant. Wasn’t expecting the quality or how good it was at a chain hotel but very surprised. And breakfast you definitely won’t be disappointed here either, got all you need or I saw someone getting an omelette and another getting eggs over easy. Very good. It’s an easy choice, just book here if you need to stay close to airport.

Not a lot of smiles, but plenty of help from staff. Room is spacious, clean, has coffee pot (no cream), and all products necessary if you don’t have your own. The Paris airport is really spread out, and there are 2 Holiday Inns in totally different directions, so careful when asking for directions in the airport.

Overall horrible service. We typically have average to great hotel stays and this was by far the least welcoming experience. We were immediately greeted as if we didn’t belong by both evening staff which included a more senior staff member. Our third bed did not have bedding, the hotel phone didn’t work to contact reception. When we finally contacted someone from a hotel for bedding the response was “we will try”. AC didn’t work. Room was fine otherwise. The next morning we were greeted yet again with rudeness by different staff.

Our bed did not have sheets. At 9pm no one would pick up the phone for housekeeping and the front desk would either not pick up or immediately put me on hold and never come back. I walked down to reception and they told me housekeeping does not work at night and they would have someone deliver sheets. They were more concerned about checking in new clients than helping me. After an hour of waiting I tried calling again and no one picked up. I went to reception again and another person helped me. He did eventually bring the sheets which I had to put on the bed myself.

Beware of two things: the airport shuttle operates every 30 minutes and only holds six people, so you need to book ahead. And the drinks are shockingly expensive; gin tonic €17, draft IPA €11.

The only reason we stayed was the shuttle to the airport. After we checked in (and couldnt cancel) they told us the shuttle did not go to our terminal and did not run in time to make our flight. They were supposed to arrange a cab -- only a private car came and charged $25 Euro which was half the price for a cab from Paris! Restaurant food was limited, expernsive and not very good. The Holiday Inn brand should stand for more. This was VERY disappointing-- they took advantage of us.

The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable, the shower was great and the airport shuttle was exactly what we needed.
