Paid €240 for room only (in annex away from the pretty building in the photo) which was quite basic, in tired condition. Balcony had no table or chairs and despite requesting a non smoking room, room smelt like someone had smoking. Location is very pleasant just off the river but not particularly good value for money.

Cold shower. Nothing worse. Reported at reception only to be told I should have rung as maybe they could have done something (turned the temp up?!) which I didn’t appreciate because 1. I’m not an idiot and know how to operate a shower 2. How should I have called them up when I am in the shower?! Plus, I have work to get to and the shower was just falling apart so nothing that can be fixed today!

Service et prestations très en dessous des attentes pour un 4 étoiles :

à notre arrivée, pas d'indication concernant le petit déjeuner, le wifi, le fonctionnement de la piscine/spa. Minimal syndical pour l'accueil du petit déjeuner : vous êtes 3, vous avez besoin de 2 tables : je vous regarde rapprocher les tables, mais je n'interviens pas. Besoin d'une cuillère ? Je te dis où la trouver, mais je ne le fais pas pour toi.

3ème couchage : un lit pliant d'1m60 avec un matelas (si on peut appeler ça comme ça) de 5cm d'épaisseur. Nous voyagions avec un ado de 17 ans (âge bien indiqué à la réservation).

Dans la chambre, pas d'éclairage de l'entrée, même en retirant le sparadrap qui masque le détecteur de mouvement. Pourtant les ampoules sont là. Lumière bleue toute la nuit qui éclaire toute la chambre. La poignée de porte pour accéder au balcon cassée : nous l'avons immédiatement signalé, mais personne n'est jamais venu réparer. Fauteuil tâché. Shampoing vide, pas rechargé. Petite boite carton que nous avions jetée à la poubelle ressortie par personnel de ménage.

The overall condition of the hotel was not bad, but I think it was expensive compared to its size and condition. I couldn't use it because I was busy, but I may have had a ticket to use the SPA for one per 1 night, but since there was no information about it, I thought it was only available to those who asked (I have complaints about the overall service). And I used the hotel restaurant one day, and the steak was the worst. I had high expectations because of the price and the highlighted text, but the condition was close to the worst steak I've ever had.

J’avais besoin de me reposer après mon accouchement et j ai séjourné deux nuits avec ma grande dans cet hôtel . La
Literie est vraiment bien ( et j ai de gros problèmes de dos et cervicales ) , le personnel est extrêmement accueillant et serviable . Le seul bémol est le room service qui consiste en des bocaux sous vide réchauffés mais cela n a en rien entache notre séjour un peu trop court à notre goût , nous y retournerons volontiers quand les beaux jours pointeront car le jardin et les terrasses sont vraiment agréables . Gros plus c est quand même la
Piscine chauffée et le jacuzzi. La
Propreté de l hôtel est appréciable .

We had to switch rooms because electricity did not work any where in the first room. The second room had no air conditioning and the front desk told us air conditioning was not available in the building however other rooms had air conditioning. The place has a good location. The place looks nice but very poorly maintained. I would not stay here again. You’d be better off car camping.

Overall, it's a very nice stay. For people love nature surroundings, it's a wonderful place to stay. Right next to La Seine and hiking path, beautiful. Very convenient for parking and cozy restaurant for breakfast. However there are some issues bothered us a bit, ie, for 9 days stay, they put us right next to the elevator and cleaning/laundry room which is noisy sometimes from morning until night because all the big cleaning carts are just outside the room. What's more, the elevator was broken during half of our stay, at last we have to carry our big suitcase and walk the stairs without any assistance. What a pity. But anyhow, we were there to visit family during Christmas, it is a beautiful neighborhood and we definitely will go there again. Hopefully the elevator will be fixed by then and have a more quiet room. *_*

I loved everything about this property, the location calm and less than 10 mins walk to the IFP school where I was on training, the restaurant (!!!!), the massage (ooooohhhhh!!!), I even managed an hour at the teeny tiny \"gym\". Only problem I had was an unexplAinable bad funky smell in the room! I didn't complain about this to the hotel because I usually was too tired to move when I got back in the evenings but it sure made going back to my room not so \"excellent\". Besides this, it was a perfect stay and I will definitely be returning. Already recommending to all my friends!

Beautiful suburban upscale hotel next to Paris.

We picked this hotel outside of Paris, due to us renting a vehicle and the stars. Very beautiful, under construction since they are expanding. Excellent food during lunch and dinner service. A few things, the toilets where placed really high. I know odd? They are very eco friendly. We came during a weird weather change. The first three nights it was cold outside, and we just left the AC/heater off (they have a central control for the heat and cold so we were not able to change the A/C). However, the next few nights it was hot, we had to sleep with our balcony door open, which is a HUGE problem since it is next to La Sienne. What I mean is MOSQUITOS, and my was I uncomfortable and full of bites the next day. My suggestion? Add some screens. Plus people go to party back there making noise well into the night.

The staff is super nice, went out of the way to help with our questions, and comments.

Three nights in the vicinity of Paris

I was amazed when I saw the pictures and the website of the hotel, it looked so amazing and comfortable, and as a four stars, there are some standard services that you would expect.

Then, I arrived, and was put far away in a guesthouse, completely disconnected from the main building on a site that is under construction with many inconveniences. The SPA as announced is not a standard one, and there is no gym facilities.

The mini bar is just filled with one small bottle of still and one small bottle of sparkling water at a terribly high price, and the room was so tiny for a double. Indeed the bed is comfortable, but there was no ironing - which one expects at any four stars in Europe, and the price that was charged was totally unfair for the standard offered.

The breakfast was also very average for the price charged.
I was really disappointed with the staff (have to wait long before getting a iron and a very poor one when it arrived), the phone numbers that are put there for room service or housekeeping are not responding, and you have to call reception, and they are not treating requests on phone.

Will not recommend neither go back there

transportation here is by cab or private car. otherwise you walk half mile to the RER stop or bus. restaurant is expensive and menu does not change. room is nice but efficiency room key sets off timers that are annoying. Bed good. Housekeeping nice . Nice pool, sauna, and hot tub.

Very nice and quiet hotel located by the seine river. My room was a bit small but really confortable with a modem bathroom and king bed. My only concern was that the spa building and the main reception building including the bar and restaurant were separate from my building. Not convenient when you have to go to different places for breakfast, have a relaxing time at the pool. I used the room service but the menu is really limited and Ive been advised that I couldn't choose any dishes from the bar or restaurant menu. But on the website it's said you can. I was a bit disappointed. But overall pleasant stay and convenient for me when I have to visit the French office once again a month. Only 10 min drive

A brilliant hotel, but perhaps not for families!

I chose this hotel because of the location as my family and I would be driving the following day to Calais for the Eurotunnel, we were late arriving because of the so-called 'black Saturday' holiday traffic, but we were greeted with a very friendly welcome by the concierge Justine, who knew who we were, I thought this was a lucky guess, but it was quickly apparent we were the only guests with young children!

Because of this our family room was actually two rooms with communicating doors, which while it allowed my wife and I to have time to ourselves, it was a bit impractical keeping an eye on the kids. The hotel is tucked away next to a golf course in a suburb of Paris, and while there were lots of rooms there were comparitively few other guests, so it made for a very peaceful stop after driving over 600kms earlier that day.

Un hôtel trop cher pour la prestation proposée, travaux partout, pas de panneaux pour trouver sa chambre, mais surtout isolation des chambres de mauvaise qualité , j’avais l’impression que les gens du couloir étaient juste à côté de moi . Le petit dej était bien mais la qualité des produits pas au rendez-vous. Bref compte tenu des tarifs pratiqués globalement décevant pour un « 4 étoiles ». Lovely hotel. Nice breakfast. Friendly reception. Spotless room. Unfortunately my stay was negatively affected by what must have been a broken ventilation system in my room. I was unable to change the controls, and the room was crazy hot with extremely poor ventilation. A pity and I imagine just bad luck, as the rest of the hotel seemed very nice. I did inform the front desk on 3 separate occassions, but unfortunately it was not repaired during my stay. I should have asked to switch rooms but I didn't, which I regret.

Notre séjour était très décevant. Nous avons réservé pour un séjour en famille : malgré le jeune âge de nos enfants euh pas d'option de chambre communicantes... le spa était sale, avec trop de personnes, un sauna hors service et un hammam qui ne chauffe pas. Le service nettoyage n'est pas passé pendant la journée et donc notre chambre n'a pas été nettoyée. Les lits sont particulièrement durs.

Très surpris d’être dans un 4 étoiles
La nuit a été très bruyante la chambre donnait sur la route et des jeunes s’y retrouvent pour boire et parler sous les fenêtres scooteurs qui font des allées venues.
Le petit déjeuner est plus que médiocre au vu du prix (20€), à 9h30 plus de pain… on me propose d’en mettre au four ?! La baguette sort enfin du four après 15 minutes c’est du pain décongelé !
Un choix très restreint et de qualité médiocre
Pas au niveau d’un 4 étoiles, du jamais vu !

L’accueil de votre hôtel était très satisfaisant, le personnel souriant et professionnel. La propreté et l’état des installations également.
Une seule bémol c’est l’éloignement de Spa du lieu d’hébergement ( obligation de sortie à l’extérieur, pas de passerelles fermé au moins ) dans le froid c’était impossible de profiter, malheureusement je n’ai pas réussi d’y aller.
Les soins devenait inaccessible à cause de l’impossibilité de la coordination des heures de départ de l’hébergement et de la proposition des soins.
J’espère que ce la vous aidera pour évoluer les services et fonctionnement de votre jolie établissement.

Un break agréable en région parisienne

Notre séjour s’est parfaitement déroulé. Notre réservation était bien enregistrée à l’arrivée. La chambre correspondait à nos attente et la décoration romantique prévue était bien en place. Le restaurant est excellent et il y avait une ambiance musicale voix / piano particulièrement agréable. Ce soir la il y avait un mariage dans l’établissement mais cela n’a pas été bruyant. Enfin pour un check-out a 11:00 nous avons eu une tolérance jusqu’à 11:30.
Quelques points à améliorer : la cafetière dans notre chambre n’était pas détartrée et fonctionnait très mal. Dans la zone piscine il manque de transat pour que toutes les personnes dont l’accès a été autorisé puissent s’installer. Le hamman ne produisait pas de vapeur? Quelques tisanes en plus des thes seraient bienvenues

Pour un 4 étoiles il n'y a même pas de room service la nuit. C'est un grand établissement avec un golf à côté vous n'avez aucune flèche pour vous indiquer où se trouve la piscine le spa où se trouve le restaurant enfin bref c'est très mal indiqué. Le personnel de service de nettoyage vous agresse quand ils viennent à votre porte nous n'avons pas aimé notre séjour.

quelques minutes après ma réservation sur votre site, l'hôtel m'indique qu'il n'y a pas d'accès au SPA et la piscine et qu'il faut un supplément, on appel sa chez moi une publicité mensongère, sinon le séjour à été très agréable, personnel très gentil mais quelques détails pas terrible (tv rayée, plus baignoire qui était pas dans un bon état visuel)

Recommandable mais pas excellent

Le lit confortable mais l'aération de la chambre était mauvaise ( mauvaise respiration pour nous et bébé ).
Piscine et spa au top.
Petit déjeuner simple mais correct
Décoration et parc jolie
Ambiance calme mais manque de musique et activités intérieures ( billard par exemple).

Grosse déception... on y était pour nos 20 ans avec ma femme

D'abord le bien : le spa et le massage OK
La literie et la douche très bien

Ensuite le pas bien:
- d'abord à l'accueil, on me dit quon m'a surclassé en suite... non non javais réservé une suite
- la suite justement... c'est une grande chambre, pas une suite (mais au prix d'une suite), à peine un canapé le long du mur mais je n'appelle pas ca un coin salon... je passe sur les trous de peintures sur les murs qui font au mieux vieillot, au pire \"Formule 1\"
- la salle de bain, douche baignoire et lavabos ok, à niveau... mais le carrelage mural et sol, on se croirait dans un vestiaire de foot, franchement à des années-lumière de ce qu'on est en droit d'attendre d'un 4 * (surtout en suite !)
- je termine sur le fait que le bar etait censé fermer a 23.00, quand jai appelé en rentrant du restaurant à 22.40 pour réserver 2 coupes de champagne... on m'a répondu que le bar etait fermé depuis longtemps car il n'y avait personne... manque de professionnalisme absolument lamentable... je travaille dans le service et si je dis à un client qu'un service est ouvert jusqu'à telle heure, je peux vous dire que je vais me faire insulter s'il essaie d'avoir le service 30mn avant la fermeture et que je lui réponds qu'on a fermé parce qu'on n'avait pas eu d'appel les 2h précédentes... et il aura raison car il paye pour ce service, tout comme j'ai payé une \"suite\" dans un hôtel 4* et pas dans un 2*

Chambre spacieuse et propre.

Spa décevant : sauna hs, piscine eau très trouble au point de ne pas voir ses pieds, idem au jacuzzi froid.
Une modernisation des locaux et un bon coup de peinture serait les bienvenus.

À éviter absolument

J’ai réservé cet hôtel pour visiter le château de Malmaison le lendemain de mon arrivée. Cette réservation a été faite sur ce qu’indiquait l’hôtel ainsi que sur les photos accompagnant le descriptif, soit un balcon attenant à la chambre, ainsi que l’accès à une piscine.
C’est vrai qu’une piscine est accessible avec un léger supplément, soit 45 euros par personne et par heure d’utilisation. Comme je ne suis pas complètement idiot, j’ai décliné cette proposition.
Également, il y a un vraiment balcon attenant à la chambre, mais il n’y a pas de chaises ni de table, rien du tout! Que faire d’un tel balcon, je vous le demande!
Donc, si vous désirez relaxer à votre arrivée dans un hôtel, allez donc voir ailleurs, vous vous en porterez mieux.

Chambre bien, mais attention aux détails

Accueil qui aurait pu etre plus chaleureux et souriant.
J'aurais aimé avoir une explication pour allumer les lumières avec cette clé \"spéciale\".
Dommage de ressortir dehors pour accéder au petit dejeuner.
autre point regrettable, nous recevons le mail après réservation que le spa est payant en surplus. Il serait bien de le préciser avant...
sinon la chambre est spacieuse et confortable
