I selected the hotel for its transport location, which is excellent. Metro 13, TRAM & buses network is good and easy reach. The hotel is on a very noisy and busy road. For one night the Air Condition was not working and have to keep open the windows due to the hot weather, but had a sleepless night due to excessive noisy traffic.
We are used to having a basic tea facilities available in your room in UK hotels. There was no kettle provided in the hotel. Cleanliness was also a bit issue like the bin in the toilet was missing and had to request to provide one through the receptionist.

Checked in late and the guy on reception was very helpful. Even ordered a takeaway for us. The hotel let me leave my car in the car park all day as was watching the final stage of the tour so didn’t have to pay for parking. A little outside of Paris but with a bike that wasn’t a problem

Handy for a long Metro ride into the city. Not a great vibe in the hotel reception area, especially later at night. The waitress who served us on our first night inthe restaurant was very lovely. And the lady who checked us in was nice. But the man who checked us out was surly. The rooms were tired, and we won’t be coming back or recommending this place. Better get in gear for 2024...

Although the hotel is not perfect, the price we paid was excellent for a hotel in Paris. It is a 5 minute walk from the metro and so it is well connected, though the roads nearby are extremely busy and chaotic (especially if you drive there). We didn’t try the food but we couldn’t have asked for a better option for a cheap weekend away.

The room was smaller than we expected; however, it was clean and provided everything we needed for a short trip to Paris. The closest train station was less than a 10 minute walk. There weren't too many places to grab food nearby. It was outside of Paris city center and therefore provided a quiet & relaxing place to stay. Bathroom was small and shower didn't have a door, often times the splash would create a pool outside and needed to be cleaned up with one of our towels. Probably would stay closer to the city center next time and save the 20+ min train ride for the extra money.

We had a realy pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. We were given maps and clear directions to get to the Centre of Paris and this information was invaluable. I woudo definitely stay here again and would recommend this to anyone wishing to visit Paris who is isn't too bothered about being 25 mins away (by Metro) from all the tourist attractions.

Et le matin accueil superbe aussi grâce à ce jeune homme! J’ai également oublié son prénom aussi :/ la personne en salle également! Une équipe accueillante, souriante, aux petits soins pour nous ce fut réellement un plaisir d’avoir trouvé cette hôtel tenu par une si belle équipe. J’espère que la jeune femme et le jeune homme se reconnaîtront car vous avez été bienveillants, souriants et sublimes tous les deux avec nous, (la chambre 472!:)) )

Bon séjour, d'autant plus qu'une petite attention a été apportée pour le concert prévu ce week-end (accueil décore : photos des artistes, les peluches, etc). Le personnel est vraiment adorable, merci à eux ! La chambre est certes petite, mais elle possède tout le nécessaire pour passer un agréable séjour.

Ma chambre était coté rue. Une grille dessu la fenetre laisse passer le bruit de l extérieur, autrement dit c est comme si vous dormiez la fenetre ouverte ! Difficile même d entrendre la tv.

Super séjour, nous sommes restés 3 nuits pour un séjour à Paris! L’hôtel et la chambre sont très propres, une femme de ménage passe tous les jours pour nettoyer/faire le lit et changer les serviettes de bains. Le service est super, nous avions pu prendre une carafe d’eau donnée par le service dans la chambre
Le petit déjeuné a une grande variété de choix et la literie est très confortable !! Malgré le quartier un peu craignant, nous n’avons pas eu de de problème et le métro est à 10 minutes à pied !

INACCEPTABLE et INADMISSIBLE
Je trouve juste inadmissible de me retrouver en pleine nuit ( entre 4h45 et 5h45 ) avec un homme au pied de mon lit, donc dans ma chambre alors que je sejournais seule dans la nuit du samedi 13/08/2022 au 14/08/2022. Comment peut on louer une chambre qui est déjà occupée depuis le vendredi ?? Tres grosse faute professionnelle à mon sens. Heureusement que l homme etait une personne respectueuse mais ça aurait pu être pire. C est comme ça qu arrive des agressions, viols, meurtre... Deplus lorsque je le dit à la dame ( de type maghrébine ) à la réception le lendemain matin elle eclate de rire. Euhhh Non Non ce n est absolument pas acceptable. Pour moi il y a 2 fautes professionnelles pour un 3* c est plus qu inacceptable, inadmissible. J attends votre retours.

Déconvenue à mon arrivée car malgré une réservation 3 semaines à l'avance, je me suis retrouvée avec 2 lits au lieu d'un grand lit réservé. Et surtout sans en être averti ! Du coup 1ère nuit très inconfortable 😕
Heureusement, le lendemain Christophe a trouvé une solution et j'ai pu avoir la chambre réservée et passer une bonne nuit. Encore merci à lui !

Esperienza negativa a causa anche dello sciopero della metropolitana che imperversa tutto ggi su Parigi. era stato scelto perchè vicino alla metropolitana. Ma visto lo sciopero dall'albergo non abbiamo ricevuto mai alcun suggerimento e/o informazione su bus alternativi o taxi. Dopo tre giorni ce ne siamo andate. Inoltre ci è stato preso in acconto 400 euro dalla carta di credito ancor prima del soggiorno e fatto una ricevuta di 185 euro ...e il restante?
