The spa was very unprofessional. I was wearing a men’s bathing suit, but was turned away saying that it was not an actual bathing suit. I don’t know why they would expect a customer to lie about not wearing a bathing suit.

The Hotel is very well located. The SPA is fantastic. The restaurant is very good.
BUT, the rooms are run-down. The paint is old. The floor of the balcony is cracking. There is no showe. You need to sit on the bath tube to avoid spraying water everywhere. There is no bed light. There is no desk light. There is no charging station for Laptop and cell Phone.
Compared with the Hotel Barriere Deauville, this location needs some upgrades.

Very pleasant stay.

Four very pleasant nights, we particularly enjoyed the Spa. We'd booked to eat on the terrace on our last night but were called just before our booking time to say that the kitchen had no gas so they could only offer salads. We ate at the restaurant across the road which was excellent. Parking is quite expensive but easier than using one of the public car parks.

A disappointing stay: a hotel that feels like the Shining: endless corridor leading to oddly positioned elevator.
The Spa while nice is only available using ONE coupon per person and per stay. You want to relax today go to the gym in the morning? You can't. It's either or since it's only one coupon. Everything feels a little greedy.

So I booked a junior suite for 3 adults I think it’s worth noting the 3rd bed is a sofa bed with a very very thin mattress.

The staff were very helpful and resolved my complaint quickly.

The first room we were given was very tired and in need of refurbishment. Staff were vert helpful and moved us to a better room. Just a couple of small niggles, the curtains didn’t cover the window fully and the shower screen had no seal so soaked the floor but this didn’t spoil our stay.

The spa was fantastic, the staff lovely and incredibly helpful, we would Like to come again.

Weekend stay with visits to Auvers-sur- Oise and Paris, hotel is in the ideal location.
However, whilst the ground floor (restaurant reception, bar) has been modernised our room was tired. Definitely in need of a refurbishment and update.

The location is quite ideal, just in between our 2 families to visit. There is a lake in front so that we can have a morning walk for exercise. The SPA pools are excellent indeed, equivalent to Japanese Onsens, in my opinion.

Beautiful grand hotel in lovely lakeside location, attractive small town outside Paris but easy to get into city. Great facilities in room and hotel, such as spa. Nice to have kettle with tea and coffee in room, especially interesting variety of teas. Only negative: mattress in my room uncomfortable, needed replacing!

It was a gorgeous property! We got a couples massage in a beautiful room, and they did a wonderful job. Being off-Paris you do need to know some French. Mine isn’t great and I felt one staff member was annoyed with me, but the rest were very helpful. Also the restaurant doesn’t open until 7:30 pm, not sure if you can get room service before then, but we had some local food delivered to the lobby by deliveroo.

This was a quaint and comfortable hotel. I would say that the pluses were the staff and the overall facilities. While a bit outside of Paris, that isn't necessarily a bad thing. It was a $45 Uber to the city but to not drive in that traffic was fine. I really enjoyed the spa with steam room and sauna. The two pools were great, one cool and the other more like a giant jacuzzi but not too warm.

My room was comfortable but a bit worn around the edges. The bed had a sag but I was comfortable. The deep bathtub was a plus.

I would definitely return.

This hotel is a 30 minute train ride outside of city center. The little town it is in has the best wine shop, amazing restaurants and very safe.
The spa was incredible!
They don’t get a lot of American tourist but worked with us and help us with everything. This hotel is a little jem that a lot of people do not know about.

Staff great. Hard to find because address on internet is wrong. Restaurant worth the visit for dinner..excellent food, presentation and service. Rooms are dated...need refurbushing (at least the ´superior’ one we had rented). Shower awful (bathtub type with short window pane) ...water all over the floor. Can’t have breakfast à la carte, so you either pay 20 euros/pers or walk 10 minutes into town to get a croissant & coffee. The hotel has a few lovely cats roaming around...they love attention and are super friendly - love that in a hotel...but it’s not for non-animal lovers.

Nous avons étés accueillis très gentiment par un personnel qui cherche visiblement a compenser l'obsolescence de cet hotel avec amabilité. C'est bien la seule chose réellement positive que nous retiendrons.
L'hotel est vieux, vétuste et ne correspond en rien aux standards que proposent habituellement les hotels du groupe duquel il dépend.
Nous sommes arrivés un dimanche et avions faim. Le personnel d'accueil nous a indiqué que le restaurant de l'hotel était fermé et qu'aucun room service n'était disponible (\"puisque c'était dimanche\"???). Ils nous ont, très gentiment encore, redirigés vers un restaurant du groupe de l'autre cote de la rue qui, lui, ne servait qu'a partir de 19h. Cet hotel ne propose donc aucune solution de restauration un dimanche a 16h et nous a seulement indiqué que nous trouverions ce que nous cherchions... a la Gare d'Enghien.
Un McDo plus tard, nous rentrons donc avec mon épouse et ma fille de 13 ans, sous la pluie, a l'hotel pour nous entendre dire qu'elle ne pouvait avoir accès a la piscine de l'hotel car celle ci était situé a l'intérieur du spa et que seuls les clients dont l'age était supérieur a 16 ans pouvaient avoir accès. Lunaire!!!
Petit déjeuner du lundi matin: charcuterie de supermarché, pas de produits frais, qualité générale douteuse, accueil médiocre alors que nous avions été plutôt bien accueillis la veille au front desk.
Le groupe Barrière doit soit fermer cet hotel soit facturer la nuit a moins de 100 euros... ca ne vaut pas mieux!

Le seul problème c est qu on vous donne des entrées pour le Spa ou se trouve aussi la salle de sport et toute sortie est définitive. Donc si vous voulez faire du sport le matin et le SPA en fin de journée, soit vous y restez toutea journée soit vous ne pouvez plus y retourner. Seul problème.
Le personnel est top.

L'extérieur de l'hotel mériterait d'être restauré mais l'intérieur est joli et confortable, la chambre était très agréable, et le service au 85 est juste parfait.
En revanche le petit déjeuner est une vraie déception: choix et qualité indigne d'un tel établissement surtout à ce prix, c'est dommage.
Enfin le Spa est vaste, bien équipé et agréable

Je m’attendais pas du tout a ça de la part d’un hôtel Barrière..
la chambre est extrêmement vieillissante, et la salle de bain n’en parlons pas, on dirait vraiment que ça n’a pas été refait ou modifier depuis 40 ans.
La baignoire/douche pas du tout pratique, pas de rideau ou de pare douche.
Radiateur rouillé.
Marbre dans toute la salle de bain qui a pris un gros coup de vieux.
Balcon très sale.
Vraiment très déçus du côté hôtel.
En ce qui concerne l’accès au spa, c’est top, beaucoup plus moderne.
Seul point négatif, compliqué de trouvé un transat car trop de monde.. et piscine censée être a 33 degrés mais pas si chaude que ça, et on a très froid dès qu’on est dans les couloirs de la piscine.
Nous avons fait un soin massage en duo, c’était top! Merci à Tanguy et Sandra pour l’expérience. On a adoré malgré le prix de 140€ à 2 pour seulement 25 mins..
Le parking est de 25€ par jour, donc pour une nuit il faut compte 50€ de plus juste pour garer sa voiture.. je trouve ça aberrant!

J’ai pris cette nuit pour l’anniversaire de mon copain, et je suis très déçu je m’attendais vraiment à un autre standing de la part d’un hôtel aussi connu que le barrière d’Enghien les bains

L'emplacement face au lac d'Enghein est formidable. Le personnel est très attentif et agréable. Les chambres méritent une rénovation qui sera prochainement d'actualité. Le Spa directement accessible de l'hôtel est un atout majeur.

État de la chambre moyen. Lustre cassé, matelas pas confortable on ressent les ressorts. Pas d’informations pratiques dans la chambre concernant (horaires Check out, petit déjeuné )
Je viens tous les ans à l’hôtel du lac et au spa c’est la première fois que je descends au grand hôtel l’intérieur n’est pas à la hauteur de ce que l’on attend lorsque l’on voit l’établissement de l’extérieur.

Séjour en amoureux,
Dans le prix est compris des activités de secours que je n’ai pas eu le temps d’explorer :
-Entrée au Casino
-Entrée au SPA
Si ces activités sont bien comprise dans le prix alors le prix de la chambre n’est pas chère.

Une renovation de l'etablissemrnt et de certaines chambres est probablemrnt prévue. Les éclats de peinture dans l'escalier du Grand Hôtel datent d'avant mai et rien n'a été entrepris, mm provisoirement. Je peux croire que ce genre de chose aura disparu de la vue fes clients dans qq mois et q les chambres et sdb seront raffraichies.
