This hotel is set in a really pretty but busy area. The direct street the hotel is on is very nice, it is a pedestrian area so no cars /taxis can access but also makes it more quiet, it is walking distance from a lot sights, Tullerie garden, place de la concorde, madeline, hotel de la marina. The staff were pleasant, it was quite busy and felt parts of the service was very transactional. I had just checked out of hotel Terras in Montmartre where the service was personal, execptional and staff went out of their way to accommodate your every need, which was not quite the same here. The room was ready an hour early and they let us check in at 2pm, but wouldn't grant us even an extra 10 mins at check out. We were celebrating 2 birthdays so the nice guy at check-in gave us a voucher for 2 free drinks at the bar. Thr bar staff were really nice. The room was clean and modern but considering the price I paid for a premier room, I couldn't see the difference between this and the standard room. It felt quite small,considering it was supposed to be 323 sq ft. Would I stay here again, not sure, I would probably want a junior suite as I travelled with my husband and 4 year old but I didn't feel the junior suite represented good value for money or the Premier queen room. Was better off going for the standard. As I said compared to the previous hotel I had just stayed in this hotel paled in comparison.

Perfect in every way.

Originally booked 4 nights but encountered a strike with our airline which left us needing an extra few nights, last minute. The hotel went above and beyond to accommodate us. They moved things around to make it possible for us to continue our stay. I cannot thank them enough for this. Location is absolutely perfect, breakfast was yummy and room was large for Paris standards. Will be back.

This hotel is situated in a quiet area and surrounded by a touristy area. The staff at the lobby was very nice. The rooms were spacious, and the bed was perfect. We stayed during the summer, and the A/C worked perfectly. There were plenty of restaurants, metro stations, and it was easy to walk to different attractions. The breakfast had many options, and the staff were very polite and helpful.

The hotel is fabulous right in the center of the city on the pedestrian street. Very quiet, close to everything, 3 mins walk to Opera, 5 mins walk to galeries lafayette, 15 mins walk to Louvre, 20 mins walk to musee d'orsay. Steps away from Gare Saint-Lazare or metro stations. Lots of places to eat around. The perfect location overall.
Make sure to take breakfast at the hotel, out of this world with all or better selections of food as in any of the nearby breakfast places for the fraction of the cost. We've been surprised with the bottle of champagne and Opera cake as a gift for our 25-th wedding anniversary, how nice of them! I will stay at this hotel again in a heartbeat! Lovely!!

Good service,

All staff is nice and friendly. The service of the receptionist, phunkyi is exceptionally good. I left my backpack in the Uber, she helped all her best to get it back.
The hotel is close to subway, the breakfast is good, but need more lightning in the room. One more chair in the Premier room will be good.

I loved this property. It was a very convenient location for food, shopping, and excursions. The entire staff was very helpful and breakfast every morning turned out to be more convenient than we anticipated. The room was cleaned every day. There was no notice anywhere that their hotel bar and lobby is under construction. You walk into a wall. Told us we could leave if we didn’t like it. Whatever you do don’t pay full price, many others around that are better. Room size was good and staff at breakfast was delightful. Stay away till 2024 !

we had a VERY spacious nuce junior suite. room standard is superior BUT, junior suits ARE HIGHLY not recomended to those whose sleep is bothered by noise - the sound proofing sucks and those rooms are on the main road. I wish we could have a much smaller room deep inside the lovely pedestrian street

Great service from front desk, housekeeping and breakfast area service. Love the size of the room, the balcony, the robes and slippers detail. This was the only hotel as compared from hotels in our trips to London, Lisbon, Porto and Lyon where you have the option to use the air conditioning instead of the heater. Paris Winter was not quite cold this year and we didn't need heat. The location was in an inner courtyard, and quiet though we were only a 3-minute walk from the Opera. Convenient location if you have shopping in mind, Galerie Lafayette buildings were only a 7-minute walk.

Highly recommend this hotel! My wife and I arrived a few hours before check-in and we were pleasantly greeted by the staff who offered to start the process anyway and offered to hold our luggage so we could explore the area. They even called us when our room was ready! We expected the room to be smaller so it was a nice surprise when we walked in. Plenty of room. The windows opened to a small balcony that overlooked the quiet street below which is pedestrian only. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was very nice, especially the rain shower! This hotel has an excellent location, it’s a very short walk to the beautiful Palais Garnier Opera in one direction, and Place Vendome in the other. It’s also an easy walk to the Louvre Museum from the hotel. The Opera Metro station is only a block and a half away which we used several times to easily access other parts of the city.

I will mention that although the breakfast had fresh, quality items there wasn’t anything there of any substance. Just a few pastries, bread, and fruit. What they did offer was good and they will make you a coffee which was nice. The dining area is pretty small but it is a nice option if you want something quick and light.

Overall we loved our stay here. It was our first time in Paris and we feel lucky to have chosen a hotel that impressed us as much as this one did. No research necessary when we come back, we will be happy to stay here again. Thank you!

This is a great, centrally located hotel with nice, large rooms. Staff is outstanding and all speak english. Nice little bar and coffee area in reception. The hotel is on a walking cul-de-sac with a few bistros and coffee shops. 2 blocks from the big stores for shopping and L'Opera and about a mile walk to Louvre.

This was our first time in Paris, France. The Indigo hotel is in a great location closer to everything. Less than 5 min walking to Lafayette and opera. 15 min to Louvre. You may need a taxi for Eiffel tower and dOrsay museum. The staff was excellent and very helpful with reservations, taxi request and even to help us to get the covid test to be able to fly the next day. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was very friendly and polite. The room service was included in our reservation and that was a plus because sometimes we was very tired and having the breakfast in the room was great. Dont worry about lunch or dinner because around the hotel is plenty restaurants and cafes to buy food must of the time until 10 pm. I will definitely stay again at Indigo hotel. Thank you to all the staff !

Everyone in the hotel was very nice. Hotel was pretty quite. Only problem was the rooms were pretty cold. Plug in heater was not enough to heat the downstairs. (We stayed at the duplex suite). Also TAXI CANNOT COME IN FRONT OF THE HOTEL. That was little annoying because we had a child with several luggage.

The manager was excellent. We were not happy with our room and the front desk told us the hotel was full. Miraculously the manager intervened and a great room was found. Further, he comped us breakfast for the duration of our stay. After such a strong recovery we have no hesitation about recommending the hotel and we expect to return.

Our room was great but we did have to pay an extra premium of 40 EURO per night when we arrived to enable us to get twin beds which we were unaware of prior to booking on Hotels.com and arriving. The location is perfect for shopping and is situated on a lovely 'pedestrian only' square with some excellent bar/restaurants.

I stayed at the Hotel Indigo Paris - Opera for Business. I was able to check in 2 hours early and was given a room that had disabled access meaning it was slighter bigger however there was no lock on the inside of the door. As a woman travelling by herself, this wasn't ideal. However the service at the hotel more than made up for it. The staff were welcoming and polite and made me feel very comfortable. The breakfast was averaged, but did the job. All in all I would highly recommend the Hotel Indigo Paris - Opera and would stay again.

Perfect location! ALL ROOMS look over a quiet pedestrian street with a small paza that has a numbe rof cafes on it - either to have a drink, or also a restaurant meal. Just a couple of minutes walking to the Opera, department stores. Truly would recommend this as a great place to stay. The room was big, and when we had a problem with the air conditioning, the staff immediately responded. A mechanic was there soon and sorted things out in 15 minutes or so.
Will always stay there when we come back to Paris. what more do yo want, QUIET street, great service and location. Good value

The Hotel was in a very central location. It was on a pedestrianized street and was vey quiet. It was clean and the reception staff were very polite friendly and helpful. The room we were given was not as grand as the pictures implied and for the money paid it was a little disappointing. We booked this trip as a belated valentines weekend and had planned for it to be something special over and above just another stay in a hotel. The hotel took careful planning and unfortunately the room didn't quite live up to the expectation. The breakfast was extremely good and was included in our stay which was ideal, although the staff not as attentive in the breakfast area. Overall a lovely stay.

Shopper's paradise.

This hotel is great for visitors who want to shop, but the neighborhood was sterile and mall-like. The staff is gruffly French. The first night (recovering from jet lag) we had a false fire alarm. All of the hotel was made to stand for 45 minutes to an hour in the side ally in front of the hotel, many in bathrobes, from about 1 am to 2 am. The hotel really should have done something for the guests after that - chocolates or something small as a token. Nothing. On the plus side, I will say it was super quiet because there is nothing but clothing shops around and they are closed at night. The rooms were nice and clean and modern. I picked the hotel based on guest reviews being good, but I would not recommend it as highly. I did feels safe with my young daughter however because the area of town was super quiet after dinner time, being mostly clothing shops.

Classic charm with super friendly staff!

We just stayed at Florence last week and our stay was amazing! The hotel is old but has the old classic charm and the view overlooking the Santa Maria novella church was amazing! The room was very spacious and the air conditioning was great during hot summer time. Super convenient location close to everything especially shopping! Very central!

Excellent hotel in excellent location. We were up graded free of charge. I would highly recommend this hotel. It is in a quiet beautiful street but very close to the Opera House and all the sights.

A good hotel choice in Paris

The hotel is quite new with good space and decoration. It is located slightly away from the main street so you could find the hotel with good privacy and away from hustle and bustle. The breakfast is served in the first floor with clean and nice seating and not to say the food is also very good.
