They DON'T CARE about guests at all. Their staff don't help at all. They say they want to help but then blame it on booking sites.We booked the wrong dates by mistake and immediately tried to contact them to change them, they had the same room at the same proce for the correct dates, they said they couldn't help, we are so extremely DISSAPOINTED. If you want to keep your money and have a nice stay, DO NOT BOOK HERE.

This is almost 1km from the nearest train station.
There isn’t much that is good to eat near the hotel.
My room was small (which, it was only me so that doesn’t matter but if 3 people were in there like it is set up for it would be tight).
The room smelled like stale smoke but thankfully the window could be opened and I left it open all night. The bathroom is tiny and it smelled like urine. When I lifted the toilet seat, the toilet had what I assume is urine in it. Assuming someone had not cleaned it properly, I flushed and was careful to not touch anything. The next morning, I got up and the toilet water was yellow and smelly again. I assume there is an issue with their pipes. The shower is basically touching the toilet and you had better hope you aren’t a big

Nice hotel but, the corridor is dirty and the transport facilities is bad as not cab available in the area. However the staff were very kind,approachable and helpful.

The staff was friendly and helpful. My issue with the hotel was the room. The description about the hotel says that there is no smoking allowed in the rooms. The room stank of smoke as soon as I walked in. I left the window open but that didn't help. There's no smoke detectors in the room for safety. I am asthmatic and the smell didn't help. I have stayed in two different Premiere Classe and they both had this issue when I was in Paris. I had booked them for the same week so this made my stay unpleasant.

First of all let me say this: don't think you're going to get even a 4 star hotel....far from it. What you will get is a (a-hem) 'quaint' hotel room about 20 min from downtown Paris

-FORGET ABOUT HANDICAP accessability...there is absolutely NONE -FORGET ABOUT smoking/non-smoking rooms...we smelled smoke from every other room all night long.
-the bathroom is incredibly small..I had to shower with one foot in the shower and the other by the sink
-There is NO A.C.
-Thin walls, very very thin walls..

Horrible et le mot est faible ! Pas digne d'un hôtel pas même d'un hall de gare !!! Une odeur pestilencielle: mélange de vomi et de tabac froid. Des cheveux et poils pubien dans les draps et de grosses taches noires au sol. Le responsable n'a pas daigné se déplacer voir. (Nous tenons quelques photos à vôtre disposition malheureusement pour vous sans l'odeur. Nous avons été contraints d'aller dormir ailleurs... Perte sèche pour nous et les hôtels Première Classe qui ne sont pas prêts de nous revoir. Hôtel.com gagnerat certainement à s'intéresser d'un peu plus près à la qualité des prestations qu'il propose à la vente...

Un cafard, un retour mais rien ne se passe
Une réservation pour une nuit dans cet hôtel, en arrivant on découvre un cafard sur le mur à côté du lit. On décide donc d'en informer la réception et de demander un remboursement. La réception nous confirme qu'elle procédera a une vérification et un remboursement. Mais 2 mois plus tard rien n'est fait et il est impossible d'avoir une réponse de l'établissement.

Das ist kein Hotel, das ist ein Asylheim. Wir hatten teilweise richtige Angst. In der Nacht nur Lärm, knallende Türen, alkoholisierte Menschen. Unfreundlich! An der Rezeption saßen irgendwelche Menschen, kein Englisch nur Französisch. Von Freitag auf Samstag stand auf einmal in der Nacht eine fremde Person im Zimmer. Durch eine nichtverschlossene Zwischentür. Ich will für meinen Aufenthalt mein Geld retour. Dieser Aufenthalt hat alles verdorben! MfG Erich Gutenbrunner

I really like the flexibility of doing the check in and the fastest to get in, after a long time flight.The only thing to change is to do it a better cleaning floor, specifically close to your bed & include a small soap to washing your hands on your private room

Hôtel plutôt miteux dans son état. L'accueil est agréable. L'état de l'établissement est vraiment vieillissant voire abîmé à certains niveaux ; la propreté des parties communes est bof ; celle des chambres correcte. l'insonorisation est mauvaise, ce qui est embêtant car les allées et venues des résidents sont incessantes et peu discrètes. Le parking et l'accès à l'hôtel est fermé par un portail qui s'ouvre avec un code, ce qui est sécurisant.

Franchement une nuit désastreuse, ce n’est pas un hôtel on se croirait en cité, la Croix-Rouge qui tape à ma porte à 22h en sachant que j’ai un bébé de quatre mois cela est inadmissible, à 3h30 du matin c’était le bazar dans les couloirs idem inadmissible, le soir on me demande quand je vais avoir mon petit déjeuner dans la chambre je dit 8h30 à À 8h50 toujours rien, c’est à moi d’aller chercher mon petit déjeuner pour moi et ma femme sinon on mange rien, je dis mon mécontentement à la dame de l’accueil apparemment elle s’en fiche. C’est la dernière fois que je viens dans votre établissement, un client très très très mécontent

Satisfaisant pour un séjour court, le chauffage était très agréable. Néanmoins bruit de pompe à eau (ça venait de la salle de bain en tout cas) très bruyant et répétitif (toutes les 5 min environ) : quelqu'un ayant un sommeil léger n'aurait pas dormit de la nuit (j'ai un sommeil lourd donc ça passait, mais c'était agaçant).

Bien que le choix de l'hôtel, soit dû à la proximité des lieux de vie, cet établissement manque de tout. La chambre est mal agencée, et nécessiterai une remise en condition. Lors de mon arrivée des chariots de linges, étaient disposés dans le couloir, je les retrouvais le matin au même endroit. Le petit déjeuner, état inexistant, puisque tous les ouvriers dormants dans l'hôtel étaient déjà passés et j'ai put constater qu'ils faisaient visiblement le plein de marchandise pour la journée. Je suis donc resté sur ma faim et ma soif, car plus de jus d'orange aussi il va de soi.
