Was a nightmare. The smell of faeces was awful. We changed first room. The second room smelled also bad but was a little better. We opened the window but same smell of faeces comes from near by seine.

Room was clean. Breakfast was nice for the price. Tried to pay with my American Express card. But was denied, eventhough their sign says they do. I used the card elsewhere the same day. I think they wanted the visa surcharge. The front desk staff was not very helpful. The closest metro ststion was 20 minute raxi ride away. The hotel doesn't look like their picture.

Balance between cost and value

The hotel is a low budget hotel of many years ago. It is not an Ibis style hotel but it is a hotel for a few nights. The beds and the whole hotel is vey clean. The breakfast is a sandwich with jam and drinkable coffee. For the same price you can get a good sandwich and a coke in the petrol station. It is very situated with a tramline nr 2 direct to la defence. So all by all a 7 on 10 scale

Room, Really Small, not what we were expecting. Barely can walk in there, bathroom...it's bigger the bathroom in airplanes, only for slim people. The dumpster outside, right in front of the hotel full of rats, we were walking and we counted 18 rats. There was some bugs in our room, not big, but still.

they gave me a triple room(011) near a machines, the room wall was very high even the air condition was very poor.
i spen 3 nights could not sleep at all. I made a complate and ask them to change the room but did ignored me and did not get any help.

Obviously wasnt expecting the Ritz for the price we paid but would have been nice to have bit more honesty about what to expect. My wife likened it to a Bushtucker trial!!
The shower/toilet is a plastic cubicle that youd have in a caravan and the room has black damp mould in all corners.It seemed to me the place was being used to house people who had nowhere to live. Free parking was fine but to be honest would not risk using this brand again. But to be fair it was cheap and was only a stopover but very low standards.

Not for tourists that are in a rush

This was a very small room with little to no toiletries. It was difficult to find and get to, $50 euros from airport via taxi. No easy transactions were close and available (e.g. money exchange, banking, hot breakfast or grocery store). This place is for people travelling via car or truck, and not for tourists. No english speaking staff, so be fluent or able to speak limited french. That was extremely important for us and thankfully I speak french. The shower was so small, it caused the bathroom to be swampy throughout our stay.
The only true bonus we had was we got to see the city from the train, but in the future I would Pay extra for the downtown experience!

When we got there it smelled like cigarette and its a nonsmoking room we told the guy at the front desk and i did like that he gave us a different room.
Breakfast isnt free and it isnt what you think its only cereal and toast for 6euros per person. The bathrooms are super small and the A/C doesnt work which is why I rated it that way

This hotel on the bank of The Seine is advertised as budget and that is certainly what it is. All basic needs are catered for in a minimalistic fashion, but it was comfy and quiet and half the price of other hotels in the region, there's free secure parking and free wifi. Ideal as a cheap stop if you are working in Paris considering the efficient public transport system and tram stop a couple of minutes walk away but wouldn't recommend it for a romantic weekend in the city of light.

This hotel is in a very awkward location. The whole hotel smells of cigarettes and weed. The cleaners didn’t clean well. The receptionist upon our check in would rather have been finishing his episode on Netflix than helping us.

The hot water and heating are fantastic. There is a 24 hour petrol station right across that you can buy snacks from.

The stay was very bad. The hotel is used to host homeless families and doesn't look like a hotel. The cleaning staff are too noisy and so are the tenants. The bathrooms are too narrow and the staff don't even bother say hi or goodbye. This is by far the worst hotel stay of my life!

My stay at Premier Classie Hotel

I went to Nanterre for attending a conference; so it was a business trip (1st to 4th July, 2015) and spent four nights in that hotel. Rooms are small but beautiful and I got a riverside room. Through my window, the river could be viewed. The neighborhood was good, a calm and peaceful suburb; not too far from bus stop and metro station. The restaurant Buffalo Grill near it adds more beauty. Food are good and staffs are well behaved and fluent in English as well as French which was a great help.

Hotel messy and people drinking outside in their car. Was given a key to an occupied room. Did not feel safe in this hotel so bit the bullet and moved to another hotel in a more respectable area. Not recommended to families with young children.

Great hotel for budget travellers

Hotel is situated in the suburb, zone 3, on the industrial estate, by the dual carriageway.It was pretty easy to get to central Paris once we were given travel instructions (it took us forever to find it and get there). It offers cheap, basic accomodation, no frills.
Hotel was clean, rooms very neat and tidy, quite cute. Bathroom was very small and travellers with fuller figures would certainly have a problem. There were no wardrobes in the rooms. Walls were thin so we could hear next door taking shower, all the doors slamming at night in the hallway. Some guests did not respect hotel's non-smoking policy; there was a strong smell of smoke on our floor.
One receptionist spoke fluent English and was extremely helpfull, other staff spoke very little English.

I've spent nearly three days on this hotel. 1. Bathroom and toilet is attached together and its very very small area even no one an no nee down. 2. The cleaning staff never understand English and very difficult to communicate. I have personally experienced while I get bath my wife tried to explain but they never understand nothing. also there was no regular time for cleaning process. Totally I am disappointed with this hotel and suggest for anybody not to book further. The reception staff is reacting in bad way also I was waited for long time to check in......wile there were on phone....they never hesitate.................like wise so and so...

Seedy tucked away hotel with grumpy staff.

This Hotel is situated well out of town and is approximately 20 minutes walk from the nearest train station. We booked a taxi from this hotel to central Paris and it cost over 40 Euros.
The room we had was small, had a strong smell of stale smoke, and a shower cubicle that was difficult to even think about swinging a cat in let alone attempt to facilitate any type of hygienic cleansing. The staff were amicable, as long as you didn't ask them to do anything for you other than point you in the direction of the 80's style vending machines.

I wont be returning.

Bit far to all must-see sights

Hotel was not very clean and smells a bit odd in entire hotel. Rooms are value for money but should have been maintaned more cleanly. Overall, its just ok to book this hotel. For a family, you should look other better options, for friends it might be good value for money. Last, the manager Steve is very cooprative and is the only appreciation for my entire stay. Thanks Steve for all your help.

I had just one (important) problem: it was impossible to open my door room at evening. Personel told me that this was because the electronic card lost spontaneously its electronic charge... abd this each evening; fortunately I always was back at the hotel beofre personel left at night.

The hotel, in this price in Paris is OK. But, for the low price, many compromises are there. La Defense is actually not the official district of Paris. The hotel, in Nantere is out of paris in fact, and therefore, makes it in the third zone for public transport, a little higher price is needed to be paid for the day ticket. But still very much reachable from Paris even at 12 in the night (via public transport). Parking is very safe for the hotel. Toilet attached with the rooms are very very small, and its nearly impossible to take a bath. Room is clean, small and air conditioner works fine. The hotel corridors are smelly as well. Staff is very cooperative.

Just the basics

If you're looking for a cheap, basic hotel in Paris, this is it. It is near the bus in to town. It is VERY difficult to find. We had to stop and ask several times because it is on a dead end street. You can cut through a gas station to get onto a main road. There was always a different person at the desk, so your service was not consistent. We decided to stay an extra day and the clerk told us we could pay at checkout in the morning. At 9:00 PM as we were readying for bed, another couple entered our room with a key card!

Not very clean, smelly and small room, no toilet paper, breakfast very basic and always food missing in the morning ( yogurt, diced apple, croissant,...) and location. However, bus stop to La Defense is a 5 min walk from the hotel so not too bad even if location is not top.

A broken lift sign and sewage smells from the seine welcome you to this hotel.

The twin room was so small, you couldn't swing a cat.

The temperature at night was baking as the air con was giving off warm air.

The bathroom and toilet seemed like a portable toilet.

It's about 15 mins by train to St Lazarre, then a 30 mins walk, or a 8 mins bus ride to the hotel. Not bad considering the location and the trains run until midnight.

Service was appalling, no one spoke to us kindly except the night watchman.

Room was cleaned daily, but it was just so uncomfortable. Recommended only if you intend to only use the room to sleep in - Even so, the temperatures seem higher in the room than outside.

The neighbourhood - Walking home night you/re greeted by a herd of youngsters who stare at you as if you're were aliens. This happened every night, as you need to walk on the high road past some estates.

Only good thing : the clean towels smelt AMAZING.

Le seul point positif est le parking gratuit, la chambre est correcte mais avec une salle de bain minuscule... pas pratique du tout.
Côté équipements le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas, la clim non plus. Sèche-cheveux inexistant, l’accueil n’en dispose pas non plus.
Une odeur désagréable règne dans le bâtiment.
Le soir des odeurs d’égout ressorte.
La literie est vieillotte, sa couine dans tous les sens, le sol les murs et les draps sont brûlé par les cigarettes...
Si vous venez seul pour le boulot et que vous chercher quelque chose de pas cher, pourquoi pas. Mais en famille ou en couple je vous le deconseille.

- la taille microscopique de la douche,
- l'absence de mitigeur aux robinets et douche,
- la télécommande qui fonctionnait quand elle voulait,
- l'impossibilité d'adapter la température de la chambre (il a beaucoup plu et avec l'humidité j'ai eu froid plusieurs fois).

Nous avons passés 2 nuits dans l'établissement sans chauffage et avec le lavabo bouché (impossible de l'utiliser) dans la salle d'eau.
Nous avons signalés le soucis et rien n'a été fait et aucune solution ne nous a été proposée.
La propreté n'était pas trop top.

Deze accomodatie is gedateerd en aan vernieuwing toe.
Goed geslapen. De kamer is klein maar dat wisten we van te voren, en daar betaal je ook naar.
Het is maar net waar je waarde aan hecht.
Puur om te slapen. Geen geluidsoverlast gehad in het hotel. Het was heel rustig. Badkamer had wel ietsje groter gemogen maar dit alles mocht de pret niet drukken. De rest van de tijd genoten in de mooie stad.
Je bent binnen een paar minuten bij de tramhalte, daarna pak je de metro en in een half uur ben je in het centrum van Parijs. Als je maar goed op de kaart leest!
Kortom voor een lang weekend is het prima.

Comment dire, clé de la chambre remise et lors de l'entrée dans la chambre surprise.... Elle etait occupée par des personnes. L'hôtel étant complet. On me propose une chambre de secours, vu le prix de la chambre heureusement. Par contre, la Chambre etait propre mais une odeur de cigarette désagréable
Je ne recommande pas cet établissement ou alors juste pour une nuit et encore. 😠😠😠

Je suis commercial, je voyage donc dans toutes la France et dors au moins une a deux fois par semaine à l’hôtel.
Depuis 5ans que je fais ce métier je n’ai jamais vue un hôtel aussi sale que celui-ci.
Je n’ai même pas osé dormir dans le lit tellement c’était sale (de peur qu’il y est des puces de lits), en conséquence j’ai dormi assis sur la. chaise…
Dans le lits, par terre, aux toilettes et dans la salle de bain il y a avait des cheveux, des poils, des trous de cigarettes.
Sur deux nuit j’ai finalement dormi seulement une seul nuit au vue de l’insalubrité dans laquelle je dormais…

Jamais de ma vie je ne retournerai dans cette hôtel !!!

Un cauchemar

Réception nulle, pas de serviettes dans la chambre, la clé codée pour une nuit alors que j'avais réservé pour 2, état général vétuste, l'hôtel est rempli de ressortissants africains qui vont et viennent dans les étages en braillant.
La chambre est laide, les toilettes, la douche et le lavabo cohabitent dans un espace de 1.50m3, le tout dans un matériau plastique d'une propreté et hygiène douteuses.
Ce qui fait office de penderie est totalement aberrant et très peu utilisable (une tringle fixée au mur avec cinq cintres eux mêmes fixés à la tringle.
A la finale j'ai repris la route sans tenter de dormir une deuxième nuit dans ce pseudo hôtel.
Pour conclure le quartier est mal fréquenté

Hotel de travailleurs, à mon avis énormément de turnover vu l'état des chambres vétuste.
A éviter à moins d'être ouvriers et vouloir faire des économies en partageant la chambres à plusieurs.

C’était très très sale on avais des araignées dans notre chambre l’ascenseur était pas bien nettoyé, c’était sale sa sentais mauvais je le recommande pas du tout cette hôtel surtout que je ne suis pas du coin à du tout .

Je pris 2 chambre moi est ma famille pour ce reposer déjà même pas de savon pour ce laver les mains trop de bruit le soir ont arrive même pas à dormir dés moustique je ne sait pas moi j’avais hâte que le jour ce lève est quitte hôtel

En prenant la télécommande de la télévision, il restait un repas entre les touches, dommage de rester sur cette vision. ça fumait dans les couloirs, et pas que du tabac.

Petite erreur de conception : le vestiaire est fixé au-dessus du radiateur de chauffage et coupe donc la climatisation de la chambre
Il aurait été judicieux de le mettre sur un autre mur

Hotel bien place pres du tram accueil du personnel tres bien c est la 3eme fois que nous revenons car a chaque fois on repart content

Etablissement propre, un patking tres appreciable, pas dormi de la nuit car devant la fenetre des moteurs de vmc tres tres bruyants qui tournent toute la nuit, très regrettable !!!
