Beautiful room, great staff, wonderful location and I loved the literary theme . Taking one star off because the temperature on towel warmer is set way too high, like touching a boiling kettle. I barely touched it while putting a towel back and ended up getting an awful second degree burn. I travel in Europe all the time and know better than to touch towel warmers but this one was exceptionally hot, and I wonder if it was set too high in error.

Everything was great! front desk young lady booked all our tours and suggested tasty restaurants in walking distance to try out. I believe her name was Brittany not sure but she was from the Philippines and spoke perfect English which was very helpful. Room was clean and a good size with standing only balcony that wrapped around whole room. I stayed on the 4th floor room H. Area was very clean and safe with a little market right down the road to get any essentials you may have forgotten ( came in handy because i like lots of bottle of water and grab some snacks too) Only thing I was disappointed in was that there was no iron board

A lot to be desired
Room was very tiny for two people. Front desk one person for the entire stay- was not helpful with changing our room and seemed annoyed we even asked. Never smiled. The tv she knew nothing about and never offered any help about how to get English channels. When checking in she did not offer any amenities like bikes to use, library of books or outdoor seating to enjoy breakfast. We saw only one other person the entire stay a woman who helped in the kitchen with breakfast. Front desk woman seemed only interested in reminding us that we booked through Expedia and breakfast wasn’t included. We booked through Hotels.com recommended by the Everyday Parisian. The room windows were great - tall and right on the street but it was noisy. The bed and linens were great and very comfy. The room was a little run down with paint pealing and furniture scuff marks. The shower was tiny and open and water went everywhere.

I don't usually end up writing reviews as i expect most hotels to offer a certain standard and service. But this hotel was beyond it. I had a canceled flight and they accommodated my next day arrival with no penalty and extended the stay. The room had a cute gift and note for my son who was celebrating his 10th birthday. The staff was super responsive and kind. The room was perfect for us, with balcony and nice shower and tub. In France, usually rooms are small, but this one was a good size and had small seating area too. Staff was always smiling and i felt very safe. Location is great. They also serve continental breakfast which was a time saver for us on busy days. Uber is easily available also. I am definitely coming back here.

My husband and I were traveling with our 2 teenage daughters. The hotel was beautiful, clean and in a very safe location. It is a long walk to some of the key tourist destinations but taxis and ubers are easily accesible. Would definitely stay here again if we're ever back in Paris.

Excellent service from the friendly staff at the front desk. Our room was spacious and well appointed. The only problem was a horrible odour coming from the drains. The staff did their best to get rid of it but this kind of problem (which we have encountered in another Paris hotel) requires replumbing.

Paris is Always a Good Idea
This hotel is really great. Location, Staff, Room, Amenities were all perfect. We had an outdoor balcony with a view of the Eiffel Tower!!! Complimentary bottle of wine, nice honor bar, comfy bed, plenty of towels and toiletries, even daily housekeeping. The only issue was I used a hotel with on-site parking as a filter and this hotel was listed. They only have ONE space available and it was already reserved during our stay which I found out after booking. We used public parking a 10 minute walk away. There was space in front of the hotel for unloading and loading our luggage so it worked out OK. I would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend to others.

Beautiful boutique hotel right near the entrance of Elysee Palace. We stayed in a interconnected 2 bed/2 bath which was modernized and comfortable. Reasonable Walking distance to Champs Elysees. Even the local neighborhood had lovely high end shops. Front desk service was top notch. I was especially impressed how the front desk emailed and texted me to inform we accidentally left something behind. We were able to ship it back home as we were already out of the country. We all enjoyed our stay immensely and would highly recommend.

We booked this hotel for a very special anniversary together with my wife and also another couple we met years ago who also joined us after we told them to book this hotel.
Overall the stay was ok, the location is fantastic and you are very close to everything and all the hotspots of Paris are within walking distance.
The hotel is somehow cute and small, but so is the room we stayed in as it was smaller than it looked in the pictures. The lobby is the most beautiful thing in the hotel with a nice modern fire place and terrace outside if you want to smoke a cigar or have a drink at night.
The hotel offered a very small breakfast for a very high and unfair price, almost too expensive for what they are offering in the buffet. At the same time, they do offer free snacks in the evening and an open bar but you have to pay of course for drinks.
Our sleep was acceptable, the noise coming from the street through the soft windows sometimes was too loud and would wake us up so easily even in the middle of the night.
Overall, I would score this hotel 6.5/10 with similar offers around the city and also central location at much lower rate.

Beautiful hotel, quiet and well situated. Perfect for book lovers. The area immediately around the hotel was pretty inactive over the Christmas holiday but a 10 minute walk got us to restaurants, cafes, metro. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast (not included) was lovely.

Wonderful hotel in every respect. Rooms were comfortable and immaculate. Staff are friendly and helpful. Short walk from Champs-Elysées but on a very quiet street. Only downside is that this is a very high- end neighborhood so stores nearby are mostly designer and very quiet at the weekend so lacks the neighborhood feel of other areas in Paris. But the hotel itself is quite lovely and one of my favorites anywhere.

This is charming Parisian hotel is tucked away in a very convenient location. Being tucked away means that one does have to walk a few blocks for to catch a cab, or an UBER. The area is all government buildings, so security is tight. If you have any need for accessible showers or a gym, check out another one of this company’s properties.

The hotel is very small and has no restaurant but that really doesn't matter as all you have to do is walk out the door and there are plenty of bistros. They run an honesty bar and have cold meats and olives etc to accompany your drink choice. Breakfast looked good but I only have coffee at that time of day, which was delicious.

Nice hotel close to shops
Nice hotel very clean. Could have done with a kettle in the room as no late night cafes close by that we could find (and possibly an iron but I know hotels don't seem the provide irons as much anymore) good location. Maid did leave our room door ajar when we had a lie in one morning and they couldn't get in to clean, which isn't very safe when we were asleep. Overall a lovely stay and would recommend.
