Overall I would recommend this hotel for its location, proximity to the metro, and view of the Eiffel Tower (from our room on the top floor, at least). It’s a clean, walkable area with restaurants and other businesses nearby, and the metro station location was perfect as we took the metro daily. We also had a suite with a king size bed (not always a given in Europe) and a separate sleeping area for the kids, which was great. The negatives were it seemed like the suite wasn’t vacuumed before we arrived and they were stingy with things like restocking Kleenex and toilet paper in our room. As well, there were no facecloths. Don’t know if this is ‘normal’ for Europe but you might want to bring your own.

Our room was just like the photo on their site. It was roomy enough for 4 people. I had seen many rooms around Paris and they were tiny. This one was good size. The stove was induction so it took a while to figure out. Ask the front of you can’t figure it out. We couldn’t figure out the microwave. The only complaint I have is that the tub was incredibly high and difficult to get in and out of. My parents had trouble getting in/out of the tub. I think it’s pretty dangerous. The staff was very friendly! Love that it was 15 min walk to Champs de Elyses for great high end shopping. Good Restaurants with in 10 mins walk. Grocery store across the street. Pharmacies close. I would definitely stay there again for the size and location despite the dangerous tub. It had a safe which was very comforting.

Very quite, exceptionally clean property with very friendly and helpful staff. The suite has a great small kitchen and a grocery store right across the street, 30 sec away. The beds are super comfy, which was a surprise for me being from North America. 20 min walk to the Madelene and about 20 min from the Champ Elyssey. I would stay there again.

A nightmare in Paris.

I went for a working vacation. At first, everything was fine.

Sunday, the WiFi goes out. That means no zoom meetings. So I have to go to cafes to attend my meetings. They say no problem, it will be on tomorrow.

Monday, still no wifi. They don’t know why but are working on it. I tell them I need wifi to do meetings. If they don’t get it back, I’m going to have to change my flight and go back early.

Monday night, my cardkey stops working. They have no way of resetting it as their computer is now down in addition to the wifi. So the front desk person has to come let me into my room each time. Even if there are 10 people waiting at the desk.

Tuesday, the tv goes out as well. Still no wifi or key.

Wednesday, I change my flight back to Thursday morning.

Leaving the hotel at 6 am Thursday, no wifi, no key, no tv. They say I’ll get a refund, but I need to go through Expedia.

Expedia, of course, says it’s not refundable. Even for the unused days. Useless.

Overall was a very nice location to be able to get out and about around Paris! Was a relatively short walk to get to the Arc de Triumphe and other big ticket places to visit. Also had several restaurants and cafés nearby! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend staying here if you want to see Paris!

The hotel is in excellent location, centrally located and within minutes from public transportations, restaurants and shops. As for our room, it had stained carpets and worn out furnishings and curtains but the room was spacious, clean and soundproofed. We had strong wifi connection and all appliances worked perfectly. The staff was friendly and courteous given the fact that customer service in Paris is almost nonexistent. Overall i would definitely stay in this hotel again and would recommend it to my friends and family.

The hotel is located in the business district of Paris. This was great during regular working hours, but on weekends the streets were bare which could be a little scary coming off the Metro late at night. The hotel common areas such as the lobby, elevators, dining area, and laundry were all in very good condition. Our room had a great set up and overlooked the Eiffel tower (room 701). The beds, including the sleep sofa was very comfortable. The bathroom was big and shower water pressure was great. The carpeting was a little old, but we wore slippers all the time so it was fine. The only negative thing I have to say and I don't like to do this, but there was 1 staff person at the front desk, a woman with dark hair in her 20's who was so extremely rude. It was strange because there was nothing that we did to cause her to be so rude. The evening staff person was fantastic and his hospitality made the entire stay perfect. I would recommend this hotel because it's a good price, it has air conditioning and a small kitchen.

Convenient location, very nice neigborhood, close to metro, Champs Élysées is a 10 minute walk.
Our apartment was clean with a full kitchenette, a separate bedroom and a livingroom. The front desk personnel is friendly and helpful. Our stay was enjoyable and our two kids had a lot of fun riding the metro and the train to Chateau de Versailles and back to Roissy airport.

When we arrived we were told that they did not have a room for us due to “technical” reasons and they were moving us to another Adagio Aparthotel.There was no explanation as to what the “tecnical” reason was and only a half hearted apology.

We were moved to another hotel which was in a good location and was satisfactory. My complaint though is that our room was smaller than we were led to believe based on the photos on their website (we were told the room we had was the same as the one we would have had at the other hotel ).

We discovered that all the photos on the website were of the same apartment and not indicative of what we thought we were booking. You need to be aware of this, otherwise it was okay

Stayed 4 nights in an apartment. Check-in was quick and polite. Front entrance is secure 24h. Room is HUGE and pristine and smells fresh. Beds firm and clean. DO NOT worry (as I did) about what others are saying, the room ends up exactly as it looks in the company photos.

Adorable little grocery across the street. Extremely close to the metro. If you’re in a south facing room, open up your window, stand on your balcony, and listen to the ballet company’s piano!

It would be our pleasure to visit again!

Location, location!

This is our second stay in this place for a number of reasons: bus is at the door to the Opera and Metro is around the corner. Buy 10 tickets to get around easy, it is safe during the day and at night. Close to Champs Elysee, but not too touristy. Shutters on the windows help with sleeping in and reducing the noise level. They are currently renovating and the apartments are due to be done next year - so some tolerance for worn out furnishings is needed. Bathroom is spacious, soap and shampoo smell lovely. Heated towel rails are great.
We would stay again.

The negative point of my 44nights stay: the cleaning.
Since it is an appart' hotel, the cleaning is done once a week. No problem with it and they remind it to you at check in. But... When it is done, it is not well done (plates left dirty, garbage left in the room, etc.). Not what one can expect of a 4*.

Nice hotel in a high-end neighborhood

The hotel is in a great location and within a 30min walk to most of Paris' attractions. It's about a two minute walk to the nearest metro station. The staff was very kind and helpful. The room was clean and spacious with a nice view of the neighborhood. The kitchen portion of the room came with a cooktop, dishwasher, pots, pans, dishes, glasses, and cutlery which helps to reduce the cost by not having to eat out. The hotel wifi is not the greatest but it is free. The breakfast is a convenient option and reasonably priced but you're probably better off cooking for yourself.

Decent location for price but room needs upgrading

The staff were pleasant and helpful, and the location felt secure. Proximity to transit was great, and it's not a far walk to the Champs-Elysees either. The problem was the actual state of the room - all the furniture was old, and a lot of it was dirty (sofa, armchairs, carpet, and even the bedsheets didn't look entirely clean). There was also the faint scent of cigarette smoke in spite of the room supposedly being smoke-free.

We did get upgraded to a larger room without asking, which was nice, and the kitchenette was great even if we didn't use it much. Overall, if the facilities could be updated a bit, it'd be a really great value, but as it is, it felt okay. If you're trying to save money and plan on being out the majority of the day, it's fine to go for this hotel. But if you want a space that you enjoy and feel comfortable unwinding it, you might want to shell out more to reserve elsewhere.

They had inform me at the minute of arriving at 10 pm after I take my luggages from taxi and went to relax after checking in but they surprising me instead of saying welcome that my room is not available and they had arranged for me at another hotel which is totally away especially they were not able to contact me earlier hello I was on airplane they were able to check with Expedia or Atleast offer for me a better room at that hotel they switched me or to give me my money and let me to book another room instead of this bad servicing hotel
from my dispensation as well as when I get there I was so exhausted and tired they had checked me in at very tiny room when I complained they said it is the same room you booked

I don't know if they don't have rooms why they get us to book just to steal our money

staff was courteous and responsive to issues we brought up, believe French hospitality standards are a bit different than in the US with room cleanup being done once a week, outlets being fixed the following day and so on, just have to get used to it otherwise you'll ruin your Paris stay. Furniture a bit worn out but location is convenient, especially for a family looking to take care of some meals and snacks on its own. Safe neighborhood as well.

One thing I would point out is the description for the 1 bed apartment says it has two double beds and a sofa bed when in fact it is two single beds and a double sofa bed. Other than that it was great!

ROBBED IN THE HOTEL!!

A HORRIBLE STAY. i walk in to my room at 2 am and find my room door open!! All the money was GONE!! we were robbed right in the hotel. The security cameras were not working. they claimed they were meaning to fix them for the last 6 months!! The Hotel Manager Mr. Erick (French guy) was so rude claiming how would he know the truth behind my claims, basically called me a liar! i called the police and they came but eventually had to go to the police station and waste previous time of my trip because the hotel did not want to bother with anything! careless staff, very dirty carpet, i did not want to take my socks off! the kitchen sink smelled awful too!! i will report this incident to a higher management and will not take it lightly.

The female staff at the front desk were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The hotel felt secure. The staff in the hotel breakfast area were very friendly and helpful as well. The bathroom was roomy and the kitchen had enough dishes but lacked light and space. The fan didn't work above the stove so the room was filled with cooking smells all of the time. The air conditioning was weak and inadequate. The bed is bolted to the floor around 12 inches away from the wall so you can't sit up and watch tv or read. Not a bad hotel overall.

Great location, not clean

This apartment is in an excellent location and could be fantastic. It is totally let down by the dirty flooring and furnishings. It's so infrequently cleaned that this problem will not get better. We stayed for four days and it was not cleaned once. The toilet broke and we reported the problem at 8am and came back to the apartment with it still not fixed at 430om. It's a terrible shame as nice staff and with better care and management it could be a great base to explore Paris.

Enjoyable stay in one bedroom apartment

We enjoyed the Adagio. It's located in more of a business district; so it's fairly quiet at night but most stores close by 9:00. Champs Elyses was just a couple of blocks away. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. We had 2 rooms for the 6 of us. We used the living area like a bedroom, with the sleeper sofa pulled out the whole time. The bedding and bathrooms were immaculate but the carpet needs to be cleaned or pulled out and replaced. Sofa cushions need to be recovered in a washable vinyl. Pretty old and soiled but we were in Paris to see the sights and enjoy the food, weren't living life in the Adagio! There's a small washer/dryer downstairs but it's pretty pricy to use!

The location is great, very central, close to the metro, but everything closes early (I believe this is more about culture than the location). The staff were great! Very good location. Close to metro and bus stops. Nice receptionists, big rooms and bathroom. Great stations on TV. Unfortunately the sofa and carpet are filthy dirty so much so that we could not take off our slippers. Its a shame that management couldn't take care of this issue before someone filed a complaint. Apparently a lot of people complained about this issue but nothing is being done about it. What are they waiting for? I would rate this hotel just about a 3 star definitely not a 4 star.

We called and confirmed with the hotel twice...upon arrival we were told that there were no rooms available with 2 beds this was Tour de France weekend, we had 50 year old men sleeping on the floors with no extra pillows, blankets etc....outrageous. ..do not stay here! No discount or offer was given...

Loved the location of hotel. Staff very helpful and friendly. Room very clean, and luxurious. Largest room and bathroom we stayed in Europe. Access to laundry facilities very appreciated for travelers!

Disappointing condition.

The advertisement said a king size bed and two twin beds. It was actually two twin beds and a large sofa bed. The sofa was a little on the dirty side with several large stains and torn spots. The twin mattresses were a bit worn and not very comfortable. The fridge was not on when we got there so there was a pool of water in the bottom of it. The staff was very pleasant. Worried a little about security as we left our bags in the locked luggage closet on our last day after checkout. When we came to get them, the desk clerk just gave us the key and we were able go in on our own and grab our bags. There was no identification checked.

Great place to stay in Paris

It rained some of the time but on arriving at this hotel brightened up the day considerably.

There were volumes of space and storage in the this well furnished studio apartment.

Lots of gadgets in the kitchenette.

Helpful staff that spoke very good English.

hotel is not close to chamse elysee

Really it was a terrible stay at this hotel, the A/c is not working due to the hotel regulation \"they starting opening the A/c on 5th of June!!!!!!\" also the hotel location is very noisy, the housekeeping also is not helpful also the hotel regulation regarding the room cleaning is very strange (when staying only 3 days they will clean your room but staying 6 days they will not touch your room !!!!!!!!!!)

Adagio Haussmann. A good place to stay.

My family of 10 people stayed at the Adagio Haussmann for three nights in April 2014. It was all that we had expected. The staff were all, without exception, very friendly and helpful and were able to give us good information about Paris especially transport. The rooms were very comfortable and kept very clean and tidy with fresh towels every day. The manager was always available during the day to talk with us and answer any queries.
The hotel is very convenient for the Metro and buses pass the door. We would all rate the Adagio as an excellent place to stay and when returning to Paris would definitely book again.

The room with the complete kitchen is great.

The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The full kitchen is a plus.
The taxi is cheap to go around the sites and no traffic.

Stayed here with friends. Staff were excellent. Cleanliness was a little on the dodgy side (Stains in the Bathroom) however rest of the apartment was fine. Tube was only a few hundred meters away, plenty of Cafés around for eating.

Good locaion only

Location is good, size of room is ok, staffs are friendly and helpful, BUT floor with filthy carpet, room needs cleaning, maintenance or total renovating, uncomfortable bed, towels are old and not fresh, telephone and internet not working. Therefore, we stayed only ONE night and ran away to a decent place. (We stayed before at Adagio tour Eiffel and it was OK)

very nice hotel, near to everywhere.

it was very nice to be there.. I highly recommend this hotel because it´s near to everywhere just by walking. 2 metro stations very near.
It was very comfortable to be there because in that studio i ´ve rented i have had everything i needed...

Excellent apartment

Hotel staff very helpful. Kitchenette well equipped, supermarket within close proximity so we prepared some meals in house. A teapot would have been a welcomed addition. Located away from many of the usual \"sites\" however easy walking providing you have reasonable fitness and the weather is fine. By European standards, ample room for 3 persons. Thanks.
