I stayed at this hotel with my partner and baby for 3 nights, we had a double room that I booked, i forgot to add my baby on the room. However at check-in i ask the receptionist if he can provide a travel cot in the room and they done so no problem. The hotel room was small but had what we needed, shower was lovely and bed was comfortable. We didn't try the restaurant/breakfast as we went into the city everyday we was there. Overall its a nice hotel for the cost.

...its very limited free parking

The parking is limited and very difficult to find a free spot. This should be communicated in the hotel's description. Moreover, some of the \"smart\" guests used traffic cones to \"reserve\" their spots. Under these circumstances it is inexcusable for the management to allow this, because it just makes an idiot out of the rest.
I chose this hotel because it was very close to my customer. Next time i will stay somewhere else and prefer to deal with the traffic.

Das Hotel ist sehr empfehlenswert. Das einzige Manko war, dass unser Fenster nicht ganz dicht war. Da es zur Straße lag, war der Straßenlärm gut zu hören. Man hat uns angeboten, das Zimmer am Folgetag zu tauschen, da das Hotel am Ankunftstag ausgebucht war. Sehr freundliches Personal. Ging auch auf Sonderwünsche ein, als wir baten, 2 Zimmer nebeneinender zu bekommen. Großer Parkplatz direkt beim Hotel, wenn man mit dem Auto anreist. Das Hotel ist gut zu erreichen über die Stadtautobahn. Der RER Bahnhof Le Stade ist fußläufig in ca. 10 Min. zu erreichen. Von da aus gute Anbindung an den Bahnhof St. Lazare, der an das U-Bahn Netz angebunden ist.

Nice place to stop over when visiting Paris

It is a great hotel to stay when visiting Paris. We only stayed here one night and everything was fine. The train station is not far and from here you can reach centre of Paris very easily (slightly confusing train system, but we got there in the end). Staff very helpful and keen to help with all the questions we had.

The bathroom ceiling and bottom of the door was full of mold. ( I have pictures ) . I asked to change the room and they pushed back and they did send anybody to fix the problem either. I stayed for 5 days in these conditions. The small bed is letterly next the bathroom. It was not good at all.

We wanted somewhere quiet and away from the hustle and bustle, it cost 6€ in an Uber to the train station where we were able to get easily around the city. Plenty of parking and free WiFi were a bonus. The staff were friendly and helped us order a pizza the first night we got there and gave us more milk for the room etc, everyone we spoke to tried their best to help us. The only negatives were the pillows, they are so hard I actually slept on the mattress instead without them. And the breakfast wasn’t great, poor selection and we spotted a couple of bugs running around the food surface, not good! But overall it was a lovely stay, great staff and we felt safe.

Reception is understaffed, consequently long delays awaiting the barman going to reception. Get down for breakfast early or its all gone. When I came down there was one piece of ham and two slices of cheese, no yogurt, fruit, bread... and when I asked I got a look of indifference. Ultimately some bread was cooked but it seemed like hard work.

What you get is what you pay for, very cheap stay and that was reflected in the room and local area, downstairs very nice the room less so but still nothing was wrong with them, I wouldn't recommend the breakfast. Nearby train station to take you to Paris and Colombes not much else in the local area apart from a few shops

The Hotel was under Renovation but no noise or disturbances. This location was great with several Restaurants nearby but not open on Mondays or Sundays, same for the Grocery Store but we found a great Pizza Shop and the Owner looked after us. The Train stop is close and takes you right into Paris. The price was great and the Room comfortable and clean.

Decent hotel, very close to paris.

Overall, it was a very nice hotel and very close to Paris(15mins on the train). The staffs were nice and gave us directions to places we wanted to visit in Paris. The A/C in our room made a lot of difference as it was hot in france at the time. The room was big enough to accommodate me and my 2 boys. Breakfast could have more varieties but again, good enough. No complain.

Lobby was small, The staff was okay, the problems with this hotel are outside the control of the front desk. The carpet in the room was worn and stained. The room was hot with a overwhelming musty smell, with no access to the climate control. No outlets for charging computers or phones. The tea pot wired into the wall. The lock on the door joining the rooms broken. The beds were old, lumpy and covered with old blankets. I immediately checked out and found a much nicer place a little ways further.

Okay hotel, convenient location, good parking.

Check in time was stated as from 5am, arrived there early at 11am with a little baby too. Was told that check in was 12.30, so we thought ok, and went out again trying to waste some time, then returned at 1.30pm and was told the room wasnt ready, then we were asked to be seated. We ended up having to wait another 45mins to get into the room. And all this time baby had vomited and was crying because he wasnt able to sleep. Terrible experience.

Bad Experience

When we reached, the elevator was not working and was rectified after 2 days. The wifi was not working in the rooms and was rectified the next day evening. Even then it was pretty slow in the room. It was a hot day in April and the ACs were not “activated”. What is the use of AC which cannot be used? The worst of all was that the lady at the reception was rude. Despite so many issues with the hotel when I asked for an extra towel (the hotel provides just one towel per person) she refused. Worst hospitality I have ever seen. The other people at the reception including the manager were friendly.

Otherwise the location is okay as it is close to a train station ‘Le Stade’ and you can be in central Paris in 20 minutes. It is in zone 3 and a zone 1-3 pass is beneficial. There was a grocery store nearby and I found a restaurant which would deliver to the hotel for dinner.

Good deal with a sacrifice of location

Overall this hotel is a good value for the price. The shower was the only modern part of the room, but it was in good condition. I would definitely skip the breakfast, which was almost 10 Euros, especially since there are many bakeries where you can get pastries and croissants. While the hotel is a short walk to the train, the walk is through a residential neighborhood, which is a bit unnerving if you are coming back late at night. The train does take you into a central station in Paris, so it is convenient. You'll want to get off at the Le Stade Station to get to the hotel. The staff were nice, with a small language barrier but nothing that affected our stay.

Staff was extremely helpful .. Food was great .. we did eat dinner and breakfast at the hotel .. They have an all you can eat cold buffet .. Which was yummy .. One night it was cold .. Lionel ( Receptionist) brought us a portable heater .

We landed at ORLY airport which took us an hour and half to get to this hotel .. however the directions that I have received from the hotel staff was perfect ..

I highly recommend this hotel...

Undercover police warned us to be careful in area

Let me start by saying the staff were very nice and helpful, but that and the price was about the only good quality of the hotel, and as a reference I would consider a nice Motel 6 or Motel 8 about a 2 -3 star, this one was a 1 star maybe. Only used elevator once after it closed on a person and wouldn't reopen until forced. About 20 minutes train ride to Paris which isn't bad but train stops at 10pm and morning train is as jam packed as Tokyo trains. Morning buffet was 9euros and worth about 4. Not enough towels one day and no towels the next. Air Condition either didn't work or was disconnected as it wouldn't turn on. And finally, we got off the train to find the hotel the first day and were stopped and warned by under cover police that the area was dangerous and to be careful.

Paris' version of a Premier Inn!

Most importantly, the hotel was very clean. I would compare this whole hotel to a Premier Inn - cheap and cheerful (and not particularly spacious or luxurious, but then what do you expect?). Only one plug socket in the room, which was a bit annoying...

It is in Zone 5 of Paris so a travel card from zones 1-5 will get you everywhere and the station is only a 3-4 minute walk (it takes 15mins to get to the nearest big station in central Paris). Nothing much 'happening' in the area of the hotel, so you will need to travel elsewhere!

Staff were all really nice and friendly, not brilliant English but they did try and it was enough that we knew what to do. At the end of the day, you're visiting France, so why should they speak English. Not many of us speak French!

No restaurant in the evening available, and breakfast was very overpriced so I'd advise to go elsewhere or sneak your own bowl, spoon and cereal into your room!

Overall, it was good though and we had a great stay in Paris!

Nice hotel!

The hotel was extremely well kept, we were happy with our room. It is a bit of travel to get into Paris, however the train station is only about a 5 minute walk from the hotel so it is not a big deal. There was a hair dryer in the room which was great. We were there on the weekend and the hotel restuarant was closed which made it difficult.

Reasonable for the price

Some reception personnel had problems in communicating in English (a common problem in France).

I also experienced an odd problem during my stay. On my first night I received more than 20 phone calls. Most of them did not speak English and just hang up. Finally, it turned out that all incoming calls to the hotel were directed to my room rather than the hotel reception!

Went to colombes for a rugby game,location was good for stadium,area was pretty good with a few cafe bars come bistros to dine out.Hotel was pretty decent looking from the outside ,i was pretty disappointed with the service,after 5pm only one member of staff visable she was receptionist/barperson/chef.hotel was pretty busy with rugby fans.my room was poor,wet carpet in bathroom,shower hanging off wall,toilet loose where i think water was coming from.so disapointed with that area.bed was big and comfortable with decent tv.railway stn is 5 mins walk with trains very reg into st lazare.

Great value, stay here if you have a vehicle

We stayed for 2 nights here, at first when you arrive, you'll see that the the exterior of the hotel looked tired, but when we found our room, we were pleasantly surprised as it was modern, new and very clean, superb! Room was equipped with kettle to make tea/coffee (extra point from me!), bathroom was nice and new, bed was very comfy with clean crisp sheets. For the price that we paid, this was seriously outstanding value. In the lobby there is a computer to browse internet (must admit it felt like dial-up speed but hey, it's free and enough to quickly send a couple of e-mails). Staff at reception was pleasant. Carpark was secure as there is a gate and security cameras, great if you're like my husband and worry about his precious motorbike! We didn't have any meals here so can't comment on quality of food. Drive to central Paris about 20 min, can't comment on public transport unfortunately. We will definitely stay again!

We spend 3 nights at this hotel. 2 adults, 2 teenagers and a baby. Rooms were small but we were gone all day anyway. Shower didn’t drain well but worked. The kids toilet was a little loose in the wall. The first room we got assigned for the kids had a really bad cigarette smell but it was no problem changing the room. Staff was super friendly. Public transportation to Paris was great - 4 stops on the train to the main train station Saint-Lazare. Grocery store, restaurant, pharmacy and bakery all in walking distance. Safe area at night as well.

Vriendelijk personeel. Kamer is genoeg om er in te slapen. Douche was ok, maar WC was niet echt schoon en wasbak gaf een slechte geur.

Die Lage ist nicht gut. Sehr laut, direkt neben einer Schnellstraße, Fenster ohne Dichtung , man hört jeden Fahrzeug das vorbeifährt.

Positiv: eigener Parkplatz ( kostenlos)

J’ai état choquer du lit. A peine on s’allonger le lit s’écarter.
2 lit de une plaCe simplement mis côte à côte rien pour retenir, le matelas ds un état catastrophique!
La femme de ménage qui viens toquer à la chambre à 10h pour le nettoyage hors qu’on n’a bien mis le pass ne pas déranger!
Je ne retournerai plus ds cette hôtel!!!

J’ai passé une nuit horrible il va falloir changer votre literie car je trouve ça inadmissible de louer ce genre de choses avec des matelas à confortable user ajouter à la poubelle depuis bien longtemps normalement
