Having looked for and booked a simple, clean, and comfortable sleep experience in proximity to our family's location, we knew not to expect a resort, but come on folks, I don't think that expecting a warm room with a working TV is asking too much.

The room was cold and while the individual room heater did cycle on every now and then, it was neither for a long enough time nor was it frequent enough. The room was cold.
Clearly nobody checks to see if the electronics work in the rooms, because after not being able to turn on the TV, when I checked to see if the TV remote had batteries, they were completely corroded and stuck in their compartment. The TV couldn't even be turned on by its physical/local power switch either.

Asked for a room on the lower level(seniors) and the room was only a double bed yet we paid for a queen beed. Bed was terrible and the tv didn't work. We asked for a queen bed room and needed a second floor room. Bed was much better and the tv worked. No elevator and the stairs are not very good. Spiral stairs with narrow treads on inside curve. Not impressed with the place and won't stay there again.

Starting with the bed it's very uncomfortable, when 2 people sleep it's like there's a hole in the middle where we both slip in. The pillows were good though but they only give 1 pillow each
The bathtub shower is too small, I almost slipped a few times because of how curved and slim it is
The hallways are dark and dirty, it is not very clean.
Sofas in the room have stains
When the AC is on it stinks just a little bit
My family friend that was also with us, the room cleaners did NOT clean the room for the second day, we had to tell them

This is a pretty average highway side hotel. In all honesty, I would say it’s closer to a motel then a hotel. But, it was clean and quiet, so we got a good nights rest. Nothing fancy, but good value for the money. The only « problem » was arriving in our room at about 6pm during a heatwave to find that the air conditioning had been off all day and the room was a furnace. Once we turned it on full blast, the room was livable in about 20 minutes.

26 driving minutes to Montreal downtown. 10 driving min to near a big shopping mall with a lot of good food. 5 driving minutes to the supermarket. Good price and clean hotel. Will come back next time if visiting.

Worst motel stay in life time

Worst experience in a life time.It’s a nightmare. We are cheated by Hotels.com. We paid $150+tax & stayed basement & poor quality motel. No heating, heating was off but it was cold. Window was open , coming breeze.Toilet flash of commode water was used manually every time finished used. Standard bed was short of length while sleeping. My leg was out quite outside We were cheated by hotel. Com in every respect. They should not sale this type of hotel to their customer.

Hay unos opciones de comida en los alrededores, lo que nos ayudó mucho, ya que no teníamos coche. Además, la estación de tren está localisada muy cerquita, lo que también era conviniente para el viaje.
