Very old hotel, uneven floor, tiny corridors (I could barely walk with my backpack and suitcase), you hear every single sound from neighbouring rooms, smelly place. The only happy time was when I checked out after one night.

Concortel is in a nice location, very close to the metro, and a block away is a street full of sushi restaurants. It's only a 5-minute or so walking distance to L'Au Printemps and La Fayette department stores.
The room is small (as with all old hotels in this district); there are no Las Vegas-type hotels here. Staff are friendly and helpful, it has a nice courtyard if you have time to sit there.

we stayed here as it was fairly close to the start of the Paris marathon, and our grandson was running the marathon. It's a small, quite old hotel it seems. The staff are very friendly and helpful, but some parts of the hotel have seen better days. It wasn't cheap, but then not many hotels in Paris are, and it was great to be near the marathon start. It's in a very nice area of Paris (8th), near many cafes, restaurants etc.

Great location, so-so hotel.

Location is fantastic and the staff is [mostly] very friendly. Beware of the images on the listing. I know there are better/newer rooms, but the image we got for our room was nothing like it was in person. They said they could move us to another room on our second day, but it had to be at 11:00am and we were out seeing the city. by the third day we had only one day left and my wife didn't want to repack just to change rooms, so we ended up staying there. If you need to use the internet to work, DO NOT STAY HERE. The wifi in the room was almost non-existent and after two days of complaints and hearing "your room is actually the closest to the router" we just gave up. In the lobby, the internet is blazing fast, but it simply did not work properly in our room and loading a single web page took minutes.

Great location, good size room which was very clean.
The room layout was a little odd. Our stay was during the large union protests where there was some civil unrest. It would have been useful for the hotel to provide daily updates as we got stuck in one of the protests and it was quite scary.
Other than that yhe location was perfect for exploring the sights.

Very Disappointed with Room

We booked a Superior Room but the room we were given was nothing like the room advertised. Our room was small and looked exactly like a standard room. Our room had a separate WC which was tiny, claustrophobic and really uncomfortable for an averaged sized person. We only had a shower and no bath, however under the Superior Room Description it states you get a shower over bath.

Had I seen a real photo of this room, I would never have booked it. Aside from being unhappy about the room description the staff were lovely and the location was good.

Hotel is located very central close to metro, brasseries, cafes. Overall very clean hotel and rooms are convenient on the main building. Staff is helpful. Hotel Manager - Eric was just great with outstanding hospitality. Thanks to all of them to make my stay enjoyable.
I disliked the noise from next door or corridor. The walls are not voice protecting enough. Also, if I was staying on the extension building with old fashion interior, I would be unsatisfied. Luckly, I was able to change to the main building.

The service was very nice, but the room wasn’t like the pictures. It was big, but the toilet is not placed in the bathroom, it’s a separate small room for only the toilet. The bed and pillow is pretty hard, if you like hard beds 😅 but location is great and staff is really sweet!

We had the large room on the 6th floor and the weather conditions were very warm. The a/c in the room wasn’t suitable for the size on the room and also it was turned off by the staff while we were out and about during the day. Beside this everything was great.

Pleasant hotel in quiet area of the city

this hotel is conveniently placed on a side street a short walk from the Metro or l'Opera.
The bedroom was roomy and well equipped with very welcome air conditioning. Bathroom was excellent with a lovely shower as well as a full size bath.
The stairs and lift area could do with a refurbishment.

We stayed at the Concortel for 6 nights in June 2018. When we checked in, we were given the last room available and told it was an upgrade, which it wasn't, The next day, different staff was on and the service and help were great. Our room was switched to the one we had booked.
There was one person who rotated in on the front desk who was aloof and generally not interested in being helpful to first time visitors to Paris.
The location was good and the bed and bath were perfect.

Homey feeling in the middle of a great city

Concortel is a great family hotel, located in the heart of Paris near the Grand Boulevards, the Opera Palais Garnier, the La Madeleine Chirch, the Department stores Galeries Lafayette and Printemps, the boutiques on the Saint-Honoré; only 15 minutes walk from the Louvre Museum and the Avenue Champs-Elysees. The hotel is very clean, cosy, well maintained, therooms are quite large and the bathrooms- are with shower and bathtub. The staff is very attentive and helpful.
Useful add-on is the fast Internet. The street on which the hotel is situated, is quiet and peaceful.
Mr Eric and his colleagues create the feeling that you're visiting close relatives.
Most sincerely recommend this hotel

This is a lovely, small hotel in a central location. The front desk staff were amazing - friendly, helpful, pleasant. We arrived very early our first day and they allowed us into our room. The room was surprisingly spacious and very quiet. Our only caution: the bed was quite firm, enough to make sleeping uncomfortable. Otherwise, an entirely positive experience.

Enjoyed our stay at Hotel Concortel. The staff was extremely friendly and willing to assist with anything you may need. (Fyi- they can arrange a shuttle pick up back to the airport for your departure. Reasonably priced €35) Our room had a queen size bed and the room was a comfortable size. The hotel does have breakfast, but there are also 2 wonderful bakeries just a short walk away. The Italian restaurant next door is delicious. Location is great as the metro is just a short walk away. Very pleased. Would definitely come back.

Hotel Concortel is in a very convenient location close to Printemps and Galerie Lafayette. Room was okay, but heating did not work (air conditioner was blowing cold air)

There is no restaurant at the hotel but there is an Italian restaurant next door. Since the location is convenient you can find alternatives around.

Loved this hotel. Room was spacious, high ceilings, still had atmosphere of old French style. Bathroom was completely new, Staff at reception were friendly, and spoke good English. We had one meal in the Italian restaurant right beside the hotel. The food was good and it appeared to be patronaged by local people.

We stayed for 3 nights for our honeymoon in Paris. The room was small but clean, just what we needed as we were in there just to rest and the next day off to the attractions. It was close to the Metro and close to a small "Dinner" called Max and Britany, Lorraine (owner) is great, she speaks english and you could opt to get breakfast there as opposed to the hotel. She makes great crepes! I would definitely come back to this hotel, they helped us out with arranging a cab back to the airport and were very polite.

Great location and reasonably priced for Paris!

A short walk from either Augustine or Madeline station for the Metro. Also Place de Concorde is in one direction and lots and lots of shopping and restaurants are in the other direction.

The hotel staff were wonderful. The hotels decor is rich with dark colours. Our room was a bit noisy om
the second floor facing the street. I think on return I would ask for a room facing courtyard. Our room was a bit stuffy and the fan did not seem to help. Perhaps we could have asked reception but we did not think of it.
The continental breakfast was just fine and not too ecpensive.
Basically the hotel and staff left us with a very good impression anf that they were eager to help us. So I would return and recommend this hotel.

This is a hotel situated close to shops and restaurants. If you like walking, then you can even walk to Champs Elysee. The hotel is a little older but during my stay they have been fixing and remodeling the place. Staffs here are all nice and friendly. The hotel is in a safe area too. If you wanted a hotel to stay in Paris without spending big amount then stay at Hotel Concortel.

We stayed here for four nights, and it was perfect. Always very clean, a wonderful location within walking distance to most attractions, and extremely well priced. The very best thing was the staff!!! Martin was terrific and helped us hire cars, arrange tickets/tours. The doorman was always helpful, the breakfast waiter was great, and the cleaning lady did a great job too. This hotel is small, which just makes it all the better as far as we are concerned. We will stay here on our next visit to Paris for sure!

The staff are extremely hospitable and helpful! The location is excellent, close to metro, Champs Élysées/ Haussmann/ Madeline, bakeries, restaurants, grocery store etc. The bed is comfortable and the rooms are clean and nicely renovated. There is no elevator at one part of the hotel so be sure to request the side with the elevator if it's necessary for you. There is a fridge which was important for us and can be tough to find in other hotels. I loved the beautiful courtyard where we could sit and enjoy. I would definitely recommend this hotel!
