Only takes few minutes walk to nearby shops like Mcdonalds, KFC, Westfield and Domus.

Staff are approachable. My only negative comment is that, the toilet stinks. I think from the toilet bowl itself and you can hear the noise from next door flushing their toilet.

Not what I was expecting. Much older hotel with minimal amenities. I'm usually mindful of the pics exaggerating the actual hotel, but this was next level. If you're on a tight budget then this hotel is worth it. Otherwise, might be better to book elsewhere.

I’m a solo traveler and booked the standard two-bed room with its own private bathroom. The room was very comfortable, quiet, and I enjoyed a truly peaceful stay. Before arriving, I was a little concerned because of some of the reviews I had read, but my experience was completely positive. Everything was clean and well-kept, and I felt safe and at ease throughout my stay. I honestly have no negative comments and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and worry-free stay.

Room was clean and quiet and the bathroom was fine. I paid a good price for the room and it was value for money. It's not far from a metro station - Coteaux at the end of line 1. The only quibble I would have is that the only way of getting a hot drink is to have change for the machine in the reception area.

It could be better...

Mixed feelings. Location rather poor, quite few beggars and tramps around. Noisy inside but it's hard to blame hotel itself, it's the people with no manners that act like animals, slamming doors, talking aloud, etc. Bed covers rather dirty and shower cabins to small, I could barely fit. Rooms could be nicer, that nasty orange and red didn't work. On plus side stuff were really friendly and helpful, lovely ladies at reception and breakfast room. Good selection when it comes to breakfast, can't really complain. If you on the budget go for it, you get what you pay for.

Very dirty and run down property. Location is good for accessing buses etc as well as having a lot of restaurants and groceries as well. But the property itself is old and poorly maintained. Requested for a non smoking room but were given a room reeking with smoke odour. No option for changing towels as the hotel changes them only after a 3 night stay. Hotel staff are indifferent and couldn’t care less about guests. A lot of shady people walking in and out. Room windows have slots letting in outside air which made us freeze during our stay as there wasn’t even a duvet provided. No toileteries including hand soap. Had to use the body wash from shower for washing hands. Expect very little from this place. You get just a bed and a toilet. Nothing more. Avoid by all means

Frustrating experience

We got there one night early around midnight and they were able to accommodate us with the rooms however they would not accept card payment and wanted cash only. I requested to add it to the final bill but refused. We had to go and find an ATM and pay cash. The bathroom was not clean but, then, it was seen to from the next day. The cash payments were demanded for the next 2 nights, cos their internet was down. The night staff were helpful but the day lady staff was unfriendly and very argumentative and not prepared to reason. I stayed calm and on the last day, she calmed down and offered us 2 for 1 breakfast. I smiled and accepted. The parking was an issue too, I can only say it served our purpose but nothing to write home about.

Pleasant hotel easily accessed from the city.

We loved this cute little hotel. It is 2* so you know it is going to be basic, but it was perfect for us. It is directly opposite a bus stop and easy to get in and out of the city on the RER train and local bus. The microwave in Reception was great and with Aldi and McDonald's also opposite we were well served for food. The price is reasonable and the room comfortable. There was no sign of a heater in the room though so in the Winter it might get a bit chilly.

Stayed there before. Very convenient for our route through Paris. Unfortunately the TV in the room did not work(not receiving a signal) so spoilt the evening as could not watch the RWC23 matches. Otherwise all ok.

The rooms looked nothing like the photos. There was no in room kettle for hot water or tea. The showers were in a terrible state with mould growth. There was a very disgusting smell. We requested a dounle bed room and we got a room with a double bed and a single bed. There was a small window, felt very restricted as if its a jail.

Walked into the room and stunk something awful. Opened the window for a bit and all was fine. Beds very low to the ground and the beds are not handicap accessible. Had to help husband get out of bed. Mattress were too big for the single bed frames and i kept falling of of bed. Husband took shower and the whole room flooded. Was not at all happy with the room. The night person, very nice young lady was very helpful.

we just needed a place to crash between an afternoon flight and a morning flight and this was fine - small but aesthetically nice room, comfortable beds.

you probably would not want to stay for a week if you want to see paris as it is in a suburb or, more accurately, on the outskirts of a town next to paris. the town itself has a pleasant main street of shops restaurants etc that is 5 to 10 minutes walk from the hotel. We had great indian takeout from New Shalimar restaurant.

So, the postion of the hotel wasn’t good for tourists. When I booked, the location of the hotel was inside Paris and when you write that location on google maps was little far of Paris.
Anyway, I think that its not bad for the cost it has.

There’s not much that is good about the property other than the service was average and there is a McDonalds and KFC nearby for food as well as a small café.
The hotel itself was clean enough however it is very far from transport to central Paris or anywhere else for that matter. The bus services are irregular and inconvenient. The metro is also quite far away from the hotel. The hotel itself is located within a sort of village area with a few other hotels. The room given to us (family of 3) was very cramped with barely enough room to move around and a very small toilet with an even smaller shower where you barely move to have a shower.

It's not a 5 star hotel but everything was clean, ac was real cold and we just needed a place to sleep. Rooms are a bit small but we didn't mind. Staff was friendly and helpful. It's about 30 mins form Paris. Metro station was around a 10 minute walk from hotel. There's a really good restaurant called Grill Courtepaille within a 2 minute walk. McDonald's and KFC were about a 2 minute walk.

It was a horror stay. We have been confronted with stinking filty rooms. We found feaces and more human remains in the bathrooms and restroom. The breakfast was not fresh. Very rude personel. And that the communication in case of appointments made with the staff was reversed the next day. Horror stay. There was brown sticking flued dripping from the sealing on the second floor. This hotel gives première class a very very bad name. We are NEVER going back there. The rooms looks nothing like the pictures of the rooms on the Internet. Bad bad bad!!

Other than the guy at the front desk during the day this hotel has no redeeming qualities. The train is a 20min. Walk across a construction site and a questionable neighborhood. The first night our A/C unit leaked water all over and there was a strong smell of mold. They moved us to another room and that night they booked another guest into the room we were moved too. Nobody likes their room being barged in on! The second room also had the mold smell. Both rooms had cigerette burns all over the floor and bed. The comforter smelt bad. The walls were paper thin and you can hear everybody’s conversations. We got to enjoy a screaming cupple (lady of the night) at 1AM. Nothing more comforting than hearing a fight that sounds like they’re going to break down the wall. Their breakfast is a joke 3 breads, 6 flavors of jelly, and burnt coffee. The entire hotel smelt like a bar, sorry a bar smells nicer than this place. The cleaning staff is insistent on cleaning the room even when you tell them no thank you, this may sound like a plus but when you’re trying to get ready and they keep knocking on the door asking the same question it’s very frustrating. The restrooms were the smallest I’ve ever stepped foot in, the shower had enough room for a child to turn around in but a grown adult not likely. You may think you’re getting a good deal on a hotel that seems close to a metro station that will get you into Paris, Disney, or the airport, WRONG! Avoid this place.

Do not stay here if you value your money

Terrible hotel. You pay the same amount as you would for a room closer to Paris, for half the space. We got two rooms, and both had a sewage smell coming from the bathroom. Add into that the general state of disrepair, hard beds, pillows that felt like they were from a couch, and extremely thin walls with loud guests. Ultimately we left after the first night of our three night stay.

Only one would move, while everyone else would sit on the bed for space. Most of the staff was rude. On check in they tried to make me pay again. The lady just kept yelling you pay now you pay now. After 28 hours of traveling I almost started crying. We got it straight that I already paid and she gave us our key. This was our first trip to Europe so I dont have anything to compare the room cleanliness too - but for me it was gross. Moldy ceiling, burn marks on the floors, and hairs stuck in the towels. And the towels were an issue the whole time. We had a triple room with 3 guest. But we had the plead to get 3 towels! Most days I had to share a wet towel after a shower. The location wasnt bad - near buses and an RER line. Overall I wish I could have booked another hotel.

I would give this hotel a 2.5 stars. The area around the hotel is decent, the train station is only a 15 minute walk and I walked the areas at night and there weren't any sketchy characters. The hotel receptionist spoke English and was very quick with the check in process so that was great. The hotel room smelled like smoke which was a drawback but we kept the window open to let in the fresh air and cologne to spray the place. There was housekeeping every day so that was nice! There was a vending machine for snacks and drinks so that was useful.

The hotel was in bad condition the next day my wife left her mobile phone in the hotel and was taken, after complaining at reception the phone was put back, I advise not to leave anything valuable if you have to leave the hotel. Moreover, the duvet had a hole on it and as soon as I entered our floor I could smell cigarette. Finally, the staffs were not friendly at all; they didn't provide the information we needed.

Basic, no frills.

Having previously stayed at a Premiere Classe hotel in another part of Paris I was prepared for a basic stay. It is definitely within the 'budget' range, but if all you need is a bed for the night it is ok. Breakfast is cheaper if you pay at the hotel. No coffe/tea making facilities in the room so take drinks or change for the machine in the foyer. Nearest station (with frequent, cheap, reliable and late-running service to central Paris 3 stops away) is 20 minutes walk through slightly dodgy area and shopping centre car park, but well-lit. Couple of chain-type restaurants close by, local area a few more. Huge shopping centre 15 mins walk away.

Room stank of smoke and bad plumbing despite booking a non-smoking room. There were no other rooms available so couldn't change. The sewage smell was quite overpowering at times, had to use the bathroom with both the en-suite door and room window open, not very romantic!

So, basic, zero frills (and in our case funny smells) but can't really moan for €117 for 3 nights over easter!

Good For A Bed

I would firstly like to thank the hotel staff for having us to stay and their great service.
It was a disappointment that the hotel was under redecoration/building work and some of the rooms smelt of smoke after being cleaned.
Overall the hotel was ideal for sleeping in provided you were awake before the builders started!
Breakfast could have been vastly improved by a selection of hot items instead of toast or yoghurt.
Reception also provided us with an excellent additional towel service; this could however have been avoided if they'd put three in the triple rooms rather than two.
Check-In times could be made clearer on their website, as we were aiming for an 11am Check-In before being informed our rooms would not be ready until 1pm; as well as this our rooms would have been better to have been kept together/next door to oneanother to avoid disturbance to others staying in the hotel.
Overall excellent service by the reception staff was provided for a large group.

The hotel staff aren't nice, very arrogant.
The room wasn't big, was ok, but the bed wasn't clean (hair everywhere) and well as the bathroom (hair in the shower). The window didn't close, a fact that can reverse in lack of security.
The 3th floor (where we stayed) was in construction so there where boxes in the floor and cables in the walls.
We just stayed for 1 night and will never stay for more.

We were backpacking Europe and mostly staying in Hostels, so we are used to staying in places that are a little more rundown. This was the first time that we actually left a place. The entire place had a deeply seated smell of cigarette smoke--there was no getting away from it. The lobby seemed like an auto care center lobby and smelled like it too. Reception wash horribly rude and probably not very well educated, as was evident by her vocabulary and ability to talk to humans. The room was dirty and I found a large hair in my bed. I know that hairs can be found anytime....but this was a hair of particular concern since it did not seem to come from anyones head. The sheets had stains on them and we unfortunately could not get enough air from the very small window to get away from the smell. We ended up leaving a few hours later and our clothes smelled like smoke for days afterwards. Once again, we are not very picky since we usually stay at pretty cheap places, but this wasn't even worth the very small amount that we paid for it....

OK Hotel, but unfortunate experience

We were willing to look past the cigarette burn marks on the bed sheets & blankets, and the very basic bread, butter, nutella, coffee, orange juice breakfast costing 4.90 euros. But 3 of 4 nights we stayed, we found bugs in our beds which ruined all of the OK things about this place. 1st morning we had the 4.90 euro breakfast, and were on our way. When we returned later that night, there was no one at the front desk, so we weren't able to get new towels or toilet paper. 2nd morning, we spoke to the middle aged French man at the desk. We brought one of the dead bugs in a tissue (he spoke very little English), I asked him to have the housekeepers change the bedding and clean the room. When we returned later that night, our room was left untouched. I went to the desk, where a younger French man was at the desk who spoke no English, it took him about 1.5 hours to get us new sheets, new pillows, and new blankets, all while helping other customers - I had to keep going down to the front desk to remind him that we were waiting on him to go to sleep (this was around 9-10pm). 3rd morning, spoke to the manager, a blonde woman who spoke fluent English. We showed her another dead bug in a tissue and bug bites on our bodies, she said she'd put us in a new room and that maybe we should go see a doctor for the bites. She also offered us free breakfast the next morning, that we couldn't use. 1st room was 112, across from the loud elevator/lift, manager moved us to room 312 - had no bugs.

É a segunda vez que fico neste mesmo hotel, se seu foco for economizar vale a pena sendo bem honesto, é um hotel simples, não tão perto do centro mas próximo a alguns restaurantes e da estação de metro. Dessa vez algo que me incomodou um pouco foi o cheiro de cigarro muito forte nos corredores e nos quartos, Tv estava com teia de aranha e a limpeza deixou um pouco a desejar, recepção só fala Francês.

Accueil désagréable. Chambre vétuste avec une douche minuscule et mal fichue. La porte de la chambre n'épargne aucun bruit. On entends tout des chambres voisines comme douche et chasse d'eau.
