We stayed at Kopster Hôtel Colombes as a family of four, and I would highly recommend booking one of the apartment-style rooms with the small kitchen if that option is available.

That layout gave us much more privacy, with a separate main bedroom and a living area, which made a big difference when traveling with kids. The small kitchen was also very convenient for quick meals and snacks.

One thing we really appreciated was the vending machine in the reception area of our part of the hotel — perfect for late-night snacks after long sightseeing days.

The location was also great:
•Bakery and grocery store directly across the street
•About a 10-minute walk to the metro, which made getting into Paris easy

Overall, a comfortable, convenient stay that worked very well for our family. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Booked the family room , 2 adults 2 children (1 10years the other 9 months old) The room was very dusty, with dust all over. I reported this to reception and was asked if I wanted a cleaner sent in. We went out for the day expecting it to be sorted, but when we returned the room had not been cleaned. I informed them that I had to go to the pharmacy to buy anti-allergy medication because of this. There was no apology and not even a bottle of water offered for the inconvenience. The staff in the restaurant were somewhat pleasant, but aside from that the experience was very poor. I honestly would have felt more comfortable sleeping in my car. We got to the hotel at 23:00 wanted to have a late check out and were told will need to pay dispite the inconvenience faced . Left feeling like I wasted money booking this hotel

Poor handover from day staff to night staff.
Room change request was not followed up properly by night staff following discovery of one bed bug.
I was informed this was very rare but I hope it has been treated.
On a positive note, staff were very friendly and property seemed very new or refurbished with good parking facility (not free £19).

Yes very disappointed with hotel, restaurant closed Friday, Saturday and Sunday not mentioned on reservation! Had to pay £200 deposit again not mentioned on reservations! The bar was very small with no trained staff hotel manager making drinks from read list … not great. I would like some form of re compensating for this booking. The electric car parking chargers did not work, even the staff did not know and had to pay £19 per night to park as well!
On the Saturday night a fire alarm went off at 00:15 midnight, with no explanation as was not a real alarm. Noisy at night with main road cars non stop and kids / people running around in corridors of hotel.

Air conditioning was not fully operational, seemed like it was hot all the time, even at the lowest setting. Good location, near the train station and in a quiet area. Great views from one side of the hotel. Room could have been cleaner, there was mould in the bathroom.

We stayed 5 nights at this apart-hotel and had a wonderful experience. The apartment was very spacious and clean, with air conditioning, and offered an amazing view of the Eiffel Tower—we loved watching it sparkle every night! The kids especially enjoyed having 2 big TVs, one in each room.

The location is convenient, with a train station nearby. Just a tip: the travel card top-up machine at the station can get busy and there’s no staff on site, so it’s easier to top up your card at a metro station instead of the RER.

Highly recommend for families looking for comfort and a great view!

We loved this hotel, the decor alone is amazing, it’s like a boutique hotel, immaculately clean and lovely staff, great breakfast and a lovely view of the Eiffel Tower from the balcony which is such a nice area for breakfast lunch or dinner, comfortable beds and a spotless bathroom, no need to bring plugs from home with your phone as the rooms have USB fittings beside the bed, so just bring the lead to charge the phone, you can cast your phone to the TV and gain access to Netflix and YouTube if you have small children with you,

We got this hotel last minute because we were in search for a cheap hotel and we were shocked when we arrived! The hotel looks and feels luxury; we had to double check that this was the hotel we paid for! The room was very unique and comfortable, the towels were huge and the breakfast was AMAZING. Restaurant has a beautiful view of the Eiffel tower. I would go back to Paris just to stay at this hotel again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Kopster Hotel in Colombes for the first time, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The hotel is impeccably clean, and I truly appreciated the convenience of its location. Just a 10-minute walk to the train station makes it easy to explore the area.

I highly recommend this hotel to all travelers looking for a welcoming neighborhood just a short train ride from central Paris. The surrounding area is noticeably cleaner than downtown Paris, and the public transportation options, including buses and the RER, are excellent.

Breakfast is served until 10 AM, and there are also plenty of restaurants nearby to enjoy. The staff is friendly and speaks English very well, which added to my overall positive experience. I would certainly choose to stay here again on my next visit!

Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was disappointing and far from what we would expect from a 4-star property.

From the moment we arrived, the overall service was poor — most staff members came across as aggressive and unwelcoming, which made our stay feel uncomfortable and stressful rather than relaxing. At no point did we feel any warmth or hospitality, which is such a key part of a good hotel experience.

The only positive note was one staff member who spoke Portuguese — she was genuinely kind, helpful, and made an effort to support us. It's a shame this level of service wasn’t consistent throughout the team.

We would not recommend this hotel and certainly don’t believe it meets the standards of a 4-star rating.

Overall the hotel was really good. Must say the staffs and the room was good. Location is not the best even though a short 10 mins walk to La Stade station (Line J) that takes you to Gare st Lazare in 15 mins. My biggest negative feedback is the room cleaning. First day even though I requested at the reception and kept clean my room hanging, still they didnt do it. Second day they did it but it was hardly clean. Absolutely appalling. Really disappointed.

Overall it is good hotel: clean not to far from the centre by train. the nearest train staion is 10 minutes by walking. 15 minutes to Paris then you need to get metro or bus to be in Paris centre.

There is nothing to see around the hotel. Parking space available and we have been charged €19 which we haven't expected as we thought part of the deal.

The Hotel is fairly new and in a good condition. However, there is major problems with their bathroom. Our room had a tub without any cover or anything to connect the hand shower. So, with one hand you have to hold the hand shower while you’re washing yourself!!!!! And a huge mess on the floor to clean up! If you’re looking for a place to give you the feeling of being in Paris, this is not the place. It’s far from anything and anywhere.

I stayed here for 7 nights with my husband and we had the most fantastic experience. We had an apartment and it was the perfect size, very clean and comfortable. There was a king size bed alongside a sofa bed. The room was separate to the living area, a dining space for 4 people, mini kitchenette with plates, glasses and cutlery. Everything was well thought of and so easy for us to access.

The hotel itself was clean and there is a nice little gym on the 1st floor which we could access. It has a nice seating area outside. The hotel aesthetic was well maintained throughout, we just loved it!

The staff were so friendly and spoke good English. Anything we needed was brought to our room such as extra towels, body wash, bin bags etc. they even have a cab service and can call cabs for you from the reception.

The apartment had 2 televisions. One in the bedroom and one in the living area. Both were modern Samsung TV’s and easy to cast.

The roof terrace is also a lovely addition to the hotel. We went there to have some drinks which were good. Lovely lounging areas in the lobby as well as the upstairs restaurant.

I have nothing bad to say about the hotel. The location was also great as it was easy to access Paris. The train station Le Stade was only 7 minute walk with a direct train to Paris. There was a supermarket right next to the station and a wonderful bakery (Boulangerie) right across the road from the hotel. We got fresh bread and pastries from there throughout. 10/10!

We arrived on the 30th of May and the receptionist gentleman was just amazing! So helpful and kind, however when we left on the 1st morning the 2 guys there were just ignoring. I give an average rate, 5 for the gentleman on Thursday night and 1 for those on Saturday morning.
I asked 3 times for take away breakfast, but 3 times they got confused, didn't share the information with the relevant staff members, which was very annoying.
To sum up, the hotel is lovely, clean, the staff is depends who you find, the food is good, but it's quite far from the centre and only accessible by car or bus.

This property said on Expedia site they are attached to a train station that is false information it 15 min walk I booked there cause they said it was connected I had to stay at other hotels in order to visit paris and also had to get taxis which cost a fortune. Also the shower was a handheld shower by my knees directing all the water to get to the floor very dangerous to get in and out of the tub. Some staff were helpful others didn’t know where to help us. We had a package delivered and it was sitting in the luggage room for six days and they kept on saying we have not received the parcel. I called several time until someone finally said have them check the luggage room on our last day.

Very inconvenient and costly to get into paris. About 45 to 1 hour to get into Paris not 10 minutes by car or cab. Which on the Expedia site Hôtel description it informed otherwise.

The residence/apartment facilities are very good. with air conditioning, cooking facilities and cookware, dining area, and living room/sofa bed. very good for families or people who don't mind taking the train (not metro) from central Paris.
It is literally 8min walk (not less) / around 650m from Le Stade Train Station. This is not accessible by metro. You have to take the train (4 stops) from Gare Saint-Lazare in Paris. Or take the bus/taxi from Paris.

You cannot get this type of facility in central Paris. So if these amenities are top of the priority, and not staying in central Paris, this is a good choice specially if you drive.
Staff are very helpful and speak English if your French is not very good like me.
The bar and restaurant are good too.

Minor suggestions/improvements - wall clock/any clock would be nice. Shower curtain is good for toilets with bath only.
iron and board would be good too.
But these are all minor stuff. the hotel has done well on major stuff.

Wonderful stay - hotel was modern and clean with helpful English speaking staff. Our apartment had everything we could need and gave us a home away from home which was very appreciated with a baby.

The hotel website directions were very helpful especially for metro novices like ourselves.

We got to enjoy Bastille Day fireworks in comfort and away from the crowds.

I was staying in a \"studio\" in the \"residence\" part on the 8th floor, facing the highway. The building itself is modern, nicely styled and in very good condition. On the downside, the complex is surrounded by various construction sites, and also next to a very busy highway - despite the solid room windows (which I kept closed) I was woken up every morning by the traffic noise; according to reception staff that was the \"quietest\" room (!?!). While there is nothing to do or see in the area, apart from some tiny neighbourhood shops, there is a reasonable connection into Gare Saint Lazare in central Paris, by train line \"J\", which takes 13 minutes; keeping in mind the hotel is in zone 3. The trains run until approximately 1:00am at night, and afterwards there is a night bus line. The hotel is ok if you want to travel into Paris once a day, but it's too far to go out and come back multiple times. I booked it because it was good value for money, as I booked at short notice, with my favourite more central options not available.

Staying at the apartment style building - no room service of any kind.
This was not disclosed in the expedia add. Getting a couple of towels was a big deal. Phone in the room didn’t work. Reported it. Nothing happened. Shower/ bath water - low water pressure ...luke warm....
They cheaped out on the bathroom design so water blows all over the place when you take your luke warm shower. It’s fun to clean up with the few towels allotted for the four day slot.

Hotel is outside of Paris. 20 minutes by train.
Cab to Gare su Nord beats a 100 dollar bill almost to death.
When your with a woman and bags the train deal becomes too exhaustive so you’ve got to eat it and they know this.

The neighborhood is full of new construction. Seems to be a project housing installation for the France immigration situation. Didn’t seem like a good idea to go wandering around.

The staff in the restaurant were very nice and professional.
The receptionist vibe was cool but sort of...” well you’re in the low budget raw deal building... so uh well ... I mean ... how many towels do you need? You’re only here for four days and room service only services your rooms every four days.”
All very politely... of course.

Perhaps the regular hotel side is better. This gets a c at best. The staff and the food pulled them out of a real disappointment.

Exquisite hotel with Amazing Service

This hotel was fabulous inside and out, artfully blending rustic elements with modern decor in a chic and ecclectic design.
The front desk service was top notch with employees who spoke fluent French and English. Breakfast was delicious and overall outstanding, except for the scrambled eggs/egg white which seemed like a complete afterthought. The variety of the breakfast menu, the exquisite rooftop setting in which it was served with calming music in the background, the friendliness and courtesy of the staff-special mention to France who connected so well with our children- all made our 3 mornings at Kopster memorable. Our only regret was not being able to experience the rooftop bar late at night; the view from the rooftop would have certainly made it absolutely magical.
The room was spacious, and had a queen size sofa bed that seamlessly accomodated our two children, and a comfortable King size bed my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed. The level of comfort and the quality rivalled if not outright beat 5 star hotels. Best hotel stay ever! I will definitely return on my next trip to Paris.
